President Trump To Proud Boys 'Stand Back and Stand By' ... Ominous Much?!?
8:11 PM PT -- The President's choice of words hit home with the group he called by name. The Proud Boys posted "stand back" and "stand by" on social media with the group's logo.
The Proud Boys on Telegram have now posted an image with its logo and Trump's remark. https://t.co/xSySGrohcm pic.twitter.com/UAJFsKCsbX

President Trump won't denounce white supremacy and he just delivered an ominous message to the Proud Boys ... telling them to "stand by."
Trump made the jaw-dropping remark during the first presidential debate when moderator Chris Wallace and Democratic candidate Joe Biden asked him to denounce white supremacist groups.
POTUS first attacked ANTIFA when debating violent protests in places like Kenosha, WI and Portland, OR before saying to the Proud Boys, "Stand back and stand by."
It's a bizarre and ominous statement to say the least ... because "stand by" sounds a lot like Trump is telling the far-right group that if he loses the election to Biden, he'll get back to them.

Eric Trump on 'Fox & Friends' Blasted by LGBT Orgs Your Dad's No Ally & We're Not Fans!!!
-

Eric Trump took an anonymous gay person's support for his dad and tried to bootstrap that support to the entire LGBT community -- but some of their heaviest hitters are calling BS.
Officials from some of the biggest LGBT-friendly groups in the country are outraged by the Prez's son's appearance Tuesday on "Fox & Friends" -- when he responded to an NYT op-ed told from the POV of a lesbian woman ... who said she was a secret Trump supporter.
In his response, Eric seemingly flubbed ... making it seem like he's a member of the community. More importantly, he suggested gay people were down with MAGA ... but that's hardly the case ... so say these orgs.
Reps for GLAAD, the Human Rights Campaign, PFLAG and the NTCE Action Fund tell TMZ there's a consensus -- folks in their community are mostly NOT Trump fans, nor do they consider him/his fam genuine allies in their fight for equality and representation.
The facts are clear says the LGBTQ honchos ... the Trump administration has actively worked against LGBT causes -- from blocking trans soldiers from serving to sanctioning discrimination and/or firings of gay workers and couples looking to foster.
Bottom line ... all of these orgs believe Eric is either exaggerating or more likely flat-out wrong in thinking the LGBT crowd's got his pop's back -- especially in this election.
One last thing ... if Eric was seriously coming out, PFLAG says it welcomes him with open arms, even if he is a Trump-er.

Presidential Debate Biden Clowns Trump in Heated Exchanges... Prez Feuds with Moderator
President Trump's acting like a "clown" during the first Presidential debate ... at least according to his opponent, Joe Biden.
The debate went off the rails early as moderator Chris Wallace is finding near impossible to keep the candidates on track, and stop them from shouting over each other. It started with the very first question of the night.
Trump kept interrupting, and at one point, took a jab at Wallace ... saying he thought he was debating Biden not the moderator. The quip drew a facial expression from Biden.
During one heated exchange, Biden simply asked the audience, "Do you have any idea what this clown is doing?"
They sparred quite a bit at the outset, which was supposed to be focused on the Supreme Court, and Trump went after Biden by calling him a socialist when the topic turned to Obamacare.
Biden's calling Trump un-presidential and asking him, "Will you shut up, man?"
Ya gotta feel for Wallace ... he's got the least enviable job in America tonight.

Donald Trump I Pay Millions In Taxes ... Biden Calls Him 'Worst President'
Donald Trump says he's the greatest, but Joe Biden thinks 45 is the "worst President" Americans have ever seen.
The first presidential debate is still super testy -- okay, out of control -- and Biden just ripped Trump where it hurts ... calling DT, "the worst President America has ever had." Ouch.
The candidates were sparring over Trump's tax returns when Biden pulled his punch ... and Biden delivered the blow when Trump tried pushing back on reports he paid only $750 in federal taxes.
Trump says he's paid millions in taxes, but didn't specify if they were federal, and also says he doesn't wanna pay taxes as a businessman. But, Chris Wallace persisted and asked squarely how much he paid in 2016 in FEDERAL TAXES ... and Trump said "millions."
Biden, as you know, released his returns before the debate ... and he's calling on America's "worst" do to the same.

