Rick Ross is looking thinner, but also much stronger after his intensive care health crisis -- and he's even taking time to deal with family matters.

Rick was out with his mom, Tommie Roberts, earlier this week in Fort Lauderdale. The Boss was feeling good enough to floss for photogs as he left an attorney's office. We're told he's in the process of hammering out a child support agreement with his baby mama, Tia Kemp.

Tia and Rick have been going HAM on each other on social media in recent months ... with her accusing him of neglecting their son and calling his family ugly. For his part, Rick's claimed Tia's just salty over the fact he banged her sister first.

Stormy Daniels is getting a huge financial assist from the public in her legal battle with Donald Trump, but while the donations pile up ... so do questions about the loot.

Stormy opened a crowdfunding page Wednesday, asking for donations to support her legal effort to get the "hush" agreement with the Prez tossed. So far she's raised more than $80k in the first 12 hours, and plans to keep collecting for another month. At that pace, she's easily looking at a 7-figure kitty ... possibly more.

She doesn't list a goal amount, so we called Stormy's lawyer, Michael Avenatti, and asked how much he's billed so far -- to get a sense of what the final bill might be. He wouldn't say.

Avenatti did tell TMZ, he's NOT billing her for his media blitz, which include appearances on "Today," "CBS This Morning," multiple CNN and MSNBC shows, ABC ... plus the NY Times, NY Daily News, Washington Post, and NPR.

Stormy's page says the money's for attorneys' fees and litigation costs, as well as possible "damages that may be awarded against me if I speak out."

Avenatti did say Stormy will donate the extra cash to charity, but there's no mention of that on the crowdfunding post. We're guessing donors don't know their dough might go to charity, instead of her anti-Trump cause.

Danielle Bregoli hired some high-powered attorneys and damn sure got her money's worth ... because she just got off probation early.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... the Department of Juvenile Justice in Palm Beach County, FL has terminated Danielle's 5-year probation. As we reported, Danielle -- aka Bhad Bhabie -- was sentenced back in August after pleading guilty to multiple charges, including grand theft and filing a false police report.

About 5 months later, Danielle -- aka "Cash me Outside" hired Tiger Woods' attorney, Doug Duncan, to co-counsel with Scott Richardson, and they worked out what was already a sweet deal for her. The shortened probation is a nice cherry on top.

We're told the court took into consideration that Danielle's kept her nose clean, and completed 100 hours of community service -- working with the group #HashtagLunchbag, and Hurricane Harvey relief efforts.

So, case closed and time to hit the road!

Nick Gordon's latest arrest for domestic violence is setting off alarms for his girlfriend's family members, who fear she'll end up dead like his ex, Bobbi Kristina Brown.

Sources connected to Laura Leal's family tell TMZ ... they are incredibly worried by his latest arrest, especially considering his history with her, as well as Bobbi Kristina's death. As you know, Gordon was previously arrested for beating Laura -- and, of course, he was found liable for BK's death in a civil trial.

We're told they're also concerned because it appears Laura still wants to be with Nick ... based on the letter she wrote to the judge, pleading for prosecutors to drop the current case.

As one source put it, "She wants this bastard to kill her." We're told Laura's cut off relations with her family -- a big change from last year, when she turned to her fam after Nick's first arrest for beating her.

Tinder says it doesn't ban anyone from its dating service based on gender identity -- as a transgender woman is claiming in a lawsuit.

A spokesperson for the dating app tells TMZ ... the company can't comment on pending litigation, but adds, categorically ... "We do not ban users from Tinder due to gender identity," which is why Tinder offers more than 37 gender options for U.S. users.

The Tinder rep says, "We fundamentally believe that gender is not binary and we support inclusivity and acceptance of all people."

We broke the story ... Ariel Hawkins -- a transgender woman in Oregon -- filed a class action lawsuit claiming her account was deleted after she added pre-op trans woman to her Tinder profile.

Ariel's attorney Ben Meiselas says Tinder's missing the real issue, which is "that Tinder is banning users who are reported by other users because they identify as transgender or gender nonconforming in their profile."

Meek Mill won't get a fight from the District Attorney's Office on his motion to be released on bail ... TMZ has learned.

The D.A. filed docs Wednesday saying there's a "strong showing of likelihood" that Meek's conviction will be reversed due to a police corruption scandal in Philly. Prosecutors point out hundreds of previous convictions have already been overturned, and they think Meek will follow suit, shortly.

