Conversamos con Donnell en "TMZ Live" el martes, donde nos dijo que la disputa se produjo porque quería protegerse de las acusaciones de Corey Holcomb de que cualquier persona en el mundo de la comedia que ha hecho tres películas o más ha tenido que hacerle una felación a alguien en el negocio, algo que él niega rotundamente.

Donnell Rawlings también señala que de acuerdo con IMDB, Corey también ha actuado en al menos 4 películas, por lo que es literalmente culpable de su propia broma. En otras palabras, el ataque en sí no tenía sentido.

En retrospectiva, Donnell admite que no debería haberle gritado a Corey, pero quería proteger su integridad y la de los comediantes que han hecho más de 3 películas.

También tenía rabia acumulada hacia Corey, pues le ha estado lanzando algunos dardos a su buen amigo Dave Chappelle durante años, por lo que también sintió la necesidad de dar la cara por él, pues es leal a sus amigos.

We got Donnell on "TMZ Live" Tuesday ... where he tells us the spat ensued 'cause he wanted to shield himself from CH's allegations that anybody in comedy who's done 3 movies or more has had to perform fellatio on someone in the biz -- something he outright denies.

DR also notes that according to IMDB, Corey himself has performed in 4 movies ... telling us he's literally guilty of his own joke. In other words, the attack itself didn't make sense.

In hindsight, Donnell admits he shouldn't have yelled at Corey, but he wanted to protect his integrity and those in comedy who've done over 3 movies.

He also had fury built up from Corey taking shots at his good friend Dave Chappelle for years ... so he also felt the need to stick up for him, too, 'cause he's loyal to his pals.

In general, Donnell doesn't understand the need for comics to create controversy by taking shots at others ... something that's been happening quite a lot lately in epic fashion.

Tony Ganios -- famous from "Porky's" and a ton of other cult classic films -- has died.

The actor's fiancée, Amanda, tells us Tony passed away Sunday at a NY hospital -- this after he was taken in on Saturday and was found to have been suffering a severe spinal cord infection. We're told he went into surgery, but suffered a fatal heart attack the following day as he was recovering.

Amanda says Tony was on his way to a dialysis treatment Sunday morning when he went into cardiac arrest ... and we're told he was experiencing organ failure too. Amanda says his death came so suddenly, and she's absolutely shattered right now ... explaining they were just planning their wedding last week. They'd been together for a couple for at least 9 years.

She posted a sweet tribute to Tony online, writing ... "The last words we said to each other were "I love you." Love is an understatement. You are everything to me.  My heart, my soul and my best friend. #I love you #tonyganios."

Tony will best be remembered for his lead role in the 1981 film, which went down as a fan-fave sex comedy flick and developed a cult following. "Porky's" also went on to churn out several sequels ... including "Porky's II: The Next Day" and "Porky's Revenge!" -- both of which he starred in.

Of course, fans know him as Meat Tuperello ... one of the guys trying to lose their V-cards at a brothel, and who ended up playing peeping Toms. The shower scene from the movie is probably one of the most iconic in the raunchy comedy category of movies.

While "Porky's" was arguably his biggest flick/franchise ... Tony was in a handful of other memorable films as well -- including 1979's "The Wanderers," in which he played Perry.

Other movies of his include "Back Roads," "Continental Divide," "Body Rock," "Die Hard 2," "Rising Sun," "The Taking of Beverly Hills" and more. TG had been in shows as well -- such as "The Ring of the Musketeers," "Wiseguy," "The Equalizer" and "Scarecrow and Mrs. King."

He appears to have left showbiz behind in the '90s ... but he certainly left his mark on pop culture. In fact, film producer Sean Clark had some kind words for Tony upon hearing about his passing.

SC wrote, "Sad to hear of the passing of Tony Gainos aka Meat from Porky's This photo is from 20 years ago with Tony and Porky's co-star Scott Colomby Although I had many business conversations with him over the years I would not say he was a friend."

He adds, "I did not know him well at all. However he was a nice guy and it's a shame he passed just 2 weeks away from the big Porky's reunion at Cult Classics Weekend in Bastrop TX in which he was supposed to attend. So with that said I'm sorry for OUR loss."

Amanda tells TMZ Tony had been working and active in the final years of his life. He was 64.

Mac McClung is the back-to-back NBA Slam Dunk champion, but even he has his doubts about going at the King ... telling TMZ Sports he'd "probably" lose to LeBron James in a contest!!

The 25-year-old G League star wowed the crowd yet again during All-Star festivities this past weekend ... edging out Celtics star Jaylen Brown to take home the trophy in Indy.

We spoke with the high-flying athlete about what's next following his big victory ... and while he's planning to finish out this season strong before going back to the drawing board for new dunks, there's one thing you can probably take off his "To-Do" list -- a showdown with LeBron.

