Amber Rose Black Woman Started #MeToo But, the Movement's Getting Real White
Amber Rose IS taking a shot at the #MeToo movement, BUT she wants to make her feelings clear -- she's not against it ... she just thinks it ain't doing a damn thing for women of color.
Amber and friends were leaving Argyle Sunday night when we asked why she'd been so critical of #MeToo recently. Amber thinks someone got it twisted, and tells us she merely wants everyone to remember Tarana Burke ... the black woman who turned the hashtag into a full-blown movement.
She relents "rich white women" deserve justice, too, but adds ... "Just don't leave us out."
We know, some of you might be wondering -- and Amber says she is black, Portuguese, Irish and Italian. Also worth noting ... Amber's been fighting for women, especially strippers, with her annual Slut Walk.
So, yes ... she walks the walk.

Bill Cosby Could Get Special Treatment in Prison ... For Good Reason
Bill Cosby's not going to get treated like any other prisoner if he ends up getting locked up for his sexual assault conviction ... but it's mostly because of his health and security.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the Pennsylvania Dept. of Corrections provides a wide range of services for inmates with special needs, including those who are in wheelchairs or blind -- like Cosby.
We're told some assistance Cosby could receive includes a fellow inmate escorting him around the prison for his daily routine, or -- if his health is bad enough -- he could be assigned to a special needs cell ... where daily essentials are brought to him.
Our sources say, due to his age and the fact he would be a prison first-timer, Cosby might also get aid from one or more of the DOC's 500 trained peer support specialists ... who serve as guides during the tough acclimation to prison life.
We're also told, if he ends up in prison custody, officials will evaluate Cosby's needs ... including whether or not his celeb status warrants additional security measures.
As we reported ... Cosby was found guilty of 3 counts of aggravated indecent assault and is looking at a max of 10 years for each charge.

Ronan Farrow Exercises Right to Remain Silent on Weinstein ...
Ronan Farrow had an interesting comment on a possible Harvey Weinstein prosecution ... something prosecutors typically say when hounded by the media.
We got the Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Friday at LAX and asked if the Bill Cosby conviction might be a precursor to what's in store for Weinstein. He took a pass, saying he wouldn't comment on a pending criminal investigation.
Farrow, who helped open the floodgates on the #MeToo movement, also acknowledged that a meeting with Hillary Clinton almost got canceled in the throes of his Weinstein reporting. It appears Hillary's people were nervous because of her association with Weinstein. In the end, he got the interview.

Too Short You Cost Me Money by Lying About Rape ... Now It's Gonna Cost You!!
Too Short's turning the tables on his rape accuser by suing HER over what he calls blatant lies that screwed his biz ... TMZ has learned.
Short's pissed about what Teana Louis told BET.com last May. According to his lawsuit, she said, "It's extremely devastating when you're a young woman and you have to accept that your first sexual encounter was rape by a cruel old man that is nearly 60 years old."
He says she also spread similar lies on her social media.
You'll recall, Louis sued the rapper for allegedly raping her. She also filed a police report, but as we first reported, the D.A. decided not to charge him. That makes sense, according to Short, who says in the docs ... he and Louis only "cuddled" a few times, but NEVER had sex.
On the heels of the D.A. dropping the case, Short says he thinks Louis is guilty of filing a false police report, and adds all of her public lying has cost him dearly. In the suit, filed by his attorneys, Rob Reichman and Sean Macias, Short says valuable business partners pulled out of deals because she made him seem like a rapist on the loose.
Too Short says all he ever wanted to do was help her launch her music career, but when it didn't work out ... he wished her well, and tried to move on.
He's suing her for defamation, slander, and damages ... including hurting his feelings.

Robert Shapiro Cosby Verdict Huge Victory for #MeToo
Robert Shapiro knows a thing or two about defending guilty clients -- sorry, O.J. -- but he says no one could have successfully defended Bill Cosby.
We got the famous lawyer Thursday night leaving Avra restaurant in Bev Hills, and he thinks the 5 women who testified about Cosby's M.O. sealed his fate.
He also thinks it was super stupid of Cosby to go off on prosecutors after the verdict ... because the judge has yet to sentence him.
But, Shapiro thinks the most stunning thing about the verdict is that it's a testament to the power of the #MeToo movement.

