Kim Jong-Un Introduces His Daughter To The World ... During Ballistic Missile Test
Kim Jong Un has been shaking up the world with his terrifying antics, and he used one of those occasions to introduce the world to his adolescent daughter.
The brutal North Korean dictator gave everyone an uncharacteristic first look at his cherubic-faced girl watching a ballistic missile test in a series of photos released Saturday by his state media. The child's name, age and other personal characteristics were kept under wraps.
She appears to be around 9 years old. Kim and his wife reportedly have 3 kids, but they have all been shielded from public view.
Of course, Kim is famous for walling off himself and his country, which is how it got the nickname the "Hermit Kingdom." So, Kim's decision to unveil his daughter in such an official setting is interesting ... since he might view her as a next-generation leader.
In the images, Kim is seen walking with his daughter and holding her hand ... but his choice for their special outing is something most dads would never dream of.
Instead of buying her ice cream, Kim took her to Pyongyang International Airfield to watch a new intercontinental ballistic missile launch into the sky. ICBMs are typically used for nuclear weapons delivery.
As you may know ... Kim has been ratcheting up tensions in the region with a stream of ballistic missile tests in recent weeks. He warned President Biden that he would take "fiercer" measures if the U.S. continued to defend North Korea's rivals -- South Korea and Japan. The latest test shows these missiles are now capable of reaching just about any part of the U.S. mainland.
Maybe Kim's daughter can soften him up a bit. Time will tell.

Donald Trump is no longer persona non grata on the bird app ... all thanks to Elon Musk, who just made the decision to bring him back into the fold.
The announcement was made Saturday by EM himself, who wrote ... "The people have spoken. Trump will be reinstated. Vox Populi, Vox Dei." He also linked to the results of a poll he posted Friday, which posed the question of whether DT should be allowed to return.
The people have spoken.
— Elon Musk (@elonmusk) November 20, 2022 @elonmusk
Trump will be reinstated.
Vox Populi, Vox Dei. https://t.co/jmkhFuyfkv
The results were pretty close, but ended up being in favor of letting Trump back on Twitter ... with 51.8% of the more than 15 million people who voted saying "Yes." 48.2% were opposed.
Elon was pretty impressed by the numbers on his own question ... saying earlier in the day that it was fascinating to see the results pour in, and later noting that at least 134 million had viewed the poll -- seemingly referencing some internal data he has access to.
Trump's account is back.
— Ryan Saavedra (@RealSaavedra) November 20, 2022 @RealSaavedra
Trump said last month: “I am staying on Truth. I like it better, I like the way it works, I like Elon, but I’m staying on Truth. If I choose to run, I will only use Truth.” pic.twitter.com/Xa5wepziKq
Now, while Trump's account is, in fact, accessible again to the public -- this after being nothing but a blank page for well over a year now after being permanently banned post-Jan. 6 -- it doesn't appear Trump has tweeted anything yet ... and possibly might not at all.
Reports say he was quoted on Truth Social last month, saying he was going to stick to his own platform and that he was done with Twitter ... even amid the prospect of EM ownership.
To all of those who have asked, I will not be going to the Inauguration on January 20th.
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) January 8, 2021 @realDonaldTrump
His last public tweet dates back Jan. 8. Interestingly, DT's follower count took a nose-dive into the hundreds of thousands, but it's steadily climbing right now. Trump was once one of the most followed Twitter accounts at his peak, and "the people" clearly want him back.

Bill Maher Holy S**t!!! We're Not as Crazy as We Thought
Bill Maher put a bow on the 20th season of "Real Time" with words of hope ... how 'bout Dem midterms!!!
Bill is blown away by the election ... if you followed him, he thought it would be a deathblow to democracy, but it was the opposite. As he said, Donald Trump may get credit for putting up a slate of whackos who were so scary ... voters opened their eyes and rejected them in force.
Now B.M. isn't suggesting America is out of the woods ... paraphrasing Mark Twain, he said "Reports of our death were slightly exaggerated." Nevertheless, Bill tipped his hat to voters, who helped us revert to some semblance of sanity.
He then leaned into one of his mantras ... reject the extremes on both sides, noting they account for only around 7% of us, yet they get 90% of the media's attention. And how 'bout this -- 90% of all tweets are courtesy of only 10% of users. As he says, if we let them control our country, it's like letting the crying baby fly the plane.
Bill ends with sage advice for both sides ... start compromising, especially on the extremes. His examples are hilarious.
Come back soon Bill!

