Phil Mickelson Sued By SEC $930k Profit From Insider Info
Phil Mickelson made nearly $1 MILLION in the stock market off information stemming from insider trading ... this according to the Securities and Exchange Commission which just sued the golfer.
According to a lawsuit filed by the SEC, Mickelson got a tip about Dean Foods company in 2012 from famed sports gambler Billy Walters.
The SEC believes Walters got his information from a longtime friend who was a director at the company.
But since Phil allegedly took Billy's info -- and made roughly $931k in profits from subsequent trades -- the SEC believes Phil's money was ill-gotten and he should have to forfeit the money to the SEC.
The SEC believes Phil owed Walters money at the time of the trade -- the assumption is that he urged Phil to make the financial moves to make some money to pay him back.
Shocking allegations, considering Phil has made more than $79 MILLION in career earnings, according to the PGA.

Waka Flocka Flame Puts Little Girl in Dog Cage 'I'll Bond You Out'
Waka Flocka Flame played make-believe with a little girl -- as in, make believe you're in jail ... locking the crying toddler in a dog crate.
The little girl had tears in her eyes as she reached out between the bars for someone to free her. Waka asks if she "wants out of jail," and then says he'll bond her out.
Even more shocking ... Waka recorded the whole scene and posted it on Snapchat. It's unclear if the girl, who seems less than 3 years old, is his daughter. As far as we know .. he doesn't have any biological kids.
Some people are going OFF on Waka on social media ... others are laughing it off as a joke.
9:35 AM PT -- Waka just posted an explanation, saying his niece had put herself in the dog crate. His rep says the whole thing was "taken out of context. He found she had accidentally locked herself inside. Waka was simply letting her out."
The rep says he thought it was an adorable family moment and decided to post it. Waka is clearly pissed anyone would think he's locking up kids ...

Blake Lively Butt Out!!!
Blake Lively has pissed off the black community in a big way ... by captioning this pic that she now has an "Oakland booty."
Blake, who's pregnant with her second kid, is in Cannes and pretty clearly was just joking with the Instagram post, but it's inflamed lots of people on social media.
Blake was clearly gabbing a line from Sir Mix-a-Lot's song, "Baby Got Back (I Like Big Butts)."
Some of the people who are throwing shade think Blake is using black women as a punchline.
Notably, this doesn't seem to be simply a black/white thing. Katy Perry and Khloe Kardashian have used the quote on social media ... without getting ripped.

Selena & Orlando Post Snuggle Video ... Your Place or Mine?
The Selena Gomez-Orlando Bloom cuddlefest didn't end in the club ... because now TMZ has obtained video of the duo leaving together in the same car.
In the video, you can see the pair making a beeline for a waiting car last Friday night as they left LIGHT nightclub inside Mandalay Bay. Selena couldn't hide in that silver dress, while Orlando tried to slip out low key ... head down with a hat.
The video has all the makings of a sure thing -- but our Selena sources say she's adamant there were other people in the car with them ... and they all made a late night fast food run together. After that though, Selena's insisting she and Orlando went to separate corners (hotel rooms).
As TMZ first reported, the pair got super handsy at an after-party for Selena's concert.

Steve Aoki Animal Rights Group Goes Apes*** Chimps Don't Like Dress Up
Steve Aoki's new music video borders on bestiality ... or at least chimp-on-woman love ... so claims a very angry animal rights group.
The brouhaha is over Steve's vid, "Can't Go Home," where a chimpanzee goes bananas over a chick. The girl in the video parades her prize around in various outfits, including a silver chain and gym shorts.
The North American Primate Sanctuary Alliance is outraged at Aoki and Adam Lambert, who's featured in the song.
NAPSA claims trained primates are poorly treated, often ripped away from their mothers at a very early age and put in training houses where they're abused. Once the entertainment projects are completed, the chimps are viewed as useless and left to psychologically suffer for the rest of their lives.
We reached out to Aoki ... so far no word back.

As we reported, 50 got in Andrew's face at an airport accusing him of working while on drugs, when in fact he's autistic and is also afflicted by Asperger's.

