Jillian Michaels Sued by Another Big, Big Fan
If you're keeping score at home, this is the third time Jillian Michaels has been sued over her line of fat burning pills -- but this time, there are allegations they contain a "potentially lethal" blend of ingredients.
In the class action lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Kathy Hensley claims "The Biggest Loser" trainer "sold her proverbial soul to the devil" by teaming up with the companies that created her fat burner.
Hensley claims Jillian and those companies -- Thin Care and Basic Research -- failed to disclose that the main ingredients of the "Jillian Michael Maximum Strength Fat Burner" allegedly combine to make a "toxic cocktail."
In the lawsuit, Hensley claims one of the pill's ingredients -- citrus aurantium -- is "potentially lethal" and known to cause high blood pressure and serious cardiac problems in certain individuals.
Hensley filed the class action lawsuit against Jillian, Thin Care, Basic Research and Walgreens -- and is suing for less than $5,000,000.
Two lawsuits ago, Jillian's people told us the product was vetted by experts and she's confident she'll prevail in court.

Porn Co. to Mayer: Put Your Words in Our Mouths
John Mayer's dirty mouth got him into a lot of trouble in the past week -- but it also may have gotten him a job ... with a porno company.
When he wasn't droppin' the N-bomb or comparing his dangle to a KKK member, John Mayer also said one other interesting thing in that Playboy interview -- that his "dream" is to write pornography.
Now, his dream could become a reality -- because XXX giant Vivid Entertainment wants to put Mayer to work ... stat! Vivid penned a letter to the blues singer offering him a gig as a writer and director for one of its upcoming nakey films.
Vivid writes that Mayer's a great candidate for the porn biz because his talents "have touched so many" -- and apparently there's a lot more touching to be done.

Shaq Snowed Out of His Own Party
Shaquille O'Neal was supposed to host a party last night in Dallas for NBA All-Star Weekend -- that is, until the biggest blizzard in the city's history got in the way.
TMZ spoke to a manager of Aura Nightclub in uptown Dallas who told us that before Shaq arrived at the club, the record-setting snowfall blew out some electrical transformers ... leaving everyone standing in the dark.
We're told O'Neal's people were already at the club when the lights went out and decided that between the heavy snowfall ... and the complete and utter darkness ... it'd be best if Shaq didn't roll in.
But the good news: The Cleveland Cavaliers' big man is set to host a party at Aura tonight as well ... pending the presence of electrical power.

So far, we're told the family is still working on funeral arrangements.

Dog Chapman's Sons -- Back in the Saddle
Duane "Dog" Chapman's two sons just dodged a bullet ... they will not get fired from "Dog the Bounty Hunter."
As we first reported, Duane Lee and Leland were about to get the boot from the show's production company because they were no longer working for the family business, Da Kine Bail Bonds. On Tuesday, they were given a 48-hour ultimatum to either come back to work ... or else it's endsville for them on the TV show.
We're told da boys finally sat down with Dog and Beth Wednesday night -- and after a marathon angst-filled session, they reemerged as Da Kine Bail Bonds employees.
So the boys are back ... criminals beware.

Courtney Love: What's in Your Wallet?
The administrator for the trust of Courtney Love's daughter, Frances Bean Cobain, wants to know how Courtney may have spent Frances Bean's money.
TMZ has obtained legal docs filed in connection with the Frances Bean Cobain Irrevocable Trust. The co-trustee -- Laird Norton Tyee Trust Company -- filed legal papers today in L.A. County Superior Court, asking an L.A. judge for a subpoena to produce documents.
Sources tell TMZ among the documents Laird wants to inspect -- receipts, checks and other items to determine if Courtney may have misappropriated money that was earmarked for Frances Bean. Until December, Courtney had control over some of Frances Bean's financial affairs. But on December 11, an L.A. County Superior Court judge stripped Courtney of parental and financial control.
The trust was established on Frances Bean's behalf in Seattle, Washington where her dad, Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain, died.
No immediate comment from Courtney's camp.

Dennis Hopper Prenup -- He Gets Everything
The judge in the Dennis Hopper divorce case just unsealed a copy of the prenuptial agreement Dennis had with estranged wife Victoria, and unless she gets the prenup invalidated ... she's screwed.
Prenup Highlights:
-- Dennis keeps all his property -- which includes a house and a condo in Venice, a building in New Mexico on 320 acres, land in Arizona and a number of other properties.
-- Dennis keeps his "separate property pension and retirement benefits."
-- Dennis keeps his huge collection of fine arts worth over $2.5 million, including a $350,000 painting by Jean-Michel Basquiat.
-- Victoria has to move out of his house within 30 days of either party filing for divorce ... but it's bumped up to 60 days if they have a child together, which they do.
And here's the kicker: Victoria was guaranteed a $250,000 life insurance policy and 25% of everything in his will ... but only if they're married and living together at the time of his death.
So, here's the deal -- they no longer live together, so it would appear even if Dennis were to die before the divorce is final, she gets zilch.
But there's something in the prenup for Victoria, too. She gets to keep her separate property -- including two computers, two bookcases full of books, a 1973 VW Karmann Ghia, and her grandma's furniture.
UPDATE: We now know Victoria would have pocketed a total of $6.25 million -- which includes Dennis' L.A. home -- if things would have worked out between them ... this according to The Dennis Hopper Trust.
Dog Chapman's Show Is On the Firing Line
Duane "Dog" Chapman's two sons are 24 hours from being fired on "Dog the Bounty Hunter."
Sources tell TMZ the sons -- Duane Lee and Leland -- claim Beth Chapman recently fired them from the family business -- Da Kine Bail Bonds -- because she was enraged that the boys started a side-business -- an apparel company called CHAPBROS.
But the company that produces Dog's show sees it very differently. Our sources say the production company claims the two boys quit the bail bond business and cut all ties with their family. The production company's lawyers fired off a letter yesterday to the two boys -- they have 48 hours to come back into the fold ... or they're fired from the show.
It's like a grown-up version of "Jon & Kate Plus 8."
UPDATE: A rep for Dog and Beth Chapman tells TMZ Dog and Beth never fired Duane Lee and Leland from the family business ... they quit. The rep adds the two sons also refused to show for the TV tapings.

Dr. Murray As 'Inspirational' as Michael Jackson
One of the members of Dr. Conrad Murray's legal team says he's not concerned about the possibility of a downtown L.A. jury dominated by African Americans, because "Dr. Murray is as much of an inspiration as Michael Jackson was."
J. Michael Flanagan tells TMZ Dr. Murray is a man of "humble means who became very successful" and a jury will appreciate that.
Flanagan also told us the defense team has received a summary of the official investigation, but he says the L.A. County District Attorney's Office has informed Murray's lawyers it will take several weeks before the D.A. gives them a copy of the full file.

Kobe Bryant's All-Star Bash Breast Decision?
The following story is all about Kobe Bryant and boobies -- allegedly.
Kobe is the poster boy on a flier touting him as the host of a party at NBA All-Star Weekend in Dallas. The catch: The party is being thrown by Show Magazine -- a men's publication featuring scantily clad and topless women.
So why would Kobe -- who dodged a career-ending bullet in 2003 -- make a move that could potentially sully his resurrected image?
Kobe's camp isn't talking -- but reps from the magazine and the club where the party is set to go down each insist Kobe negotiated a fee and put his Hancock on a contract.
The owner of Show Magazine also claims he had to have the flier approved by the NBA before he could start distributing it around town.
As for the sexy models -- we're told some of the girls from the magazine will be appearing at the party in "sexy outfits."
So we gotta ask ...