Elon Musk Trump Twitter Reinstatement ... Vote Yes Or No!!!
Elon Musk seems to be leaving the fate of Donald Trump's Twitter account up to bird app users ... asking folks to vote on his reinstatement.
Elon posted a Twitter poll Friday on his account, asking users to vote either "Yes" or "No" on reinstating the former president's Twitter page.
Musk first posted the poll then left a reply ... "Vox Populi, Vox Dei" ... a Latin phrase meaning, "the voice of the people is the voice of God."
Elon's poll already has 1.4 million responses and counting, and it's not even been live for an hour. The poll will be up for 24 hours, giving folks until Saturday evening to decide.
As you know, Trump was banned from Twitter by the previous ownership in the wake of the Jan. 6 riot. The former president is also banned from other mainstream social media apps.
Elon's hinted at Trump's return to Twitter since buying the bird app for $44 billion ... but this is the first time he's sought feedback through a Twitter poll.

Nancy Pelosi I'm Leaving Democratic Leadership ... Time For Next Generation
Nancy Pelosi is stepping back from leading her party in the House of Representatives ... she says she will NOT seek reelection to Democratic leadership in the next Congress.
The Speaker of the House made the big announcement Thursday at the Capitol, in the wake of Democrats losing control of the House to Republicans in the midterm elections.
Nancy says instead of serving as House Minority Leader, she will serve as a member of the House representing San Francisco ... explaining it's time for the party to move boldly into the future with a new generation of leaders.
Pelosi, the first woman to ever lead a party in Congress, was swarmed by her colleagues after her speech ... sharing hugs and shaking hands on the House floor, and getting emotional.
First elected to the House in 1987, Nancy rose to become the first woman to serve as Speaker of the House ... and she says she's proud to see more women and minorities among the House ranks, increasing from only a dozen when she started to nearly 100 now.
During her speech, Nancy mentioned landmark legislation accomplished with former presidents George W. Bush, Barack Obama and Joe Biden ... while snubbing Donald Trump, who she staunchly opposed when she was the House Minority Leader during the Trump administration.
Nancy, who grew up in Baltimore as the daughter of a politician, started her speech by recalling the first time she laid eyes on the Capitol when she was 6 years old ... cementing how she knew politics would be her future.
Pelosi was previously reelected to serve as House Speaker in January 2021, only three days before the January 6 riots.
Rioters Were Looking to Hurt Pelosi, 'Hang Mike Pence' in Capitol Siege
As we previously reported ... CNN obtained video shot inside the Capitol on January 6, as Pelosi's Chief of Staff tells her Trump won't show face to turn back the angry mob because Secret Service didn't have the resources to protect him.
Nancy wasn't having it, angrily declaring she was ready to throw hands with Trump and saying ... "I'm gonna punch him out, and I'm gonna go to jail and I'm gonna be happy."
Democrats will elect a new leader next month, and it will be interesting to see who takes over for Nancy. Stay tuned ...

Ivanka Trump Sorry Dad, I'm Not On Board ... For 2024 Presidential Bid
Donald Trump has lost his secret weapon -- a key political ally who some say was the only person who could reason with him -- his daughter.
Ivanka Trump announced Tuesday she's not going along for the ride with DT and his 2024 bid to regain the presidency ... because she says her priority is the 3 kids she shares with husband, Jared Kushner.
As you know, DT announced Tuesday night he's running again. On the heels of that, Ivanka released a statement saying, "I love my father very much. This time around, I am choosing to prioritize my young children and the private life we are creating as a family. I do not plan to be involved in politics."
She did offer faint praise -- "While I will always love and support my father, going forward I will do so outside the political arena. I am grateful to have had the honor of serving the American people and I will always be proud of many of our administration's accomplishments."
Ivanka and Jared were senior advisors to DT during his four years as President. The couple also worked on DT's 2016 and 2020 presidential campaigns.
After leaving the White House and D.C., Ivanka and Jared moved to Miami's exclusive Indian Creek Island and have mostly stayed under the radar with their children: Arabella, 11, Joseph, 9, and Theodore, 6. But, they all live close to DT's Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach.
Although Jared attended DT's presidential announcement Tuesday night at Mar-a-Lago, Ivanka was a no-show. Donald Trump Jr., a major advisor to his dad during his first presidency, was also MIA -- reportedly because he got stuck out west in bad weather during a hunting trip. Tiffany Trump, DT's youngest daughter, was also not there ... but she had a good excuse having just gotten hitched.
DT's other son, Eric Trump, was in the audience and 45 even acknowledged him at one point during his speech. Trump called Eric and himself victims of what he says is a corrupt justice system.