MLB's Carlos Martinez Calls BS on STD Lawsuit ... '100% False'
St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Carlos Martinez is ferociously disputing a lawsuit -- in which the 24-year-old is accused of giving a woman non-life threatening STDs ... after swearing he was clean.
The woman behind the suit, filed in district court in Miami, claims she began a romantic relationship with Martinez in 2012 -- and the two had an on-and-off relationship for years.
According to the suit, the two reconnected last year -- and began having sex again on Dec. 16th. Two days later, the woman claims she began to feel ill and later tested positive for multiple STDs.
The woman claims she had grilled Martinez about his sexual health before they hooked up and he "swore to God that he was not infected with any sexually transmitted disease."
Soon after the woman informed Martinez about her condition, he allegedly bolted for the Dominican Republic and never called her back.
Now, she's suing him for battery, negligent transmission of sexually transmitted diseases, fraud and more ... and she's demanding more than $1.5 million in damages.
We spoke with Martinez's attorney Ruben Scolavino who tells us Carlos adamantly denies the allegations.
"I can tell you most assuredly the allegations are 100% false."

We asked if the fact she went out sans engagement ring over the weekend was a message to the NBA star -- but she shot that down hard ... saying she doesn't think women have to rock the rock 24/7.
"It's nothing personal ... it doesn't go with the outfit."
Long story short ... seems Nick's out of the doghouse and the engagement is still on.

Madonna Surrenders In Driveway War ... Dodges Fine
Madonna's Upper East Side driveway just got the facelift it needed to clear her name with NYC ... and it was done just in the nick of time.
TMZ broke the story ... Madonna was warned by the city to remove the illegal "no parking" signage she had posted in front of her driveway. The city's Dept. of Transportation tells us homeowners have 30 days to resolve the issue, or get a $250 fine.
The deadline is 2 days away, and Wednesday morning we spotted the curb had a fresh grey paint job, and the "no parking" stamp had been removed. A D.O.T. rep confirms they've since re-inspected the location and found it to be in compliance.
Not that the $250 would have been a hardship for Madge.

Shawne Merriman Shawn Oakman's Rape Allegation Hurts Draft Stock ... Even If He's Innocent
Shawn Oakman lost millions of dollars this week ... even if he's INNOCENT ... this according to Shawne Merriman who says just an allegation alone can destroy an NFL prospect's draft stock.
Oakman -- who was regarded as a top NFL prospect -- is being investigated for a possible sexual assault in Waco, TX over the weekend ... but has denied any wrongdoing. He has not been arrested or charged with a crime.
But Merriman -- who spent 7 years in the NFL -- says the damage to Oakman's draft stock has already been done.
"Even if it's not true, or even if he is acquitted, teams still look at him as a bad apple and nobody really wants that in an organization."
He added, "Right now is the worst time you can get in trouble for anything."
It's true ... just ask La'el Collins -- who took a HUGE hit in last year's NFL draft when police announced they wanted to speak with him about the shooting death of a woman he was once romantically linked to.
Collins -- who was supposed to be a Top 15 pick -- was never arrested or charged with a crime ... but didn't get drafted at all and ended up signing a free agent contract with the Cowboys for much less than he was worth.

Ralphie May Concert Canceled Due to 'F the Indians' Backlash
Ralphie May just got smacked in the wallet -- his upcoming concert has been canceled after audio surfaced of an old routine he did ripping Native Americans for being drunks.
The Sanford Center in Bemidji, MN tells TMZ it's pulling the plug on Ralphie's concert that was set for Saturday. Bemidji has a large Native American population, and we're told the show was yanked in direct response to the audio of a bit May did in 2007.
He's been getting blasted for saying things like, "F**k a bunch of Indians" ... and "dry up you bunch of alcoholics." Ralphie posted an apology Wednesday night, saying the audio is highly edited and omitted his punchline, which made it clear the rant was all a joke.
For folks in Bemidji ... we're told full refunds will be given, and the box office is throwing in a ticket to "Celtic Fire" Irish step dancing for your troubles.
