Melania Trump just got what she was after ... the man who posted the YouTube video suggesting Barron had autism is taking the video down.

The guy who posted the video says, "TMZ just contacted me to tell me Melania Trump is threatening a lawsuit over this video ... I never ever meant this as a bullying video."

The video was posted by someone who says he was diagnosed with autism at age 5, and he says he posted the video because he wanted to stop people for bullying Barron over his "weird behavior."

Fact is ... Barron does not have autism and the video perpetuated the bullying, but the guy behind the video says it will come down and he will issue a retraction and an apology to Melania and Barron.

Sources close to 50 tell TMZ, "50 doesn't personally know him however he heard that he was assaulted, as a result of the vlad and Jimmy Henchmen interview that mentioned 50. Mafi personally commented on 50's post, and when 50 saw he was in fact not injured he then deleted the post."

50 Cent made a thinly veiled threat to cut a guy so badly he'd need 150 stitches -- so claims the guy who says all he did was try to interview one of Fiddy's baby mamas.

Courtney "Mafi" Johnson says he booked Shaniqua Tompkins for an interview, and the next day 50 Cent posted a photo of Mafi on his Instagram with the menacing caption: "I have nothing to do with him getting a buck 50 in his face ... now the poor guy has to staple his face together."

Mafi says Fiddy deleted the post after 45 minutes, but the damage was done -- he called police out of concern for his safety and filed an incident report. Cops in Wisconsin, where Mafi lives, say they've looked into it and closed the case.

Mafi says he's meeting with a lawyer to consider his options.

Tampa Bay Lighting winger J.T. Brown didn't get all of his aggression out on the ice Monday night -- smashing a fan's iPhone moments after he was sent to the penalty box after an all-out brawl.

Brown went straight Conor McGregor on Nashville Predator defenseman Ryan Ellis after a blindside hit in the 3rd period.

As Brown was sent off the ice, Preds fan Brendan Johansen began to heckle him ... and that's when Brown reached up and smashed the cell phone.

We spoke with Johansen who says he's not mad and isn't taking any legal action -- but says he hopes the Lightning will spring to get him a new phone ... because his screen got shattered in the mayhem.

Birdman's legal war with Lil Wayne is back to square one, because Weezy continues to drop major disrespect on his ex-mentor's name.

Sources close to the situation tell us ... lawyers for the 2 camps were close to reaching a deal -- one meeting away, in fact -- when Wayne publicly dissed Birdman by changing the lyrics in "I'm Me" from a Cash Money shout-out to a Jay Z shout-out.

The son of former 'RHOC' star Lauri Peterson got busted -- while already behind bars -- for hoarding prison wine in his cell, so now he's facing a new felony.

Law enforcement tells us ... Joshua Waring had the alcoholic beverage -- known as "pruno" in the can -- stashed in his bunk at an Orange County jail. We're told he's been charged with possession of contraband in a correctional facility.

Donald Trump's head was totally jacked by a company peddling knockoffs of it, according to a new lawsuit -- and we should probably mention we're talking Bobblehead Trumps.

Plan P2 Promotions just filed suit against JF Sports Marketing for allegedly ripping off its copyright on "Donald Trump Red Hat Bobbleheads." The figurine features the Prez-elect sporting his motto on the cap.

In the suit, PPP says it obtained the copyright in October 2015, but recently started seeing their product sold by JF Sports on Internet sites like Amazon ... without permission.

PPP says it warned JF Sports to cease and desist, but the sales continued. Now it's asking a judge to yank the copycat bobbles from retailers, and force JF to hand over its profits from the Trump figurines.

JF Sports believes it's in the clear because Trump's image and likeness are public domain like other politician bobblheads it's manufactured. A rep says, "Them saying we used their same design is false."

Kate Upton is FURIOUS Justin Verlander didn't win the A.L. Cy Young Award -- sending a scorching note to the MLB writers who voted on it ... YOU F**KED MY FIANCE.

Verlander came in 2nd in the voting behind Red Sox pitcher Rick Porcello -- despite the fact Justin had more 1st place votes.

FYI -- the Cy Young voting system is weighted. Writers fill in a name for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th place -- a 1st place vote is worth 7 points. 2nd is worth 4, 3rd is worth 3, 4th is 2 and 5th is 1.

Verlander had 14 1st place votes. Rick had 8 ... but Rick beat Verlander out in the overall scoring.

Carmen Suarez and her daughter, Jillian, couldn't believe what they were seeing when the memes started popping up early Wednesday morning. One called 11/9 the "second worst day in America" -- and another said it was "more of a disaster than 9/11."

Uncle Sam has a bone to pick with Rick Ross -- millions of dollars in unpaid taxes, according to new legal docs.

The IRS went through 3 years of Ross' taxes, and claims he owes about $5.7 mil of cold hard cash. The back taxes are from 2012 to 2014.

According to the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Ross owes a little more than $4.6 million in 2012 alone, and then about $570,000 a piece for '13 and '14, respectively.

The feds have issued a tax lien, and if Rozay doesn't pay up they could haul away his stuff to cover his nut.

When is a crime scene not really a crime scene?? When ABC News FAKES IT for a live TV shot.

Viewers at home watched live Friday morning as Linsey Davis reported in front of what appeared to be a crime scene in South Carolina ... where a woman had allegedly been held captive in a storage container by a sex offender.

Problem was ... the crime scene tape was just a TV prop to make it look like she was in front of the real crime scene ... and the lie was exposed in a photo obtained by CNN.

You can clearly see the yellow tape was tied to production equipment to give the illusion Davis was reporting right from the scene of the investigation. The segment aired on "Good Morning America."

ABC News is placing the blame on the field producer -- saying, "As soon as it was brought to our attention, we decided to take the producer out of the field, and we're investigating further."

"This action is completely unacceptable and fails to meet the standards of ABC News," ABC News' VP of Communication said in a statement.

By the way, this isn't the first time Davis has been in the headlines this week -- she was the reporter who interviewed Lil Wayne for 'Nightline' when he ranted about Black Lives Matter and stormed out of the interview.

Lil Wayne was so furious about his "Nightline" interview we're told his camp repeatedly demanded ABC News pull the plug.

Sources connected to Wayne tell TMZ ... the rapper's camp sent the network several emails insisting the interview never see the light of day, but ABC never responded. We're told Wayne's rationale was simple -- the interviewer, Linsey Davis, crossed the line by asking questions he says were NOT pre-approved.

We broke the story ... Weezy got agitated when Davis asked a question about his daughter, which he says aggravated him so much ... he blasted the black lives matter movement a few minutes later.

ABC News tells us nothing was pre-approved with Wayne's camp, and, "When it came to the questions and the topics of the interview nothing was off limits."

Wayne was definitely not happy -- we're told he fired his publicists when the segment aired.

Harvard University has suspended the men's soccer team for the remainder of the season after officials found that players had been creating detailed reports on women they'd like to bang.

An investigation was launched into the program over allegations the 2012 team had created a ranking system for Harvard's female soccer recruits -- detailing who they'd like to bang and why.

Officials say there was essentially a "scouting report" in which the women were rated on a number scale and assigned a hypothetical sexual position.

The school says the investigation showed the "report" wasn't limited to 2012 -- and continued into 2016.

So, Harvard's Dean, Drew Faust, dropped the hammer on team -- which is currently ranked #1 in the Ivy League -- canceling the final 2 games of the season and banning them from the NCAA tourney.