D.L. Hughley Trump's Gonna Lose Another Election ... GOP Is Full Of Cowards!!!
-
Exclusive
D.L. Hughley says Donald Trump is well on his way to losing yet another election, all while destroying the Republican party in the process.
We got the comedian at LAX ... just a couple hours before Trump stepped up to the mics at Mar-a-Lago to announce he will, as anticipated, run for President in 2024.
While Trump's West Palm Beach home was surrounded by passionate supporters waiting to hear him launch his campaign ... D.L. was thanking them for backing the former prez, because he thinks Trump is leading the GOP down a road to destruction.
D.L. clowned Trump for seeing almost all of his hand-picked candidates go down in flames in the midterms, and for losing the popular vote in the last 2 general elections. Republicans would call that 2nd part a petty point -- the fact is, we still select presidents using the electoral college.
That aside, he says the GOP is insane to think Trump can win the White House again -- and he does believe Trump will bully the party into giving him the nomination.
If, for some reason, they backed someone else, like Ron DeSantis, D.L. thinks Trump would take the whole party down with him. Think Jan. 6th, but just for the GOP this time.
He did say there is one way Trump could be removed from the race -- but he thinks it's highly unlikely to happen.
As for this being a "last gasp" for Trump's political career, as D.L. sees it -- buckle up for the next 2 years! Whether you're Democrat, Republican, Trump lover or Trump hater ... it's gonna get interesting.

Mike Pence Emotional Over Trump's Jan 6 'Courage' Tweet
Mike Pence says Donald Trump's characterization of him as a coward on January 6th was reckless and made him angry ... and he got emotional talking about it.
The former Veep talked about that dark time with ABC's David Muir, and when Muir read back the ex-Prez's tweet as the insurrection was unfolding ... you can see MP get visibly upset, seemingly searching for the right words.
Eventually, he found them ... saying Trump's suggestion that he lacked the courage to do what was necessary to avoid a "steal" couldn't be more off the mark. Pence told his daughter, who was also at the Capitol, it takes more courage to uphold the law than to break it, which is what DT wanted him to do.
As Pence speaks, you see him incessantly tapping his foot ... itself a show of emotion.
Remember, Pence was overseeing the certification of the 2020 election on Jan. 6 ... when at some point in the day, in the middle of their session, hundreds of rioters came barreling through Capitol doors and windows, causing lawmakers to hide in fear.
1/6/21
For some reason, Muir pressed Pence about what he thought Trump could've possibly been doing at the White House that whole time -- Pence had no idea because he wasn't there. Pence told Muir he'd have to take that one up with Trump himself.
There's not much ambiguity here ... Pence has not only broken ties with Trump, he has contempt for him. It's especially stunning because during Trump's presidency Pence was his #1 cheerleader.
Funny how inciting a mob to do harm to someone can tank an alliance.

Jon Voight Still Riding on the Trump Train ... After Midterm Elections
Donald Trump is becoming public enemy #1 in the Republican Party after being blamed for the midterm election results -- but Jon Voight's sticking by him ... for whatever that's worth.
The actor posted a new video Sunday addressed to the American people ... and it's pretty ominous. He decries the wins Democrats secured and suggests there's malfeasance afoot -- echoing false election denial claims propagated by the ex-Prez and his staunch supporters.
JV is one of those diehards, it seems, because he says DT is the only one who can restore truth and justice in this country again ... and he says that'll happen when he's back in office.
FWIW, Trump hasn't officially announced he's running for President again in 2024 -- but has stopped short of saying it for well over a year now. He's also got some big announcement on Tuesday ... which may, in fact, be him throwing his hat in the ring once more.
It's a little weird to see just how down the rabbit hole Jon finds himself -- he talks about a looming third world war, linking it to our domestic politics. His whole speech here is strange.
"I'm tired of losing. That's all [Trump's] done."
— CNN (@CNN) November 13, 2022 @CNN
Maryland's Republican Gov. Larry Hogan gives his take on the midterm election results for the GOP and what it means about former president Donald Trump's impact. @CNNSotu #CNNSOTU pic.twitter.com/vde9X3Ly9Y
Regardless of what Trump and his holdout cronies might say ... the voters are making their voices heard at the ballot box. Thus far, Dems will retain control of the Senate -- and even though the House might go to Republicans, it'll probably be a slim majority.
Some are saying it's the end of the Trump era, but Jon's got his ears covered on that one.

