Ralphie May's estranged wife, Lahna Turner, is getting temporary sole custody of their 2 children, and the comedian will take random drug tests twice a month ... according to new legal docs.

The judge in their nasty custody war has granted Ralphie 2 weekly visits with his children, and one Skype call. A court appointed monitor must be present for the first 3 weeks.

Ralphie, who's made no secret of his love of marijuana, has agreed to submit to random drug tests twice a month.

According to the new docs ... the judge also threw out the restraining order Turner requested last month. Both Ralphie and Lahna have been told to stop talking smack about each other in front of their kids.

Shia LaBeouf is off the hook for getting into it with a guy at his "He will not divide us" protest site in NYC ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... charges for assault and harassment have been dismissed because there isn't enough evidence to prove a crime took place during Shia's confrontation with another protester in January.

You may recall ... Shia appeared to argue with someone and whack a guy in the chest in video from the live stream and was arrested shortly after. He was supposed to be in court next week ... but now he's in the clear.

Detroit Pistons guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope was arrested early Wednesday morning for DUI ... hours after the Pistons lost ANOTHER game.

24-year-old Caldwell-Pope was initially pulled over in Auburn Hills, Michigan at 2:50 AM for going 45 in a 25 -- but during the stop, cops say they could smell the alcohol on Kentavious.

According to the police report obtained by TMZ Sports, KCP admitted to having 2 drinks of Hennessey at a bar earlier in the evening.

The officer administered field sobriety tests -- KCP didn't do great -- and he was arrested for DUI. After he was taken to a nearby station, Kentavious took a breathalyzer test -- and blew a .08.

Cops say the NBA player was "very cooperative."

Mariachi superstar Pepe Aguilar's son is the man who infamously attempted to smuggle 4 Chinese nationals into the U.S. by stuffing them in the trunk of his car ... according to U.S. Customs officials.

Customs and Border Control released the photo of the 4 people earlier this month, but no one realized the driver of the Chrysler 200 was connected to Aguilar -- a Grammy winning singer so popular he has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Jose Emiliano Aguilar was stopped on March 14th at the border crossing between Tijuana and San Ysidro, CA. Agents were alerted when a K-9 unit got a whiff of the human cargo.

According to docs ... Jose unlocked the trunk and agents found 2 men and 2 women. Each had agreed to pay between $3k and $60k if they'd successfully made it into the country.

Jose has retained powerhouse attorney Jeremy Warren, who tells us ... "The Aguilars are a strong, tight-knit family. Nothing about this situation will change that."

Todd Chrisley laughed off reports he owes $800k in back taxes, and although he's adamant it's NOT true ... he admits his lawyers are hard at work.

The "Chrisley Knows Best" patriarch was at LAX Thursday night when he was asked point-blank if he's in debt to the state of Georgia. WSB-TV in Atlanta reported Todd and his wife have not paid state taxes in years, according to Fulton County court records.

The famed Heart Attack Grill in Vegas is blowing a valve over a Tennessee burger joint ... claiming it's blatantly ripping off its death-on-a-plate theme.

The Grill is suing the Heart Attack Shack in Chattanooga for copying its name, its "Flatliner Fries" and even its logo with EKG waves. In the docs, the Grill says the Shack is purposely confusing consumers to make them think the restaurants are related ... and they're not.

According to the suit, the Shack has refused to change a damn thing ... even after the Grill fired off a threatening letter in February.

Jennifer Lopez got some fancy new wheels -- custom hoverboards -- for her Vegas show, but forgot to keep her end of the bargain ... according to the company that made the gear.

Sidekick Group Corp says it shipped out 42 hoverboards for J Lo and her dancers to use in her "All I Have" show at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas. The company says it didn't charge cash, but their signed contract did require Jennifer to do a few things in return.

According to the lawsuit just filed ... Jenny was supposed to do promotional posts for Sidekick on Instagram or Twitter, once every 3 months. Sidekick says she only posted once, and later deleted it.

The company says it's out $54,390 for the boards, which it says were customized for the show. It's suing to get back that investment, plus a few more bucks.

Sidekick threatened to sue Seahawks superstar Richard Sherman a year ago, claiming he also reneged on a promotional deal.

The recent string of celeb burglary victims -- Nicki Minaj, Alanis Morissette, Yasiel Puig and Emmy Rossum -- might have been hit by Crips ... according to a report.

According to the AP ... the burglars show up to fancy cribs and look for signs it's empty. They ring the doorbell and if no one answers, they break in.

LAPD refers to it as "flocking" because gang members flock to these neighborhoods like birds.

