Dr. Conrad Murray Withheld Info About Propofol

Published | Updated

A paramedic report in the Michael Jackson case reportedly says Dr. Conrad Murray withheld a key fact from the EMTs -- that he had administered Propofol to the singer.

The report, published by News of the World, states what TMZ has previously reported -- that paramedics felt Jackson was dead when they got to the singer's home but Dr. Murray, as the senior medical professional present, demanded that Jackson be taken to the hospital.

According to the report, Jackson had flatlined by the time paramedics arrived at the house, and he had no blood pressure, pulse or breath, and his pupils were dilated.

According to the report, Dr. Murray told paramedics Jackson was exhausted because he couldn't fall asleep and he had given Jackson Lorazepam -- a sedative. Omitting the fact that Dr. Murray gave Jackson Propofol is no doubt something the paramedics should have known about and will almost certainly be used by prosecutors in the trial.

Jesse James and His Nuclear Divorce

Published | Updated

A sliver of good news for Jesse James: If Sandra Bullock divorces him, it can't possibly get as ugly as the violent break-up of his prior marriage.

TMZ has obtained legal docs in Jesse's divorce from Janine Lindemulder. James filed several declarations, accusing Janine of various acts of brutality -- including punching him, bludgeoning him in the back of the head with a flowerpot, swinging a steel bone sculpture at him, trying to run him over with her car, socking him in the eyeball because he used her parking space, and going Naomi Campbell on him with a cellphone.

James says on one occasion, when Janine was pregnant, she began hitting and chasing him in their bedroom, and he grabbed her by the hair to hold her at bay.

Bullock will probably choose to bludgeon Jesse with a Beverly Hills lawyer.

Jesse James 'Mistress' -- Furor Over Nazi Pose

Published | Updated

The woman who reportedly had an affair with Sandra Bullock's husband, Jesse James, has another bombshell to drop -- a full scale Nazi photo shoot.

TMZ has obtained the shocking photos of Michelle McGee, which were taken almost a year ago. We're told the Nazi-themed layout -- complete with a swastika armband and backdrop -- was the photographer's idea, but that Michelle was very enthusiastic.

In child custody documents filed in January, Michelle's ex-husband says she "makes the Nazi salute," and has a swastika tattooed on her stomach (not seen in these pics).

In one photo the letter "w" is on Michelle's left leg, and the letter "p" on her right. We're told Michelle tells people it stands for "white power."

Brittany Murphy -- 'Accident' Waiting to Happen

Published | Updated

A Los Angeles pharmacy owner tells TMZ he cut off Brittany Murphy, Simon Monjack and Sharon Murphy just months before Brittany's death because he "thought there was going to be an accident."

Official records show Eddie Bubar, owner of Eddie's Pharmacy, has a list of more than 100 prescriptions he filled for Brittany, Simon and Sharon between January 2008 and August 2009, including Vicodin, hydrocodone, Klonopin, and other drugs under various aliases.

One of the aliases was Lola Manilow Murphy. Bubar tells TMZ the alias was Brittany's. Bubar told investigators a courier would pick the various prescriptions up in an envelope approximately every two weeks with the name "Lola" written on it. TMZ has already reported, such an envelope was regularly delivered to the house.

Bubar tells TMZ he cut off Murphy, Simon and Sharon four months before Brittany died, partly because he believed they were using multiple pharmacies to fill scripts.

Bubar tells TMZ, "We thought there was going to be an accident there."

And we've learned there were other aliases used for prescriptions from another pharmacy, including the names Kathelyn Moore, Trevor Williams and Faith Gosselin.

Simon Monjack confirms with TMZ that he used aliases, along with Brittany and Sharon, because, "You know how this town is." Monjack says, "We're the ones who cut Eddie's Pharmacy off."

As for using the alias Lola Manilow Murphy, remember Barry Manilow's lyric, "Her name was Lola."

Octomom Could Lose Her House

Published | Updated

Octomom Nadya Suleman and her 14 kids may become homeless ... because she's fallen behind on mortgage payments to the tune of more than $450,000 ... this according to the person who holds the note on the property.

Octomom bought the La Habra, CA house in March, 2009. The seller, Amer Haddadin, transferred title to Octo's dad. In return, Octo and her dad were required to make monthly payments of $4,139 for one year. On March 10, 2010, a balloon payment of $450,000 was due.

A rep for Amer tells TMZ Octo hasn't paid the $450,000. And, he says, she didn't make the last $4,139 payment. He also says, she's been late on three other recent monthly payments. Amer says he "tried to handle this in a gentlemanly way" but unfortunately it's come to this.

Amer's rep says he intends to initiate foreclosure proceedings against Octomom.

We could not reach Octo for comment.