Nancy Grace Cosby Needs to Do Hard Time, Period!
Nancy Grace says Bill Cosby's conviction on sexual assault charges is a long time coming -- and he needs to go to prison ... and immediately.
We spoke to the former prosecutor and TV host on the heels of Cosby being found guilty Thursday on all three counts of aggravated indecent assault -- for which he's facing up to 30 years in prison.
Nancy's not sure he'll get the full 30 years, which would amount to a life sentence since Cosby's 80 years old, but she says it doesn't matter. Hard time is necessary in his case.
She also comes to the defense of Cosby's victims -- especially, Janice Dickinson, who Nancy says caught a ton of flak after going public with her allegations against Cosby.

Bill Cosby Guilty of Sexual Assault ... Lashes Out in Courtroom
1:15 PM PT -- Cosby's been ordered to remain in his home until sentencing.
11:18 AM PT -- Multiple people in the courtroom claim Cosby lashed out after prosecutors asked he be taken into custody immediately because he owns a private plane and could flee. Cosby shouted, "He doesn't have a private plane, you a**hole!"
Cosby was released on a $1 million bail.
Bill Cosby's retrial for sexual assault has just ended, and the jury found the once legendary TV dad guilty on all 3 counts of aggravated indecent assault.
The jury of 7 men and 5 women deliberated a full day before reaching their verdict and finding Cosby guilty of drugging and molesting Andrea Constand in 2004 at his home.
The 80-year-old faces a maximum of 10 years in prison for each charge.
The verdict comes after the jurors spent 13 days in the courtroom hearing lawyers' arguments and testimony from witnesses, including Constand and 5 other women who claim they were also drugged and sexually assaulted by Cosby.
That wasn't enough, though, because on Wednesday the jurors asked for the legal definition of consent. The judge said Pennsylvania law did not provide a definition ... it was essentially left up to the sensibility of jurors.
Cosby's attorneys attacked Constand by portraying her as a liar who tried to frame him to make money ... while prosecutors called out the attack as the reason sex crime victims are afraid to come forward.
Prosecutor Kristen Feden also blasted Cosby for smirking while she talked about his accusers, saying ... "He's laughing like it's funny, but there’s absolutely nothing funny about them being stripped of their capacity to consent.”
As we reported ... Cosby's June 2017 trial ended in a mistrial because the jury then had 2 not guilty holdouts.

Russell Simmons Sexual Assault Lawsuit Dismissed
Russell Simmons and one of the women who accused him of sexual assault are no longer headed to court ... the lawsuit's been dismissed.
Jennifer Jarosik sued Simmons for millions of dollars, claiming he'd sexually assaulted her after she denied his advances. According to docs, the suit was dismissed Wednesday morning. It was dismissed with prejudice ... meaning she can't refile.
Typically, that's a sign there's been a settlement. Reps for Simmons had no comment.
The dismissal comes a couple weeks after Simmons filed a pretty strong response to the lawsuit, claiming Jennifer had sent him text messages and nude photos after the alleged assault.
In the docs, he said Jennifer was just out for a cash grab.

'Smallville' Star Sam Jones III Allison Mack Hid Her 'Inner Freak' ... 'Sex Cult' Shocks Me!!!
One of Allison Mack's co-stars on "Smallville" says she was fairly normal while shooting the show, and never showed any signs she might have been part of an alleged sex cult.
We got Sam Jones III -- who starred alongside Mack for 3 seasons -- and he tells us she had a boyfriend at the time, and he never suspected she would get arrested for alleged ties to the self-help group, Nxivm -- for which she's accused of recruiting women to be "sex slaves."
Smallville's Pete Ross offered his ex-castmate some advice ahead of her trial, where she's facing sex trafficking and conspiracy charges ... and could get 15 years in prison. His tip has to do with the residuals from the show, which -- as Sam showed us -- are still pretty fat.

