Supermodel Stella Maxwell just got some much-needed protection ... from a man who allegedly threatened to rape her, shoot her and set her house on fire.

The Victoria's Secret model filed legal docs seeking a restraining order against a man named Ruben Velazquez, whom she claims has been showing up at her house uninvited and sending her crazy threats via Instagram for the past couple months.

Maxwell says he made several scary visits to her residence and sent her dozens of IG messages ... including a photo taken just a few feet from her house.

According to the legal docs, Velazquez also sent alarming messages like "I'm thinking of burning your house" ... "buy a shotgun with long range and leave you lame" and various messages referring to being her husband and saying, "we are going to f*** Stella."

Maxwell says the last message she got from him said, "I'm going to be a serial killer."

And, there's more ... "I will find you" and "You are going to have to kill me." As well as, "I [will] leave you in a wheelchair."

Miley Cyrus might've snatched up Brody Jenner's ex, Kaitlynn Carter, but he isn't batting an eyelash over it -- the guy's already found a new distraction ... one Josie Canseco.

Sources familiar with the new pair tell TMZ that Brody and Josie have been seeing each other as of late ... and that they seem like a good match for now.

We're told the Victoria's Secret model first met Brody during a 'Hills' press tour in New York, where they were introduced at a hotel party through Frankie Delgado and Brandon Lee -- both of whom are also on the hit reality show that was recently revived.

Our 'Hills' sources say Brody and Josie hit it off, and have been hanging out A LOT over the past few weeks, kissing each other and showing tons of PDA around friends. They seem to be taking things somewhat slow, we're told, but it's clear they're romantically involved.

Perfect timing, really ... Kaitlynn seems to be moving on with Miley ... who's apparently BEEN over hubby Liam Hemsworth for a while now.

Here's another thing -- our sources tell us even though Brody referenced Miley and Kaitlynn (and Liam too, cringey as it was) ... it's not a reflection on what's occupying his mind. We're told Brody's over Kaitlynn after their split and couldn't care less who she dates.

As for Liam -- who's been the most tight-lipped about all the drama out of everyone involved -- he piped up Monday in Australia, telling a pap he didn't wanna talk about it.

Karlie Kloss saying she left Victoria's Secret because the brand didn't match her feminist values is a load of crap ... so says model Cynthia Kirchner, who is calling out Karlie for getting it twisted. 

Cynthia -- a Victoria's Secret model alum herself, tells TMZ ... Karlie's wrong for sticking her nose up at Victoria's Secret since, ya know, it's what gave Karlie a platform. Check out the vid ... Cynthia also says Karlie's got feminism all wrong ... because female empowerment means women can choose how and where to show off their bodies. And, that includes Victoria's Secret.

ICYMI ... Karlie told British Vogue she left VS in 2015 because she "didn't feel it was an image that was truly reflective of who I am and the kind of message I want to send to young women around the world about what it means to be beautiful."

Karlie, who BTW is married to Jared Kushner's baby brother, Joshua, added, "I think that was a pivotal moment in me stepping into my power as a feminist, being able to make my own choices and my own narrative, whether through the companies I choose to work with, or through the image I put out to the world."

Shanina Shaik is done with her marriage to DJ Ruckus ... 'cause she wants a divorce just a year after getting hitched. 

The Victoria's Secret model just filed the paperwork Tuesday in L.A. County Court, asking a judge for a dissolution of marriage. She and Ruckus tied the knot last year, and have no kids together. 

It's unclear for now if she's asking for spousal support, but one thing that is certain ... she wants out. They officially separated last month, telling the media, "They move forward with much mutual respect and love for each other, and ask to please respect their privacy during this time." 

Shanina posted about her journey earlier Wednesday, captioning her photo, "Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations." Shanina and Ruckus got engaged in late 2015 while vacationing on Lenny Kravitz's private island.

BTW, don't confuse Shanina as a relative of Irina Shayk -- who also reportedly went through a major split with baby daddy Bradley Cooper earlier this year. 

Both attractive, both models, but completely different genes.

The Victoria's Secret Angel took advantage of the SoCal winter weather to rock multiple sexy outfits for a photo shoot in Venice Beach Thursday ... and she didn't forget to bring her board.

Halsey's making it clear, just because she appeared in the annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show ... she's still pissed off about one of its execs disregard for the LGBTQ community.

