WWE superstar CM Punk is QUITTING the organization, TMZ Sports has learned ... and sources tell us it's all because he's PISSED over the way the company wants to use him at "WrestleMania."

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ Sports ... Punk was livid when he learned officials scripted Batista to win the Royal Rumble ... because he feels Batista isn't in great wrestling shape and shouldn't be featured in the title match at the upcoming WrestleMania (the biggest event of the year).

We're told Punk feels he earned the right to be in the main event at WrestleMania -- because he's been wrestling tirelessly over the past year from house shows to overseas events. Punk was angry when he found out he'd be wrestling Triple H at WrestleMania instead of squaring off in the title match.

Usher has high-tailed it down to Panama to talk some sense into Justin Bieber ... TMZ has learned.

Justin and his mentor posed for pics with a woman who appears to be a Panamanian Belieber (they really are everywhere).

Sources tell us Usher flew to Panama for a serious come-to-jesus with JB on the heels of his arrest in Miami.

We're told Justin's manager Scooter Braun, and Justin's childhood friend Ryan Butler, are also there for the sit-down. Scooter got roped in for a pic with a Belieber at the resort where they're all staying.

We haven't heard this word used, but this meeting has all the earmarks of an intervention.

Worth noting ... even the fan who posted the Usher pic acknowledges the kid's hit rough times, describing him as the youth idol who some love and many others hate.

Move over Vince Vaughn ... DMX just opened up shop on a group of groomsmen heading to their buddy's wedding -- and the footage is AWESOME!

The groom's wedding party ran into X Saturday afternoon in their New York hotel lobby ... and after the rapper posed for some pictures they boarded their party bus -- says one of the groomsmen.

Inspired by the meeting, the group turned on some of DMX's music and egged him to hop aboard ... and that's when the magic happened.

Scary moment for Selena Gomez that had nothing to do with Justin Bieber -- instead it was a guy getting busted at her home for allegedly creeping around on her property Saturday morning.

Cops rushed to Selena's crib after a family member inside called 911 and said they spotted a young man lurking on the property ... this according to law enforcement.

It's unclear if Selena was home at the time, but the 19-year old man allegedly told cops he was there to see the singer in person.

One of the star linebackers at the University of North Carolina has been suspended from the team after allegedly picking a fight with a parking attendant ... and body checking the guy, TMZ Sports has learned.

We've learned ... Travis Hughes, the 5th-leading tackler on the Tarheels squad, got into it with the parking attendant Thursday when he noticed his car was being towed from the front of his campus residence.

According to court documents, Hughes -- who's 6'2", 225 lbs -- "bumped [the parking attendant] with his body, trying to get him to move from behind his vehicle."

Law enforcement say Hughes left the scene, but was pulled over and arrested for assault less than a mile away.

Terrell Owens is officially off the market ... 'cause the ex-NFL star just got MARRIED in a secret wedding in Norwalk, CA ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We broke the story ... 40-year-old Owens recently obtained a marriage certificate to get hitched to 33-year-old Rachel Snider, a former postal worker from Texas.

Now, we've learned the two swapped "I dos" during a very low key ceremony at the courthouse in Norwalk.

Sources tell TMZ Sports the ceremony was so down low, they didn't even exchange rings ... and raced in and out of the courthouse to avoid attention.

It's T.O.'s first marriage -- though he has 4 kids from previous relationships. She has 1.

Say it ain't so ... there's no Muskrat Love left for Captain & Tennille ... they're getting divorced ... and the Captain tells TMZ he didn't see it coming.

Toni (Tennille) filed legal docs in Arizona, claiming the marriage was "irretrievably broken." They've been married for 39 years.

If you don't know ... you should. They had a string of hits in the 70s, including "Love Will Keep Us Together," "Muskrat Love" and "Do that to Me One More Time."

They were discovered by Neil Sedaka at The SmokeHouse restaurant in Burbank, near NBC.

Daryl Dragon (The Captain) is 71. Yeah, it's Dragon.

Daryl tells TMZ ... "I don't know why she filed. I gotta figure it out for myself first." He also said they're still living together in the same house.

According to the divorce docs, obtained by TMZ, there's special mention about health insurance coverage, and that seems relevant, because in 2009 Toni blogged that Daryl had been diagnosed with Parkinson's. In 2011 Toni updated the message, saying Daryl's tremors were so bad he was embarrassed to go out in public ... to restaurants, the movies, etc.

Here's what's unclear -- whether it's possible Toni really filed for health insurance reasons ... whether his coverage might be better if they were divorced.

Dennis Rodman is in rehab to treat his never-ending addiction to booze ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to Rodman tell us the 52-year old basketball Hall of Famer checked into a treatment center a few days ago in New Jersey ... on the heels of his disastrous trip to North Korea.

We're told Rodman is "beyond exhausted and overwhelmed" ... and he will be in treatment for 30 days.

