Snoop, Suge & Dre Sued Ain't No Fun ... If They Take Our Money!!
Snoop Dogg, Suge Knight, Dr. Dre, Nate Dogg, Kurupt and Warren G jacked the hook to Snoop's 1993 classic, "Ain't No Fun (If The Homies Can't Have None)" ... according to 2 far less known rappers.
The L.A. rappers -- who've just filed a lawsuit, obtained by TMZ -- say they wrote the original hook for their own track titled, "Ain't No Fun" ... for their 1991 self-produced album and played it in studio for Suge.
They say Snoop, Dre and Kurupt were there and loved it, which led to a deal with Suge -- they'd turn over their version of "Ain't No Fun." In return they'd get a recording contract and Suge would promote their careers. That never happened, according to the docs.
The duo claims Suge even admitted to ripping off their work in a 2013 Rolling Stone interview, saying "Ain't No Fun" had already been recorded by "one of the homies" before he got his hands on it.
The two men are suing for damages and lost profits from Snoop's jam.

George Zimmerman I'm Pressing Charges ... Puncher Called Me 'N***** Lover'
George Zimmerman says the guy who punched him was pissed he explained away the Trayvon Martin shooting as self-defense -- and he says the puncher was far from supportive of the black community.
Zimmerman claims the puncher -- a white man identified only as Eddie -- and his friends recognized him. He says one of Eddie's friends asked him to prove he was "that guy." Zimmerman says he took out his driver's license and also told the group he'd shot Trayvon in self-defense.
According to Zimmerman, that pissed off Eddie, who then said .. "You better get the f*** out here you n***** lover, you ain't welcome here." Moments later, Zimmerman says Eddie punched him in the face.
Zimmerman explained all of this to the 911 operator he called after the alleged punch. You can hear it in his voice ... he desperately wanted police to show up and arrest Eddie and his crew.
We know it's bizarre -- why in the world would anyone consider George Zimmerman, of all people, a fan of the black community??
Zimmerman tells TMZ he thinks it's because he used the words "self-defense" to describe the Trayvon shooting. In other words, he thinks Eddie wanted him to be more proud of shooting a black kid.
He says he intends to press charges against the alleged puncher and his friends.
Eddie had fled the restaurant by the time police arrived. Officers spoke to several witnesses who all had different versions of what went down. Zimmerman is the only one who mentioned the n-word exchange.

Caitlyn Jenner Paparazzi Chased, Distracted Me in PCH Accident ... They Should Pay Too
Caitlyn Jenner says paparazzi were a major contributing factor in her fatal 2015 PCH car crash by chasing and tailgating her ... so they should pay at least some of the damages.
Jenner filed new docs in the lawsuit filed by one of the families, claiming a number of paparazzi were driving recklessly to get the prized photo of her behind the wheel.
She called the photogs "stalkers," saying she was "visually distracted" in a situation where split seconds mattered.
Jenner also pointed a finger at Jessica Steindorff -- the woman who was driving the Prius Jenner hit -- saying Jessica was on her cell phone and sat parked on PCH when she should have been moving.
Jenner is angling to deflect some of the financial consequences by apportioning monitory damages based on the negligence of her, the paps and Steindorff.

The guy who says Josh Duggar used his face on several dating and social media sites -- including Ashley Madison -- is suing the reality star for jacking his image.
Matthew McCarthy says he's been humiliated since Duggar confessed he was addicted to porn and had been trawling for women online. As we first reported ... McCarthy was shocked to see his face as the profile pic on several Duggar accounts.
In the lawsuit, McCarthy says he was raised in a strong-knit Catholic family ... so being connected to Duggar's porn life -- on Twitter, OkCupid and Ashley Madison -- has been mortifying.
He adds he's been getting harassing messages referring to him as "Duggar's boy toy" and "DJ Duggar." He's a DJ and photographer by trade.

Ex-Boxing Champ Charles Martin I Almost Bled to Death in L.A. Shooting
Former heavyweight champion Charles Martin was shot in the forearm earlier this week, and is laid up in the hospital ... TMZ Sports has learned.
A passenger in Martin's car told LAPD officers they were in downtown L.A. around 5 AM Tuesday when 2 men approached the vehicle and got into an argument with the boxer. According to the police report ... the men started shooting, but missed and fled. Martin got in his car and chased the alleged shooters, but crashed into a utility pole.
Police say that's when the suspects returned and opened fire again. This time, Martin took a bullet to his forearm, and the suspects fled again, this time in a car.
Officers responded and transported Martin to the hospital.
We reached out to Martin and he says the officers saved his life -- he was losing a lot of blood when they arrived at the scene. Martin says he doesn't know the suspects, and has no idea why they had beef with him.
One big difference in Martin's version of the story is he says he was trying to get away from the gunmen -- not chasing them -- when he crashed.
The former IBF heavyweight -- who lost the belt earlier this year -- adds he was worried the shooters were coming back to finish the job. He says he jumped in the bed of a parked pickup truck when he "looked down, and saw a pool of blood. I said to myself, 'I gotta get outta here. I'm gonna die. I'm gonna bleed to death.'"
"I have to pay respect to the cops. They saved my life."
Police haven't found the suspects.

