"Gorilla Glue Girl" is coming out with her own line of hair care products, and says they'll hold a ponytail like glue, but without the nightmare side effects she infamously endured.

Tessica Brown's launching her business Wednesday under the moniker "Forever Hair," and she's drawing inspiration from her own sticky situation -- telling us she wanted to create products for folks suffering from hair loss and damage, because she knows firsthand how that feels.

So, here's what she's offering -- hairspray for $14, sleek edge control for $13 and hair growth drops for $18.

All the products are available now on her company's website -- tbforeverhair.com -- and while she says her products are inspired by 'GG,' there's one major difference. Her stuff will wash out safely without damaging hair, and without the need for medical intervention.

Remember ... Tessica had a major hair fiasco earlier this year after substituting Gorilla Glue Spray Adhesive for her normal hair spray. Her hair was rock solid for weeks, until a Bev Hills plastic surgeon stepped in to get the glue out.

Heidi Klum showed support -- or a lack thereof -- for Germany ahead of their UEFA Euro 2020 opener on Tuesday ... by showing off some serious underboob as she wished the squad good luck!!

The 48-year-old supermodel gave an incredibly sexy shoutout to her home country's football club ahead of their match against France ... saying quite simply, "Good luck today Germany."

Kelsey Salmon wants the lash tech whose dog bit off her eyelid to take responsibility, starting with covering a mountain of medical bills -- but instead, she says the woman's ducking her.

Kelsey tells us the lash tech hasn't reached out to her even once since the woman's chihuahua jumped up and bit off Kelsey's eyelid, complete with her new lashes.

She says the tech's already blocked her on Instagram, but the 23-year-old from Atlanta wants to make it clear ... she's not trying to get rich with a lawsuit. Kelsey says she just wants her medical bills paid. Not to say that will be cheap -- Kelsey estimates the total could be $20k-$30k, based on the 2 ambulance trips she's already taken and the reattachment surgery.

What she doesn't want is her family getting stuck with the bill, because she says a previous medical drama -- involving blood clots, a stroke and open-heart surgery -- ended up costing them $4 million. She says that's the only reason her family might sue.

The other issue at hand is the dog -- we asked if she thought it should be put down, and you can tell she's really on the fence. Kelsey says she's a dog lover, but also knows she doesn't want anyone else to endure the hell she is right now.

Kelsey Salmon's trip to get her eyelashes done ended in the worst possible way ... with a little dog attacking her and biting off the finished product, along with her entire left eyelid!!!

The photos are brutal -- that's a warning for the queasy -- but not as brutal as the experience the 23-year-old from Atlanta has been through since going to a lab technician she found on Instagram.

According to Kelsey ... her normal lash lady was booked, so she went to a lash tech who worked out of her home ... and had a pet chihuahua.

Kelsey says the dog jumped up on her lash bed while she was getting her lashes done, she was petting it ... and everything was fine. But, when she was done, she says she sat up and the dog was on the floor looking up at her.

"Then, out of nowhere -- it happened so fast that I didn't have time to pull back -- he jumped up, bit me in the face and broke my eyelid off."

What Kelsey describes next is a horrific scene of blood and chaos as the ambulance was called, and she was rushed to the ER. After hours of waiting, she says she had to go to another hospital for surgery ... and miraculously, they were able to successfully reattach it.

To make this all worse, Kelsey was getting her lashes done for a birthday trip to Hawaii when this all went down. Fortunately, she still got to go, but with her left eye completely sewn shut ... and she says the doctors told her it could take up to a year to fully heal.

Tekashi 6ix9ine's baby mama is on the up and up after her plastic surgery scare down in Colombia ... she's back in the States, showing off her mommy makeover.

69's baby mama, Sara Molina, is almost fully recovered from her recent Brazilian butt lift and a 360 liposuction, according to her manager ... and these photos snapped Tuesday show the fruits of her plastic surgeon's labor.

We're told Sara, who has Multiple sclerosis, still has a bit of bruising ... but her body feels great and she's finally getting over her severe MS flare-up, thanks in part to her massage routine.

As we first told you ... Sara's body had a severe reaction to the surgeries. She was in extreme pain due to her MS and couldn't even lie flat while recovering at Lluxe Recovery facility in Colombia, even needing a special recliner.

Now that she's feeling better, we're told Sara's taking driving lessons in Orlando to get her first driver's license -- she lives in NYC and didn't drive before -- and she's gearing up to launch her own line of CBD products.

Jeff Lewis has nothing to flip out about following cosmetic surgery to his eyelids ... because he seems to be having a blast documenting his totally chill recovery.

The "Flipping Out" star shared a couple of, umm ... unique looks over the holiday weekend as he's recuperating from the procedure to his lower eyelids.

The first one where he's resting on the couch with frozen peas on his eyes as his daughter tends to him. Jeff captioned the photo, "Recovery is going well."

Then on Monday, Jeff posted a "Day 3 of Recovery" pic of himself lounging on his patio with most of his face still wrapped in gauze ... but wearing shades. He paired it with Sheryl Crow's "Soak Up the Sun."

Last week on his SiriusXM radio show, Lewis explained that the "fat repositioning" eyelid surgery should make him look more youthful and rested.

He said, "This is kind of a cutting-edge procedure. Normally, they'll suck out the fat, but this doesn't require folding of the skin or stitching or pulling. They go inside my eye lid but it doesn't change the shape of your eye."

All that being said, Jeff added ... "It's not like a huge, big difference."

Dr. Terry Dubrow says folks who want a bigger butt need to work their ass off in the gym instead of opting for a popular surgical procedure ... that actually has a good chance of killing you!!!

