Before this not-so-swaddled-up sweetie would grow up to top the charts ... she was just a baby born in Havana, Cuba.

She spent her early years moving between Cuba and Mexico City, where her dad's from, before her family settled down in Miami when she was 5. She became a U.S. citizen in 2008.

The young lady left school when she was in 9th grade to pursue her singing career, which sounds risky ... but it worked. She went back and earned her high school diploma later too.

As for her career ... it launched when she auditioned for the U.S. version of "The X Factor" in 2012, which led to her joining one of the world's most famous girl groups.

While the group achieved great success, this gal also went solo on collabs with artists like Shawn Mendes and Machine Gun Kelly before leaving the group in December 2016. She's only been skyrocketing since then, with 2 different #1 singles.

She also just celebrated her 23rd birthday.

ZaZa, a 5-year-old child rapper, is playing nice with North West ... she wants to collab on new music, even though she says Kim and Kanye's daughter jacked her famous beat!!!

ZaZa tells TMZ ... she wants to get in the studio with 6-year-old North ASAP, and she's already got a song she wants them to do together.

Ya gotta hear ZaZa give us a sneak peek of the potential remix ... it's pretty damn catchy and sounds like a real moneymaker.

Remember ... ZaZa's parents called out Kim and Kanye this week for not giving credit when North performed a nearly identical version of a ZaZa original tune at the Yeezy Season 8 show in Paris.

ZaZa's parents said they weren't mad, and just wanted a shoutout for their daughter's track that dropped from last summer. As ZaZa says, her daddy's a gangster!!!

Kim claimed North's remix was a last-minute addition and total surprise ... and said the famous fam never meant to not give credit where credit was due.

She also earned a Vision Fest Award for Best Acting by a Female Lead in a movie called "Consent" ... and starred in an acclaimed sci-fi film in 2018.

It seems like much greater things are on the way for this gal too ... and that's no lie.

Hilary Duff got in the face of a photographer whom she felt was invading her privacy by snapping pics of her kids during a soccer game -- but he didn't back down on video.

The 'Lizzie McGuire' actress posted the confrontation on Instagram Saturday, showing her walk up to a guy on the sideline of her one of her kids' soccer game and ask him who he's there with ... and what exactly he's doing taking pictures of the children.

It's pretty tense ... the man says he's not there with anyone but himself, and HD demands to know why -- if he isn't with anyone or isn't affiliated with anyone on the team -- he's out there taking pictures of 7-year-olds. His smug answer ... 'cause it's legal, lady.

The implication here is that this dude may be a paparazzi photog, and was only out to snap pics of Hilary and her children ... something she's dealt with before in similar fashion.

Something Hilary might wanna take into account the next time she encounters one of these photog hounds trying to get photos of her and/or her kids ... it actually ain't legal like the man claimed -- at least according to California law, where this appears to have happened.

In 2013, Gov. Brown signed SB 606 into law, which made the photographing of minors because of a parent's "employment" (AKA celebs) illegal if it falls into the area of harassment, annoyance, alarm, or torment without legitimate purpose ... punishable by up to a year in jail.

This kid was born in Malibu to famous parents. He's 21 years old now and has a budding music career. He hasn't acted as of late, but it's his acting chops that burst him onto the scene. You probably remember him from "The Pursuit of Happyness" and the remake of "The Karate Kid."

This blondie was born in Oxford before moving to Spain in hopes the weather there would help her in her battle against tracheomalacia. She started acting at just 6 years old and grew really fond of playing off accents.

She made her acting debut in 2014 in the mystery drama, "The Falling" ... earning critical acclaim that included a nomination as Best British Newcomer at the BFI London Film Festival and Best Young British performer by the London Film Critics' Circle. She made her film debut in "Lady Macbeth" in 2016. Her performance in that film earned her the BIFA Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a British Independent Film.

She'd later land a role in Netflix's "Outlaw King."

Nikita Pearl Waligwa -- a young actress who starred in a Ugandan Disney movie about a chess prodigy -- has reportedly died ... this after battling health issues a few years earlier.

