Sizemore claims his landlord is selling his personal belongings. He continues, "I have a lot of projects I am working on and I will not let this false accusation hinder.

Tom Sizemore's ex-neighbor says the actor pushed her to use drugs, and has it out for her ... according to new docs.

The neighbor, Lauren Abouyan, requested a restraining order Tuesday in L.A. County Court ... and in the docs she says Sizemore has tried to coax her into using drugs with him. She says although Tom's moved out of the neighborhood ... he still comes around to "harass" her.

Lauren claims he last showed up on Monday, and claims he continually follows her around and tries to be around her.

Nicole Eggert has no regrets about dragging police into her feud with Scott Baio -- and says it's a necessary part of her recovery.

Nicole was out in L.A. Wednesday morning when she revealed her experience with LAPD one day earlier. TMZ broke the story ... the former "Charles in Charge" star and her attorney, Lisa Bloom, met with detectives in the Sexual Assault Section ... and discussed her claim Baio molested her multiple times.

Baio denies the allegations, and told us Nicole's not only changed her story multiple times -- but she's playing dirty by even mentioning his kids in this whole mess.

Logan Paul took the law into his own hands Tuesday night ... making a citizen's arrest after a guy broke into his home.

Logan, who's had his own problems with that infamous suicide video he shot and posted to his YouTube page, returned to his San Fernando Valley home at around 10 PM to find a dude on his couch. Not to say the guy was ballsy, but he was charging his phone in the living room!

Law enforcement tells us the guy knew it was Logan's house and just wanted to meet him. He entered through the unlocked front door. We're told several people were inside, upstairs, but they didn't come down because they thought it was Logan.

Jared Fogle wants the judge in his child porn case recused, because he thinks she's prejudiced against him since she has teenage daughters.

Fogle filed legal docs seeking to have Judge Tanya Walton Pratt booted because the case partially involves a teenage prostitute and teenage girls being illegally photographed.

He's been trying to get his 15-year sentence set aside on grounds the judge wrongly allowed prosecutors to charge him with conspiracy. Fogle was also shut down by the same judge when he asked for early release last month.

Fogle, who had over 47,000 sexual images on his computer of young girls and also had sex with 2 underage girls, seems to be saying the judge harbors animus because of her daughters.

Nicole Eggert took Scott Baio up on his challenge and filed a police report, claiming he sexually abused her when she was a minor ... TMZ has learned.

We've learned detectives from LAPD's Sexual Assault Section interviewed Eggert Tuesday morning at the offices of her attorney, Lisa Bloom. We're told 2 detectives spent 2 hours as Eggert detailed her allegations ... that Baio molested her when she was 14, 15 and 16 while they filmed "Charles In Charge" -- something Baio strongly denies.

We're told Eggert repeated her claim that Baio had sexual intercourse with her when she was 17. Baio says he had sex with her one time, but only when she was 18.

We've also learned actor Alexander Polinsky, who played Adam Powell on the show, accompanied Eggert and told detectives he witnessed some of the alleged abuse. Bloom also provided detectives with a list of witnesses who claim they observed inappropriate behavior by Baio toward Eggert.

Our Eggert sources say detectives told her they would fully investigate and attempt to interview Baio.

Eggert says the alleged abuse occurred between 1986 and 1990, so there's a question as to whether the statute of limitations has run out.

Meek Mill was blown away when he watched from prison as his beloved Eagles all danced to his song, "Dreams and Nightmares," during the Super Bowl.

Meek believes the song choice was a statement by the team that he was unjustly thrown in prison for a probation violation. He says, "I was encouraged injustice still matters to people," this according to his lawyer, Joe Tacopina.

The rapper says some members of the team have reached out to him and are fighting for his release. His song became an anthem for the team throughout the playoffs as the team celebrated their victories in the locker room.

And, we're told, he got a huge kick when he saw Karl-Anthony Towns wearing a "Free Meek Mill" jersey on TV during the pregame warm-up.

Jill Scott just got a restraining order which puts a muzzle on her estranged husband.

The singer filed legal docs claiming Michael Dobson has engaged in a campaign of harassment and disparagement with an endgame of squeezing money out of her.

She says in her declaration he did an interview where he called her "an evil woman" and threatened to "fight dirty."

Scott also says Dobson has contacted her friends and family and talked trash about her. When she confronted him, she says he told her he was on a campaign of revenge to get even because she filed to end their 19-month marriage.

She says money seems to be his endgame, citing she has business accounts worth more than $2 mil and various other assets.

Scott says they have a prenup that prohibits both of them from blabbing to the media, and since he's violating that she wants a gag order.

Cassidy's a wanted man ... for all the wrong reasons.

There's a warrant out for the Philly MC's arrest in New Jersey for failing to appear in court last week for a hearing in his drug possession case ... this according to the Jersey City Municipal Court.

TMZ broke the story ... the rapper was arrested and booked in November for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

There's a presumption of innocence on the drug charges, but he's definitely guilty of not setting a reminder to get his butt to court.

Mark Salling's child pornography case will come to an abrupt halt after his suicide, because prosecutors just filed legal docs asking the judge to dismiss the case.

The documents are short and to the point ... they are asking the federal judge who was hearing the case to dismiss the indictment.

TMZ broke the story ... Salling hanged himself last week as he faced the prospect of years in prison. He had struck a plea deal with prosecutors, but it hadn't been ratified by the judge.

One interesting point ... prosecutors want the indictment dismissed "without prejudice" ... meaning they could theoretically refile. That, however, will not happen. Once a defendant dies, the case is over.

Rob Gronkowski's Boston-area home was hit by burglars -- and it seems it was targeted while Gronk was playing in the Super Bowl.

