The KKW Beauty brand is getting a makeover ... shutting down its online operations to re-launch with a totally new look.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ -- Kim Kardashian West's brand continues to be immensely successful, and that alone is sufficient enough a reason why it's not going anywhere, but some major changes are coming.

We're told the plan is to switch out to new packaging, new formulas and, of course, a new brand identity. Kim said as much with Tuesday's announcement ... saying the brand will consist of new formulas that "are more modern, innovative, and packaged in an elevated and sustainable new look."

There was speculation Kim K's plans to shut down the KKW Beauty website was a prelude to her dropping West from her name ... but we're told that's not the case, her name has not changed.

We're told Kim's remaining as involved as ever in the company ... in conjunction with her new partners over at Coty Inc.

As we reported ... Kim's brand hit the billion-dollar mark following a new deal with the cosmetic conglomerate, which forked over $200 million for a 20% stake in KKW's biz.

As for the new biz, Kim says she's excited to continue to develop and expand her product range and "finally be able to experience it the way that I have always envisioned."

A woman in search of something thinks she may have found it in cosmetic surgery -- all in an effort to look like Barbie ... a journey that's not complete without tweaks to her vagina.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Nannette Hammond is set to appear on a reality show called "Lookalike Love" -- which documents her plans to transform (yes, even more so than where she's currently at) into a de facto human Barbie doll.

Here's just a smidge of what we're told Nannette is getting done ... a bigger butt (via implants) as well as having her vagina tightened (labiaplasty) -- procedures that'll cost somewhere in the ballpark of $75k to $90k. No word on who's actually footing the bill, BTW.

As for why she's looking to get her lady parts cinched ... our production sources say it has to do with the fact Nannette's had 7 kids and is looking to spruce things up so she can feel (and look) young again ... a la Barbie. Production isn't underway yet due to COVID, but we're hearing the cameras should hopefully be rolling again soon to capture all this.

We should also note ... this isn't her first rodeo under the knife -- Nannette has spent upwards of $500k on surgeries, all for this seemingly never-ending desire to be an actual Barbie. That includes 3 boob jobs/lifts, lip fillers, veneers and semi-permanent makeup.

As for the Barbie obsession ... our sources say Nannette just loves the idea of Barbie, and always has since she was a kid. She says she won't stop going down this rabbit hole until she's at least 70 ... which, if true, she's got a ways to go. The woman's just 47.

Patrick Mahomes' fiancée, Brittany Matthews, wants to make one thing abundantly clear -- her boobs are, in fact, 100% real ... and she's making her statement with a stunning bikini pic!!

A British influencer elected to undergo surgery after surgery after surgery so they could look like BTS singer Park Jimin -- and says they no longer feel trapped, and identifies as Korean.

Lots to unpack here, but Oli London -- who identifies as non-binary -- said Monday they've been trapped in the wrong body for 8 years, but can now "be myself" because "I'm finally Korean."

London's changed their name to Jimin, and says some of the 18 surgeries included extensive work on their eyes, and a brow lift.

They even spoke in Korean in parts of the video, and added ... "I know it's a little confusing, nobody has ever come out as Jimin or Korean, but this is something you guys know ... I've really struggled with identity issues with who I am."

Jimin -- the wannabe, not the singer -- said Korean is their culture, their home country and now they're happy to look Korean ... after at least $150k worth of surgeries over 8 years.

The racial transition, as Jimin puts it, is drawing lots of criticism -- to which they say ... "Being Transexual is the same as being TRANSRACIAL because you are born in the wrong body."

"Gorilla Glue Girl" says she suffered a miscarriage 3 months into her pregnancy ... and she's not sure, at this point, she'll try to have another baby with her fiancé.

Tessica Brown tells TMZ ... she suffered the miscarriage last month, rushing to the emergency room after being unable to sleep due to a terrible pain in her stomach.

She says medical staff at the ER tried listening for a heartbeat for 10 minutes, but an ultrasound confirmed she had lost the baby girl. Tessica says she couldn't help but cry.

As we first told you ... Tessica found out earlier this year -- after her Gorilla Glue nightmare was over -- that she was pregnant with her first child with fiancé, Dewitt Madison.

Tessica tells us she was having horrible morning sickness that would sometimes last all day. She was in and out of the hospital because she couldn't keep water down, and doctors put her on an IV because she was extremely dehydrated.

Then, on May 17, she noticed she was bleeding a lot, and knew something was wrong.

Chris Brown is under investigation for battery ... and the alleged victim told cops he smacked the back of her head so hard her weave came off!!!

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... police responded to the singer's San Fernando Valley home over the weekend, where a woman claimed Breezy slapped her.

We're told the woman claimed the slap made part of her weave come out ... and police took a battery report and named Chris as the suspect.

Our sources say the alleged victim had no injuries, aside from the allegedly dislodged weave, and no arrests have been made.

It's the second time in as many months cops were called to Chris' pad ... the first being his massive birthday bash in May, which LAPD broke up early in the AM.

We reached out to Chris' camp about the latest incident ... so far, radio silence.

All the products are available now on her company's website -- tbforeverhair.com -- and while she says her products are inspired by 'GG,' there's one major difference. Her stuff will wash out safely without damaging hair, and without the need for medical intervention.