Biden/Harris Campaign Creates Trump Tax Calculator ... Also Releases 2019 Returns
10:45 AM PT -- Speaking of taxes, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris just released their 2019 returns just hours ahead of Tuesday's presidential debate -- a power move we're sure JB will play up come showtime.
Speaking of those returns, it shows that Joe and his wife, Jill, reported a little more than $944k in taxable income last year, and ended up paying almost $300k. As for Kamala, she reported around $3 million in taxable income, and paid $1.1 mil in taxes.
Both are more than ... $750.
Joe Biden is jumping all over President Trump's reported triple-digit tax payment ... by doing some quick easy math for American voters and taxpayers.
The Biden/Harris campaign created a tool called the Trump Tax Calculator, which is on Joe's site. It's very basic ... you enter the amount of income tax you paid in 2017 -- when the NYT says Trump paid just $750 -- and it'll tell you how much more you paid than he did.
To get you started on your outrage, they offer up an example -- noting the average American pays $11,165.39. That number minus 750 is ... any geniuses in the house???
Yeah, the average 3rd grader can do this math, but Biden/Harris ain't passing on the opportunity to stick it to Trump.
If you're as mad as they are about it when ya finish using the calculator ... you can join their mailing list.
The troll job on Trump comes shortly after the NYT claimed to have obtained several years worth of the President's tax information, and reports he paid the $750 in 2016 and again in 2017 ... his first 2 years in office. Prior to that, they say he paid zilch in income tax.
The Prez is brushing off the report as fake news, but Tuesday night is the first presidential debate -- so he'll have to address sooner than later.

Kylie Jenner All Eyes On Me ... Ok, Now Go Vote!!!
Kylie Jenner's using her considerable powers for good ... getting people to register to vote.
Kylie posted a couple bikini pics Monday that ya might normally blow off as thirst traps -- but this time, after easily grabbing the attention of her nearly 200 million followers on Instagram, she asked if they're registered to vote. Using the familiar "click link in bio" caption, she re-directed her followers -- and casual viewers, too, we're sure -- to the Vote.org website to check their registration status.
Kylie wouldn't be Kylie without also tagging a laser skincare company. Money never sleeps. But, at least she's putting November's election on every millennial's mind as the presidential race heats up. A lot hangs in the balance, for sure.
It's not the first time Kylie's made the push for people to vote. Just last June, Kylie also took to Instagram and went into more detail ... saying, "They want people to be distracted and not to show up. If you live in one of the 9 states holding elections today, vote out the people who do not align with your beliefs if you want real change."
And, don't forget ... in 2016, Kylie used a Snapchat vote filter and revealed she was throwing her support behind Hillary Clinton.

Trump's Ex-Campaign Manager Violent Takedown by Cop on Video ... After Reported Suicide Attempt
-
Breaking News

President Trump's former campaign manager got tackled by a cop and cuffed as he was talking to another officer about a call to his house for a suicide attempt ... and the bizarre incident was caught on body cam.
Brad Parscale was hospitalized Sunday following a report of him being armed and threatening suicide at his Florida home. Based on the footage from one of the responding Fort Lauderdale PD officers ... his wife made the call.
Parscale's wife, who's wrapped in a towel, tells the cops her husband was "acting crazy" and "going irate" before going into his office and cocking a handgun. She says she went outside to get away from him, but saw him look out the window ... then she heard what she thought was a gunshot.
The wife appears to be relieved Brad's still alive when the cop gets him on the phone. She tells the officer he has 4-5 firearms in the home as the officer tries to convince him to come outside unarmed.
Hours later, Brad does come out -- shirtless and barefoot -- to let the cops know he was not trying to kill himself. As he approaches the officer he makes it clear he's unarmed and seems to start explaining what set him off with his wife.
Everything seems pretty calm, but then another officer -- reportedly part of the SWAT team -- demands Parscale get on the ground and tackles him before he can really respond.
Parscale protests that he didn't do anything as he's detained and brought to his feet. The FLPD says he was not injured and taken to the Broward Health Medical Center for emergency mental health services.
Parscale was demoted from his position on the Trump campaign -- which he held for 2 years -- after the President's June rally in Tulsa ... though he remained on as a senior digital adviser.

Megyn Kelly Trump's Done Well in One Area ... He Won't Be a Sore Loser

Megyn Kelly says President Trump's bombing on coronavirus and racial issues, but she gives him a passing grade overall on policy ... and has a bold prediction about how he'll handle it, IF he loses the election.
The former Fox News and NBC anchor joined "TMZ Live" Monday to give the Prez a report card of sorts for his first 4 years in office, and though she says his behavior and rhetoric are atrocious ... she feels his job performance is satisfactory.
Megyn says Trump's policies overall have been a success, especially for Republicans, but she also thinks he's done some good for the left and gives some examples.
That being said, Kelly concedes POTUS leaves a lot to be desired when issues require nuance or a healing hand ... like the COVID-19 pandemic. However, she thinks the virus would be a tough challenge for any President.
As for Megyn's bold prediction ... we ask her if Trump -- the same guy who feuded with her for challenging him on his history of sexist and misogynistic comments -- would attend Joe Biden's inauguration if he loses the presidency.
Her answer's surprising, but she's pretty confident about it.
DECEMBER 2016
As you'll recall, Megyn eventually buried the hatchet with Trump and even went on to interview him on his way to the White House ... and it seems like they're still on good terms.
Maybe she's hoping he'll be a guest on her new show. Kelly's formed her own independent production company and just launched her own podcast -- "The Megyn Kelly Show" -- which she hopes will connect with audiences without "the constraints or political agendas" of mainstream media.

