Liam Hemsworth is boo-less in Malibu ... but he's still having a helluva time being single, ripping waves on his surfboard with older brother Luke.

Liam and Luke took full advantage of a nice swell Thursday in the 'Bu, paddling out to catch some waves and get away from all the drama back on dry land.

The youngest Hemsworth bro looked happy and at ease in the water, hanging ten before showing off his toned bod as he got out of his wetsuit.

As you know ... Liam's single for the first time in over a decade after filing for divorce from Miley Cyrus. She's already moved on to Kaitlynn Carter and now Cody Simpson.

Aside from an outing with Australian actress Maddison Brown last month in NYC, Liam's pretty much been flying solo.

Liam's sister-in-law, Elsa Pataky, made headlines Thursday when she said Liam "deserves much better" than Miley. Chris Hemsworth's wife also said her brother-in-law is a little bit down and coping well with the split.

It's the right idea here for Liam ... surfing's good for the mind, body and soul.

Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme is splitting from his wife ... she just filed for separation after 14 years of marriage.

According to court records ... Josh's wife, Brody Dalle-Homme, filed docs Friday for legal separation. It's not clear what led to the split.

Josh and Brody tied the knot way back in 2005 after dating for a couple years. The former couple has three children together ... including 13-year-old daughter Camille, 8-year-old son Orrin and 3-year-old son Wolf.

Brody's from Australia and was 17 when they first met. Josh was 23.

Jenelle Evans' estranged husband is in the midst of another dog scandal -- this time he claims one was stolen from his property.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... David Eason contacted the Columbus County Sheriff's Office Tuesday to report his dog missing, and he believes it was stolen. It's unclear who David thinks is responsible, but it's a decent bet he might point the finger at Jenelle.

As we've reported ... Jenelle threw in the towel on their marriage last week, saying, "that's what is best for me, and for my kids." She says she's left David and moved away from the family's North Carolina home.

We broke the story ... Jenelle's been taking care of their 2-year-old daughter, Ensley, since the split, and our sources say she's planning on going for full custody if their case goes to court.

However, we're told she wants David to have contact with their daughter because she believes he's a good dad.

As for the allegedly stolen dog ... David and Jenelle got a couple of new pups just months after he shot and killed the family dog for nipping at Ensley. Jenelle's said nothing about whether she took any pets when she bolted.

Anthony Mackie stayed true to his Marvel character when he flew under the radar in divorce court ... splitting from his wife, but leaving things nice and neat before anyone could notice.

We've learned the actor -- who plays Falcon in the 'Avengers' movies -- and his now ex-wife, Sheletta Chapital, are in fact dunzo ... and have been for a minute. We looked into it -- Anthony filed for divorce in late 2017 and finalized things last year.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ that the split was amicable. It's unclear why things went south between them, but it's good to hear they left on good terms.

Funny enough, Anthony first married Sheletta -- his reported childhood sweetheart -- at a low-key wedding back in 2014. Looks like he followed the same model on the way out too.

We're told Anthony and Sheletta share 4 kids together -- and they've decided to share joint custody of them. No official word on any spousal or child support though.

BTW, worth noting ... Anthony showed up to the "Avengers: Endgame" premiere earlier this year, and he didn't pose with a significant other on the red carpet. Relevant ... 'cause he and Sheletta have shown up to events together before, shoulder to shoulder.

Don't feel bad for AM either -- the dude is super busy at the moment, and seems to be beaming on the set of his new series, "The Falcon and the Winter Soldier." He'll be fine.

Kate Beckinsale is a single woman again, TMZ has learned, because her divorce is now final.

The family law judge just made it official. Kate is no longer married to Len Wiseman, whom she married in 2004.

The relationship hit the rocks in 2015, when Len was spotted out with model CJ Franco.

The couple had no kids together, so all that was left after the marriage disintegrated was dividing property. Our sources say there was no prenup. Kate had asked in her divorce docs, filed by disso queen Laura Wasser, to keep her jewelry and personal effects. She also wanted to keep her earnings after the date of separation.

In the divorce docs, both Kate and Len waived any right to spousal support.

Jenelle Evans is taking care of her and David Eason's daughter in the wake of filing for divorce ... and she aims to keep it that way.

Sources close to the former 'Teen Mom' star tell TMZ ... she has the ex-couple's 2-year-old, Ensley, with her and will fight for full custody if their case goes to court.

We're told she believes she's the more fit parent of the two, based on David's troubling history ... which as you know includes shooting and killing the family dog because it nipped at the child.

Our sources say Jenelle doesn't intend to keep Ensley away from David. We're told she acknowledges he's a good dad and loves his daughter, so she wants them to have contact.

