Harvey Weinstein yukked it up with the paparazzi just hours after he announced he'll take a leave of absence to get help, in the wake of a story chronicling his long-standing sexual harassment of women.

Harvey was leaving his West Village apartment Friday morning. Check out the video ... he jokes with photogs, telling them he understands they have a job to do.

Michael and Dina Lohan plan to sue a U.S. senator who conjured up Lindsay's drunken past to lash out at a CEO.

The incident went down at a congressional hearing Wednesday as the Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee grilled former Equifax CEO Richard Smith about the credit reporting firm's recent massive hacking.

One of the committee members asked, "Why in the world should you get a no-bid contract right now?" ... which was followed up by Senator John Kennedy of Louisiana, "You realize to many Americans right now, that looks like we're giving Lindsay Lohan the keys to the mini-bar."

As we've reported, Lindsay's struggled with drugs and alcoholism and has been open about it, and has changed for the better.

But her parents are FURIOUS and tell Gossip Cop they plan to sue Kennedy. Michael told the outlet, "His comment and analogy was inappropriate, slanderous and unwarranted. How dare he associate Lindsay with this case? Tell me, does he have a family member or friend with a former addiction problem?"

We've reached out to Senator Kennedy's office, so far no word back.

BTW ... just our opinion, but Dina and Michael don't have legal standing to sue ... it's all Lindsay, and so far she's been radio silent.

Mark Salling had a hankering for Japanese after cutting a deal with prosecutors in his child porn case ... a deal that will land him in prison.

Salling got takeout from Sake Sake in L.A., the day after pleading guilty to possession of child porn involving a prepubescent minor.

Under the deal, Salling and prosecutors agreed to a prison sentence of between 4 and 7 years. The judge in the case will use the deal as a sentencing guideline, but is not bound by it.

An upcoming "RuPaul's Drag Race" contestant is thumbing his nose at the judge in his DUI case by going to werrrrk in Los Angeles ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us Andrew Bryson -- whose drag name is Blair St. Clair -- is currently taping in L.A. as a contestant for season 10 of 'Drag Race.' That's in clear violation of a court order stating he must stay in Indiana following a DUI bust this year.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, St. Clair was pulled over in March in Fort Wayne, IN and blew a .195 -- more than twice the legal limit! We checked and the judge's order banning his out-of-state travel is still in place.

It's a catch 22 for "Blair" -- winning the show could unlock a showbiz career, but doing the show at all could land his ass in a jail cell. We made a call to VH1, but no word back yet.

Ex-L.A. Rams WR Deon Long -- who was featured on "Hard Knocks" when he got cut for bringing a woman to his dorm room -- is now a suspect in an armed robbery, TMZ Sports has learned.

Long's firing became a viral moment when then-coach Jeff Fisher ripped him for violating the team's "no female guests in the room" rule during training camp.

Now, law enforcement sources tell us the 26-year-old is suspected of pulling a gun on a man in a craigslist transaction that had gone bad over a duffel bag.

We're told the alleged victim told police he met up with Long to sell him the bag -- but instead of producing cash, Long whipped out a pistol and made off without paying.

Cops are now investigating. We've also reached out to Long for comment, so far no word back.

Puddle of Mudd's lead singer, Wes Scantlin, seems to be trapped in a loop of court cases -- ending one with a plea deal, and another with jail time ... both in the same week.

Scantlin copped a plea in his 2016 vandalism case -- when he allegedly trashed a bunch of stuff at his foreclosed Hollywood Hills pad. He got off Monday with 3 years probation, but also has to pay more than $40k in fees and restitution.

Wes followed up with a Thursday court date where he pled no contest in a case from last month. You'll recall he was busted trying to board a plane with a BB gun.

He got 20 days in jail, plus he's gotta stay away from LAX unless it's international travel for work.

Joey Bada$$ is firing back at a Donald Trump impersonator who sued the rapper for pushing him offstage ... saying the guy has no case for a whole bunch of reasons.

In Joey's response, obtained by TMZ , he says Phillip Wilburn assumed a risk for his alleged injuries when he got onstage with him, and can't blame Joey for what happened.

He also says there were outside forces that caused the actor's tumble and owies, not to mention he says the dude's way too late to pursue anything against him ... among many other defenses.

Long story short -- Joey's arguing Wilburn's accusations don't hold up ... and he's asking a judge to dismiss the suit. As we reported ... Wilburn's asking for more than $1.5 mil in damages.

Luckily, the whole thing was caught on video -- so we gotta ask ... #FakeLawsuit?

DMX is handling his legal business and his diet like a grown ass man after going to rehab.

We got X Thursday outside court in NYC, where he had a hearing on his tax evasion case. Afterward, he basically confirmed what his lawyer told us last month -- he put on about 40 lbs. while getting treatment, and plans to continue for another month.

