Madonna's son, Rocco, has been arrested in London for possession of weed ... but the arrest flew under the radar for nearly 2 months.

TMZ has confirmed, London police arrested the 16-year-old for possession of cannabis on Sept. 28th. He reportedly incurred the wrath of neighbors who were bothered by what they believed was drug use in their upscale neighborhood when the boy lives with his dad, Guy Ritchie.

According to reports, cops were called and saw Rocco and a friend sitting on a wall with a friend. They claim he tossed something in the air, but they found a small quantity of weed in his backpack and traces on his clothing.

Rocco moved away from his mom almost a year ago to live with his dad in London. She objected, claiming Guy was too permissive and it triggered a nasty court battle. He was seen back in April hanging with friends, and smoking what appeared to be a joint.

Rocco's already been sentenced. He attended a drug ed class.

Execs at Tidal fired a new mother the day after she requested a private room to use her breast pump ... according to a new lawsuit.

Lisette Paulson says the music streaming company -- specifically Jay Z's trusted associate, Desiree Perez -- retaliated against her in 2015 for requesting a private pumping setup. According to her suit ... Perez told Paulson to just use a bathroom, but she said no way.

Perez allegedly asked the new mom if the pumping was really necessary and grew frustrated about having to give up a private office for Paulson to do her business. She says Perez told her they'd have a meeting to figure it out, but the day after that meeting ... Paulson says she was fired.

She's suing Tidal for sex and pregnancy discrimination.

Mos Def can kiss South Africa goodbye -- he's apologized to the government for trying to use a "world passport" and he's all set to jet back to the U.S.

The rapper will hop on a flight Tuesday night after getting arrested in January for using a false passport. The Department of Home Affairs tells TMZ ... he was granted a valid passport after his mea culpa. We're told the government's dropped its charges.

It's not ALL good -- we're told Mos is now on an "undesirable persons" list with the S.A. gov't.

Bethenny Frankel's boyfriend claims he's been on the receiving end of a torrent of disgusting, vicious emails written by her ex-husband, and he's preparing to fire back in court.

Dennis Shields, who's been dating Bethenny for a year, had his lawyer fire off a letter to her ex, Jason Hoppy, accusing him of sending him dozens of emails with "increasing frequency and hostility."

Sources connected with Shields, who's the Chairman of YieldStreet, say the emails are actually to Bethenny but Hoppy cc'd Shields. There's a running theme in all the emails ... that Bethenny is ugly, old and irrelevant and Shields should run for the hills, like all her boyfriends before.

We're told Hoppy has emailed that Shields is in a "revolving door of men" and that "he'll be gone soon."

A pic of Paul McCartney's mullet is going to cost Playboy some cash ... according to the famous photographer who says the Bunny illegally used the shot.

Rock photog James Fortune -- who's shot Mick Jagger, Robert Plant and Jim Morrison -- says Playboy.com posted a photo gallery in 2014 of "15 Hilariously Awesome Celebrity Mullets" that included Fortune's shot of a shaggy Sir Paul, circa his '70s Wings days.

Dennis Rodman has just been charged with 4 misdemeanor criminal charges -- including hit-and-run -- stemming from a late-night wrong way freeway crash in July ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The Orange County District Attorney has charged Rodman with ... hit-and-run with property damage, driving a car across the divider, giving false info to a cop and driving a car without a valid license.

If convicted on all counts, Rodman faces up to 2 years in county jail.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Rodman was driving an SUV on the 5 Freeway around 12:30 AM on July 20th ... after partying at a karaoke bar.

We're told Rodman was driving northbound in the southbound carpool lane.

A car driving the RIGHT way was forced to swerve to avoid a head-on collision and crashed into the center divider. That person called 911.

Dennis allegedly fled the scene before cops arrived and never exchanged info with the other driver.

Cops investigated the incident -- and officials say Rodman lied to investigators.

A rep for Rodman said, "We agree that if anything, this is a misdemeanor traffic matter, and certainly not a felony. We appreciate the district attorney evaluation and know that it should resolve successfully when all facts are considered."

The Game tried to delay his sexual assault trial at the 11th hour but the judge shot down his request ... and now the rapper's pointing to a couple bad infections as the reason for his last-ditch effort.

Sources close to the rapper tell us Game's dentist drew up a letter last week -- obtained by TMZ -- outlining exactly why Game shouldn't travel to Illinois for the trial ... pointing to a severe tooth infection digging into Game's sinus ... resulting in a severe infection.

The letter obviously didn't work -- the case continued and, as we reported, Game lost and was ordered to fork over $7.13 million to Priscilla Rainey.

The rapper's manager, Wack 100, tells us they're appealing the decision.

It's not just NBA stars who can brick a shot ... because a woman just admitted to firing one through a window at Metta World Peace's home!!

The Lakers star appeared in an L.A. courtroom on Monday to get a permanent restraining order against Miesha Shakes -- who Metta claims has been harassing him and his family since 2015.

In a heated courtroom exchange, Miesha admitted to throwing the brick though Metta's window and bothering his family ... and claims it's all over a dispute with her baby daddy. We'll explain ...

Miesha says she has a kid with Metta's nephew -- and Metta sometimes watches the kid. Miesha's upset with her baby daddy so she decided to take out her anger on Metta.

