Cesar Pina DJ Envy's Innocent ... Feds Didn't Even Raid MY House!!!

Published

DJ Envy's former FlippingNJ business partner Cesar Pina is breaking his silence after getting hit with wire fraud charges ... and he's denying "The Breakfast Club" cohost was responsible for any wrongdoing.

Cesar maintained his own innocence too, while on IG Live Tuesday night ... and he also clapped back at the likes of Rick Ross, Funk Flex and social media personality Tony the Closer for allegedly spreading disinformation about the case.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Cesar made it clear he's not beyond settling his debts but said he's been bombarded with fake claims ... even from people he thought he could trust.

He named Tony the biggest instigator of fake news, and called him out for using Envy and Cesar's controversy to promote his own real estate hustle -- something Akademiks also bombed on Tony for doing.

Envy's already suing Tony for defamation.

TMZ Hip Hop broke the story ... federal law enforcement sources denied the widespread reports Envy's space at the iHeartMedia's offices was raided.

Cesar says the feds didn't even raid his house, and he's the prime target of their investigation!!!

He pleaded not guilty to the charges and was released on a $1 million bond last week ... and had no love for anyone wishing he stayed locked up!!!

Plies tried to get Kirk to join him at King Of Diamonds strip club years ago, but he wasn't trying to lose his religion.

Chandler Jones Arrest Video NFL Star Rambled To Cops 'I Have 112 Sacks ... I'm A Millionaire'

Published | Updated

Chandler Jones spent about 30 minutes with officers during his September arrest ... and new police video, obtained by TMZ Sports, shows he rambled and made bizarre requests throughout nearly the entire duration of their interaction.

According to police documents, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Dept. officers initially confronted the former Raiders star outside of his ex's house ... after they said he was in violation of a temporary protection order.

In footage captured on one of the responding officer's body cameras ... you can see almost immediately, Jones began making strange requests from inside his Mercedes.

"I want you to grab me and take me out," he said. "Please."

He then asked to have one of the officers put his phone in the other cop's pocket ... before he tried to explain why he was parked out front of his ex's house.

"I'm sorry about this," he said. "The reason why I'm here is because I was taking out her trash, and I was just dropping off the dumpster in the backseat. No problem."

Jones then began asking for more favors from the cops. First, he wanted them to take off his hat. Then he asked if he could sit on the ground -- before he tried to get an officer to itch his nose and pull up his shirt.

Eventually, cops told him they were going to have to take him to jail for violating a TPO -- but when they tried to get him into a squad car, Jones had more issues.

He swore he couldn't fit in the ride, saying, "Look at me. I'm 6'5. I'm a professional athlete, bro. I have 112 sacks -- I play for the Raiders."

Later, he complained that his back was cramping ... and when officers said he could get water at the jail, he asked, "What kind of water do you guys have at the county? Is it Dasani or is it Aquafina?"

Jones then asked the cops for yet another request, seeing if they could give him the keys to his car. A few minutes later, he clearly became agitated.

"Sir, can you take me to jail, sir?" he said. "Because I'll make louder noises, and make a sheriff come out here. Take me to jail now, or I'll make louder noises."

"Sir!" he then yelled. "Oh my God! I need help! Help! Give him the key!"

As Jones piled back into the squad car, he then told a cop, "I will not sue you," before later adding, "I'm a millionaire."

Jones was eventually booked on two separate charges of violating a domestic violence temporary protection order ... before he was released.

According to police documents, though, Jones was arrested once more in early October just days after he got out of jail ... after cops said he violated a TPO again by sending Instagram messages to his ex.

The 33-year-old pass rusher has not logged a snap on an NFL field since the 2022 season. He remains a free agent after the Raiders cut him following his first arrest in September.

MESSING AROUND IN COURT

The teens accused of fatally mowing down a retired police chief with a stolen car giggled in court Tuesday -- smirking at the victim's family and flipping them the bird.

Jesus Ayala, 18, and Jzamir Keys, 16, appeared for a morning hearing in a Las Vegas courtroom after they were indicted on charges of murdering former top cop Andreas Probst and other serious felonies.

An 8NewsNow camera crew filmed the suspects in their blue jail uniforms, smiling and laughing as they sat watching the court proceedings.

At one point, the pair covered their faces with their hands to shield themselves from the cameras. As they were led out of the courtroom, they grinned smugly at Probst's wife and daughter -- and made the offensive gesture at them.

UTTERLY DISRESPECTFUL

After the hearing, Probst's daughter, Taylor, blasted the teens, telling KSNV, "These guys did not respect the court whatsoever. They were just dicking around the entire time."

She went on, "They were flipping us off. How can you sit there after taking a man's life and act like such an entitled punk?"

THE HORRIFYING HIT & RUN

On August 14, the suspects were allegedly driving in a stolen car down a Las Vegas street -- when they intentionally rammed into the back of the 66-year-old Probst while he was riding his bicycle, killing him.

Earlier that day, they did the same thing, crashing the vehicle into another cyclist, who fortunately suffered only minor injuries, according to police.