"[LeBron's] the man, I don't know if I'd want to go up against him," Mac told us during his celebrity shift at Raising Cane's in Orlando. "He'd probably beat me, for sure."

Worth noting -- LeBron famously never did the dunk contest ... something fans practically begged him to do for years, considering he's one of the greatest rim-rattlers in league history.

Despite the lack of experience in the event, Mac thinks the Lakers superstar would be his biggest competition yet ... even at 39 years old.

Mac admitted he's still on the fence about whether he'll go for a three-peat ... but if he does, he's just looking to go up against anyone who actually WANTS to participate.

There's more ... Mac also weighed in on his drive-thru shift at the chicken finger joint ... and he's a natural!!

Donnell Rawlings lost it on fellow comic Corey Holcomb at a comedy club this weekend -- and it all seems to have stemmed from an insult the latter hurled at DR.

This wild scene unfolded Sunday night at the Laugh Factory here in Los Angeles -- where Donnell went up to do a set ... and Corey went on after him when we're told he started hurling wild claims and barbs at Donnell and Dave Chappelle's expense.

Donnell tells TMZ he wasn't going to let Corey torch his close friend -- the two of them were on "Chappelle's Show" together back in the day -- so he confronted him over it.

That argument is what you see here on video, obtained by TMZ, with Donnell going absolutely ballistic on Corey -- whom you can hear calling DR "mild" and a lame funny man.

You can also hear Corey questioning Donnell's street cred ... and Donnell was ready to defend himself and his rep -- which he did from the audience level, right in front of everybody. Indeed, it must've been pretty surreal to see play out live.

Now, Donnell claims another inflammatory comment that Corey made played into how angry he got -- namely, Corey allegedly saying that anyone in comedy who has 3 movies or more under their belt has had to perform fellatio on someone in the biz.

The reason Donnell says he got as fired up -- in addition to feeling insulted and hearing his friends get insulted -- is because he has 3 movies, and he insists he's never done anything like that in his career.

BTW, this beef between Donnell, Corey and Dave runs pretty deep -- Corey recently did a podcast where he trashed DC ... and suggested he simply wasn't funny, let alone a legend.

In terms of how this ended, Donnell tells us he ended up walking away from the situation before things escalated further. However, he says he'd still like to hash things out with Corey in a more calm setting and hopefully put their differences aside.

Antonio Brown has been ordered to cut a high-profile jeweler a check for over $1 million ... this after he failed to fight a lawsuit that the diamond expert slapped him with last year.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Shuki International -- a world-renowned businessman who's been the jewelry guy for high-profile celebs like Floyd Mayweather for years -- sued AB back in April 2023 after he claimed the former NFL star borrowed a bunch of his prized items in 2022 but never returned them or paid for them.

In his lawsuit, Shuki said he gave AB a pair of his "Shuki International" diamond fingers -- which the jeweler said cost $500K apiece -- under the premise that Brown would eventually give them back ... or simply cough up the dough for them.

Shuki said he also handed over a rose gold black diamond version of the finger piece, a white gold chain, and a ring -- all with the same expectation.

Yet the jeweler claimed Brown failed to ever return the pieces or hand over the money ... so he asked a judge to force AB to fork over $1,095,000 for it all.

And, after Brown never responded to the suit, a judge issued a default judgment for Shuki last week.

Shuki told us he attempted to reach out to Brown over the decision on Sunday ... but the ex-Buccaneers wideout never returned his call. He added that he's disappointed over the whole matter -- considering the two used to be close.

Brown, meanwhile, was just seen out in LA with one of Shuki's diamond fingers earlier this month ... showing it off to our photog on Rodeo Drive.

UFC fans might've been shocked to see Mark Zuckerberg Octagon-side at UFC 298, but Merab Dvalishvili wasn't ... 'cause the Facebook founder shot the star bantamweight fighter a text a few days before telling him he'd be in the building for the event!

One of the most memorable moments of the entire card was Merab picking up opponent Henry Cejudo and slamming him to the canvas near where Zuck was sitting, before engaging in a conversation with the billionaire.

TMZ Sports asked the 33-year-old contender about Mark's presence.

"We are following each other on Instagram, and he did text me before the fight that he was coming. He told me 'Don't tell no one.' I can keep a secret, of course," Dvalishvili told us, adding, "I knew he was there, and once I was walking out I saw him, of course, I said hello to him in person."

Although Zuck wasn't technically Merab's corner like he (momentarily) was for Alex Volkanovski, that's not to say Mark didn't share some of his BJJ expertise.

"I had a 4th corner that night. [Zuck] was giving me some tips when I was fighting," Merab said with a laugh.