The judge, as you can imagine, was not happy with Miesha's explanation -- and hit her with a restraining order to stay 100 yards from Metta and his family for the next 3 years.

Stevie J's down to get pricked for Joseline Hernandez's paternity test request but it could come back to burn her where child custody is concerned.

Stevie J just filed docs agreeing to take a DNA test to find out if he's the father of Joseline's unborn child and if he is ... Stevie's asking the court to award him primary physical custody because he thinks she's an unfit mother. In the docs, he claims Joseline may have abused drugs during the pregnancy.

He also says she has anger issues as evidenced by her acts of violence against him in the past. He claims she'll "engage in acts of parental alienation" once the kid's born and keep him away from the child.

If he's granted custody, Stevie J is also asking for child support.

TMZ broke the story ... Joseline sued earlier this month to get Stevie J to take a paternity test. She also asked for child support.

Ex-NBA superstar Steve Francis was arrested for drunk driving in Houston over the weekend ... and cops say he was a pain in the ass during the bust and vowed revenge on the arresting officers.

The former Houston Rockets star was initially pulled over in a black 2017 Chevy Tahoe on Saturday for doing 88 in a 65 around 11:20 PM -- but during the stop, cops noticed he reeked of booze.

We're told Francis was "verbally abusive" to the officer.

Cops say the 39-year-old refused a field sobriety test -- and more cops were called to the scene because Francis was uncooperative.

Our law enforcement sources tell us Francis made comments essentially warning the officers that he would get revenge for the arrest.

During the incident, cops also found weed.

The Game is going to have to write a check with a lot of zeros to his sexual assault accuser -- he's lost the lawsuit she filed against him.

An Illinois court ruled in favor of Priscilla Rainey, who sued Game ... alleging he sexually assaulted her while shooting a reality show in 2015. A judgment was entered against him late last week for $7.13 million.

During the case, the judge denied Rainey access to Game's financial records to find out his net worth. Whatever that number is ... it looks like it will be $7 mil less.

Here's video of a bloody, bruised and busted up Lenny Dykstra on the night he claims cops beat him to a pulp in L.A. County jail ... video Lenny claims is the smoking gun in his $15 million lawsuit.

The footage was shot April 5th, 2012 -- after Lenny claims 6 L.A. County Sheriff's Deputies unleashed a vicious beating simply because they didn't like him.

Lenny sued L.A. County and multiple deputies for $15 mil -- claiming he suffered all sorts of injuries, including brain damage. He also claims "his teeth were broken out of his skull" and he has trouble eating.

The video was shot at a nearby medical center -- where a medicated Dykstra was examined while handcuffed and strapped to a gurney. A deputy points out all of Dykstra's injuries.

We've reached out to the LASD for their side of the story -- but they refuse to comment on ongoing litigation.

Birdman's legal war with Lil Wayne is back to square one, because Weezy continues to drop major disrespect on his ex-mentor's name.

Sources close to the situation tell us ... lawyers for the 2 camps were close to reaching a deal -- one meeting away, in fact -- when Wayne publicly dissed Birdman by changing the lyrics in "I'm Me" from a Cash Money shout-out to a Jay Z shout-out.

We're told Birdman has his own beef with Jay, which made Wayne's diss sting even more. Lil Wayne's "Suck my d***!" at that same show didn't help either -- so he pulled the plug on negotiations.

The bottom line, we're told, is if they're ever gonna settle the $51 million lawsuit ... both sides need to stop jawing in public.

The "settlement" negotiations between Mariah Carey and ex-fiance James Packer have broken down, and there are now threats of lawsuits, with Mariah accusing James of being a "lying opportunist."

TMZ broke the story ... Mariah demanded $50 million from James, claiming he uprooted her life from New York and caused her emotional distress that caused her to cancel the South American leg of her world tour. Our James sources say the tour cancellations were due to poor ticket sales, not distress.

We're told James has now drawn the line ... he doesn't owe her squat. He says they were never married and there's no legal basis for him to pay her a penny.

Mariah has a very different view. Our Mariah sources say James used her to secure business, and dragged her to various meetings to meet important people, including foreign dignitaries, so he could seal some lucrative deals. She believes she's entitled to a cut.

Donald Trump has just reportedly agreed to settle several lawsuits over his Trump University real estate seminars.

Reuters is reporting Trump settled up just as the judge in the case was supposed to rule on a request by Trump's lawyer to delay the trial until after Trump's inauguration in January.

Nick Gordon's so broke he can't afford to pay attention to what's happening in his civil case ... much less hand over $36 million to Bobbi Kristina's estate.

Nick was ordered to fork over the hefty chunk Thursday when -- again -- he was a no-show as the court handed down damages. He was found liable in September for BK's death.

Sources close to Nick tell TMZ ... Bobbi Kristina's estate will be hard-pressed to squeeze even a dime out of him because he doesn't have a pot to piss in right now.

We're told all the money he got for interviews earlier this year was used to pay his criminal attorneys. Remember, he's still under criminal investigation for Bobbi Kristina's death. Nick's not even working right now. One source close to his legal team reacted to the $36 mil judgment, saying ... "You can order a gajillian dollars but what will you collect?"

That source added, "One day they may collect part of it. If he wins the lottery."