The Foxborough PD confirmed cops are conducting a "routine property investigation" after the New England Patriots star returned home from his Minnesota trip to find his house had been hit.

Cops tell TMZ Sports they received the call from Gronk himself around 6:18 PM on Monday evening.

There are reports the burglars stole some safes from the home and GUNS may have been taken. But cops will not confirm that.

We're told no one was home during the burglary and cops are taking inventory as to what was stolen.

"Out of respect for the homeowner's privacy and because this remains a very active and dynamic criminal investigation, the police are not releasing any information about items stolen or possible suspects as this case moves forward," the FPD wrote in a statement.

"We will have no further comment on the case until the case is solved."

NYPD detectives want to get their hands on footage of Desiigner's junk as part of the investigation into a potential exposure case ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us NYPD is planning to subpoena footage from privately owned cameras that might be mounted on the block where Desiigner allegedly flashed a motorist last month.

We're told detectives want to review footage to see if Desiigner actually exposed himself, because it isn't clear in the only video that's surfaced to this point.

As we reported ... Desiigner allegedly exposed himself twice in the heat of an argument. A cop tried to intervene, but didn't witness the alleged flash.

Derrick Ward's wife wants out ... filing court docs to separate from the ex-NFL running back after allegations he's been brutalizing her over the past year.

As we previously reported, Ward's wife Naomi got a restraining order against the former NY Giants running back last month claiming he's been physically abusive in front of their children -- shoving her, punching walls and breaking things.

Now, we've learned Naomi filed for divorce on Feb. 5 in Los Angeles seeking to separate. The assumption is that she'll eventually move to end the marriage once and for all.

We've reached out to Ward for comment -- so far, no word back.

An ex-bartender at the world famous Viper Room -- where River Phoenix partied right before his death -- claims his transgender manager got touchy, feely, and way too revealing about her transition.

The manager's name is Maci Wilson, but she used to go by Mike Wilson before November 2016. Michael Speziali, the bartender, says that's when Maci returned to work and announced, "I'm a f***king tranny! I can say it you cannot."

In a lawsuit, Speziali says Maci demanded hugs and fished for compliments on her looks. He also says she made comments about women with "unnatural" breast implants, and offered to show staffers her "hormone tits."

The bartender says Maci's boob talk, and complaints about "tucking" her male genitals, actually became unwanted rituals around the Viper Room.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Speziali says the harassment only began after Wilson's surgery. In fact, he says Mike Wilson acted like "one of the guys" ... but Maci made him uncomfortable. In particular, he says Maci once summoned him to the office and made him watch while she put on boots with her legs spread wide. You get the picture.

Republic Records honcho and 'The Four' judge Charlie Walk claims he was being extorted before an ex-employee accused him of sexual misconduct, and says he has a voicemail to prove it.

TMZ has obtained a voicemail a source close to Charlie claims was left by radio exec Tom Gilligan. The caller, who sounds drunk, offers Charlie a "deal" -- resign from 'The Four' and Republic and "nobody will ever say anything." He claimed Walk hired hookers, and 3 women were ready to go public as part of the #MeToo movement.

Gilligan tells us he doesn't recall leaving a voicemail for Walk, but does acknowledge he was drunk and upset with him around the same time. He claims Charlie had ignored his request to set up a meet-and-greet with Jon Bon Jovi.

Although the message was left about a month before Tristan Coopersmith went public with allegations against Walk -- Gilligan insists he has nothing to do with her or an extortion plot. As we reported ... Walk pulled out of 'The Four' finale, airing this week.

Haley Joel Osment's Super Sunday is officially a very messy Monday after he got so pissed about missing a flight out of Las Vegas ... cops had to be called.

Haley was trying to get out of Sin City Sunday night, but missed his American Airlines flight ... so they put him on standby Monday morning. Emphasis on standby.

According to American ... Haley showed up Monday at 7 AM, but the flight was full, and he started going off -- yelling and swearing in the gate agent's face. Police were called, but we're told Haley left the gate area before the officers arrived.

Then came the sequel -- we're told Haley went back to the gate around 8 AM, and was even more aggressive. A witness says Haley yelled at the gate agent, "I'll destroy you!" Cops responded again, but again ... he'd fled the gate.

Little context, if you haven't been -- Vegas is nuts for the Super Bowl, and flights out are ALWAYS fully booked. Point is ... missing your flight is pretty much a guarantee you ain't getting home anytime soon.

Paul Mitchell's son Angus, a co-owner of the Paul Mitchell Company, is being sued for allegedly coercing and cajoling an employee to have sex with him.

Tally Rossi claims in a new lawsuit she was hired back in 2012 as a project manager for media/education for the famous hair care company.

She claims Angus -- who was married at the time -- used the company as a "hunting ground to find women to date and have sex with." Rossi says Angus began flirting with her, saying he wanted someone just like her.

She says in Sept. 2015, Angus invited her to his home, gave her a glass of wine, and while he was talking about his recent divorce, he grabbed her face and forcibly kissed her. She says she cried and pulled away.

Rossi says although she rejected him she felt pressure to get into a sexual relationship with him. Specifically, she says he pressured her into taking ecstasy and having sex. She says she felt like she had to do it to save her job.

In the lawsuit, filed by Ben Meiselas and Mark Geragos, Rossi says they broke up in January 2016 and no sooner did that happen than she got demoted after getting a negative performance review.

Now the twist ... she says in March 2016, she had sex with him again and he wired her $50k because he felt bad she was treated poorly at work. Then, she says, the President of the company lowered the boom, giving her the option to quit immediately or at the end of the day.

Rossi is suing for sex discrimination and harassment.