The Rock is fearless, but he's never dared to venture into the snake pit we call politics ... until now.
So, Dwayne Johnson played host to Joe Biden and Kamala Harris in a new video, and he gave them the seal of approval, endorsing them to replace Trump/Pence.
The Rock told them ... "I have never publicly endorsed a presidential candidate or vice-presidential candidate in my life, over my career. So, I figured let's kick this conversation off this way, by me officially, publicly endorsing you both to become President and Vice President."
The Rock singled Senator Harris out at one point, praising her for her career achievements and saying, "In my opinion, you are a certified badass."
Biden and Harris are clearly zeroing in on celebrities who have massive followings to get their supporters out to vote. The Rock has 199 million followers, and that'll get you elected. Joe Biden recently sat with Cardi B for a video chat, and she has 76 million followers. Get the picture?

Amy Coney Barrett Republicans Selling 'Notorious A.C.B.' Shirts ... Democrats Outraged

The best you can call this is bad taste, and the worst is despicable because a Republican group decided to jack the moniker of the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg -- The Notorious R.B.G. -- by instantly printing shirts supporting Judge Amy Coney Barrett with the words "Notorious A.C.B." emblazoned on them.
The shirts are courtesy of the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) ... a group that raises cash to elect Republicans to the Senate.
🚨 LIMITED EDITION: Show your support for Pres. Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, Judge Amy Coney Barrett, with your very own Notorious A.C.B. t-shirt! Claim yours here ⬇️https://t.co/qi1eWqTz17
— The Senate Majority (@NRSC) September 26, 2020 @NRSC
The org tweeted a photo of Barrett with the Biggie Smalls crown.
Barrett praised RBG when she spoke Saturday after being nominated by Donald Trump -- she called her "a woman of enormous talent" -- so we're guessing she had nothing to do with the shirt. But seriously ... to riff on something that became part of the public adoration for the late Justice -- it's just wrong.
Some Dems were outraged. California Governor Gavin Newsom said, "This makes me sick to my stomach."
The NRSC is selling the "limited edition" t-shirt for a minimum donation of $25.
Pass.

Amy Coney Barrett I'm Ready to Serve on Supreme Court ... Trump Pushes Speedy Confirmation
President Trump just officially tapped his pick for the next Supreme Court justice to replace the late Ruth Bader Ginsburg ... Judge Amy Coney Barrett.
The Prez nominated the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals judge Saturday, just over a week after RBG passed away from cancer. Barrett, a Trump appointee to the Circuit Court, was a Notre Dame law professor. He dished out her bona fides and respectable resume while naming her as his nominee, while also calling on the Senate to do their duty.
Barrett began her remarks by praising the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg for her laudatory and consequential life. She noted RBG smashed many glass ceilings. And, she had words about her mentor -- the late Justice Antonin Scalia -- and how he helped shape her vision of the law and how he taught her about collegiality even with people who are polar opposites.
Barrett said she'd learned a lot from Scalia and promised -- if confirmed -- to uphold the letter of the law as written, without any personal bias or otherwise. She also thanked her husband and her 7 kids, all of whom eventually came up on stage to pose for a photo op with the First Family.
Some more background on Barrett ... she is a die-hard conservative justice, who is a deeply religious, practicing Catholic. She's opposed to abortion, but has said she thinks Roe vs. Wade is more likely to be reimagined than overruled. In common parlance, reimagined means whittling away at the precedent.
Trump urged the public and the media to refrain from personal or partisan attacks against Judge Barrett, with a nod to how nasty and contentious Justice Kavanaugh's confirmation was. Trump went on to praise Justice Ginsburg, and explained why Barrett was the best choice to replace her.
If she's confirmed by the Senate -- which is highly likely -- the Supreme Court will have a solid 6-3 majority. The stakes are enormous, with abortion rights, health care, LGBTQ rights and voting rights on the chopping block.
Barrett has long been considered for a Supreme Court seat with Trump in office ... she was on the shortlist to replace Anthony Kennedy when he retired in 2018, a seat that is now occupied by Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
It's interesting ... when Trump filled Kennedy's seat, he reportedly informed advisors he was "saving" Barrett just in case RBG left SCOTUS during his presidency.
Barrett graduated from Notre Dame School of Law. She was in private practice before becoming a law professor at George Washington University and then Notre Dame.
Barrett has been serving on the Chicago-based 7th Circuit Court of Appeals since 2017. She's ruled on a pair of abortion-related cases, both times in favor of restrictions on access to abortion.
One key issue she's made herself perfectly clear on is the Affordable Care Act, arguing the birth control mandate is unconstitutional and the ACA overall is an overreach and abuse of Congressional power.
The ACA will go before the court the week after the election.