As a result, prosecutors see no reason for Meek to be held without bail. As we reported, Meek's attorneys have filed several motions, including one for him to be released while the court decides whether to uphold the 2 to 4 year sentence he got from Judge Genece Brinkley.

Meek's mother, Kathy Williams, tells TMZ ... "I would like to thank the Philadelphia District Attorney’s office for carefully evaluating my son’s matter and not opposing the request for bail. The fact that Robert’s entire conviction could be overturned is a blessing and I pray that God gives Judge Brinkley the wisdom to make the right decision and allow my son to return home to his family. I truly believe justice will prevail.”

Big Pun IS forever at Walmart, but his widow ain't happy about it ... so, she's filed a lawsuit against the retail giant.

Liza Rios is going after Walmart for a line of clothing and merch it sells which bear the late Bronx rapper's name and image. In the suit, she says some of the items straight-up jacked the trademark she got after Pun died in 2000 -- a Jordan-esque image of Pun soaring with a mic in his hand, instead of a basketball.

Most of the clothing and gear -- which includes phone cases, mugs and bags -- is made by a company called Redbubble, and Liza's suing them as well as Walmart.

According to the suit, obtained by TMZ, Walmart, Rebubble and other manufacturers are willfully infringing on her trademark ... because they have full knowledge of its existence, yet continue to use it without authorization.

Ms. Pun is suing for all profits, and and injunction to block further sales.

She's also demanding $10 million in statutory damages from manufacturers Redbubble and Cloudflare, but not Walmart.

United Airlines says its flight attendant did not hear or understand the woman whose dog was placed in an overhead bin -- but it's taking new steps to avoid a repeat disaster ... TMZ has learned.

United tells us by April it will start issuing "bright colored bag tags to customers traveling with in-cabin pets." The idea is the visual tag on a pet carrier will help flight attendants know for sure when someone's traveling with an animal.

The airline says that's exactly what didn't happen in the case of Catalina Robledo and her French bulldog, Kokito. United says after speaking to passengers and crew members, it believes Catalina did tell the flight attendant she had a dog in her tote bag carrier -- but the flight attendant "did not hear or understand [Catalina]."

YFN Lucci changed two words of a lesser-known rapper's song title and lit it on fire by making it a commercial hit and pawning it off as original ... this according to a new lawsuit.

The Altanta rapper -- who's said to be dating Lil Wayne's daughter -- just got sued by another MC named Rackboy Cam ... who claims YFN jacked his song "Everything Be Lit" and warped it into the wildly successful "Everyday We Lit" with negligible differences.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Cam says his song came out first in 2015 and that YFN's 2017 track is virtually the same song, especially when it comes to the hook -- namely, "Everyday we lit" vs "Everything be lit," sung in a similar melody.

Cam also claims that YFN lifted 2 out of the 3 elements Cam brags about in his song -- his chain, his whip and his bitch ... saying YFN raps about jewelry and women.

Kim Zolciak called the cops Wednesday morning after an alleged burglar broke into her daughter's car at their home ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with Milton PD in Georgia tell TMZ ... police responded to a call from Kim at her house saying she believed one of their cars had been broken into. Sources close to the 'Real Housewife' tell us it was actually Brielle's car ... and Brielle's purse and wallet got jacked.

It's unclear if cops have a suspect yet, but Kim seems pretty confident her security cams should help bust the perp.

She tweeted out, "Hey you loser we got your ass on camera stealing our sh*t! You are a dumb f**k!!"

Nick Gordon's girlfriend -- the one he was arrested for beating -- has fired off a letter to the judge saying it was all her fault.

Laura Leal filed docs in Seminole County, Florida ... and they include the letter asking the judge to lift the no-contact order. Laura says she needs Nick's love and guidance and wants to speak to her boyfriend again.

In the letter, obtained by TMZ, Laura says the case against Nick is not accurate, particularly when it comes to her alleged injuries on the night of Nick's arrest. She writes, "Pictures were taken of my face the night of the incident because cops stated my lip was 'bleeding' when in all reality my lips were chapped and dry ... There was no marks on my face."

Laura says she suffers from severe anger issues and the whole thing was a misunderstanding. She wrote, "I am seeking help and determined to take the condition seriously as I have been diagnosed bipolar. He is not at blame, and should not be pushed into any trouble or consequences due to my actions."

This all seems to line up with what Nick said when he called 911. TMZ broke the story ... Nick sounded frantic, and cried as he said he "sounds so lame because I'm getting beat up by a woman."

