Porsha Williams My Hubby Screwed Me Sadly, In My Divorce!

Published | Updated

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Porsha Williams got hosed in her divorce settlement with Kordell Stewart.

According to legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Porsha gets NO alimony, NO house, NO NFL retirement money, NO cash-out, NO health insurance. She even has to pay her own credit card balances.

It's almost like a western movie. She gets the Mercedes she drove in on, and that's about it. She does get to keep the engagement ring and all of her personal crap ... jewelry, clothes and other personal items.

As for Kordell ... he gets two houses, 2 plots of land, a 2013 Mercedes and a 2010 Porsche, and his full retirement benefits. He also gets to keep a 100% interest in his companies.

Pretty crazy -- considering there was a lot of talk on "Real Housewives" that Porsha and Kordell did NOT sign a prenup.

Porsha was fighting like crazy to stay in the house, but Kordell changed the locks on her.

And it gets even worse. She's on the chopping block for the show.

On the bright side ... a pawn shop would probably pay a pretty penny for that ring.

Britney Spears Laughing It Up With K. Fed's Preggo Wife

Published | Updated

Kevin Federline has his very own first wives club -- Britney Spears (wife #1) and Victoria Prince (wife #2) got on like a house on fire Sunday ... laughing and chatting at Britney's son's soccer game.

It was the ideal picture of divorce -- Kevin and Britney (who split in 2006) each took their significant others to their son Jayden's soccer game in L.A. Britney took her current boyfriend David Lucado ... and Kevin took his pregnant wife Victoria.

As we reported, even Kevin and David are pals.

Gotta hand it to Kev and Brit -- they've figured out post-divorce life in a way most people don't.

'Friday Night Lights' Star Marriage On Permanent Waivers

Published | Updated

The famous "Friday Night Lights" battle cry -- "Clear eyes, full hearts, can't lose" -- does not apply to the marriage of one of its stars ... LaMarcus Tinker just filed for divorce.

Tinker and his wife, Shari Butler-Tinker jointly filed the petition to end their 2-year marriage on Feb. 28.

According to the docs ... LaMarcus -- who played Dallas Tinker on 'FNL' -- earned $7200 a week before roles dried up in 2012, but now collects about $2100 a month in royalties.

Shari is also an actress and dancer, but only pulls in $163 a month.

Joint filing, little money to haggle over ... this has all the ear markings of a rare quickie Hollywood divorce.

Larry David I Kicked My House to the Curb

Published | Updated

Larry David has sold the home he shared with his now-divorced wife ... and he pocketed a pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty penny off of it.

Larry and Laurie David lived in the 11,000-square ft. Pacific Palisades home -- with 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms -- in one of the most exclusive areas of L.A.

Real estate sources tell TMZ the house closed Friday for $12 million ... Larry was asking $12.995.

No one has been living in the house for a while ... Larry moved to the uber ritzy Riviera -- also in the Palisades -- and Laurie built her dream home.

The realtors certainly had to curb their enthusiasm ... they ended up on both ends of the deal.

Santiago Arana repped Larry and Mauricio Umansky (Kyle Richards' hubby) represented the business man/buyer. Both guys work at the Agency in Bev. Hills.

Do you think Larry gave the buyer a tour of the place? We're guessing not.

Terrell Owens' Wife: He's Gonna Pay for This Divorce!

Published | Updated

Terrell Owens' estranged wife says she DESERVES to continue the lifestyle she grew accustomed to during their 72 hours of marriage ... and that's why she's going after alimony, TMZ Sports has learned.

Rachel Snider has finally responded to T.O.'s divorce petition -- and in documents she filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Snider says she also wants Owens to pay for her legal costs.

It's basically a middle-finger back to T.O. -- who checked the box asking Rachel to foot the legal bill. Rachel is also asking to legally drop "Owens" as her last name.

There's one thing they both agree on -- the marriage only lasted from January 23rd to January 26th.

In Rachel's docs, she also makes it clear she's going to fight Owens' claim that there's no community property.

Bottom line -- she wants T.O. to pay for the failed marriage in some way, shape or form.

Gunther from 'Friends' Dragged Feet for a Decade But Finally Files for Divorce

Published | Updated

Gunther from "Friends" spent 11-years jonesin' for Jennifer Aniston -- and the actor who played him spent just as long separated from his wife -- but now he's finally pulling the trigger on a divorce ... TMZ has learned.

