The 21-year-old fan who was pushed off an upper level deck at Oracle Arena during Game 7 of the NBA Finals is in intensive care and fighting for his life ... this according to his father.

The victim is Salvator Bimbo -- a Golden State Warriors fan who traveled from L.A. to see the game with his brother.

Bimbo's father says a fight broke out at the game and a rival fan grabbed Salvator by the legs and pushed him over a railing.

"My son’s cheekbone is smashed, his nose, his upper-eye, his head, his brain,” Salvator's father told KRON4.com.

"He’s leaking from his ears blood. Not very good. He’s a beautiful young man. Did not deserve this.”

Salvator's family started a GoFundMe page to help with medical costs. They're also begging anyone with information about the suspects to come forward.

So far, no arrests have been made.

More troubling details from the arrest of ex-NFL wide receiver Davone Bess -- now cops say he held a knife to his own throat ... and a K9 unit was used to take him into custody.

As we previously reported, 30-year-old Bess fled from cops during a routine traffic stop in Arizona early Monday morning.

Cops tell us ... as they pursued Bess he rolled down his window and began making gestures with his hand shaped like a gun and motioning that he was shooting the officer.

Bess hightailed it away from officers in his Mercedes -- but was tracked down at his home.

Inside his residence, cops say Bess would go to the window and front door -- flashing a knife to cops ... and occasionally holding it up to his own throat.

Eventually, cops decided they needed to take action.

"For Bess’ own safety it was decided to get him in custody as quickly and safely as possible. At this point a police K-9 was released and the K-9 bit Bess on the left forearm just inside the front door of the residence," cops say.

"Bess was then taken into custody and transported to a local hospital for the dog bite and a mental evaluation."

The Olympic torch relay took a horrific turn when a Brazilian soldier shot and killed a jaguar that had just been involved in the torch ceremony.

The female jaguar, named Juma, was photographed in the town of Manaus as the torch passed through on its way to Rio, and the whole thing went off without a hitch.

But according to reports, shortly after the ceremony the sedated big cat -- normally captive at a zoo -- bolted for freedom as it was being placed back in its cage. When Juma approached a soldier, he fired the fatal shot.

The Amazon Military Command said the killing was in line with safety procedures.

Talk about a tragic omen -- Brazil's Olympic team mascot is a yellow jaguar, known as Ginga.

Rosie O'Donnell and daughter Chelsea have buried the hatchet ... or so it seems after they were pictured together smiling -- for the first time in over a year.

Rosie and her daughters, Chelsea and Vivienne, were spotted Monday aboard the SS Hornblower cruise ship for a cancer benefit in NYC ... and as you can see, Rosie and Chelsea appear in MUCH better spirits after spending much of last year on the outs.

As TMZ reported ... Rosie called the cops claiming Chelsea was off her meds and had run away with a dude who'd been convicted on drug charges -- before taking off again to be with her birth mother. Shortly after that, Chelsea went to the media, saying she "did not love Rosie."

1:45 PM PT -- A rep for Gladys tells TMZ the singer "lent her name to her son's restaurants in the Atlanta area, similar to a celebrity endorsement. Ms. Knight was not involved in any way with the operation of the restaurants and she is sure that her son and his business partners will rectify the situation."

Gladys Knight's Chicken and Waffle restaurants just got shut down by Georgia authorities.

We're told agents with the Georgia Dept of Revenue raided all 3 of Knight's chicken joints Tuesday morning ... clearing out customers and ordering employees to leave.

Agents removed computers, files, and the contents from safes.

Gladys' son -- who runs the business -- is reportedly at the center of the investigation. It appears authorities believe $1 million may have been inappropriately diverted.

The jogger who rock legend David Crosby hit with his car ... is getting $3 million to settle a lawsuit.

Jose Luquin sued Crosby over last year's accident in California's wine country ... where the singer, doing 55 mph in a Tesla, hit Luquin as he was jogging with his 14-year-old son. Luquin suffered a broken leg, arm, and shoulder and also damaged a kidney.

As we reported ... Crosby himself called 911, and told responding officers he had not been drinking.

However, in the lawsuit filed by Luquin's attorney James McKiernan ... Luquin claimed Crosby had ingested "alcohol and/or prescription drugs and/or non-prescription drugs and/or other intoxicants and hallucinogens."

In the settlement -- first reported by CalCoastNews.com -- Crosby did not cop to being intoxicated. Luquin is getting $2,950,000 and his son is getting $50,000.

It's unclear if that's coming out of Crosby's pocket or his insurance company. We've reached out to Crosby's camp ... no word back.

Conor McGregor is all about spreading the wealth -- buying his entire family brand new BMW 5 Series whips after he got rich in the UFC ... this according to Conor's dad.

Tony McGregor spoke with The Independent in Ireland ... and explained how the UFC surprised his family with a gaggle of Beamers back in 2015.

"He came home from an American trip last year, and I saw this fleet of cars coming around the corner with him in the lead car, a black BMW 5 Series," Tony said.

"I presumed it was an entourage chauffeuring him home, but he told me to hop in and asked if I liked the car? I said it was lovely and he handed me the keys and said, 'Good, because it's yours.' He bought one for everyone in the family, which was really nice."

Besides his parents, Conor has 2 sisters -- so, maybe he got a 4 car deal?

Of course, Conor LOVES cars -- and has bought himself a bunch of expensive rides ... including a couple of Rolls-Royces.

Iggy Azalea and Nick Young are done ... engagement off ... broken up ... for good.

Iggy took to social media to announce the breakup ... saying, "Unfortunately although I love Nick and have tried and tried to rebuild trust in him - It's become apparent in the last few weeks that I'm unable to."

Of course, Young was secretly recorded on video a few months back by Lakers teammate D'Angelo Russell seemingly admitting to cheating on Azalea.

One half of P.M. Dawn ... singer Attrell Cordes, who was best known as Prince Be ... has died.

Cordes passed away Friday at his NJ home from kidney disease. He was 46.

PM Dawn, which also included Cordes' brother, Jarrett, were huge in the early '90s. They're best known for their #1 hit "Set Adrift on Memory Bliss."

It appears Cordes was also living with diabetes. A post on the group's Facebook page read, "Prince Be Rest In Peace forever more, Pain from Diabetes can't harm you anymore."

Disney finally fenced off the Seven Seas Lagoon on Friday and posted proper alligator warnings ... nearly 3 days after Lane Graves' tragic death.

Construction workers encircled the lagoon with poles and strung ropes between them on the same shoreline where the 2-year-old was attacked.

"Beach Closed" signs remain up and they've added other signs warning of gators and snakes too.

Walt Disney World Resort Vice President Jacquee Wahler says the new signage is temporary while they work out permanent, long-term solutions.

Wahler says they're also "reinforcing training with our Cast for reporting sightings and interactions with wildlife and are expanding our communication to Guests on this topic."

T.I.'s stepdaughter was busted for trying to get a gun through TSA at Hartfields-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta.

Zonnique Pullins was arrested early Thursday morning after a TSA agent spotted the semiautomatic pistol in her purse ... with the help of an X-ray machine.

We're told Pullins stated she had a weapons permit but didn't have the paperwork to prove it. It didn't really matter ... you can't carry a gun onto a plane.

Cops cuffed Zonnique and booked her for carrying a concealed weapon in an unauthorized area.

She got out Friday AM.