Hollywood producer David Guillod's fate is now in the hands of the L.A. County D.A. after cops investigated actress Jessica Barth's claim he drugged and raped her.

LAPD reopened the 2012 case after new evidence came forward, and law enforcement sources tell us police have sent their investigation results to the District Attorney's Office.

As we first reported, Jessica claims she blacked out after having wine and dinner with Guillod and a friend, and when she regained consciousness ... she was in her car, and Guillod was standing outside of it, yelling at her.

She says Guillod admitted they made out, but said they didn't have sex. Barth went to a hospital for a rape kit, anyway ... which she says revealed bruises on her thigh and forehead, and potential saliva on her breast and neck.

United Airlines apparently thinks a ticket refund will make its latest scandal go away, but we've learned it may be on the hook for a lot more.

As you know, a flight attendant shockingly ordered a passenger to put her dog, Kokito, in the overhead compartment and after prolonged, panicked barking, the dog died.

Under Illinois law, where the airline is based, the woman could not only get the value of the animal but money for "emotional distress suffered by the owner." In addition, the dog owner could get up to $25,000 in punitive damages if a jury determines the dog died from abuse or neglect on the part of the flight attendant.

The French Bulldog was 10 months old and the family had posted numerous photos of the dog with the family on social media.

Juelz Santana's gun and drug possession charges just became more clear -- he allegedly had oxycodone on him during the airport bust ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us Juelz had eight oxycodone pills in his travel bag when he was arrested for unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a controlled dangerous substance at Newark International Airport last week.

He's due in court Wednesday to face the drug charge.

As we reported ... Juelz was arrested Monday after fleeing security when TSA found a gun in his carry-on bag in the x-ray tunnel.

A professional baseball team in Pennsylvania has cut outfielder Danry Vasquez after a 2016 video surfaced showing him beating the hell out of his girlfriend IN A STADIUM.

Vasquez was arrested for domestic violence in Texas back in August 2016 -- and despite the fact officials had the video showing him backhanding the woman in the face and continuing to beat her while dragging her down a stairwell ... he basically got off with a slap on the wrist.

FYI, at the time of the incident, Vasquez was playing for the Corpus Christi Hooks -- the AA minor league affiliate of the Houston Astros. The team released him days after the incident.

Nueces County District Attorney Mark Gonzalez tells TMZ Sports the victim did NOT want to cooperate with prosecutors and wanted the case dropped.

Prosecutors WANTED to press but felt it was an uphill battle with the victim not wanting to press charges. Ultimately, Vasquez was ordered to complete anger management courses ... and that's basically it.

Gonzalez says Vasquez has now completed the terms of his probation and the case was formally dismissed on March 6.

"At that point, probation checked with us, and he had done everything we asked him to do so I was forced to dismiss the case," Gonzalez told KRIS 6 News.

Vasquez went on to sign a contract with the Lancaster Barnstormers of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball. They have now released Vasquez in the wake of the video being released ... saying, "Upon being made aware of the nature of the incident, the Barnstormers made a prompt decision to cut ties with the 24-year old."

Manager Ross Peeples added, "There is no choice but to sever the relationship. Neither I, nor the Barnstormers' organization as a whole, can condone or associate with that behavior."

O.J. Simpson has defamed Judith Regan by suggesting she scripted his confession just so it would be more dramatic and she could make money ... and Judith is now mulling over a possible lawsuit.

Regan's lawyer, Jennifer McGrath, tells TMZ, her client is outraged by the claim of Simpson's lawyer, who said her interview with Simpson was scripted and, "Mr. Simpson went along because quite frankly he got a lot of money up front to go along with this."

McGrath tells TMZ it was Simpson who approached Regan to do the book and he was the one who insisted on calling it 'If I Did It.' As we reported, Regan has said Simpson's lawyer contacted her and said O.J. wanted to call it "I Did It" but wanted deniability for the sake of his children.

McGrath goes on to say Regan didn't write a single word of the book, and that "Simpson sat for the interview with Ms. Regan and spoke freely. To suggest that Ms. Regan is in any way responsible for Simpson's sick and depraved comments is absurd, laughable and actionable."

McGrath says Simpson's attack on Regan is "malicious."

By the way, Simpson's lawyer claiming O.J. got money up front might be a problem if he hid the assets from the Goldman and Brown family. As you know, they have a $33.5 million judgment that has swelled to $70 million.