It's unclear how she feels about David regarding her 2 older children, to whom he's been a stepfather since they married in Sept. 2017. Fact is ... he really has no right when it comes to them. It would all be based on what Jenelle wants to do.

Solange Knowles and her husband are no longer together, and it's been that way for a while ... according to the singer.

Solange says she and Alan Ferguson "separated and parted ways" earlier this year -- she's not being any more specific than that. Her announcement comes just as the estranged couple's 5th wedding anniversary approaches.

They tied the knot in a fancy New Orleans ceremony ... with her sis Beyonce and Jay-Z in attendance.

Solange spoke glowingly of Alan in her IG post, saying ... "11 years ago I met a phenomenal man who changed every existence of my life." As for what went wrong? She's keeping it vague for now.

She says, "A n***a ain't perfect, but I'm leaning into the fear of the unknown and all the glory and power I know exist within god and the universe's grace."

Ferguson is a director, and he's done several big-time music videos ... including Solange's acclaimed "Cranes in the Sky" and also, "Don't Touch My Hair."

Ian Ziering is calling it quits on his marriage ... he says he's splitting from his wife, Erin Ludwig, and she says he's already asked her for a divorce.

The "Beverly Hills, 90210" star made the announcement Thursday on social media, saying "It is with a heavy heart I tell you Erin and I are splitting up,” after more than 9 years of marriage.

Ian doesn't make it sound like it's a nasty split, though ... he added, "With our hectic work schedules we could not be busier, and over the last few years have grown apart. She is one of the most incredible women I have ever met and the best mom to our kids.”

Erin and Ian have 2 daughters and he says they will continue raising them together and be "examples of successful co-parents.”

However, Erin makes it sound like there's been trouble in paradise for sometime now. As she puts it, "After 9 1/2 years of marriage Ian asked for a divorce. After having asked multiple times I knew it was time to give up."

It's unclear if either of them has filed divorce docs yet.

Erin says, "Knowing that I am not the person to make him happy makes the situation feel more peaceful. The girls and I are doing great and finding gratitude and love in our new life together and rebuilding."

Niecy Nash is pulling the plug on her 8-year-long marriage, but says she and her now-estranged husband are parting ways on the best terms possible.

Niecy and Jay Tucker say they've realized, at this stage of life, they're "better friends than partners in marriage. Our union was such a gorgeous ride."

The soon-to-be-exes posted a joint statement, if you will, addressing a Wednesday report that they were breaking up. The "Claws" star and Jay, an electrical engineer, certainly make it seem like there's zero bad blood.

They added, "As we go our separate ways now, we feel fortunate for the love we share -- present tense." They did not say whether either has actually filed divorce docs yet.

Jay and Niecy had a big splashy wedding in front of 200 friends and family members. It was even a TV special on TLC.

Just a few months ago, Niecy was dishing marriage advice in an Essence interview. She told the mag, "A BJ a day keeps the divorce attorney away."

Brody Jenner is a single man after splitting from Josie Canseco, and we know what you're thinking, but ... no, the breakup has nothing to do with his freshly single ex, Kaitlynn Carter.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Brody and Josie are telling friends they've broken up, and one of their main issues was their age difference -- Brody is 36 and Josie is 22. We're told they're just on different pages in life.

The timing is interesting ... as we first reported, Miley Cyrus ended things with Kaitlynn a few weeks ago. Remember, the two women were first linked when they were kissing in Italy ... just as Miley announced she'd separated from her husband, Liam Hemsworth. Of course, Kaitlynn and Brody had also just split.

We got Brody's mom, Linda Thompson, over the weekend at the Casamigos Halloween party in Bev Hills after our photog saw her hugging and chatting up Kaitlynn. Linda told us Brody and Josie are on opposite sides of the world, but claimed they were still dating.

However, our sources say they're definitely dunzo, and their social media backs that up -- Brody and Josie have already scrubbed each other from their accounts.

As for Brody and Kaitlynn -- we're told they still communicate, but there's no chance of a romantic reconciliation. While Brody is still in party animal mode ... she's ending that phase.

As we've first reported, Brody and Kaitlynn split this summer after he wouldn't commit to giving her the two things she wanted -- a baby and a legal marriage. Although they had a big ceremony in Indonesia in 2018, they never followed up with a marriage license in the States.

Shortly after that split, Brody and Josie hooked up ... which, in hindsight, looks pretty rebound-y.

Far as we know, Brody never got a chance to hit the batting cages with Josie's pops, Jose Canseco.

Jeff Bezos can no longer claim he's the richest person on Earth ... the distinction now belongs to Bill Gates.