Not sure what took James Michael Tyler so long ... according to his court docs he and his wife Barbara Chadsey got married in 1995 -- the heyday of "Friends" -- and officially separated in 2003. He's checked off "irreconcilable differences" as the official reason for divorce.

So, basically JMT's marriage ended pretty much like Gunther's crush on Rachel did in the final episode ... minus the laugh track.

Raymond Felton Divorce HE CHEATED ON ME ... NBA Star's Wife Alleges

Published | Updated

New York Knicks player Raymond Felton committed ADULTERY during his marriage ... so says his estranged wife in divorce docs obtained by TMZ Sports.

Ariane Raymondo Felton -- the same woman who ratted Raymond out to the cops about his illegal firearm -- filed docs last month in a New York court seeking to end their 18-month marriage.

But in the docs, Ariane penciled in that she's divorcing Felton because of "adultery."

Ariane doesn't go into detail about the adultery allegations ... but in the docs, she does request the judge throw out their pre-nup. It seems she wants the prenup tossed out on the count of the alleged cheating, but she doesn't explain why.

Ariane is seeking "maintenance" -- which is essentially alimony. She also wants Raymond to finish paying for the last two years of her law school education at Fordham University.

Khloe and Lamar Together Again ... As Crime Victims

Published | Updated

Khloe Kardashian
and Lamar Odom are united again ... as victims of a quarter-of-a-million dollar jewelry heist.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... someone pilfered watches and gold chains inside the former couple's Tarzana home ... which has sat empty for more than a month.

Cops tell us they think it's an inside job because there are no signs of forced entry.

As you know ... Khloe filed for divorce and has moved on. The house was sold to "Big Bang Theory" star Kaley Cuoco.

The jewelry theft was discovered Monday night ... when Khloe and Kris were there cleaning out the house for the new owner.

As for who did it ... cops are investigating. The house has undergone work over the last month so detectives are focusing on some of the tradesmen.

Jude Law I Support ALL My Kids ESPECIALLY The Illegitimate One

Published | Updated

Jude Law is on the hook for more than a quarter million dollars a year in child support ... and the biggest share goes to his illegitimate daughter -- NOT the kids he had with his ex-wife, Sadie Frost.

We got the agreement between Law and his baby mama, Samantha Burke ... with whom he had a brief fling in 2008. The doc shows Law agreed to make child support payments for their daughter, Sophia, based on his income -- $3.4 mil in 2009 and $2.4 mil in 2010.

According to the legal docs, Law pays more than $13K in monthly support to Frost -- around $4,500 for each of their 3 kids.

But ... the daughter he had with Burke gets more than double that amount -- $9K a month -- and it goes up every few years until she's 18.

There's probably a good reason for the disparity ... Frost is a successful actress who owns her own fashion line. Burke isn't.

Robin Thicke 'I'm Just Trying to Get Her Back'

Published | Updated

Robin Thicke was shockingly candid as he arrived in Washington D.C. Thursday afternoon ... making it clear he's not throwing in the towel on his marriage, telling our photog, "I'm just trying to get her back."

TMZ broke the story ... Paula Patton called him last Friday and said their marriage was over, and Robin flew to Canada -- where she was filming -- in a desperate but failed attempt to change her mind.

As we reported ... things really fell apart after Robin simulated sex with Miley Cyrus onstage at the VMAs last month. But Robin told our photog, the performance had nothing to do with his marital problems.

Our sources say Paula was livid and felt "utterly disrespected" by Robin's antics with Miley.

Robin is in D.C. for a concert Thursday night. He says his performance will be the same, even though some of his songs are about Paula.

He told our photog he's just trying to figure things out.

Richie Incognito Parents Divorcing Richie Supports the Whole Family

Published | Updated

As if he didn't have enough going on in his life, Richie Incognito's parents have filed for divorce ... and in docs, his dad claims Richie supports his entire family ... TMZ Sports as learned.

Richie's father filed for divorce in Arizona on October 31, 2013 ... just 3 days after Jonathan Martin left the Miami Dolphins due to Incognito's alleged bullying.

In the court documents obtained by TMZ Sports, Richie's dad praises his son for essentially keeping the family afloat for years during extremely hard financial times.

In the docs, Richie's father writes ... "If it was not for the kindness of our son we would have been living in a tent when we lost our home."

In addition to helping out with their living situation, Richie's dad says ... "I have a son at ASU. His tuition is paid by his brother."