Tiffany Trump's Wedding Marriage Time at Mar-a-Lago ... Daddy Donald Tuxes It Up!!!
Tiffany Trump seems ready to say "I do" in her dad's backyard this weekend -- and the ex-Prez was on hand to see his daughter through it to the end ... looking spiffy, no less.
Donald's second youngest was in her bridal gown Saturday, with all her bridesmaids standing at the altar as the nuptials looked to be getting underway at Mar-a-Lago ... apparently, they went with a blue motif, as you can see in Ivanka's dress.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
Of course, DT himself was front and center as well ... standing next to Tiff down below, and naturally the dude was wearing a tux. Pretty standard wedding attire, no real surprises.
It's been a busy 24 hours there ... a wedding rehearsal has been underway, and Trump's been flashing his signature thumbs up in pretty much every photo. He even posed with his ex, Marla Maples, and his current wife, Melania, at the same time. Rare to see!
No sign of the groom, Michael Boulos, just yet -- but we imagine if Tiffany's out there all in white ... the actual ceremony is probably about to happen pretty soon. Good news for the Trumps, BTW -- it looks like the tropical storm that was due to make landfall is a nonissue.
As we reported ... Tiffany was granted a wedding license earlier this week, and now -- it looks like she's about to make good on it. They've been together since 2018, and got engaged in the Winter of 2021. She's the latest to get hitched in the Trump crew.
Congrats to the happy couple!

Bill Maher Trolls Trump with Burning Question ... Who are You F***ing, Or Are you Impotent?
Bill Maher went after Donald Trump in the most personal way Friday night, but this was way more political than it is salacious. We will explain.
Bill mused, with the hundreds of books that have been written about Trump, no one has cracked the mystery ... who is he banging? As he says, Trump's been a dog all of his adult life, talking about how powerful people could simply grab a woman by the p***y and have his way. Bill's convinced Trump hasn't changed his ways, yet no one has addressed it.
Bill quickly rules out Melania, so then who?
Now here's the deal. The "Real Time" host is really not that interested in D.T.'s love life, and here's how we know. Toward the end, Maher suggests another theory ... Trump has the desire but not the ability, because he's impotent.
Now on the surface this may sound like high school humor, but that misses the point ... Bill knows Trump is as braggadocious as they come -- no pun intended -- and he will find it irresistible to defend his "manhood."
When you think about it, exactly how does Trump answer? Bill has put Trump in a box. Again ...
Maher ends with the obligatory dick joke.

The tribe has spoken and past "Survivor" winner Nick Wilson is in the house ... Kentucky's House of Representatives, that is!!!
The competition series champ and former public defender took the W in this week's midterm election ... becoming a Kentucky state legislator after announcing last year he would run for the seat.
Nick was running unopposed in his 82nd district, making this one of the easier challenges he's faced in recent years ... and he didn't even have to get dropped in the jungle!
Fans of the show know Nick was voted the winner of the CBS show's 37th season, "David vs. Goliath" -- while many early on saw him as a bit lazy, he quickly proved himself ... making it all the way to the end.
Fun fact: Mike White, the creator of "White Lotus," was also on the "David vs. Goliath" season with Nick.
He returned in 2020 for "Winners at War," pitting him against other champions of the past ... but he didn't take home the gold that time -- instead, he got blindsided and ended up in 7th place.