Gotta say, he looks good compared to a couple months ago when he was significantly thinner. Sounds like he feels the same way.

As for what he's bulking up on? DMX trusts in the Cap'n!

Keyshawn Johnson had his own real-life Maury Povich moment after a woman claimed he fathered her 4-month-old kid and ...

KEY ... YOU ARE NOT THE FATHER!!!

We broke the story, a 35-year-old woman filed court docs claiming Key knocked her up back in 2016 -- right around the time Johnson's wife filed for divorce. The woman wanted child support.

But Key's attorney Aja Mann tells TMZ Sports the results are in and the test proves Key's not the daddy.

"Mr. Johnson's only recourse was to submit to the orders of the Court, which included taking a paternity test to dispute these false accusations and the results of course came back negative."

Mann continues, "As he stated before, and states now, Mr. Johnson is not the biological father of this woman's 4 month old child."

O.J. Simpson staged a paparazzi run-in with a photog Wednesday night so he could make (and possibly sell) a video commenting on the Vegas massacre.

Simpson was having dinner at a posh Vegas country club where our photog overheard him planning a TMZ-style video shoot. He was going over the shoot with the people at his table.

When he got to the parking lot, it was lights, camera action and O.J. offered up his "thoughts and prayers" while his friend recorded.

Our photog fired up his camera to ask some questions, but apparently that really screwed things up. O.J.'s photog tries to run our guy out of the shot, but Simpson realized his plan had been foiled and beelined it for his car.

The situation is almost identical to the paparazzi "run-in" at a Nevada gas station after O.J. was released -- when Simpson acted shocked someone had found him in the middle of the desert, yet still gabbed away.

Iggy Azalea can't just "charge it" to Amex anymore ... 'cause the company's suing her famous ass for a FAT unpaid balance.

According to docs obtained by TMZ, American Express is dragging Iggy to court over a $300,000 statement ... which it says is $250k more than her preset limit.

Amex wants the full amount, plus its legal fees.

We know Iggy lives large, she's a rapper after all, but if what Amex says is true ... let's hope she still has the receipt for the fine art that set her back $12k.

The father of the man O.J. Simpson killed is not sitting in the wings as Simpson tries to capitalize off his crimes ... because TMZ has learned Fred Goldman has already run to court to coral the cash.

Ron Goldman's dad just filed legal docs to divert any money Simpson makes from "interviews, shows, presentations or exhibitions" ... to satisfy the civil wrongful death judgment, which has now swelled to around $100 million.

TMZ broke the story ... Simpson is secretly autographing football helmets and he may have been selling photos since his release from prison last week.

Jeremy Meeks is absolutely certain he's done with his marriage ... he's filed to divorce his estranged wife ... TMZ has learned.

The so-called Hot Felon had filed separation docs back in July, breaking things off from Melissa Meeks ...who he'd been with for 8 years.

The separation came a few weeks after he was spotted making out with TopShop heir Chloe Green. He and Chloe have been inseparable ever since ... and clearly it's going well enough he's ready to pull the plug permanently.

He's requesting joint legal and physical custody of their 7-year-old son, Jeremy Jr.

Kathy Griffin's neighbor refuses to back down, and has actually gone to court to get his own restraining order against her and her bf.

Kathy fired the first shot in the neighborhood feud last month ... getting a temporary restraining order against Jeffrey Mezger after he went on a rant against Kathy and Randy Bick. He'd also called police to make a noise complaint against them.

On Wednesday, Mezger requested his own TRO. As it stands, Mezger must stay 100 yards away from Kathy and Randy. If his filing is approved, it will be ditto for them.

Las Vegas shooter Stephen Paddock has a younger brother who has a warrant out for his arrest, albeit for something far less menacing ... TMZ has learned.

57-year-old Bruce Paddock is wanted in L.A. County, according to docs, and it stems from one of his laundry list of violations. Paddock was busted for vandalism in 2014 -- he jacked up a moving company's property.

Paddock pled no contest and got 150 hours of community service, but kept trying to get it reduced. When he no-show'd for a 2016 court date, the judge issued the bench warrant.

We broke the story ... Bruce has a long rap sheet, including arrests for arson, burglary and criminal threats. The vandalism is a misdemeanor, so it's unlikely cops are actively seeking him.

Teresa Giudice is harboring serious resentment toward her husband, Joe, for screwing up their finances and screwing her out of her final precious months with her now-deceased mother.

The 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star told us Wednesday ... although she served her 11.5 month prison sentence without bitching, her mom's death opened up old wounds. Now, Teresa has a different view of Joe's role in the bankruptcy fraud that landed them both behind bars.

Mind you, Joe's still serving his 41-month sentence, but it sounds like Teresa's having a hard time forgiving him.
