Christina Ricci Files for Divorce

Christina Ricci has just filed for divorce from her husband after almost 7 years of marriage ... TMZ has learned.

The "Casper" and "Addams Family" star filed in L.A. County Superior Court Thursday morning to divorce film producer James Heerdegen, whom Ricci met in 2011 while they working on the set of the show, "Pan Am." They got married on October 26, 2013, in NYC.

Ricci cites irreconcilable differences as the reason why she wants to end the marriage. She's asking for sole legal and physical custody of their 5-year-old son, Freddie.

Our sources say there is no prenup but Christina was the main money earner. And, then there's this ... Ricci was granted an emergency protective order by cops after an altercation in which she claims James spit on her. The altercation went down exactly a week ago in her L.A. home.

Heerdegen, who was not arrested after the incident, has been ordered to stay away from Ricci.

Ricci's repped by attorney Samantha Spector in the divorce.

Dr. Dre Wife Files for Divorce

Dr. Dre and his wife of 24 years are ending their marriage ... she's filed for divorce.

Nicole Young filed the paperwork Monday, citing the usual irreconcilable differences as the reason for her split from the hip-hop mogul.

Dre married Nicole on May 25, 1996, and they have 2 adult children together -- a son named Truice and a daughter named Truly -- so they won't have to deal with child support.

Sources connected to Nicole say there is no prenup. Dre's net worth, according to Forbes, is estimated at $800 million.

Nicole is also seeking spousal support.

She was formerly married to NBA player, Sedale Threatt. Young works as a lawyer and is represented in the divorce by a high-powered celeb attorney, Samantha Spector.

We've reached out to Dr. Dre's rep. He had no comment.

'The Wire' Star Andre Royo Wife Files for Divorce Ending 22-Year Marriage

Andre Royo -- best known for his role as "Bubbles" on "The Wire" -- is about to live life in the single lane, his wife's filing for divorce after 22 years of marriage.

The actor's wife, Jane Choi, filed the divorce petition in L.A. County Superior Court to end the marriage, citing irreconcilable differences ... this according to docs obtained by TMZ. She lists the date of separation as December 5, 2019. They were married on November 21, 1997.

It seems this divorce case has all the makings of a smooth sailing -- they have 1 daughter together but she's not a minor. Jane also checked the box blocking the court from awarding either of them spousal support.

Andre's got TONS of TV and film credits ... most notably during his 5 seasons on the hit HBO series. He's also appeared on "Fringe," "Party Down" and "How to Make It in America." He also appeared as Thirsty Rawlings on "Empire" ... playing Terrence Howard's character's attorney.

Stacey Dash Files for Divorce

Stacey Dash is officially bringing an end to her marriage ... she's filed for divorce.

The "Clueless" star filed her divorce petition Monday in Pasco County, Florida to divorce Jeffrey Marty after nearly 2 years of marriage ... this according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ. Dash lists October 1, 2019 as the date of separation ... the two were married on April 6, 2018. In the docs, Stacey says there is no jointly owned personal property that needs to be divided. As far as her income goes ... Stacey says she brings in $2,500 per month.

The move comes nearly 2 months after Stacey announced she and her lawyer hubby were splitting up. As we reported ... when Stacey went public with the breakup, it sure didn't sound like a conscious uncoupling. As she put it, "After much prayer, I feel this is the right path for both of us." Notice, there was no "we" in that sentence.

Anyway, Jeffrey was Stacey's fourth husband, and the divorce will officially bring an end to a tumultuous marriage.

As we first reported ... Stacey was arrested in Florida back in September -- even though she's the one who called cops -- after allegedly pushing him and slapping him. But, prosecutors dropped the case after a few days.

Kelly Clarkson Files for Divorce Date of Separation 'TBD'

UPDATE

11:42 AM PT -- TMZ's obtained the legal docs and Kelly states that she wants joint custody of their kids, and also wants their prenup enforced. She lists the date of separation as TBD.

Kelly Clarkson is heading to splitsville after nearly 7 years of marriage to Brandon Blackstock.

The singer filed divorce docs exactly one week ago in L.A. County Superior Court to end her marriage to the talent manager. The soon-to-be-exes tied the knot in October 2013 in Blackberry Farms, Tennessee and have 2 children together -- 5-year-old River Rose and 4-year-old Remington. Brandon has 2 children from a previous relationship.