Natalee Holloway Brother Doubts Van Der Sloot's Changed ... 'Gonna Whoop His Ass'

Published | Updated

Natalee Holloway's brother has serious doubts Joran van der Sloot has found God after killing his sister ... and he's ready to hand the murdering monster a beatdown if he ever walks free.

Matt Holloway has been a correctional officer in the past, and while he tells us his experience is that many inmates turn to religion ... he also thinks van der Sloot is lying through his teeth about making that change.

He thinks van der Sloot was only honest about Natalee's death for selfish reasons -- the fact is, he struck a plea deal -- and Matt promises he will "whoop his ass" the day the killer is a free man.

That could happen in about 22 years. Van der Sloot got a 20-year sentence last week in Alabama when he pled guilty to extortion and wire fraud and confessed to killing Natalee. However, he'll serve that sentence concurrent to the 22 years he has left to serve in Peru for murdering a woman and drug trafficking down there.

Right now his scheduled release date is June 2045, when he'll be 57.

We also talked with Matt about why he thought it was practically impossible to nail van der Sloot for Natalee's killing all those years ago -- and he feels van der Sloot's father being a high-profile attorney in Aruba interfered in the investigation.

Matt says he's certain corruption was at play in van der Sloot dodging authorities for over a decade ... and he's calling out Aruba for, in his eyes, purposely dropping the ball. He is also calling for the Aruban government to look into any potential charges it could bring against van der Sloot now that he's copped to killing Natalee and misleading police.

In his chilling confession, van der Sloot said he took a cinder block and smashed Natalee's head in on the beach in 2005 -- this after she denied his sexual advances by kneeing him in the groin.

Matt tells us he spoke to his mom, Beth, yesterday and she told him she can finally rest for the first time in almost 2 decades.

Sergio Brown Set To Face Murder, Concealment Of Dead Body Charges ... After Being Transported To Illinois

Published | Updated

Sergio Brown has been transported from San Diego to Illinois ... where he's now set to go in front of a judge on Wednesday to face two separate charges in connection with his mother's death -- first-degree murder and concealment of a dead body.

The Maywood Police Department said in a statement to TMZ Sports late Tuesday evening the hearing will begin at 9 AM CT at a Maywood courthouse -- several miles from where Brown allegedly killed his 73-year-old mom and dumped her body near a creek behind her home.

Police released Brown's latest mug shot in announcing the updated charges against the former football player ... and, according to a spokesperson for the Maywood Police Dept., he was wearing a Ben Roethlisberger jersey as he was being processed.

100223_sergio_brown-kal2 10/3/23
NOT A WORRY IN THE WORLD

Brown had been behind bars in Southern California since Oct. 10 ... after authorities pulled him out of Mexico -- where he was spotted dancing and partying in the days following his mom's passing.

Video shot from inside of a plane just after Mexican officers apprehended Brown showed he was very uncooperative as they tried to extradite him back to the U.S.

101323-sergio-brown-kal
"THIS IS KIDNAPPING!"

It's unclear if law enforcement faced any sort of similar issues while transporting him from SD to Illinois this week.

Brown last played in the NFL in 2016 ... after logging time with the Patriots, Colts, Jaguars and Bills.

NATALEE HOLLOWAY HERMANO DUDA QUE VAN DER SLOOT HAYA CAMBIADO dice que le hará daño a Joran van der Sloot si sale libre

Published

Jenelle says ... "I do not trust anyone around me ... I have no idea what human being I can trust anymore, not even my own blood."

She continues ... "I'm being fed all these different stories from different people. People trying to get on my good side.. To then betray me over and over."

Jenelle does not name names in her social media posts ... and she also takes aim at the North Carolina cops who oversaw the child abuse case saying ...

"YOU WOULD THINK POLICE WOULDN'T MAKE A ONE SIDED POLICE INVESTIGATION. THEY DIDN'T CONDUCT INTERVIEWS, DIDN'T ASK ANY INFORMATION FROM THE PARENTS."

"THIS SEEMS LIKE A VERY BIAS SITUATION LIKE EVERYTIME BEFORE. I TRUSTED THAT DETECTIVE WITH ALL MY HEART.. FORGOT YOU CAN'T TRUST COPS... SILLY ME."

TMZ broke the story ... David was charged with a misdemeanor after Jace ran away from David and Jenelle's home back in September, prompting an investigation. It was the third time Jace had run away from home in about a month's time.

JENELLE EVANS Responde A La Acusación De Abuso De Menores De Su Marido NO CONFIO EN NADIE A MI ALREDEDOR

Published | Updated

'Fear The Walking Dead' City Attorney Rejects SAM UNDERWOOD Case No Charges Coming

Published | Updated

update

10/24 2:49 PM PT -- Sam Underwood will not be charged for the arrest ... the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office has rejected the case.

A spokesperson for the City Attorney tells TMZ ... "After careful review, prosecution has been declined because there is a lack of sufficient evidence to prove the matter beyond a reasonable doubt."