The woman at the center of Cosby's criminal sexual assault case is suing the former D.A. of Montgomery County, PA, claiming he defamed her by saying she grossly exaggerated her allegations against the comedian.
The former D.A. is about to take Constand's deposition, and Cosby has filed legal docs asking for a seat at the table. He wants his lawyer to watch the blow-by-blow.
Constand feels Cosby's request is outrageous for several reasons. She says the presence of Cosby's attorney is designed "to intimidate, harass, and bully" her. In addition, she feels the lawyer is there to get evidence to save Cosby's ass in the criminal case ... which she thinks is unfair.

ATL Falcons Rookie Suspect In Two Rape Investigations (UPDATE)
4:15 PM PT -- A rep for the Cache County District Attorney's office confirmed Green is being investigated for ANOTHER sexual assault incident, making it 4 total.
10:55 AM PT -- Falcons owner Arthur Blank addressed the Green situation Thursday morning at training camp ... saying, "we don't want anybody connected to the organization who has those kind of accusations against them."
7:09 AM PT -- The Atlanta Falcons have cut Torrey Green. Our NFL sources tell us his release is directly related to the ongoing rape and sexual assault investigations.
An Atlanta Falcons rookie linebacker is at the center of TWO separate rape investigations ... after two different women told cops he sexually assaulted them while he was a star player at Utah State.
TMZ Sports has learned ... the Cache County Attorney's Office in Utah is actively investigating Torrey Green -- a 6'2", 220 pounder who signed a free agent contract with the Falcons back in April.
INCIDENT #1 (January 14, 2015) -- The accuser claims Green took her back to his apartment, pushed her onto the bed, removed her pants and began to have sex with her against her will.
The accuser told cops she was VERY clear to Green she did not want to have sex ... telling him, "Please stop, I don't want to do this" ... but he "went for it" anyway.
After the incident, the woman claims Green said to her, "You aren't the kinda girl that would report rape? Because that would ruin my career."
The woman went to the Utah State sexual assault center that same night and nurses administered a rape kit.
Green told cops the woman is lying -- insisting he stopped his sexual advances when she "hesitated" ... and says he would never have sex with anyone against their will.
INCIDENT #2 (Nov. 21, 2015) -- A different woman claims she and Green had been drinking a lot at a party when he took her to a room, locked the door and begged her to have sex.
The woman says she remembers saying "No" and trying to leave the room, but the door was locked. Next thing she knows, Green is on top of her, her pants were off and she was in pain.
The woman got a rape kit and went to police, but cops say she stopped being cooperative. The case has been kicked over to the D.A. anyway.
There was a 3rd incident involving a 3rd woman ... who claims she was also sexually assaulted by Green in November ... when he groped her several times against her will. She also went to police.
We spoke with Jacob Gordon, a prosecutor in the Cache County District Attorney's office, who told us all the cases are being reviewed for possible charges -- so far, a decision has not been made.
We reached out to Green multiple times over several days -- but have not heard back.

NFL's Denard Robinson Small Fine For Crashing In Pond
Jacksonville Jaguars' Denard Robinson is almost off the hook in his bizarre pond accident ... 'cause all he has to do is pay a small court-ordered fine.
The 25-year-old running back was cited for careless driving after crossing a few lanes of traffic and crashing his car into a retention pond on July 3rd.
According to Florida Times-Union's Larry Hannan, Robinson just pled no contest to the citation. The judge ordered him to pay $100 fine and said he'll get no points on his driving record.
Robinson was not present in court, but sent his attorney, Henry Coxe, on his behalf. He argued Robinson's car drifted after he fell asleep at a red light ... but barely went into the water.
Coxe gave us a picture that shows where Robinson's car was when the tow truck showed up.

Modest Mouse Singer I Fell Asleep at the Wheel ... Caused 5 Car Pileup
Modest Mouse lead singer Isaac Brock admits falling asleep while driving -- which caused a chain reaction wreck -- and only a stroke of luck separated him from Caitlyn Jenner's fate.
Brock dozed off Wednesday while driving in Portland, OR ... and smashed into the back of a city parks vehicle, which hit a 3rd, which hit a 4th and a 5th. From the the looks of it Brock's Land Rover got the worst of the pileup.
He told TMZ ... "I feel asleep at the wheel, nodded off and next thing I knew there was a car." He says he suffered a bruised sternum from the airbag, but says it definitely saved his life.
One other driver was hospitalized with a concussion. Police checked Brock for impairment, but he passed. He was only cited for careless driving.
It's interesting, Jenner was eventually tagged with inattentive driving for the PCH wreck last year, but due to there being a fatality ... she was initially investigated for vehicular manslaughter. The D.A. ended up rejecting the case.
Brock got really lucky.

Faith Evans Sued She Screwed Me for Bad Boy
Faith Evans' decision to hit the road with Puff Daddy left a Georgia businessman in the lurch and he's suing to get her pulled from the Bad Boy Family Reunion.
According to docs, Jeremy Hill booked Faith to perform at Wolf Creek Amphitheater in Atlanta on Sept. 10, 2016 -- and paid her $17,500 as part of the deal. Hill says he knew things were going south when he found out she was going to be part of the Diddy and co's big tour.
He especially took note of the fact the Bad Boy tour would be in Atlanta on Sept. 8. That's a big problem because Hill says his contract with Faith included a non-compete -- as in she can't perform within a 100 mile radius of his gig during the 6 months leading up to Sept. 10.
In the suit, he says Faith's camp told him she was backing out of his deal.
Hill's suing to block Faith from doing the Bad Boy show in Atlanta ... and he also wants at least $100k for leaving him at the altar.
