Wanna see Brooke Hogan covered in lube? Well, you're in luck.

Brooke was doused in some sort of slippery fluid Thursday in Santa Monica while trying to climb UP a slide. It wasn't just for giggles -- Brooke, Casper Smart, Drake Bell, Lil Mama, Selita Ebanks and several other celebs are taping a new season of 'Champs vs. Stars' for MTV.

Brooke and co. take on another team of retired athletes and celebs for the competition reality show.

Other than the spectators, that is.

6:45 PM PT -- Walk will not appear in the finale of 'The Four' ... saying he made the decision not to attend "out of respect for the contestants, my fellow judges and everyone involved with the show."

He says he doesn't want his presence to be a distraction, but denies the allegations against him by adding ... "there has been an extreme rush to judgment against me in this particular case which is unfair and inconsistent with anything that even actually happened."

'The Four' could be down from 4 judges to 3 very shortly -- FOX is reportedly close to cutting ties with Charlie Walk, the Republic Records honcho accused of sexually harassing a former employee.

The approaching shakeup comes on the heels of Tristan Coopersmith's claim Walk repeatedly groped and harassed her during their years working together at Sony Music. Walk co-judged FOX's new talent search with Diddy, Meghan Trainor and DJ Khaled.

Walk will appear on Thursday night's pre-taped episode of the show, but will not appear next week ... according to Deadline.

Sean Spicer considers Omarosa's new gig with "Celebrity Big Brother" a laughing matter ... and a huge step down!!!

We got Trump's former White House Press Secretary Tuesday in NYC, and asked if he'll be watching his former colleague on the reality show. Spicy laughed and said anything after the White House is a downgrade. Odd for him to say, since he's in post-WH mode, too.

We also asked Spicer if he has advice for the Prez ahead of the State of the Union address. It's amazing how quickly he fell back into podium mode.

Omarosa's latest reality gig on "Celebrity Big Brother" gives her a chance at a massive payout ... and the longer she survives the house, the more cash she'll walk away with.

Sources close to the production tell TMZ, each of the show's celeb house guests signed a base deal of about $200k. We're told the longer the celebs stick around, the more they can get paid. Our sources say the winner will take home a cool $500k.

The cash won't come easy -- O's up against world class athletes Chuck Liddell and Metta World Peace, singer Mark McGrath and 'Housewife' Brandi Glanville -- just to name a few.

Julie Chen is the perfect employee AND the perfect wife ... nobody knows this better than Les Moonves.

We got Julie leaving 'The Late Show' Monday in NYC and asked her about her CBS top dog hubby demanding she take a pay cut for the upcoming "Celebrity Big Brother" season. Les reportedly told Julie the salary trim wasn't up for negotiation ... since the upcoming season is significantly shorter than the usual 90-day plus of "Big Brother."

Check it out ... Julie wasn't fazed by the demand. BTW, she seems excited about Omarosa joining the cast.

Walk says, "“There has never been a single HR claim against me at any time during my 25+ year career, spanning three major companies.” He told Deadline, “I have consistently been a supporter of the women’s movement and this is the first time I have ever heard of this or any other allegation — and it is false.”

One of Charlie Walk's former employees claims "The Four" judge repeatedly groped her, and sent her vulgar, sexually charged text messages ... ultimately forcing her to quit the music biz.

The accuser, Tristan Coopersmith, claims Walk -- currently prez of Republic Records -- harassed her while they worked together at Sony Music. In an open letter, Tristan wrote, "For a year I shuddered at the idea of being called into your office, where you would stealthily close the door and make lewd comments about my body and share your fantasies of having sex with me. I was 27."

She says she repeatedly reminded Walk, her boss at the time, he was married with kids, but claims it had no impact. Tristan claims Walk would grab her leg under the table dinner meetings ... sometimes while his wife was sitting across from them.

She detailed one alleged encounter ... "And then there was that event at your swank pad when you actually cornered me and pushed me into your bedroom and onto your bed. The bed you shared with your wife… your wife who was in the room next door. You being drunk and me being 6 inches taller was my saving grace."

Tristan quit the music biz 8 years ago, and is now a psychotherapist. She posted the letter on her website. Tristan says she's forgiven Walk and hopes he can change his ways.

Jennifer Williams is celebrating a victory in court over the ex-bf she claims is violent and threatening.

We got the "Basketball Wives" star Monday outside court in downtown L.A., and she was brandishing the temporary restraining order the judge had just granted. It requires her ex, Tim Norman, to stay at least 100 yards away from her at all times.

Jennifer's not satisfied though, and told us she'll be back in court.

As for seeing Tim -- who's on OWN's reality show "Welcome to Sweetie Pie's" -- in court? Jennifer claims he's a "sick person" who needs help.

"Basketball Wives" star Jennifer Williams has fired back at her ex-boyfriend, claiming he's violent and she's deathly afraid of him.

Jennifer was in court Monday AM asking a judge for a domestic violence restraining order against James "Tim" Norman. He obtained a restraining order against her last month, claiming she slashed his tires in a rage.

Jennifer says in her new legal docs Norman is lying "purely to harass and stalk me, and possibly to drum up attention for himself and his own television show." He has a show called "Welcome to Sweetie Pie's," which is on Oprah's OWN network.

Jennifer says she did not slash Norman's tires ... she has an alibi, claiming she was at a friend's birthday brunch.