Marvin Gaye's Son Sorry, Quincy ... My Dad Didn't Get It On With Brando
Marvin Gaye's son says his dad was a ladies' man who would've laughed off Quincy Jones' supposed revelation he got into bed with Marlon Brando.
We spoke with Marvin Gaye III who told us he was really upset Quincy had decided to keep himself relevant by spreading rumors about his father's sexual exploits, which Gaye's son says are 100% false.
Gaye III thinks Jones' bad memory got the better of him when he said in an interview, "Brando would "f*** anything. Anything! He'd f*** a mailbox. James Baldwin. Richard Pryor. Marvin Gaye."
Quincy apologized later for his "wordvomit." It's interesting though ... Pryor's widow embraced Quincy's claims.
Gaye's son says his dad didn't have anything against the gay community ... it just wasn't his thing.

Stan Lee Sued by Massage Therapist He Rubbed His Junk on My Foot!
Stan Lee allegedly got handsy during a massage last year, which ended with him rubbing up on the masseuse with his exposed crotch ... this according to a new lawsuit, but Lee is calling BS.
The Marvel honcho and his former assistant -- Max Anderson -- have been sued by Chicago-based massage therapist Maria Carballo, who claims Stan tried sexually gratifying himself during two sessions.
In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Carballo alleges she performed two massages at Stan's hotel room a year ago in Chi-town. During the first massage, she says Stan began fondling himself while face down on the table, and then started moaning when she got to his thighs. She says she left at that point, but came back the next day for round 2.
For the second massage, Carballo says Stan got to moaning and groaning again ... to which she responded by threatening to leave. She says he got pissed, though, so she stuck it out for another 10 minutes -- only now using her feet to perform a Shiatsu massage.
During the treatment, Carballo claims Stan grabbed her foot and rubbed it against his naked penis and scrotum. She says she immediately left after that, but not before collecting $240 cash from Lee. She also claims his assistant tried handing her more money as a tip, presumably because he knew about the misconduct ... according to her, anyway.
Carballo's suing for more than $50,000 in damages, and even cites the #MeToo movement as inspiration to speak out.
Lee's partner, Keya Morgan, tells TMZ, "I have no idea what the convict Max Anderson did, but Stan Lee is 95 years old, completely harmless, and is 100% innocent, and denies any such false accusations."

R. Kelly's Daughter I Feel Terrible About Sex Scandals But, He's Dad & We're Family
APRIL 2018
R. Kelly's daughter is reluctantly sticking by her old man amid mounting sex abuse allegations that are reaching a breaking point ... 'cause she says that's what family does.
We got Joann Kelly -- who goes by her artist name, Buku -- in Atlanta Monday, where we asked about the ever-growing scandal surrounding her father, who's been accused of grooming young women to be "sex pets" while allegedly holding them against their will.
Joann tells us she doesn't want to speak too much on the matter, but you can tell the issue hits close to home. She does admit, though, to feeling "terrible" about the whole thing.
Seeing how Kelly's inner circle is reportedly falling apart -- his publicist, lawyer and assistant all quit last week, according to the BBC -- we ask if Joann's still close with her pops. Check out her response ... it's definitely not a ringing endorsement for Dad of the Year.