The Amazon honcho lost his title during after-hours trading Thursday, according to Forbes, when the company's shares plummeted 7 percent, dropping Bezos' fortune to a paltry $103.9 BILLION. How will he ever survive?!?

Bill's net worth stands at $105.7 billion, meaning Jeff is now looking up for the first time in over a year. The horror.

The stock market isn't the only reason Jeff is now No. 2 ... he could still be on top if not for this year's insanely costly divorce with ex-wife MacKenzie, who took a huge chunk of his fortune. MacKenzie's net worth now stands at $32.7 billion, placing her among the top 20 in the world.

As we've reported ... Jeff and MacKenzie split following what they called a trial separation, and Jeff is now seriously dating Lauren Sanchez.

Gates has gotta be super pumped ... he's once again the baddest billionaire on the block after losing the world's richest label to Bezos in 2018 after holding the title for 24 years.

Don't shed a tear for Bezos ... he could soon reclaim the top spot if Amazon stock is able to bounce back.

Lamar Odom says he was an "immature punk" when he broke up with Taraji P. Henson back in the day ... admitting he had no idea how to tell her he was falling for another woman, Khloe Kardashian.

Odom and Taraji dated on the low in 2009 -- Lamar has previously credited Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt for helping them get together in the first place.

During a new interview for the TV One series "Uncensored," Odom admits he was head over heels for Henson ... at first.

"She was a little older than me, but I learned a lot from her because that was the most significant relationship as a grown-up that I had with a black woman."

"I used to carry her picture on the road with me," the ex-NBA star said ... "She gave me inspiration."

Odom says just thinking about Henson used to motivate him on the court -- things like "getting to see her" would motivate him to destroy teams.

So, where did things go wrong? When he met Khloe ...

Odom has said he felt it was love at first sight with KK (they married just 1 month after meeting) ... but Lamar didn't know to handle the situation with Taraji.

"Things ended with Taraji because of me being an immature punk. I didn't know how to tell her I was falling in love with another woman named Khloe Kardashian."

Odom doesn't say in the clip if the two are still friendly -- but Taraji has obviously moved on. She's now engaged to former NFL cornerback Kelvin Hayden.

As for Lamar, he and Khloe broke up in 2013 -- but the divorce wasn't finalized until 2016.

Lauren Sanchez is about to become fully available if Jeff Bezos is so inclined, because we've learned her divorce with husband Patrick Whitesell is about to become final.

Lauren and Patrick just filed legal docs declaring they used a mediator to hammer out the terms of their divorce, and it's now all ready for the judge's signature, making it final.

They will share joint physical custody of their son and daughter. As for the property settlement, it was made easy because, as TMZ reported ... they had a prenup.

We know the drill here ... the mediator was from the law offices of disso queen Laura Wasser, who also mediated a similar divorce with Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner.

We're told the divorce will be final this month.

Patrick is a super eligible bachelor ... aside from being co-CEO at William Morris Endeavor, his estimated worth is around $100 million.

Jeff has already divorced MacKenzie Bezos, who is now one of the richest women in the world.

Lauren and Jeff have been super tight since they split from their respective spouses, and now the decks are cleared for (possibly) the next step. They've already been practically living together.

Kylie Jenner's stated that she and Travis Scott's main priority after breaking up is their daughter and their friendship ... so they focused on both with a fun family outing.

Sources close to JWoww tell TMZ ... she called it off with Zack Clayton Carpinello after seeing Thursday night's episode. She says she's hurt and feels disrespected by both Angelina and "someone who stated they loved me" ... Zack.

After watching the incident, which was shot 5 months ago, JWoww said on IG ... she was kept in the dark and "probably laughed at and made into a story line that will forever haunt me."

Here's the recap ... Zack, who's also known as 24 on the show due to his age, put his arm around Angelina's waist at a Vegas club. At one point, he put his hand on her leg and possibly touched her butt.

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino and Snooki say they've tried reaching out to costar Ronnie Ortiz-Magro since his domestic violence arrest ... but claim he's gone radio silent.

The Sitch jumped on Snooki's podcast, "It's Happening with Snooki & Joey," and Mike revealed he's made multiple attempts to get in touch with Ronnie, but so far no dice. Ditto for Snooki ... who also lashed out at Ronnie's ex, Jen Harley, for being photographed showing off her alleged injuries stemming from an alleged violent encounter with Ronnie.

Mike says he fired off a stern message to Ronnie ... urging him to "wake the f**k up" before softening his tone. Snooki says she did the same before going off on Jen.

Snooki tore into Jen, "My thing is with Jen in this photo. 'Cause there’s a photo released. She’s out to lunch with Ariana. She’s wearing a tank top and shorts, and she has bruises everywhere. I feel like she went out intentionally to get a photo of her."