Our law enforcement sources say it's not necessarily ALL Crips pulling these heists, but cops definitely suspect they're involved in some of them. Also, they're NOT only targeting celeb homes ... they just so happen to stumble upon them in certain glitzy neighborhoods.

Kevin Gates went from being locked up in Florida to being jailed in Chicago with less than 24 hours of freedom in between.

The rapper is currently behind bars in Cook County after being released from Polk County in FL Wednesday around 4 PM.

As we reported ... Kevin was thrown back in the slammer last week after FL authorities found an outstanding warrant for his arrest in Chicago. He twice failed to appear in court on a separate gun case from 2013.

Kevin was just about to finish his Florida stint for kicking a female fan in the chest at a concert in 2015.

Law enforcement sources tell us he was not extradited to Cook County, but rather turned himself in. He's being held on no bond until his next court date in April.

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Kenya Moore says she's had to dodge up to 30 phone calls a day from her ex-BF, Matt Jordan, so she went to court to get protection.

In legal docs, Kenya says Matt threatened her last week, telling a mutual friend ... "she'd get what she deserves" after she blocked his harassing calls.

The couple broke up after a nightmare vacation last year in Mexico, which Kenya mentions in her request for a restraining order. She adds Matt kicked in a hotel door and threw her suitcase in the driveway after they got back.

Last week, she told us things haven't gotten any better since last summer.

The judge granted her the restraining order which requires Matt to stay 200 yards away from Kenya, and stop all harassing or intimidating behavior toward her or her family.

As we've reported ... Matt has a long rap sheet that includes 4 arrests in the last year alone.

Ricardo Medina Jr. -- one of the stars of 'Power Rangers Samurai' -- was just sentenced to 6 years in prison for stabbing his roommate to death with a sword.

Ricardo appeared in court Thursday where the judge handed down the maximum sentence, 2 weeks after the actor pled guilty to voluntary manslaughter, and admitted he used a sword in the killing.

A man who says he has ties to Fetty Wap has been charged with 2 counts of attempted murder in connection with the robbery and shootout in Paterson.

Sylvester Huffin was charged Monday with 2 counts of first degree attempted murder, as well as 3 other weapons charges. On his social media Huffin says he's an executive manager at Fetty's label, RGF Productions.

Law enforcement sources tell us Huffin is the alleged gunman who accidentally shot himself in the thigh during the shootout. We're also told detectives went to interview Huffin at the hospital he checked himself into that night, and surveillance footage appears to show him as the shooter.

As we first reported, shots fired from Fetty's camp were the only ones that landed, injuring 2 guys in Raheem "Fuzz" Thomas' crew. Fuzz has been charged with aggravated assault, robbery and multiple weapons violations.

Michael Irvin has been 86'd from speaking at a high school awards event in Arkansas -- after event organizers learned the NFL legend is being investigated for sexual assault.

Irvin was set to be the keynote speaker at the Best of River Valley Preps All-Stars Awards on June 1 -- an event that honors the top high school athletes in Arkansas and Oklahoma.

TMZ Sports spoke with Jason Taylor -- the president of the organization behind the awards -- who tells us Irvin's investigation causes a "conflict and distraction."

Taylor says organizers understand the situation is still being investigated -- and they don't presume guilt -- but, "We don't want to take away from this special night of recognition."

We're told Irvin's team was understanding.

A famous Norman Rockwell painting now worth well over a million dollars has been recovered by the FBI after it was stolen from its owner in the '70s.

A lawyer for an anonymous individual called in to Philly's FBI headquarters last year and said their client was in possession of a stolen Rockwell painting -- 'Lazybones' -- and wanted it returned to its rightful owner.

The lawyer said their client had seen stories about the stolen painting in the media in recent years before realizing they had it themselves. They reportedly thought they'd had a copy, not the original. It was surrendered to authorities, and no charges were pursued.

Now, the painting will be returned to its owner, Susan Murta, who last saw it in 1976 at her parents' house when she was 18. The painting was stolen from Murta's family home in Cherry Hill, NJ during a burglary.

Murta's dad originally bought the painting for $75 after he accidentally hit it with a pool cue back in 1954. It's now reportedly worth more than $1 mil.

Mischa Barton is ripping the ex-bf behind the sex tape that's being shopped around, and says he's more interested in destroying her emotionally than financially.

Mischa went on 'Dr. Phil' and revealed the exact moment she found out about the tape. As she's said ... the guy responsible is someone she used to love, but she told Phil she desperately tried to distance herself from him after finding out about the secret recording. It didn't work.

The episode airs Monday, and Mischa will also talk about that bizarre incident in her backyard, where she claimed she was slipped "a cocktail of drugs."