Remember ... Tessica had a major hair fiasco earlier this year after substituting Gorilla Glue Spray Adhesive for her normal hair spray. Her hair was rock solid for weeks, until a Bev Hills plastic surgeon stepped in to get the glue out.

Heidi Klum showed support -- or a lack thereof -- for Germany ahead of their UEFA Euro 2020 opener on Tuesday ... by showing off some serious underboob as she wished the squad good luck!!

Kelsey Salmon wants the lash tech whose dog bit off her eyelid to take responsibility, starting with covering a mountain of medical bills -- but instead, she says the woman's ducking her.

Kelsey tells us the lash tech hasn't reached out to her even once since the woman's chihuahua jumped up and bit off Kelsey's eyelid, complete with her new lashes.

She says the tech's already blocked her on Instagram, but the 23-year-old from Atlanta wants to make it clear ... she's not trying to get rich with a lawsuit. Kelsey says she just wants her medical bills paid. Not to say that will be cheap -- Kelsey estimates the total could be $20k-$30k, based on the 2 ambulance trips she's already taken and the reattachment surgery.

What she doesn't want is her family getting stuck with the bill, because she says a previous medical drama -- involving blood clots, a stroke and open-heart surgery -- ended up costing them $4 million. She says that's the only reason her family might sue.

The other issue at hand is the dog -- we asked if she thought it should be put down, and you can tell she's really on the fence. Kelsey says she's a dog lover, but also knows she doesn't want anyone else to endure the hell she is right now.

Kelsey Salmon's trip to get her eyelashes done ended in the worst possible way ... with a little dog attacking her and biting off the finished product, along with her entire left eyelid!!!

The photos are brutal -- that's a warning for the queasy -- but not as brutal as the experience the 23-year-old from Atlanta has been through since going to a lab technician she found on Instagram.

According to Kelsey ... her normal lash lady was booked, so she went to a lash tech who worked out of her home ... and had a pet chihuahua.

Kelsey says the dog jumped up on her lash bed while she was getting her lashes done, she was petting it ... and everything was fine. But, when she was done, she says she sat up and the dog was on the floor looking up at her.

"Then, out of nowhere -- it happened so fast that I didn't have time to pull back -- he jumped up, bit me in the face and broke my eyelid off."

What Kelsey describes next is a horrific scene of blood and chaos as the ambulance was called, and she was rushed to the ER. After hours of waiting, she says she had to go to another hospital for surgery ... and miraculously, they were able to successfully reattach it.

To make this all worse, Kelsey was getting her lashes done for a birthday trip to Hawaii when this all went down. Fortunately, she still got to go, but with her left eye completely sewn shut ... and she says the doctors told her it could take up to a year to fully heal.

Tekashi 6ix9ine's baby mama is on the up and up after her plastic surgery scare down in Colombia ... she's back in the States, showing off her mommy makeover.

69's baby mama, Sara Molina, is almost fully recovered from her recent Brazilian butt lift and a 360 liposuction, according to her manager ... and these photos snapped Tuesday show the fruits of her plastic surgeon's labor.

We're told Sara, who has Multiple sclerosis, still has a bit of bruising ... but her body feels great and she's finally getting over her severe MS flare-up, thanks in part to her massage routine.

As we first told you ... Sara's body had a severe reaction to the surgeries. She was in extreme pain due to her MS and couldn't even lie flat while recovering at Lluxe Recovery facility in Colombia, even needing a special recliner.

Now that she's feeling better, we're told Sara's taking driving lessons in Orlando to get her first driver's license -- she lives in NYC and didn't drive before -- and she's gearing up to launch her own line of CBD products.

Jeff Lewis has nothing to flip out about following cosmetic surgery to his eyelids ... because he seems to be having a blast documenting his totally chill recovery.

The "Flipping Out" star shared a couple of, umm ... unique looks over the holiday weekend as he's recuperating from the procedure to his lower eyelids.

The first one where he's resting on the couch with frozen peas on his eyes as his daughter tends to him. Jeff captioned the photo, "Recovery is going well."

Then on Monday, Jeff posted a "Day 3 of Recovery" pic of himself lounging on his patio with most of his face still wrapped in gauze ... but wearing shades. He paired it with Sheryl Crow's "Soak Up the Sun."

Last week on his SiriusXM radio show, Lewis explained that the "fat repositioning" eyelid surgery should make him look more youthful and rested.

He said, "This is kind of a cutting-edge procedure. Normally, they'll suck out the fat, but this doesn't require folding of the skin or stitching or pulling. They go inside my eye lid but it doesn't change the shape of your eye."

All that being said, Jeff added ... "It's not like a huge, big difference."

Dr. Terry Dubrow says folks who want a bigger butt need to work their ass off in the gym instead of opting for a popular surgical procedure ... that actually has a good chance of killing you!!!

The "Botched" surgeon joined us on "TMZ Live" and schooled us on the dangers of the well-known Brazilian butt lift, telling us why he's NOT recommending it to his patients.

It's pretty scary ... the good doc says the BBL is the most dangerous surgery you can undergo, as far as mortality rate, and he tells us exactly why the fat transfer so often goes fatally wrong.

The BBL has been around for a long time, but Terry says folks are not being adequately warned about the dangers ... despite many doctors' wishes for the industry to sound the alarm.

As we first told you ... Tekashi's baby mama recently had a BBL and ended up having a medical scare. Based on Dr. Dubrow's warnings, sounds like she dodged a bullet.