Sam Underwood, famous for starring in "Fear the Walking Dead," ended up in LAPD custody after he allegedly roughed up a woman.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... cops responded to a 911 call about a disturbance in a Los Angeles-area apartment around 2:30 AM on Oct. 7 and when police arrived, they were told Sam and a woman had gotten into a heated argument that got physical.

Cops tell us the woman had visible marks on her body and Sam was arrested for felony domestic battery. We're told the actor was hauled off to jail, where he was booked and released after spending close to 10 hours in custody.

It's unclear what his relationship is with the alleged victim. Sam's case, we're told, will now be submitted to the L.A. County District Attorney's Office for possible criminal charges.

As for the woman, cops say, although she had marks, she did NOT require medical attention.

A source familiar with the case tells TMZ ... Sam has provided his attorney with photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings -- all of which disprove the claims of the party making these accusations against him. We're told his attorney intends to provide this evidence to the police early this week.

Chris Olave Arrest Video NFL Star Told Cop ... 'I Play For The Saints, Man'

Published | Updated

New Orleans Saints superstar Chris Olave seemed to be looking for a cop to cut him some slack during his arrest on Monday by name-dropping his NFL employer ... but police video, obtained by TMZ Sports, shows law enforcement very clearly did not care.

The footage was captured on a Kenner Police Dept. officer's body camera at around 9 PM in Louisiana ... after cops claimed they clocked Olave going 70 MPH in a 35 MPH zone in his Dodge Charger.

In the footage, you can see just after they pulled Olave over ... he seemed to show remorse for the way he was driving -- saying, "That's on me. I was just trying to get home."

But, seconds later, after a cop told him he was being put under arrest over it all ... he appeared to try to get some leeway by telling the officer his occupation.

"My bad, dawg," Olave said ... before adding, "I play for the Saints, man."

The officer, though, obviously didn't find that relevant at all ... responding, "And?"

Olave then handed over some of his possessions to cops so they could transfer them to his dad ... before he was hauled off to jail.

A Kenner Police Dept. spokesperson said Tuesday that Olave was booked on a charge of reckless operation of a motor vehicle ... before he was released at 11:30 PM.

Police noted it was the second recent speeding ticket for Olave, who was busted for allegedly doing 54 MPH in a 35 MPH zone in August.

The Saints told media members Monday they were aware of the situation, but did not have a comment. Olave's brother, meanwhile, wrote on his X page following the incident, "Bro was on the way back to the crib from CVS... aint nun serious."

Olave and his New Orleans team are scheduled to play next on Sunday against the Colts.

Chiefs' Justyn Ross Pleads Not Guilty ... Mug Shot Released

Published | Updated

update

12:55 PM PT -- Court records show Justyn Ross is facing two charges following his arrest -- domestic battery with no priors as well as criminal damage of less than $1,000.

He is, however, scheduled to be released later Tuesday on $2,500 bond after he appeared in court via Zoom and pleaded not guilty to the charges. He's due back in court for another hearing in the case in early December.

Police also released Ross' mug shot to TMZ Sports just minutes ago.

10:02 AM PT -- According to dispatch audio, obtained by TMZ Sports, the alleged victim told a 911 operator Ross was "dragging her through the house and has torn up the house."

The woman -- who called from a neighbor's phone after the NFLer allegedly broke her cell -- noted Ross had a firearm in the residence, but did not have it on him at the time.

NFL wide receiver Justyn Ross -- one of Patrick Mahomes' targets on the Chiefs -- was arrested in Kansas on Monday, TMZ Sports has confirmed.

Jail records show the 23-year-old was booked on a charge of criminal damage of greater than $25,000 ... and as of Tuesday morning, he remained in custody.

Court records show he's due to face a judge later Tuesday afternoon.

Further details surrounding the arrest were not made immediately available.

The Chiefs, meanwhile, told media outlets Monday they were aware of the arrest, but had no comment on it.

Ross joined Kansas City as an undrafted free agent in 2022 -- though he did not play in his rookie season due to injuries. This year, he's logged time in all of the Chiefs' seven games -- recording three catches for 34 yards.

Jonathan Majors London Police Getting Involved In Domestic Violence Case

Published

New reports have surfaced as part of Jonathan Majors' domestic violence case, implicating he was involved in a similar incident last year -- this one happening in London.

The Manhattan D.A. prosecuting Majors for his 2023 arrest for alleged domestic violence in New York City has entered documents that come from across the pond ... involving an alleged incident with him and a woman 6 months before the NYC event.

The details surrounding the report are mostly unclear, but the alleged incident occurred last year at Molineux Stadium -- a soccer stadium in Wolverhampton, England. The actor was in England filming the latest season of "Loki," which is currently airing.

The D.A. says the London report includes medical records and treatment info for a woman connected to the alleged incident.

As we reported, Jonathan was arrested in March for misdemeanor assault, aggravated harassment, attempted assault, and harassment after allegedly slapping his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari.

He's denied the allegations repeatedly, and Jabbari -- who is from London -- is expected to be charged with assault after he filed a counter-complaint against her in June.
