Tiger Woods One Big Happy Family
Tiger Woods' family life is getting back to normal -- TMZ has learned the golfer has made it a whole week living under the same roof as his wife Elin Noredgren and their two kids.
Sources close to the family tell us Tiger's been staying with the family at their Isleworth estate for the past 8 nights -- and during that time, we're told Elin has been seen around town with a rejuvenated demeanor.
As for Tiger, he was practicing like a man possessed before the weather got bad -- but with the rain coming down for the past few days, he's been stuck indoors.
As we previously reported, Woods is expected to make his return to golf on March 22nd at the Tavistock Cup -- but word on the street is Elin is not expected to attend.

Erin Andrews -- No Mercy for Peeping Tom
Erin Andrews is outraged that her convicted stalker, Michael David Barrett, will ask the court on Monday for probation after his creepy peeping tour of Erin's hotel rooms.
The "Dancing With the Stars" beauty tells TMZ, "He is seeking the mercy of the court. He did not show me or any of the other victims any mercy."
Erin's lawyer, Marshall Grossman, was even stronger, saying, "I think it would be a travesty of justice for this man to walk free. It would be a license for others to engage in similar predatory activity."
Grossman goes on ... "It would send a terrible message to the other 16 women known to be victimized by him in the same manner."
Prosecutors are asking the judge to sentence Barrett to 27 months behind bars.
The sentencing hearing is set for Monday. Erin says she'll be in court and she'll ask the judge to throw the book at Barrett.

Tiger's Ambulance Domestic Violence Assumed
Elin Nordegren was not allowed to ride in the same ambulance as Tiger Woods after his November car crash because the ambulance crew thought it was a domestic violence incident, this according to new documents released by the Florida Highway Patrol.
The document, written by an FHP trooper who responded to the scene, reads, "As the paramedics loaded [Tiger] into a Health Central Ambulance, one of the crew stated that [Tiger's] wife could not go in ambulance because this was a domestic."
The document states that the officer "never heard [Tiger] speak or [Tiger's] wife make any such statement about domestic violence."
The docs also show Elin handed over two bottles of pain pills to troopers following Tiger's November 27 crash.
'Atlanta Housewife' Walks Out on FOX Show
NeNe Leakes is pimping her book all over NYC today -- but she put her hatred of FOX ahead of book sales this morning when she refused to go on a local TV show.
The "Real Housewife of Atlanta" star was supposed to be a guest on FOX 5's "Good Day New York" to talk about her new book, "Never Make the Same Mistake Twice." Sources on the set tell TMZ that she realized it was a FOX show just a few minutes before her appearance.
She bailed, according to witnesses, telling people she hates the network. We're told it might have something to do with a FOX Atlanta report that didn't paint NeNe and her husband in a very positive light.
A rep for Leakes had no immediate comment.

Charlie Sheen -- Ready to Cop a Plea
With his arraignment looming and his show on the line, Charlie Sheen is ready to plea bargain his felony case in Aspen, sources tell TMZ. But we're told prosecutors are not that eager to deal, at least not right now.
Sources tell us Sheen would plead no contest to a misdemeanor, provided he would not do any jail time. He'd agree to probation and also agree to take anger management classes.
Sheen's biggest bargaining chip is the accuser herself, wife Brooke Mueller, who was under the influence during the alleged Christmas Day assault and is currently in rehab.
And there's something else. People from Brooke's camp tell us she would rather walk on hot coals than testify against Charlie and wants this case to go away, stat.
The fly in the ointment: We're told prosecutors feel they have enough physical evidence to convince a jury that Brooke's original allegations against Charlie are truthful, even if she's shaky on the stand.
Charlie's arraignment in Aspen is set for Monday. He'll be on the "Two and a Half Men" set -- with a sober coach -- beginning Tuesday to film the last 4 episodes of the season.

Corey Haim -- Vicodin, Valium, Soma Found
TMZ has learned the four pill bottles found in the apartment where Corey Haim collapsed yesterday included the generic versions of Vicodin and Valium ... and the same doctor prescribed all 4 powerful meds just days before Haim died.
Law enforcement sources tell us the pill bottles retrieved in the apartment of Haim's mother are hydrocodone (Vicodin), diazepam (Valium), haloperidol (an antipsychotic med) and Soma (a muscle relaxer).
We're told all four meds were prescribed by a prominent Los Angeles psychiatrist. Sources say all four meds were prescribed the same day -- several days before Haim died.
The L.A. County Coroner's Office would not comment on the specific meds found, nor would officials say how many pills -- if any -- were missing from the bottles.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ they believe Haim died from an accidental overdose of meds, though nothing is final until the Coroner's toxicology reports are in.
There have been reports Haim admitted in the past to taking as many as 85 Valium pills a day.
Haim collapsed in his mother's apartment early yesterday and was pronounced dead 2 1/2 hours later.