Kelly's filing comes a little over a month after the couple put their L.A. home on the market for $10 million -- a listing that now seems pretty clearly tied to the split.

They're also still trying to unload a Nashville mansion -- but that one's been on the market for nearly 2 years now, so probably not related to their divorce.

Kelly and Brandon reportedly met in 2012 at Super Bowl XLVI courtesy of Brandon's dad ... Narvel Blackstock, who managed Kelly.

After 10 months of dating, Brandon popped the question and Kelly confirmed the news in December 2012 while announcing it to her fans on social media.

'Happy Days' Star Anson Williams Potsie's Calling it Quits Again ... Divorcing Wife for 2nd Time

UPDATE

11:28 AM PT -- 6/11 -- Anson just explained why he filed divorce docs for the 2nd time in 10 months, telling TMZ ... "When I canceled the divorce filing in September, we agreed for the sake of the children to remain apart and to lead separate lives. However, even that arrangement didn't work and our status needed to be clarified with a decree of divorce."

Ya can't say Anson Williams and his wife didn't give it the ol' college try, but the "Happy Days" star is filing divorce docs for the 2nd time in less than a year.

Anson, who played Potsie on "Happy Days," filed in L.A. last Friday ... and we're guessing all he really had to do was change the date from the docs he filed last September.

Anson and Jackie Williams have been together more than 30 years now, and have 5 kids together -- but things have clearly been rocky since at least last year when they broke up, but pretty quickly decided to try again.

As we reported, Anson first went down divorce road last year on 9/11. However, by October 1 he was back in court, filing to dismiss that divorce.

Fast forward 9 months and they're back in splitsville. Unclear what led to their parting of ways this time around. Last year, Anson told us "sometimes you have to do what's best for everyone."

We've reached out to his rep. No word back yet.

Justin Hartley Plants Wet One On Ex-'Y&R' Costar!!!

UPDATE

2:21 PM PT -- Justin's new girlfriend is actually someone very familiar to him ... former 'Young and the Restless' costar Sofia Pernas. Justin played Adam Newman on the soap opera from 2014 until 2016. And, get this ... Sofia joined the show in 2015 to play Justin's TV GF, Marisa Sierras. But, here's what's also interesting ... Chrishell was also on the show in 2016. Awk.

Justin Hartley's got a new bae by his side ... or so it seems.

The "This Is Us" star planted a wet one on a mystery woman Thursday as she dropped him off at the Southern California Orthopedic Institute in the L.A. area. It's unclear who she is at the moment ... but they must be pretty close for her to be the one dropping him off to his orthopedic's office. She was also the one who picked him up several hours later.

It's the first time Justin's been spotted with someone new since he filed for divorce from "Selling Sunset" star Chrishell Stause back in November. As we reported days after Justin filed docs ... Chrishell strongly hinted she was blindsided by the divorce docs.

And, then things really got ugly. As we first reported ... Chrishell called BS on the date of separation Justin listed in his divorce docs. You'll recall Justin listed July 8, 2019 as the date of separation but she says it was more like November 22, 2019.

We know they were out together in public together multiple times between July and November, so, yes, Justin's early separation date is puzzling. Our sources told us Chrishell didn't think it's all that puzzling ... since all signs seem to point to some sort of deal Justin may have inked, believing he just doesn't want her to get a slice of the bigger pie.

In any event ... Justin appears to have moved on, but the divorce rages on.

Jaime King Divorce Ex Wants Custody of Sons ... Claims She's an Addict, Won't Get Help

UPDATE

4:15 PM PT -- The judge ruled that Kyle must stay away from Jamie, and we've obtained the documents filed by the actress alleging torment. King alleges Kyle has tracked her electronically, isolated her from friends and work opportunities and has taken hundreds of thousands of dollars out of their account. She says she feels sick to her stomach with every encounter with Kyle.

UPDATE

2:22 PM PT -- A rep for King tells us, "This is another vicious, failed attempt of Kyle to continue his abuse of Jaime and manipulate the court system. Today Kyle was denied all requests for emergency orders and the judge granted Jaime shared legal custody of their two children. The temporary domestic violence restraining order remains in place to protect Jaime."

Jaime King and Kyle Newman are in an all-out war for their kids ... with Kyle now saying he needs sole physical custody because her alleged opioid and alcohol addiction is out of control.

