Carl's Jr. model Emily Sears was injured when a motorcycle crashed into her Lyft this week, and cops say the biker was at fault.

Law enforcement sources tell us Sears was on her way home Monday night in WeHo when a motorcycle made a left and collided with the car ... sending the rider flying.

Emily's backseat airbag deployed and her face was bruised from the impact. We're told she's also dealing with neck, ear and shoulder pain.

Meanwhile, the motorcyclist took the worst of it -- we're told he was taken to a hospital with a possible broken leg. Cops quickly determined the rider caused the crash.

Justin Bieber's tipping his hat to Austin Powers to celebrate his 24th birthday ... 'cause he's shaggin', baby!!!

We got Justin cruising out of Mastro's Steakhouse Thursday night after what we've gotta believe was a pretty balling bday meal ... based on what he did when he got out.

TMZ broke the story ... the rapper was busted in November while, according to cops, he raced another car on a highway at speeds topping 100 MPH. His BAC was .09 ... just over the legal limit.

He has to pay a $500 fine and attend 14 hours of impaired driving education.

Justin Bieber got bumpy service during a church service.

The Biebs was worshiping Wednesday in L.A. at the Saban Theatre ... while he was inside, a staffer struggled as he backed Justin's Lamborghini up into a driveway. The major downside to a Lambo -- a super low bumper.

Selena Gomez was also there but apparently arrived separately. Paps asked if it's too early to talk marriage. After all, the kids can't seem to get enough of each other ... with PDA galore.

Chevy Chase tracked down a truck he says cut him off, but when he tried to confront the driver he ended up getting booted to the ground ... according to a police report.

Chevy claims he was traveling over NY's Tappan Zee Bridge on February 9 when a black pickup cut him off. He told cops he thought the truck hit his car, so he flashed his high beams and followed it until the driver pulled over.

According to police docs ... Chevy realized there was no damage to either vehicle, but approached the driver to "speak to him about his reckless driving." He claims there were 3 other people in the truck, and one of 'em flipped him off. Apparently not "Fletch" or "Caddyshack" fans.

Chevy says he fired back, "If I were a lot younger I'd bust your nose" ... then one of 'em got out and kicked him in the shoulder so hard he went to the ground.

According to docs, the pickup driver claims Chevy tried to throw a punch first, and the alleged kicker was just blocking Chevy's fist ... with his foot.

Cops cited ol' quick foot for 2nd degree harassment with physical contact.

Just when you thought the sale of the "Dumb and Dumber" mini bike couldn't possibly be any dumber, it was.

The hog featured in the classic 1994 comedy, and used to get Lloyd and Harry to Aspen ... hauled in $50,000 for the Houston man who sold it on eBay to fortify his kid's college fund. Considering the opening bid was $8,500 ... nice work, Dad.

The new owner is Todd Lyons from New York, who tells us one of his friends told him he wanted to bid on it, but his wife lowered the boom. Todd had no one dissuading him, so he went for it. Three cheers for bachelorhood!

Wills visited Triumph Motorcycles and MIRA Technology Park in England -- and took a tour to celebrate the British company's world-class facilities.

Really though ... it was an awesome excuse for the father of 2 to live in the fast lane again. William used to own a Ducati back in his youth, and seemed to recapture some of that while test riding a Triumph Tiger 1200 around the factory's private track.

John Cena is giving Ford a little attitude adjustment of his own -- telling the car company to take their lawsuit over his old $500,000 supercar and shove it.

We broke the story ... Ford claims it sold Cena a super rare "limited edition" Ford GT supercar -- 647 horsepower, 3.5L EcoBoost V6 engine with an MSRP of $450,000.

Ford claims they only selected a few people for the privilege of buying the car -- and Cena was one of the lucky ones (Justin Verlander and Joey Logano also own the whip).

The caveat, according to Ford, owners CANNOT resell the car during the initial 24 months of ownership. Ford claims Cena broke the rules and flipped his ride for a profit. They're suing Cena for every penny he got from the sale.

But in new court docs filed in district court in Michigan, John says he did nothing wrong -- because the final contract he signed said nothing about a 24-month no-resale clause.

Cena says Ford screwed up by not putting the sale restriction in the final binding contract -- and he shouldn't be punished because they suck at paperwork.

Now, he's asking the judge to throw out the case against him.

Elon Musk was just as shocked as anybody over the successful launch of his Falcon Heavy rocket ... perhaps even more so, actually, based on his colorful language.

National Geographic captured the SpaceX CEO's reaction Tuesday as his company sent the most powerful U.S. rocket in nearly half a century into space from the Kennedy Space Center. His immediate response ... "Holy flying f***, that thing took off."

Musk and staff essentially freaked out over the launch, and appropriately so. SpaceX sent a rocket into orbit with a Tesla Roadster attached as part of its payload ... a major step forward for colonizing Mars.

Besides ... the launch and touchdown of their booster rockets was quite a sight to behold. So we'll pardon his French on this one ... it was pretty f****** cool.

The mini bike from "Dumb and Dumber" -- which Lloyd and Harry rode all the way to Aspen -- is in good running order and looking for a new owner ... but ya can't just trade your Shaggin' Wagon for it.

The Houston man who owns this mini bike says he spent over a year fixing it up and restoring it to the original condition, and now it's good to go. We're told he's selling it on eBay with the opening bid starting at $8,500, to make some extra dough because his kid is going off to college.

As an added bonus, the buyer of the bike also gets the helmet, bag and briefcase thrown in ... although those aren't film originals. It also includes a signed and notarized letter of authenticity.

He says he missed it, but sounds pleased with the results. Then he hits our camera guy with a little bit of a hot take -- humans aren't stepping foot onto Mars anytime soon ... despite the Tesla Roadster and the mannequin spaceman zipping toward the red planet.

Keegan thinks the car is cool, but there's something that Martians may find more useful.

He makes a solid point ... that a private citizen with a passion for space exploration might be better suited to tool around the galaxy than NASA.

Elon Musk is a very happy (and still very rich) man after SpaceX successfully launched its Falcon Heavy rocket toward Mars -- and it was freakin' awesome to watch!

SpaceX sent up the most powerful U.S. rocket in nearly half a century from the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida. Elon had previously said there's a good chance the Falcon Heavy rocket won't survive liftoff. He's never been happier to be wrong.

The mission goal -- send the payload beyond Mars' orbit.

Musk added, "I hope it makes it far enough away from the pad that it does not cause pad damage." Well, it did, and really cool part -- they also safely landed the reusable booster rockets back on Earth.

The launch test is another step toward colonizing Mars, which is why SpaceX is sending a Tesla Roadster as part of the rocket's test payload. David Bowie's "Space Oddity" was playing on the car's stereo system. Serious style points.

The Falcon Heavy will generate 5M pounds of thrust ... making it the most powerful launch since NASA's Saturn V that had 7.5M pounds of thrust during its Apollo mission.

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino's in a dancing mood checking out luxury whips ... probably because he doesn't have to stress about dropping cash on one of them.

The flame is his 2007 Honda CBR1000RR. The Blink-182 drummer sold it a few years ago, and now the guy who bought it from him is flipping the sweet green ride. The seller tells us the bike had a mere 12 miles on it, because Travis mainly used it to promote his clothing line, "Famous Stars & Straps."

It's been featured in more photo shoots since Travis sold it, and it's easy to see why.