2:45 PM PT -- Mack entered a plea of not guilty and was ordered detained by the judge. There will be a hearing to determine her bail on Monday.
12:25 PM PT -- Mack has been indicted on sex trafficking, sex trafficking conspiracy and conspiracy to commit forced labor charges. According to the legal docs ... Mack recruited and persuaded young women to join a secret organization called "DOS" or the "Vow" under the guise of a women's empowerment group.
Mack allegedly forced women into sex slavery and took "collateral" from them in the form of compromising photos and recorded confessions of past crimes in order to blackmail them into staying in DOS for life.
According to the docs ... Mack directed the women to have sex with Raniere and required them to remain celibate, not masturbate and grow out their pubic hair to please Raniere. Mack also allegedly made the DOS slaves participate in "readiness" drills, which required them to respond to their masters anytime -- day or night.
The women were allegedly sleep-deprived and starved to the point of their menstrual cycles stopping. All of this is believed to have gone down between February 2016 and June 2017.
Brooklyn federal prosecutors are recommending Mack's bail be extremely high, because they believe she's a flight risk with considerable ties in Mexico.
If convicted, Mack faces between 15 years and life in prison.
Allison Mack -- best known for playing Chloe Sullivan on "Smallville" -- has been arrested for her connection to the case involving the alleged leader of a sex cult called Nxivm.
The actress was arrested by the FBI, according to NYC law enforcement sources, and is due to appear in federal court in Brooklyn Friday. It's unclear what charges she is facing so far.
As we reported ... Mack was on the scene last month in Mexico when cops took Keith Raniere into custody in Puerto Vallarta, where he fled last year. He co-founded a purported self-help group called Nxivm ... which authorities now believe is a cult that forces women into sex slavery -- after they're branded with his and Mack's initials.
MARCH 2018
Mack is believed to be second in command to Raniere, who was extradited to the U.S. to face charges for sex trafficking and conspiracy to commit forced labor.

Donald Trump Putin Bragged About Russian Hookers ... According to Comey Memo
Donald Trump said Vladimir Putin boasted to him about the quality of hookers in his country ... this according to one of James Comey's memos.
Several media outlets have obtained the memos by the ex-FBI Director, and one of them is already adding spice to the Mueller investigation into Russia's alleged meddling in the 2016 election ... or at least rumors involving Trump and hookers.
In the memo, Comey claims POTUS said Russia's Prez told him ... "We have some of the most beautiful hookers in the world."
So far, no further context to the memo ... so it's unclear why Putin would tell Trump that, or why Trump would tell Comey about the alleged convo. One thing that is clear ... the GOP House members' request for Comey's memos just got way more interesting.

Scott Baio's Costar Josie Davis Denies Nicole Eggert's Sexual Assault Claims
Scott Baio's getting some reinforcement from former costar Josie Davis over claims made by Nicole Eggert saying Scott forced Josie to remove her pants when she was just 13.
Eggert was going back and forth with Baio fans on Twitter Wednesday, and at one point said, "Ask Scott Baio why he demanded Josie Davis pull her pants down when she was 13..." Eggert later deleted the tweet but not before Davis got wind of it.
Josie -- who was on "Charles in Charge" -- just came to Scott's defense, calling the allegation completely false. She continues, "I only had a positive and professional relationship with him."
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
Eggerts new claims are among a string of bad blood between the two. Most recently, Nicole, Alexander Polinksy and attorney Lisa Bloom held a press conference where Polinsky claimed Scott had exposed himself and called Polinsky a "f****t" when he was just 11 years old.
Scott's rep, Brian Glicklich tells us, "From the beginning, Nicole's inconsistent stories have proven her claims to be untrue. Now she has tripped over her words once again, and it is time to recognize this charade for what it is. Scott is profoundly grateful to Josie Davis for her integrity and decency."

Ex-Playmate Karen McDougal is clear to spill the beans about her alleged affair with Donald Trump ... and, perhaps most importantly to her, make a ton o' money off it.
McDougal had sued the National Enquirer's parent company, American Media, over a non-disclosure agreement she signed with them in 2016. She got $150k and some promotional perks, and the Enquirer got her exclusive story about the 2006 affair with Trump. She sued to get out of the deal.
Well, they reached a settlement ... according to the New York Times, and is now allowed to talk all she wants about her Trump relationship. You'll recall, McDougal sat down with Anderson Cooper last month for a CNN special.
So, why does the settlement matter? It's pretty clear based on the terms, which include American Media getting $75k of any future profits Karen makes off selling the Trump story.
Start the countdown to Karen's tell-all book hitting stores -- but ya gotta wonder what's left for her to reveal. The NYT says she also gets to keep her $150k fee.