Debbie Rowe/Michael Jackson Estate Legal Fight

Published | Updated

The stage is set for a dogfight between Debbie Rowe and the Estate of Michael Jackson.

Rowe's lawyer, Eric George, filed legal papers asking the judge in the estate case to order the estate to pay Debbie Rowe's lawyer more than $175,000 for legal services in connection with the appointment of a guardian for Michael Jackson's three kids.

In the end, Katherine Jackson became guardian. But in his legal docs, George claims estate lawyer Howard Weitzman promised to "reimburse [George's firm] on Ms. Rowe's behalf." George says in his documents that MJ's kids benefited when she reached an agreement with Katherine on guardianship and visitation, and that's why he asked Weitzman to have the estate foot his legal bill.

But Howard Weitzman begs to differ, telling TMZ, "I had discussions with Mr. George about his request that the estate pay his fees on behalf of Debbie Rowe, but no agreement was ever reached."

George is asking for a total of $177,975. If the estate isn't ordered to pay ... George's only recourse is Debbie.

Fox Puts Pressure on Stations Over Conan

Published | Updated

Fox execs have been in touch with several affiliates, "applying pressure" to put Conan O'Brien on the air between 11 and midnight ... sources tell TMZ.

It's the clearest sign so far that Conan is going to Fox.

Our sources say Fox execs and Conan's reps have been "seriously talking," though no deal has been made.

Some of the Fox affiliates have been resistant to running a Conan show, because they'd make more money with the current schedule of sitcom reruns such as "The Office."

Several execs at the affiliate stations are saying they have felt the pressure from Fox honchos to take O'Brien's show.

And we've learned execs at several major Fox affiliates are saying a deal is "imminent."

Authorities Go After Big Ben's Other Accuser

Published | Updated

TMZ has learned Georgia law enforcement officers have contacted the lawyer for a woman who made a sexual assault claim last year against Ben Roethlisberger.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation -- which is currently investigating Ben for an alleged sexual assault earlier this month -- contacted Cal Dunlap, the attorney for Andrea McNulty, requesting a sit down with her.

McNulty sued Ben last year, claiming Ben sexually assaulted her in a Lake Tahoe hotel room in 2008. Ben denies the claim.

Dunlap flatly rejected GBI's overture, telling TMZ, "We believe the facts alleged by our client are already in public documents. A case in Georgia ought to be brought or not brought on its own merits."

Gabourey Sidibe -- Beauty Comes in All Sizes

Published | Updated

Gabourey Sidibe might have a weight problem, but it doesn't mean she's unhealthy ... this according to the National Association to Advance Fat Acceptance (NAAFA). Yes, that's a real group.

As we first reported, a weight loss company is reaching out to the Oscar-nominated "Precious" star in an effort to help her lose weight and get healthy.

But according to a spokeswoman for NAAFA, being heavy doesn't always mean being unhealthy. Peggy Howell tells TMZ, "You cannot tell by looking at a person if they are healthy. Fat does not equal disease and thin does not equal healthy."

Howell also said NAAFA does not encourage people to get fat or stay fat and reminded us, "Achievements come in all sizes."

Corey Haim Death Certificate

Published | Updated

Corey Haim's death certificate is coming out ... and we've learned the cause of death is listed as "Deferred."

Sources tell us the L.A. County Coroner's Office is waiting for toxicology results, and they could prove revealing on two counts. First, they want to see if Corey had fatal levels of drugs in his system.

But, we're told, even if there are no fatal drug levels, certain drugs could have stopped Corey's heart. The Coroner's Office says Corey had pneumonia. As we first reported, 4 drugs were found in the apartment where Corey died -- Valium, Vicodin, Soma and haloperidol, an antipsychotic drug.

Valium, Vicodin and Soma all slow respiratory rate and could stop a person's breathing when taken while pneumonia is present.

We do not know if Corey took the prescription drugs.

It's interesting that Brittany Murphy's cause of death was a combination of pneumonia and prescription meds.

Roethlisberger Party Dubbed 'Ben-a-Palooza'

Published | Updated

Most of Ben Roethlisberger's ill-fated party weekend was thoroughly planned out weeks in advance -- minus the whole alleged sexual assault part -- and TMZ has learned the festivities even had a name ... "Ben-a-Palooza."

The Palooza is a tradition that Ben and his pals have put together for the past several years in which the Steelers quarterback and a group of his friends celebrate Ben's birthday together.

This year, Ben-a-Palooza began at Roethlisberger's home near Pittsburgh, where the group -- pictured above wearing customized Palooza shirts -- boarded a party bus bound for Ben's lake house in Georgia.

After the bus arrived to the home, several members spent one of the nights on a bar crawl in Milledgeville where Ben was later accused of sexually assaulting a 20-year-old woman in a nightclub bathroom.

Nothing spoils a Palooza like a criminal investigation.