Amy Coney Barrett Railed on Abortion Rights, Health Care ... It's All on the Line
Amy Coney Barrett is Donald Trump's pick to fill Ruth Bader Ginsburg's seat, according to multiple reports, and judging by Barrett's past comments, her confirmation would squarely put abortion rights and health care on the chopping block.
Barrett, who currently serves on the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, is a devout Catholic who has an intractable belief that life begins at conception. She has said Roe vs. Wade "ignited a national controversy" by jumping on the abortion issue rather than letting each state decide.
She has said in the past, she doesn't believe Roe will be overturned ... “I don’t think the core case, Roe’s core holding that women have a right to an abortion, I don’t think that would change," adding, "but I think the question of whether people can get very late-term abortions, you know, how many restrictions can be put on clinics, I think that will change.” What she didn't say ... if there's a majority on the Court that wants to overturn Roe, would she go along.
Barrett also railed on the Affordable Care Act's birth control mandate, saying it's a "grave violation of religious freedom." And, there's this ... she said during her first confirmation hearing, "...the Catholic Church's teaching that abortion ... is always immoral." She signed a petition back in 2012, claiming the birth control mandate is a violation of religious liberty. She has made statements strongly suggesting the ACA is fatally flawed ... an overreach of Congressional power.
During her confirmation to the 7th Circuit, she was asked if she could shelve her religious beliefs if they conflicted with the law. She said she could, but the reality is this ... Supreme Court justices don't blindly decide cases on the letter of the law. There is always discussion of social policy, which sometimes drives the legal discussion. It's the way it's always been.
Barrett, who clerked for Justice Antonin Scalia, was also a professor at Notre Dame School of Law for 15 years.
If Barrett is confirmed -- and it looks like she has the votes -- there will be a 6-3 majority on the High Court, which puts abortion rights, the ACA, LGBTQ rights, voting rights and many other fundamental issues and policies in the crosshairs of the justices.

The women point out, District Attorneys are responsible for prosecuting "dirty cops" -- and they run down lots of other county level offices, and public schooling issues all hanging in the balance when you vote.
Yeah, we know sex sells ... but these strippers are hoping it can also sell you on casting a ballot. Why else would one gyrate in a thong with "vote" written on one's butt cheeks?? Besides tips, that is.
As one interested polester puts it, hit the polls to make sure the people who will run your community have your best interests at heart.
Now get out there and make it rain!!! We mean ballots, of course.

President Trump Sexist Dig at Meghan Markle ... Wishes Harry Good Luck
President Trump resorted to one of his favorite pastimes -- insulting women -- making a sexist comment about Meghan Markle ... all because she dared to encourage Americans to vote.
Meghan and Prince Harry have not officially endorsed any political candidates ... but the couple recently entered the convo by urging folks to cast their vote in November, which the Duchess of Sussex calls ... "the most important election of our lifetime."
Trump was asked about this at his Wednesday press briefing by a reporter who framed it as Meghan's words being an endorsement of Joe Biden ... and he did not respond kindly.
The Prez said, "I'm not a fan of hers," adding, "I wish a lot of luck to Harry, 'cause he's gonna need it."

AOC No, Breonna Taylor Didn't Get Justice ... AG Cameron Politicized This
-
Exclusive
- 7.4K shares
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez doesn't believe justice was served for Breonna Taylor -- not only that, she says politics were unnecessarily brought in by the Kentucky Attorney General.
We got AOC Wednesday on Capitol Hill, shortly after the grand jury charges were unveiled ... just one officer involved in Breonna's death was charged with the unrelated crime of recklessly shooting into a different apartment unit.
AOC can't fathom how everyone basically skated on this. She says the results speak to systemic issues in LMPD, and larger ones about policing in this country -- as far as what cops are allowed to get away with ... often with the help of prosecutors.
Kentucky AG Daniel Cameron gets the bulk of her criticism here -- watch ... she goes off on him for what she believes was politicization of the case when he spoke at this year's RNC. The guy knew the spotlight was on him, and in AOC's eyes ... it was bad form.
She says quite pointedly somebody being killed and getting to the bottom of it shouldn't matter if people are on the right or the left -- but with what's true and righteous. While AG Cameron says he was impartial and stuck to the facts ... AOC just doesn't buy it.
The congresswoman also shares words about what true equality under the law means is in her mind, and what it might mean for a lot POC in this country. We'll let her speak for herself, but it's pretty poignant and sobering. A little acknowledgment would go a long way.