Remember, Zuck has trained with the likes of Volk, Israel Adesanya, Mikey Musumeci and other top fighters.

Dvalishvili also revealed he was supposed to train with Zuckerberg before the FB exec injured his ACL last year. The men plan to get together once MZ's healed up.

Billionaire tech geniuses aside, there's a bunch more with Merab ... who many fans assume will get the next crack at a title after "Suga" Sean O'Malley and Marlon "Chito" Vera fight at UFC 299 next month.

We asked Merab if the UFC has informed him that he will fight the winner. Merab also tells us who he would prefer to fight, and why.

Kagney Linn Karter -- a famous porn star -- has died by suicide ... TMZ has learned.

The adult film actress -- who got her start in the industry way back in the mid-2000s -- passed away Thursday in Cuyahoga County ... this according to online records that confirm her body was received by the Medical Examiner's office that day from Parma, OH.

A rep for the Parma Police Department tells TMZ ... Kagney appears to have taken her own life -- something confirmed by friends of hers who've now started a GoFundMe on behalf of her mom, Tina.

The organizers of the GFM say the cash raised will go toward costs Tina has incurred in properly laying KLK to rest, including memorial services. The GFM -- which has a goal of $8,000, and has raised just less than $6k at this point -- will use any leftover cash and donate it to a local animal rescue charity ... something her friends say she would've wanted.

The two women behind the GoFundMe say they're fitness studio owners -- ones that Kagney would apparently frequent in the Cleveland, OH area -- and they say she had started one of her own as well in Akron ... noting it was the first pole studio of its kind around there.

The GFM has kind words to share, writing ... "Kagney was a woman who wore many hats; she was a performer, a singer, a dancer, a daughter and a friend. She first came to our Cleveland studio in November of 2019, freshly moved out of L.A., rearing and ready to jump back in to pole, in a brand new community where she knew no one and no one knew her."

The 2 women organizing the GFM go on to claim Kagney had personal problems too, saying ... "Unfortunately, despite all of her many impressive accomplishments and talents, Kagney struggled with mental health issues as the years passed by."

They continue ... "Even in her darkest days, however, she still showed up to the studio, always ready to learn, contribute, better herself in whatever small way she could manage. As alone as she undoubtedly felt within the confines of her own head, she continued to make an effort to show up for her friends and the community who cared about her. She fought her own battles with the same tenacity and drive she showed in every other area of her life, with as much strength as she could."

Kagney had starred in countless adult films and programs throughout her lengthy career -- and she was a decorated performer in the porn biz ... having won AVN awards and other accolades for her work. In addition to porn, she also modeled a lot -- including for Penthouse -- and danced at exotic clubs as well.

One of her last posts shows her recently vacationing in Florida, where seemed to be in good spirits. Kagney was only 36.

10:45 AM PT -- Breece Hall is breaking his silence on the incident ... saying, "If you know me you know I always show love!!! There’s a time and a place for everything but harassing me at baggage claim ain’t the time or place💯."

Breece also thanked Carl and "my guy Joe" for getting involved ... adding their presence helped keep the peace.

Breece Hall came face-to-face with an overzealous autograph seeker when he touched down in Jersey after a week of partying in Vegas at the Super Bowl ... and things got so tense, NY Giants legend Carl Banks stepped in to prevent things from escalating!

The incident went down last Sunday at Newark Airport just a few minutes after the 22-year-old got off his flight, while he was waiting at baggage claim ... when a fan *attempted* to get Breece's John Hancock.

For whatever reason, Hall, one of the best running backs in the NFL, didn't want to sign, so he declined ... and that's when things went south.

A witness heard the commotion and whipped out his phone and started rolling.

It's unclear exactly what was said/done to kick things off, but the fan was heard telling Hall, "So, be a man. If you're gonna slap me, slap me!"

61-year-old Banks, the 2x Super Bowl-winning Giants linebacker intervened, putting his 6'4" frame in between the fan and Breece, while encouraging the guy to keep it moving.

But, the guy wasn't done ... he continued jawing at Hall, who seemed to keep his cool despite the stressful situation.

At one point, another witness off-camera is heard warning the angry man, "It's a federal crime if you get in a fight at the airport."

Seemingly taking the advice, the man finally walks off ... but not before hurling one last insult at the NFL star.

"Get the f*** out of here, p****!"

As for why Banks assisted Hall, we asked Carl ... #58 said he wasn't going to stand by and let his buddy get screwed with.

Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign have the No. 1 album in the game after much controversy -- a controversy Lil Tjay says won't ever contain the wave.