Uvalde Shooting Victims' Families Disgusted by Abbott's Reelection
-
Exclusive

Uvalde voters turning out in droves to reelect Texas Governor Greg Abbott -- despite the town's recent school massacre -- is not sitting well with some of the families whose children were murdered.
Kimberly Mata Rubio, whose 10-year-old daughter Lexi was among the 21 victims in May's deadly school shooting, tells TMZ ... she's disturbed more than 60% of the vote in Uvalde County went to Abbott.
The way Kimberly sees it ... Abbott hasn't done anything to curb gun violence or prevent another school shooting from happening in Texas in the 6 months since the Uvalde elementary school shooting ... so she's not sure why folks there keep supporting Abbott at the ballot box.
While Kimberly says she's not surprised Abbott won reelection in Texas, a traditionally red state, she's disgusted to see so much support for Abbott in a community mourning 19 children killed by guns.
Abbott was running against Beto O'Rourke, who confronted Abbott after the Uvalde shooting, telling the governor his apathy towards gun control made the attack "totally predictable." Texas voters didn't buy O'Rourke's message ... he got trounced in a landslide.
Alfred Garza III, whose daughter Amerie died in the Uvalde shooting, echoed some of Kimberly's feelings about the election, telling TMZ ... he's outraged to see so many people voting for a gun advocate.
Alfred's left scratching his head as to why Uvalde locals are voting for the governor ... he believes Abbott showed a lack of leadership in the response to the tragedy.

Barack Obama Noose Found At Presidential Center A Clear 'Act of Hate'
A disturbing discovery at the site of the Obama Presidential Center in Chicago has put construction on pause ... because someone left a noose in the area.
The group overseeing construction, Lakeside Alliance, says operations were halted after "an act of hate was discovered at the project site."
Chicago police are on the case ... a CPD officer was photographed leaving the construction site Thursday afternoon with what appears to be plastic bag containing the rope.
Mayor Lori Lightfoot says "Racism and racist symbols have no place in Chicago."
Meanwhile, recently reelected Governor J.B. Pritzker condemned the incident, saying he'll make sure Illinois "will make all needed resources available to help catch the perpetrators."
The Obama Foundation called the incident "shameless" and an "act of cowardice and hate ... designed to get attention and divide us."
The Obama President Center is supposed to open in 3 years ... and plans include a library, activity center, plaza, forum and a museum.
Lakeside Alliance, which is comprised of 4 minority-owned firms, is offering a $100,000 reward for help finding those responsible for what the group is calling a "shameful act."

Alabama Councilman Jailed For Punching Mayor Amid Racism Claims ... Poses For Mug Shot In Suit
5:47 AM PT -- 11/10 -- Thomas Bryant was booked into the Jefferson County Jail around 10 PM Wednesday and later released on $1,000 bond. As you can see, the councilman posed for his mug shot in his black suit and white dress shirt.
An Alabama city councilman accused of using racial slurs was arrested after punching the town's Black mayor ... and it's all on video.
Police in Tarrant, AL just released the footage ... and cops say the video shows Councilman Thomas Bryant punching Mayor Wayman Newton in the face.
There's a bunch of people who cops say saw the punch, which went down Monday in the City Hall parking lot, with witnesses including the Tarrant Police Department's own police chief. Officers arrested Bryant at the scene and took him to jail.
Police say Bryant was initially charged with harassment, but the charge was since upgraded to third-degree assault.
The dispute reportedly arose from a heated meeting inside City Hall, where Bryant challenged the mayor to step down.
Video shows the guy who took the punch run away before falling to his knees and then getting back up and jumping around.
Bryant's been accused of racism in the past ... just last year he allegedly referred to another council member as a "house n*****" during a public meeting.

Pennsylvania Legislator Tony DeLuca Wins Reelection ... Despite Death Last Month
Longtime Pennsylvania state representative Anthony "Tony" DeLuca won in an Election Day landslide -- which has to sting for his opponent, because DeLuca's no longer living.
The late state rep. received 85% of the votes in Wednesday's midterm election -- despite dying in October from a battle with lymphoma.
The timing of DeLuca's death reportedly made it too late to pick a different Democrat candidate, or to reprint updated ballots.
While we're incredibly saddened by the loss of Representative Tony DeLuca, we are proud to see the voters to continue to show their confidence in him and his commitment to Democratic values by re-electing him posthumously. A special election will follow soon. pic.twitter.com/CfLnSCuvK9
— PA House Dems (@PAHDCC) November 9, 2022 @PAHDCC
The Pennsylvania House Democratic campaign committee addressed the issue online Tuesday evening -- saying a special election will come soon to fix the error -- but also thanked supporters, presumably for voting him in posthumously.
Many online are pointing to a lack of voter awareness as the reason DeLuca beat Green Party candidate Queonia Livingston ... with others speculating voters simply didn't want to vote for Livingston.