The singer, who performed in the VS Show, blasted the show as it was airing Sunday night. She called out Ed Razek, the chief marketing officer for VS's parent company.

Last month in Vogue, he was asked about having transgender models in the show and said ... "No, I don't think we should. Well, why not? Because the show is a fantasy. It's a 42-minute entertainment special. That's what it is."

Halsey's IG post slammed VS for "a lack of inclusivity" ... and added she stands in solidarity with the trans community.

For his part, Razek apologized and walked back his comment, as soon as the backlash began. He said, "To be clear, we absolutely would cast a transgender model for the show."

Razek added, "We've had transgender models come to castings. And like many others, they didn't make it. But it was never about gender. I admire and respect their journey to embrace who they really are."

Halsey seems to want action, not words.

Adriana Lima walked the runway one last time before hanging up her wings after two decades as a VS model ... and she totally slayed her going out party.

Sabrina Jales St. Pierre is suing the Palm Desert Embassy Suites hotel, claiming she was viciously attacked by the creepy creatures back in 2016.

The bites covered much of her body, and even worse didn't heal very quickly. She claims the bites left her not only physically scarred but emotionally as well ... she says she suffered embarrassment and psychological trauma. She says she continues to have nightmares.

Victoria's Secret Angel Taylor Hill might have had a little too much fun for Day 2 of Coachella, 'cause she had to be carried out by a group of friends by the end of it.

We got the model Saturday heading into the Empire Polo Club for round two of the festivities, where she was trying to be incognito -- but appeared perked up and fully engaged with our camera guy ... making her love for Beyonce loud and clear.

Then we saw her again as she was leaving with the same group of friends -- only this time she was being held up as her head was hanging and she stumbled to the car.

Victoria's Secret model Maggie Laine is no stranger to posing ... which may be why she takes an excellent mugshot.

Maggie was busted for weed back on St. Patrick's Day in Muscogee County, Georgia ... where the sticky icky isn't legal. Maggie, who turned 21 the week before, had less than an ounce, but that's no excuse in the Peach State.

The good news ... she was released in short order.

Maggie's repped by IMG Models, one of the biggest modeling agencies around. The company has all sorts of high end models on its roster, including Gigi Hadid, Ashley Graham and Gisele. Maggie walked the VS Fashion Show catwalk last fall.

Here's the good news ... Jeremy Meeks is a felon and that didn't hurt his modeling career.

Emily Ratajkowski just pulled a fast one -- getting hitched in an NYC courthouse to her boyfriend of just a few weeks -- with only a couple friends there to see it.

Ratajkowski and new hubby Sebastian Bear-McClard were spotted at City Hall Friday with friends in tow. In fact, one of those friends who served as a witness to the wedding was social media star The Fat Jewish.

Emily surprised fans with the announcement on her page, posting a pic with Sebastian and revealing she's a missus now.

Reports surfaced just a couple weeks ago speculating the model was no longer with longtime boyfriend Jeff Magid. It became pretty obvious she and Magid were kaput after pics showing Emily and Sebastian making out on Valentine's Day surfaced.

Ratajkowski first gained fame when she appeared topless in Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" music video.

The real Victoria's Secret was exposed in Miami, which is that lingerie works just as well as a bikini on the beach ... maybe better.

VS models Lais Ribeiro and Cindy Bruna were doing a beach photo shoot Wednesday, and passed on the traditional swimwear ... going simply bras and panties instead.

We're sure they didn't get a single complaint from the locals. Besides, a two piece is a two piece, right?

Josephine Skriver found herself at the beach without a standard sexy-as-hell swimsuit, so instead ... she went with the pretty-in-pink lingerie look.

The Victoria's Secret Angel rocked the racy lingerie during a photo shoot near the beach in Miami Wednesday ... and she certainly stood out on some sort of stone slab.

Lenny Kravitz is dating Brazilian model Barbara Fialho and she has something in common with his own daughter ... they're practically the same age!

Kravitz and the Victoria's Secret model, who's 30, packed on the PDA Sunday while taking a stroll in Miami. They met up with friends for lunch.

Kravitz's own daughter is 29 and now stars on a Golden Globe winning TV show, "Big Little Lies," alongside Lenny's ex-fiancee, Nicole Kidman, so really nothing weird about this.