According to the Ugandan news outlet, The Daily Monitor, Nikita recently passed away. While they don't say exactly how, the paper seems to link her death to a 2016 diagnosis ... which found she had a tumor in her brain. Unclear if she was fighting full-blown cancer.

Even more tragic ... the Monitor says a funding campaign was started for Nikita to get treatment in India, because local doctors were quoted as not having the proper equipment.

As for her acting career, it appears she only starred in the one Disney flick, "Queen of Katwe," playing a friend of the actual chess prodigy, Phiona Mutesi. It also featured Lupita Nyong'o and David Oyelowo -- the film's got a great Rotten Tomatoes score, critics loved it.

Nikita was only 15 years old.

Before this Valentine's girl was starring in TV series' and movies, she was born in Chicago and moved to Los Angeles when she was only 6 years old to jump-start her acting career.

She made her TV debut when she just 5 months old, as a baby on "ER." She was named one of Time magazine's Top 25 most influential teens in 2014.

You may recognize her now from the title role in the Netflix series, "Chilling Adventures of Sabrina" and she's got a new show with Diane Kruger coming soon on Quibi.

Dwyane Wade's oldest son, Zaire, is making it crystal clear he will always have his sibling's back ... posting an emotional message to Zaya after coming out as transgender.

The NBA legend appeared on 'The Ellen Show' Tuesday and revealed his 12-year-old identified as female ... and shared how his family is supporting her.

18-year-old Zaire is now speaking out on the announcement ... saying "I have been blessed to have my best friend, Zaya with me for 12 years."

"We did everything together...we fought, we played, we laughed and we cried. But the one thing we never did was leave each other behind... "

Zaire continued ... "I’ve told you that I would lay my life down to make sure you are ten toes down and happy on this earth."

"I don’t care what they think Z, you are my best friend and I love you kid, and if it means anything, just know there’s no love lost on this side."

Zaire's always been supportive of Zaya ... and even went with her to the Miami Pride parade last year.

As for Zaya, she spoke out against those who may disagree with her announcement ... saying "What's the point of being on this earth if you're gonna try to be someone you're not? It's like you're not even living as yourself, which is like the dumbest concept to me."

Before this adorable tyke would grow up to become a star on the stage and screen, he was born and raised in New Mexico ... where he began his career as a child actor and got discovered at a drama camp by a famous playwright and screenwriter.

Though his first big acting role was in a 1988 Whoopi Goldberg movie, he's better known for playing the titular character in a medical drama series on television the following year ... which ran for 4 seasons and earned him a Golden Globe nomination.

Beyonce and Blue Ivy stepped out Thursday in some matching gear from the Adidas x Ivy Park activewear collection ... spending part of their day fabric shopping at Mood Fabrics in New York City, with NY Fashion Week in full swing.

As we've reported ... Beyonce's been hooking up her famous friends with HUGE care packages from the collection ... including Missy Elliott, Cardi B, Zendaya, Ellen DeGeneres, Hailey Bieber, Janelle Monáe and Kelly Rowland ... so you just knew it was only a matter of time before Blue Ivy got in on the action.

Seems like Beyonce and Jay-Z's daughter is really into the big shopping spree too.

As you know ... Beyonce went full thirst trap to promote the clothing line ... but mama's way more modest with Blue Ivy in tow.

Before this cute kid was kicking ass and taking lumps on TV as a bonafide badass, she was curled up with a good book ... and an even sweeter 'do.

This gal went on to star in hit shows like "Blindspot," "Kyle XY," "Watch Over Me," and "The Brink." She's starred in even more action flicks like "The Last Stand" and a bunch of "Thor" movies, in which she plays one of the heavenly, hammer-wielding gods.

She's known for doing some of her own stunts -- and has sometimes suffered serious injuries because of it ... like breaking parts of her back, her shoulders, fingers and nose. Ever the trooper though, she always finds a way back on screen and in our hearts!

Oh, and she also famously cut these pretty locks to play a classic Jane Doe character. Not to worry though ... her hair's grown back on screen before.