The director requested an emergency hearing Friday morning, asking the judge to let him take custody of their 6 and 4-year-old sons, James and Leo. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Kyle claims the actress/model has "spent the last decade high" and refuses to get any meaningful help for her opioid addictions.

Kyle says things came to a head on January 12, when he and 14 of Jaime's friends staged an intervention ... begging her to get help. He gave her an ultimatum -- get treatment "or the kids and I need to leave for their own safety."

Kyle claims Jaime went to Cirque Lodge rehab facility in Utah, but left shortly after arriving because she tried to check in with a bunch of pills on her ... including Adderall and Clonazepam.

In the docs, he says Jaime was working in Canada in early February and asked him to send the boys to spend a couple weeks with her -- but 3 days into the visit she sent them back to Kyle. He claims she later admitted she was having an affair and using booze and drugs at the time.

Kyle says he and the boys have been quarantining in Pennsylvania, and Jaime has only seen them for 3 days in the past 2 months. On May 15, he says he and Jaime were laying out plans to divorce, when she accused him of "stealing" their kids ... even though she was the one who insisted they go to Pennsylvania. He tried to reassure her, but claims she got angrier and threatened to ruin him.

TMZ broke the story ... Jaime filed divorce docs on May 18, and also requested a restraining order to keep Kyle away from her and the kids. As we reported, the judge ruled the boys could remain with Kyle, who says Jaime blindsided him with her court filings.

Two nannies and one of Jaime's former assistants submitted declarations, describing her alleged addiction to opioids, and claim she's putting the children at risk by -- among other things -- driving with them while under the influence.

Kyle is asking for sole physical custody, shared legal custody and wants Jaime out of the family home in L.A. ... so he can live there with their sons.

Friday morning, the judge rejected his emergency order for custody, and said both sides can argue their cases at a later court date. So for now, it's status quo ... the kids can remain with Kyle in Pennsylvania.

We've reached out to Jaime's camp, but no word back yet.

Fetty Wap's estranged wife is blowing the lid off what led to their divorce ... alleging the rapper was an alcohol and drug abuser who cheated on and beat her, but Fetty's calling BS.

Leandra Gonzalez filed legal docs claiming Fetty -- government name Willie Maxwell -- beat her face to a pulp less than a month after getting married back on August 3, 2019 in Toronto. She also claims the marriage was severely impacted by his drug and alcohol abuse.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, Leandra claims they got into an argument that turned physical. She claims Fetty struck her in the face with a closed fist causing her pain, bruising, and a black eye.

Leandra claims the substance abuse was a problem during their short marriage. As for the adultery claims ... Leandra claims Fetty engaged in extra-marital affairs with several women. What's more ... Leandra claims back on New Year's Eve, Fetty traveled to the Bahamas with a woman with whom he'd been having an on-going affair. Leandra also claims about a month before that trip, Fetty got the name of one of his mistresses tattooed on his wrist.

Fetty denies he was ever physically, verbally or emotionally abusive in the marriage. The rapper also denies abusing booze or weed. He also flatly denies ever taking a trip to the Bahamas with another woman or getting a woman's name tattooed on his wrist.

Jaime King Files for Divorce ... Husband Speaks Out

UPDATE

4:53 PM PT -- 5/19 -- Kyle just broke his silence after Jaime's divorce filing.

UPDATE

His spokesperson tells TMZ ... “Kyle was deeply saddened by Jaime’s attempt to obtain court orders based solely on false claims without providing him any opportunity to respond. As a result, he was extremely pleased that the judge nevertheless permitted their children to remain in his care."

UPDATE

The statement continues ... "As Kyle continues to solo parent, as he has done throughout this pandemic, he remains entirely focused on putting the children’s stability and welfare first. Kyle wants nothing but the best for his whole family and hopes that Jaime can find the peace and help she needs.”

Jaime King wants out of her marriage -- she's just filed for divorce, and based on the documents it doesn't appear to be an amicable split.

TMZ's learned the model/actress filed legal docs Monday in L.A. to divorce her husband, director Kyle Newman, to whom she's been married to since 2007. It's unclear what led to the divorce filing, but we know this ... Jaime is also requesting a restraining order against him. The nature of her request or whether it was granted are not known at this time.