Conan's Tour No Bread for the Redhead
Conan O'Brien isn't making a single cent off his upcoming 30 city comedy tour -- sources tell TMZ that Coco is doing the whole thing so he can employ his former "Tonight Show" staff.
We're told roughly 40 people have been hired to work on the production -- many of whom are "Tonight Show" alums.
The move is no sweat off Conan's back -- dude scored a $32.5 million severance deal from NBC before they kicked him to the curb.
And more good news for the crew -- tickets to "The Legally Prohibited from Being Funny on Television Tour" are selling out so fast, more shows have already been added.

E*TRADE: Lohan's Baby Lawsuit is Bogus
E*TRADE is firing back at Lindsay Lohan's claims that the online investment company ripped-off her name and likeness in its "Lindsay is a milkoholic" commercial.
E*TRADE issued the following statement to TMZ -- "We believe the claims are without merit and we intend to defend ourselves vigorously in this case."
The investment company says its commercial was meant to be "witty and memorable."
The commercial features a baby named Lindsay -- who gets accused of being the "milkoholic" other woman in a baby love triangle.

Corey Haim Collapsed, Prescriptions Found
Corey Haim collapsed in the bedroom of his mother's apartment and four prescription bottles were found nearby ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
We've learned Corey had been sick the last couple of days with flu-like symptoms. The medications recovered, however, were not related to his illness, sources tell TMZ.
We're told no illicit drugs were found in the apartment.
Sources say Haim got out of bed just before 1 AM and collapsed in front of his mother. She called 911 at 12:53 AM and Corey was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead at 2:15 AM.
Corey's mom told authorities he had been battling prescription drug addiction for years.
Authorities believe -- though are not certain -- Corey died of an accidental drug overdose.
UPDATE: We're told the LAPD has wrapped up their preliminary investigation and it's now in the coroner's hands.

Sorority Lockdown Over Ben Roethlisberger
Ben Roethlisberger's accuser may have dropped out of school, but her sorority is closing ranks. TMZ has learned the group's leaders issued sorority-wide marching orders ... including a mass Facebook takedown.
Sources at Georgia College & State University -- where the accuser was enrolled before the alleged incident -- tell us the accuser's sorority sisters have been ordered to take down each of their Facebook and Twitter accounts and refrain from wearing any clothing with the sorority letters until further notice.
We're told three members of the sorority's national office visited the campus sorority house to check in on the situation and may return later this week.
We called the sorority for an official comment -- so far, radio silence.

Dennis Hopper's Wife I'm Taking My Toothbrush!
Dennis Hopper's wife swiped a whole junkyard worth of crap out of the actor's home since their epic divorce saga began -- this according to hilarious divorce docs filed today in L.A. Superior Court.
Victoria Hopper's lawyer fired off a letter to Dennis' lawyer on March 8 -- informing him his client's estranged wife had entered his home and taken several items she claims were hers ... including a laundry basket, some children's toys, a wastebasket, a cotton ball holder, an alarm clock, some towels, a magazine rack, toothbrushes, a coffee cup ... and chip clips.
According to Dennis' lawyer -- who called the whole thing "extremely confusing" -- Victoria "effectively looted" Dennis' house twice to remove these items, which include "more junk than can be imagined."
Victoria may be able steal back her little trinkets -- but according to the prenup, Dennis is keeping his fortune.

He'll come back to L.A. Monday night, where he'll sleep at the rehab facility and then show up on Tuesday to film the show.
We're told after each day on the set Charlie will go directly back to rehab.

MJ Tribute Band The Battle Over Neverland
The Michael Jackson estate just laid the smack down on a bunch of Michael Jackson wannabes -- all over access to Neverland.
The wannabes are actually in a Michael Jackson tribute band named "Neverland" -- a name the MJ estate feels is a violation of its trademark.
Long story short: The MJ estate wrote a scary legal letter demanding the band change its name ... and it did ... to Foreverland.
Here's the catch. "Foreverland" still owns the rights to the domain name neverlandsf.com -- and it's willing to give it back to Camp Jacko ... for a cool $30,000.
In short, the Jackson estate told the band to "beat it" and gave them until February 2011 to begin forwarding all web traffic to the new foreverlandsf.com ... or else.
The band tells us they're currently going over their options.

Tiger's Alleged Mistresses -- Who's on Top?
Tiger Woods may have been an equal opportunity employer -- but an online bookmaker wasn't so kind in doling out odds for the winner of Howard Stern's Golf Mistress Beauty Pageant.
Even though Stern hasn't released the list of actual competitors yet, Sportsbook.com has already listed mistress #1 Rachel Uchitel among the least likely to take home Stern's prize ... but we're guessing it's because her cardboard cutout will be participating in her place.
Meanwhile, Cori Rist and Loredana Jolie are tied as favorites to club the competition. Some other notables include Holly Sampson -- a close 3rd -- followed by Jaimee Grubbs, Joslyn James, and Jamie Jungers in 4th, 5th, and 6th.
The pageant is scheduled to go full steam ahead on March 10th -- with the contestants clawing for a $100,000 prize.