The Worm has had multiple stints in rehab. Dennis checked into a Florida treatment facility in 2008 ... and in 2009 he appeared on the third season of "Celebrity Rehab." He relapsed shortly after the show premiered.

Rodman blamed booze for his explosion during a recent CNN interview from N. Korea.

The 18-year-old who got attacked in a doctor's waiting room by Kanye West is on VIDEO -- outside the building and before the confrontation -- and he appears to taunt the paparazzi as Kim Kardashian walks in.

The barely-a-man screams to Kim, "They're whack, dude. You have to deal with that everyday?" He then excitedly hops up the front steps like a rabbit.

The video stops as Kim walks in. TMZ broke the story ... We're told the guy walked into his chiropractor's office and Kanye and Kim followed shortly thereafter, and eyewitnesses tell TMZ Kanye punched him in the face.

The so-called fecal fiasco at the Golden Globes wasn't as crappy as people first thought ... a rep for the Beverly Hills Fire Department tells TMZ, the stinky water that spilled onto the red carpet wasn't actually sewage.

The rep tells us, the pipe that burst yesterday afternoon -- mere hours before the red carpet arrivals -- was part of an old sprinkler system that hadn't been used in years.

We're told the water -- 150 to 200 gallons worth -- was stale and did smell really bad ... which is probably why people thought it was sewage, but it did NOT contain poo or pee.

We're told the restaurant got "vague word" yesterday the Prez might be showing up sometime soon, but there was no advanced interior sweep of the place ... they just showed up a short while ago.

The guys from O.C. Choppers are in the process of making one of their biggest bikes ever for Shaq ... and TMZ has learned it was customized for the big man with his NBA injuries in mind.

Shaq -- a huge bike fan -- asked for his ride to be taller and longer than normal to accommodate his arthritic hips ... and, of course, the shop obliged. We're told the completed bike will measure roughly 14 feet long (most are 10 ft.).

We're told ... since it's such a big project (due to the size of the bike) ... the guys are putting in a ton of extra work -- and it's all being caputured on tape for their new CMT show "Orange County Choppers."

Flavor Flav was arrested today in Hempstead, NY in a bizarre bust ... triggered by the fact Flav had 16 suspensions on his license -- yes, 16.

According to cops ... Flav was driving a black Hyundai when cops spotted him ... claiming he was driving 79 in a 55 zone.

Upon further investigation ... troopers discovered Flav had 16 license suspensions. Law enforcement tells TMZ ... Flav had a variety of unpaid tickets that resulted in the suspensions. In addition, they found a small amount of marijuana.

Flav was arrested for felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was booked, released without bail and went on to attend his mother's funeral.

Sasheer Zamata -- the first black female "Saturday Night Live" cast member in 5 years -- "works clean" as one of her colleagues put it to us ... but she can also "play dirty" -- as in dirty, dirty skits.

"SNL" made it official today, but we've been told they've been scouting Sasheer for several years. She was part of at least one other "SNL" showcase 2 years ago, when scouts from the show took notice. She posted pics last March of her backstage and in the offices at "SNL" ... so there's been some interest for a while.

Sasheer graduated from the University of Virginia just 5 years ago, and we're told she's been working NYC clubs relentlessly, getting her name out there.

She got some attention from her web series, "In Pursuit of Sexiness."

"SNL" has taken a lot of heat for not replacing Maya Rudolph with a black female comedian when she left 5 years ago.

We're told Sasheer has learned a lot about perseverance from a near tragedy -- she was in a horrible car accident where she was thrown through the window of her car and had to re-learn some basic functions -- which she did.

LeBron James is a helluva shot off the court ... so say the folks at a Miami gun range, where LBJ went all Rambo with a machine gun last week, TMZ Sports has learned.

We know ... James and his wife Savannah went for a little his & hers target practice at Lock & Load Miami on New Year's Eve, where they sprayed bullets from multiple guns, including an MP5 (that's the one featured in the video).

We're told both LeBron and Savannah were "very good shots" ... but LeBron had a slightly better aim.

Gun range staff tells TMZ ... LeBron was assigned a specialist to help him on the range -- and the guy is a legit badass ... an ex-police officer who's currently a military reservist.

Mr. and Mrs. James spent roughly two hours firing weapons ... and we're told they were very cool to fans, signing autographs and taking pictures.

Tom Arnold is half the man he used to be, dropping 90 pounds in 9 months -- but he tells TMZ, it wasn't easy ... he had to cut out sugar and bread from his diet and bust his ass exercising.

54-year-old Tom tells us his son Jax -- who was born in April -- is the inspiration for his weight loss. "My son is already cursed with an old dad, so he doesn't deserve to have a fat dad too."

According to Tom, the diet was a huge part, but he also did tons of circuit training, cardio, and took lots of Arnold Schwarzenegger's Muscle Pharm supplements.