Jaime and Kyle have two sons together ... a 6-year-old and 4-year-old, whose godmother is reportedly Taylor Swift. Jaime and Kyle met while working on "Fanboys" which Kyle directed.

The news comes almost 8 months after a man who terrorized Jaime for months -- including a bizarre attack in Bev Hills -- was sentenced to nearly 5 years behind bars for felony stalking.

We mention that only to point out ... Jaime's had a rough go of it lately, and now apparently feels she needs court-ordered protection from her estranged husband.

Kristin Cavallari 'Very Cavallari' Closing Up Shop ... No Marriage, No Show!!!

Kristin Cavallari's pulling the plug on her latest reality TV stint ... hanging it up after 3 long years on the heels of her divorce drama with Jay Cutler.

The former 'Hills' star made the announcement Tuesday, saying she was not going to continue shooting "Very Cavallari" ... while going on to thank fans for tuning in along the way.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Kristin says, "As I start this new chapter in my life, I have decided not to continue with ‘Very Cavallari.’ I’ve absolutely loved my time filming and am so grateful to E! Entertainment for making this journey possible. To the fans: I can’t thank you enough for all your support and for keeping up with me all of these years. I love you guys. 💛"

Season 3 of 'VC' just wrapped a couple months ago -- right before they announced they were splitting and Kristin's eventual divorce filing ... in which she accused Jay of "marital misconduct." The allegations have gone back and forth since then -- it's been fairly nasty.

The timing for this news is interesting, of course, because Jay was prominently featured on their show ... even though Kristin was the star. There was even a storyline about possible infidelity toward the end there, which turned out to be a red herring as far as their split is concerned.

Some viewers, and TV execs, might think their uncoupling would make for great TV, but it seems they don't wanna go there with audiences ... so they're getting ahead of it now and calling it quits. Again.

'Call On Me' DJ Eric Prydz Marriage Comes to Screeching Halt ... Wife Files for Divorce

The record just scratched on Eric Prydz's marriage ... his wife wants a divorce.

The famous Swedish DJ's wife, Sofie, filed for divorce on April 27 in L.A. citing irreconcilable differences. Eric and Sofie were married for nearly 5 years and have 2 kids together ... a 9-year-old daughter and 6-year-old son.

They got married on July 17, 2015 and she lists February 20 as the date of separation ... according to docs obtained by TMZ.

Sophie's asking for joint legal and physical custody. As for spousal support, she's asking for it, and wants the court to enforce the terms of their prenup.

Prydz -- who's known as Pryda and Cirez D professionally -- made headlines in March when he claimed the only solution for the coronavirus pandemic was for all healthy people to get it, and suggested staying at home was misguided.

Yeah, he really said that, and got blasted by health workers. Prydz later apologized

He rose to fame with his 2004 single, "Call on Me," and went on to rack up hits with "Proper Education" and "Pjanoo" in 2008. He released his debut studio album, "Opus," in 2016, and won the Electronic Music Awards DJ of the Year in 2017.

Prydz also owns multiple record labels -- Pryda, Pryda Friends and Mouseville Records ... so splitting up assets in the divorce could get interesting.

Mary-Kate Olsen Let Me Get Divorced Now!!! Denied Emergency Relief Request in NY Court

UPDATE

6:26 PM PT -- 5/14 Tough news for Mary-Kate ... her request to submit an emergency divorce filing was denied. Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Michael Katz ruled that the proceeding would not move forward.

Mary-Kate Olsen wants to get divorced, but she's hit a major roadblock -- coronavirus, so now she wants an emergency court order to speed things along.

Mary-Kate says her attorneys got an email from her husband, Pierre Olivier Sarkozy's attorneys this week giving her a May 18 deadline to get her stuff out of their NYC apartment. She claims Pierre is trying to force her out, because he terminated their lease without her knowledge.

She says she's been asking Pierre to give her until May 30, but claims he hasn't responded.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, she says she can't meet the deadline -- this coming Monday -- because of quarantine guidelines in the city. Mary-Kate says the only way she can protect her property is if she's to file a divorce petition. That would trigger an automatic court order preventing him from disposing of her property.

Mary-Kate says she signed a petition for divorce back on April 17, but was informed NY courts were not accepting divorce filings -- other than emergencies -- due to the COVID-19 pandemic that was raging in the city.

She's requesting an emergency order to allow her to file the divorce. She's included her divorce petition in the filing, and in those docs, she requests their prenuptial agreement be enforced.