TMZ Hip Hop caught up with the Trench Baby ahead of his trip to Dubai and while he was impressed with the success of Ye's "Vultures 1" ... 148,000 equivalent album units to be exact ... Tjay thinks the project would have tripled in sales with his usual major label support.

Ye actually placed some blame on the existing streaming service agreements when we spoke to him about the album's release ... but it's his 11th consecutive No. 1 project, a big win nonetheless!!!

Ye also blew off the perception that he's "canceled" after his antisemitic comments -- something Tjay apparently agrees with wholeheartedly.

Tjay notes the worst-case scenario is being blocked from the music industry machine -- something that Ye has already experienced releasing the album independently.

On February 15, Ye had to do an emergency swap after his original distributor, FUGA, abandoned ship before Create Music Group's Label Engine hub welcomed him with open arms.

Travis Scott, Lil Durk, Freddie Gibbs and North West were among the guests who helped get "Vultures 1" to the top of the charts but Tjay's calling dibs on the next album.

Jeff Bezos y Lauren Sánchez pueden valer miles de millones... pero a veces ponen los pies en la tierra y quieren disfrutar de las cosas simples de la vida.

El fundador de Amazon y su prometida -quienes están muy acostumbrados a la vida de lujo- fueron vistos en un restaurante relativamente pequeño en Miami el domingo llamado Tropical chino, y se sentaron para compartir una comida con otra pareja.

Si crees que destacarían como un pulgar dolorido en un antro como este ... pues estás en lo cierto. Como se puede ver en estas fotos obtenidas por TMZ - Jeff y co. ciertamente parecían celebridades en una parte muy normie de la ciudad. Y, en un modesto establecimiento como este - tal vez el doble.

La razón por la que sabemos que es cierto ... algunos de los clientes del restaurante - y algunos empleados también, al parecer - se acercó a charlar con JB y su equipo ... al parecer en el temor de que estaba allí.

A Jeff no parecía importarle la atención, fue visto sonriendo y sacándose fotos con los trabajadores del lugar. Una vez que él y su amada fueron finalmente capaces de sentarse y comer, nos dicen que disfrutaron del pato Pekín, que cuesta alrededor de $78 en ese lugar.

Es un menú completo de dos platos y sin duda una de sus ofertas más caras. Todo lo demás es bastante asequible, una orden de arroz frito en este lugar cuesta entre $15 y $26.

Madonna sufrió un percance en el escenario este fin de semana. Resulta que se cayó hacia atrás durante su último show... afortunadamente se encuentra bien.

Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez might be worth billions -- but they're just like us ... 'cause sometimes, they just want some basic lo mein, and when they do -- they dine in.

The Amazon founder and his fiancée -- who are quite accustomed to the high life -- rolled into a relatively dinky restaurant in Miami Sunday called Tropical Chinese and they sat down for a meal with another couple for dinner.

If you think they'd stand out like a sore thumb in a joint like this ... well, you're right. As you can see in these photos obtained by TMZ -- Jeff and co. most certainly looked like celebs in a very normie part of town. And, in a modest establishment like this -- perhaps doubly so.

The reason we know that's true ... some of the restaurant patrons -- and some staff too, it seems -- came over to chat it up with JB and his crew ... apparently in awe he was there.

Jeff didn't seem to mind the attention ... he was seen smiling and yukking it up with the commoners -- and once he and his party were finally able to sit down and munch, we're told they appeared to be delving into the Peking duck ... which goes for about $78 there.

It's a whole two-course deal there and certainly one of their pricier offerings. Everything else is fairly affordable ... a fried rice order at this place costs between $15 and $26.

Considering Jeff and Lauren are used to a certain standard of living in their day-to-day -- this must've been a nice change of pace for them. Hey, billionaires need greasy noodles too!

Madonna suffered a mishap onstage this weekend ... which saw her go toppling backward in the middle of the show -- but thankfully, she seemed to be okay.

The singer was in the middle of performing Sunday night at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle -- her latest stop on the "Celebration" tour -- and while she was belting out "Open Your Heart," she and one of her backup dancers attempted this choreographed move on a chair.

In video obtained by TMZ, you can see Madge sitting in the chair -- which her dancer tilts back ... only to lose control and send his boss straight to the floor. It stunned the crowd.

Unclear what exactly went wrong here ... but from the looks of it, the dude lost his grip as he was dragging her back down the stage plank, and it ended with Madonna on her back.

Madge was laying there for a quick sec, but the show went on ... with her dancer continuing to strut his stuff -- and Madonna herself eventually rising to her feet and keeping it going.

Funny enough ... something similar happened at yet another concert of hers recently -- only it wasn't the pop star in the chair, but rather ... Old Saint Nick, who took quite a tumble.

Chair routines onstage -- pretty tricky, and seem to end with folks laid out on their ass.