She says in her legal docs Norman has a long history of abusing her. She says in Sept 2016 at a Drake concert he verbally abused her and threatened to beat up a guy who was looking at her. Jennifer says Norman sent her a text message afterward, saying, "I'm not really the type of bitch n**** you obviously think I am for you to stand there next to me eyeing that sand n****."

Jennifer says there were other instances ... he went on her phone, confronted her and threw the phone at her, calling her a lying bitch. She says he accused her of sleeping with other men.

She says she ended the relationship last September, and since then he has been hounding her friends, asking them to get in touch with her on his behalf.

Omarosa's got herself a new gig even before her speaking gig starts -- and it's back on reality TV ... as in "Celebrity Big Brother" on CBS.

Omarosa was announced as one of many stars that'll be in the 'Big Brother' house next week in a quick promo that played right before the 2018 Grammy Awards began Sunday.

She'll be in there with the likes of Shannon Elizabeth, Brandi Glanville, Keshia Knight Pulliam, Chuck Liddell, Metta World Peace, and lots more. The first episode's set to air next Wednesday ... so we'll find out who else is there soon enough.

As we reported ... Omarosa recently signed on as a speaker with the American Program Bureau after leaving her job at the White House. She'll be asking for up to $50k for gig, depending on the venue.

Kylie Jenner's full-on baby bump pic this week wasn't taken while she was on a casual stroll on a random dirt lot ... she was out with her eyes on another lavish home.

Kylie was at a construction site in Hidden Hills Wednesday, and according to building permits obtained by TMZ ... a mansion is in the offing. The building permit was issued in December, and here's what it calls for:

-- 9,187 sq. ft. first floor

-- 5,304 sq. ft. second floor

-- 2 huge garages (1,200 sq. ft and 1,468 sq. ft)

-- 1,836 sq. ft. of covered porches

-- A cabana for the pool

There's also an older permit for a retaining wall and one for the foundation. All in all, the permits value the job at more than $2.37 million ... but if she moves on it, Kylie's likely to drop way more loot.

We broke the story ... Kylie was with her mom and BFF this week scoping out the lot -- the first time pregnant Kylie had been spotted out in months.

"Little Women: LA" star Briana Renee will not join the cast for season 7 ... TMZ has learned.

Production sources tell us Renee -- who has been on the show from its start -- chose not to sign back on at the end of season 6. We're told Bri already knew she'd be filing for divorce from husband Matt Grundhoffer, and she didn't want it to play out on camera.

Our sources say Bri will take the time off to focus on herself, her kids and her music career.

We're told producers won't replace Bri, and have already started production with the other 6 principal cast members.

STOP THE PRESSES ... a pregnant Kylie Jenner's been spotted out in the real world for the first time since September!!!

TMZ's obtained a shot of Kylie walking with her best friend, Jordyn Woods, and Kris Jenner following closely behind. The trio went to a construction site in Hidden Hills around noon Wednesday.

Check out the video ... it looks like she labors a bit as she gets into her SUV to leave.

As we reported ... Kylie showed her face this week for the first time in months in a Calvin Klein ad with her sisters, but kept her baby bump under wraps.

Sources close to her say she's due soon and, as we reported, baby daddy Travis Scott revealed to friends they're having a girl.

Countess Luann de Lesseps has officially been hit with 3 charges for her alleged drunken holiday attack on a cop ... TMZ has learned.

The 'Real Housewives of NYC' star has been charged with a felony count of resisting an officer with violence, along with a trespassing and disorderly intoxication charge -- both misdemeanors ... according to new docs. She faces up to 5 years in prison for the felony charge.

The good news for Luann -- 2 additional felony counts of corruption by threat were not filed against her.

As we reported ... Lesseps was originally looking at 4 felony counts after being busted in Palm Beach, Florida around Christmas Eve. She checked into rehab a few days after the drunken arrest.

Joel Taylor, who became famous chasing storms on Discovery Channel's "Storm Chasers," has died ... this according to his friends.

Joel was on the show from the beginning in 2008 and was there for the entire 5-season run. Chasing storms was not just a TV thing for him ... he was following storms long before the show aired, having studied meteorology in college.

It's unclear how he died, but it appears it was not storm-related.

His best friend and co-star Reed Timmer said, "I am shocked and absolutely devastated by the loss of my incredible, caring friend."

Joel was 38. RIP.

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino went booze-less during the "Jersey Shore" cast's first official night out.

Paps got Mike out Tuesday night with the rest of his GTL crew at a South Beach club, and he was clutching a Red Bull can the entire time.

Meanwhile, Pauly D and co. definitely partied it up and had bottle service at their table -- but the Sitch went dry throughout the night.

In case you're wondering, Mike's no-booze policy doesn't appear to be tied to his tax evasion case -- in which he just pled guilty last week, and is set to be sentenced later this spring.

On the contrary, Mike's said he's been "100 percent" sober since 2015 after battling a Rx drug addiction.

A clash has been a brewin' between the casts of "Little Women: Atlanta" and its Dallas sister show thanks to a bunch of online trash talking, and -- no surprise -- things got real physical.

The fight broke out between Atlanta's Sam Ortiz and Dallas' Caylea Woodbury during a talent showcase being thrown by Ms. Juicy for the new season of 'LW:ATL.'

Caylea, who raps under the alias Lil Twrk, came up from the Big D with her rapper BF D'Quan Cage to participate, but things got outta hand.

The casts from the 2 cities have been going at it for awhile, and while D'Quan gets points for chivalry, someone's not leaving with a dry eye ... or rather, just dry.