The divorce is still in the courts. We reached out to Richie's people for comment -- so far, no word back.

'Orange Is the New Black' Star Forget Separation ... Let's Skip Right to the Divorce

Published | Updated

"Orange Is the New Black" star Pablo Schreiber wants to rip off the band-aid -- demanding a straight up divorce ... after his estranged wife asked for a separation first.

TMZ broke the story ... Jessica Schreiber (a yoga instructor) filed for legal separation shortly before Christmas, citing irreconcilable differences. But Pablo -- who plays the corrupt drug-peddling corrections officer George Mendez on the show -- wants to skip the intermediary step.

It's gearing up to be an acrimonious split too -- as we reported, Jessica asked for full physical custody of their two sons (a 5-year-old and a 2-year-old).

Now Pablo -- Liev Schreiber's bro, btw -- is returning fire ... asking the court to block Jessica from getting spousal support. He also wants joint custody of their kids.

Interesting timing for Pablo to block a money grab -- Season 2 of OITNB is set to kick off shortly, which should mean more cash in his pockets.

Emphasis on his.

Simon Cowell The Ex Whisperer

Published | Updated

Simon Cowell is the new Winston Churchill -- last night he took his current girlfriend AND his ex-fiancee out to dinner ... at the same time ... and somehow, it didn't end in World War 3.

Simon treated baby mama-GF Lauren Silverman and ex-fiancee Mezhgan Hussainy to a fancy dinner at Miami's Prime Fish, where they ate outside and basked in Florida's stifling humidity.

The three later emerged from the restaurant without a single scratch.

Guess Mezhgan wasn't lying when she said she was happy for Simon and his new girl -- the $8 million mansion Simon gave her probably didn't hurt either.

Robin Thicke I Haven't Given Up on Paula

Published | Updated

The fat lady hasn't sung in Robin Thicke's marriage ... at least according to him, because he has had time to think and he's now determined to win Paula Patton back.

TMZ broke the story ... Paula called Robin on Friday to tell him she wanted a divorce ... and Robin jumped on a plane and flew to Canada and tried in vain to convince her to change her mind.

Sources connected with the singer tell TMZ ... Robin desperately wants to save his marriage. We're told he's resuming his tour on Thursday where he's performing in Washington D.C., but he will NOT go out on the town -- something he liked doing in the past.

We're told he wants to convince Paula he can change and be a good husband. The surreptitious ass-grabbing is a thing of the past.

Sources also tell us ... Robin is really concerned about their son. He does not want him raised in 2 separate homes.

The couple released a statement saying they have separated ... but our sources made it clear ... she wants a divorce.

Marc Anthony Child Support Case I Make $1.25 Millon ... A MONTH

Published | Updated

Marc Anthony may be 110 pounds wet ... but in the money department he's a world champ, because he's just acknowledged he rakes in $1.25 million every single month.

Anthony filed legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- in his nasty child support fight with ex-wife Dayanara Torres. The former Miss Universe wants her monthly support for their 2 sons upped from $13K a month to $113K a month.

Marc had to disclose his income, and his portfolio is impressive. He says he's worth $20.8 million ... of which $260K is in cash. And none of that is in stocks or bonds.

He says he's paying $18K a month in child support in other relationships ... we're guessing that's for the twins he had with Jennifer Lopez.

Dayanara has bitched in legal docs that she was forced to sell her home and live in a crappy, 1,200 square foot San Fernando Valley apartment while Jennifer Lopez was living high on the hog.

Marc Anthony responded in his own legal docs ... Dayanara is a piss poor money manager because she can afford way better than a hovel since he gives her $28,416 a month in spousal and child support.

She was especially ticked that Marc pleaded poverty during their divorce but the week it became final he bought JLo a $4 million ring.

Jason London Wife Sick of His Crap Files for Separation

Published | Updated

Jason London -- the star of "Dazed and Confused" but possibly even more famous for sharting himself in a cop car -- is now on the receiving end of a legal separation.

Jason's wife, Sofia Karstens, has filed legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- in which she seeks to split up their marriage of 2 1/2 years.

The papers don't reveal any reason -- other than irreconcilable differences -- but it could have something to do with his arrest last year in Arizona, after allegedly getting into a bar fight, getting arrested, hurling homophobic slurs at the cops and then defiantly crapping his pants in the back of the squad car.

Jason pled guilty last month to disorderly conduct.