The "Botched" surgeon joined us on "TMZ Live" and schooled us on the dangers of the well-known Brazilian butt lift, telling us why he's NOT recommending it to his patients.

It's pretty scary ... the good doc says the BBL is the most dangerous surgery you can undergo, as far as mortality rate, and he tells us exactly why the fat transfer so often goes fatally wrong.

The BBL has been around for a long time, but Terry says folks are not being adequately warned about the dangers ... despite many doctors' wishes for the industry to sound the alarm.

As we first told you ... Tekashi's baby mama recently had a BBL and ended up having a medical scare. Based on Dr. Dubrow's warnings, sounds like she dodged a bullet.

Of course, folks weren't necessarily losing sleep over this either. Considering all the different celebs over the years who've been accused of rocking hairstyles that aren't technically in their ethnic wheelhouse, the outrage over Justin's go wasn't nearly as loud in comparison.

Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner are indeed back together ... but it's not exclusive ... and they're both totally fine with that.

Sources with direct knowledge and connection to both Kylie and Travis tell TMZ ... they have rekindled the old flame and are dating again, but they're also free to date other people. To be blunt ... they are in an open relationship.

We're told ever since the 2 broke up in late 2019, Travis has been enjoying the bachelor lifestyle and all that comes with it ... but he also wanted to get back with Kylie and be a strong family unit.

Ryan also tells us he didn't even know Kelly was shooting video when he stopped by her dressing room the other morning, and she started interviewing his feet like one of their guests.

He says the whole obsession is ridiculous -- but he was still a good sport and spilled the beans on how he ended up with such sweet feet.

A man who says he bought a "This Smells Like My Vagina" candle from Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop company claims it could have killed him when it exploded ... and he's now filed a class-action lawsuit about it.

According to the legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the guy suing is a Texas resident named Colby Watson, and he says he purchased the 10.5-ounce 'Vagina' candle online in January.

Watson claims he lit the candle for the first time in February and placed it on his nightstand -- a level surface -- and insists there was nothing close to touching the candle and no open windows or drafts in his bedroom.

Watson claims, after burning for "an estimated three hours or less," the candle became engulfed in high flames and exploded soon afterward ... and the room was filled with smoke.

Watson alleges the candle also left a black burn ring on his nightstand and says the jar is charred and black.

According to the docs, Watson acknowledges the candle comes with a "limited warning" on Goop.com -- including cautioning not to burn the candle for more than 2 hours at a time -- but he says that warning is insufficient.

Watson claims Goop fails to warn that the candle could cause significant injuries when it explodes, and he calls the 'Vagina' candles "inherently dangerous."

Lil Yachty wants all the fellas out there to know it's okay if you wanna wear nail polish -- in fact, he's got a whole new line out just for that, and he's hoping it's a hit with the youth ... regardless of gender.

The rapper told us why he's diving into the cosmetics game with his nail paint brand called Crete, and he dropped some great nuggets about the toxic masculinity and intolerance that have shamed boys and men who rock nail polish.

When Yachty joined us on "TMZ Live," he said it's not just for girls and women now -- he expresses himself with nail paint, and his goal is to normalize it for all the guys who want to follow suit.

While women can use his nail paints, Yachty says he actually wanted Crete to cater more to male consumers from the jump to help them feel more comfortable with the idea of painting their nails ... without having to hit a salon.

BTW, he flashes his cuticles for us here ... and yeah, it looks like he's on to a winner of an idea. He even entertains the possibility of becoming the next beauty billionaire ... a la Kylie Jenner.

Kurt Cobain's golden locks are worth more than gold ... a few strands of his hair just sold for five figures at a rock and roll auction.

The winning bid for the late Nirvana frontman's hair came in at a cool $14,145 ... and that's just for 6 strands!!!

As you can see, Kurt's blonde hair is preserved under plastic about the size of a trading card, and the auction house, Iconic Auctions, says the longest strand checks in at about 2.5 inches.

These few slivers of music history come from a 1989 haircut Kurt got while Nirvana was on the famous "Bleach" tour.

The winning bidder's also taking home these pictures of Kurt's haircut. He got the trim from his friend, Tessa Osbourne, and posed for a smiling snap with the scissors still in her hand.

Kurt's hair has been on quite a journey ... the haircut happened in Birmingham, England and Tessa kept the locks in a bag until she gave it to Seattle artist Nicole DePolo after Kurt's death.

DePolo passed the hair along to John Reznikoff, who has a Guinness world record for "largest collection of historic hair," and it finally hit the auction block this month.

Pretty dope, and Tessica tells TMZ ... she thought the line was cute. She says normally she's offended if someone calls her Gorilla Glue Girl, instead of her name, but Nicki gets a pass.

She says even though Nicki didn't reach out in advance to brief her about the shout-out, she hopes to meet her in person one day.

Nicki's still working on her next album -- which Tessica says she'll cop, for sure -- and the new track is part of the "Beam Me Up Scotty" mixtape she just dropped on streaming platforms.

Justin Bieber's fortunate there were no birds around as he headed in for his dinner date with Hailey, or they might have tried to set up shop on his new 'do -- a pulled-back take on locks.

The Biebs and his wife hit up Craig's restaurant in WeHo Monday night, arriving with very contrasting styles -- Hailey dressed to the nines, while JB had a more chill teen look ... at least it matched his bird's nest-like hair.

Speaking of that new coif, Justin partially covered -- or wrapped -- his locks with a black bandana, and umm ... pulled them back into pigtails. Ya can't say he's half-stepping into the new look.