Olivier, a French banker, and Mary-Kate tied the knot in November 2015 in an intimate Manhattan ceremony. They started dating in 2012.

They don't have any kids together -- Olivier has 2 from his first marriage. This was Mary-Kate's first marriage ... and now her first divorce.

Josh Homme Claims Ex is Abusive ... She's Trying to Get Me Arrested!!!

UPDATE

9:15 AM PT -- We just obtained a stipulation Josh and Brody signed back in December, in which he agreed to complete a substance abuse program with aftercare. He agreed to participate in a 12-step program and to be subject to psychological testing and random drug-testing twice a week. He also has to use a Soberlink device 2 times a day for 6 months and give her the results. He also agreed to participate in a batterers' intervention program.

Queens of the Stone Age front man Josh Homme is flipping the script on his estranged wife, whom he claims has been trying to get him busted for allegedly violating a restraining order.

Now the rock singer's filed for a restraining order against her. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Josh claims Brody Dalle-Homme intentionally shows up to his events, trying to trigger a restraining order violation against him.

In one case, he says he took their teenage daughter to a horse riding lesson in February, but an hour before it ended ... he claims Brody parked next to his car and started recording video on her phone. Josh says he then got a threatening message from her attorney saying they were gonna call cops if he didn't leave immediately.

Josh says he's afraid those kinds of phony allegations are going to get him arrested. In the docs, he also alleges during their marriage she punched him in the face at least 7 times and threw an iron, and even bragged to friends and relatives about it.

Josh says he has not lived with Brody for nearly 6 months but claims she continues to monitor his phone and credit card usage to keep track of his movements.

The judge gave Josh the restraining order ... so now Brody has to stay at least 100 yards away from him -- at least until they have a court hearing later this month.

As we first reported ... Brody filed for legal separation back in November and a month later, divorce. She got the restraining order against him in December claiming he showed up to her house drunk and head-butted her.

Ray J Princess Love Files For Divorce

Princess Love is officially waving the white flag on her marriage with Ray J ... because she just filed for divorce after nearly 4 years of marriage.

The "Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood" star filed divorce docs Tuesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court ... and it's not a total surprise, because they were already living separately after tons of relationship drama.

Ray J and Princess tied the knot way back in 2016 but last year the marriage nearly imploded and they got into a blowout fight in Las Vegas.

I WANT A DIVORCE

As we reported ... Ray and Princess were living separately in February, and they had not reconciled after she claimed back in November that he "stranded" her and their daughter, Melody, in Sin City following a heated argument. At the time, Princess was only weeks away from giving birth to their second child.

Princess gave birth to a son, Epik, in January ... but the bundle was not enough to save the marriage.

Ray tried to make amends on Valentine's Day ... going all out and filling their Bev Hills condo with thousands of roses for his wife and daughter, but it still was not enough to save the union.

FAMILY MATTERS

Princess stopped wearing her wedding ring after the Vegas incident -- Ray J briefly stopped wearing his -- and she threatened divorce ... but nothing came of it until this week when she finally pulled the trigger.

We reached out to the former couple’s manager, David Weintraub, who did not have a comment.

Kristin Cavallari Advises Engaged Couple ... Just 'Don't Do It!!!'

LIFE HACK
TMZ.com

"Ask a silly question" ... is what Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler are clearly thinking in this video, which proves the writing was on the wall a couple months before they announced their divorce.

TMZ obtained this clip of the now-estranged couple at an event back in February, where they were doing a meet and greet with fans in Chicago at Kristin's Uncommon James store.

At one point, a woman who said she was newly engaged asked for advice about being newlyweds and marriage. Kristin quickly blurted out a very telling answer ... "Don't do it."

Everyone had a laugh about it -- including Jay who seems very uncomfortable sitting right next to Kristin -- but it sure seems like she was being honest, based on what we now know.

Not too long after this she and Jay officially called it quits, with him filing for divorce -- but Kristin's since said in her divorce papers ... they were close to pulling the plug late last year. They made one last-ditch effort that went south in March. The split has been anything but civil.

As we reported ... Kristin accused Jay of "marital misconduct," which we found out pertained to them not agreeing on child custody. They're also at odds about a living situation right now, as Kristin wants money freed up to buy a new place of her own.

Her fans can't say she's not honest.
