Jack Doherty ha sido demandado por agresión y lesiones por un hombre que afirma que Doherty y otro hombre le dieron una paliza en una fiesta unos días antes de Halloween.

Según nuevos documentos judiciales obtenidos por TMZ, un hombre llamado Chase Gardella está demandando al YouTuber y guardaespaldas Kane Kongg -nombre real Justin Goslee- por un incidente que aparentemente fue capturado en un video que muestra a Kane golpeando a una persona directamente en la cara.

Recordemos que en octubre, Jack publicó un clip de una fiesta de Halloween en Los Ángeles, donde parecía que estaba involucrado en un altercado con varios invitados. En el clip, se puede ver a Kane golpear a alguien de pie junto al YouTuber Corinna Kopf, que luego cae en el camino de ladrillo debajo de él con fuerza.

Gardella afirma que estaba en esta fiesta de Halloween el 29 de octubre y estaba hablando con Jack y Kane alrededor de las 12:30 AM. Según los documentos, Jack dijo "Vamos a pelear. Nosotros dos contra ustedes dos, muy bien" -cosa que se alinea con el clip de YouTube- y momentos más tarde, Chase dice que Kongg le dio un puñetazo.

Chase dicie que no consintió en ser golpeado y sufrió lesiones en la cabeza, el cuello y la cara cuando cayó. Gardella afirma que Jack ha publicado varios videos en su cuenta de YouTube en los que sus guardaespaldas intimidan a las personas que reaccionan mal a sus bromas.

Chase se ocupaba de sus asuntos, disfrutando de una divertida fiesta de Halloween con amigos cuando fue brutalmente atacado por un hombre varias veces más grande que él. New reports suggest the real reason Kelly Rowland walked off the set of "Today" was because of being peppered with Beyoncé questions -- but that's BS ... so say well-placed sources.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Kelly arrived last Friday just before 8 AM -- already in full glam -- and she and her team began complaining about her dressing room from the jump. We're told "Today" staffers explained their dressing rooms were notoriously "dumpy, glorified closets."

The sources go on to say Kelly and her team were "quite upset," and asked who had the dressing room upstairs. They were told that room was taken by J Lo, but they were then offered a few options. We're told Kelly and her team liked none of them, and 7 minutes before air, they said, "We're gonna leave," and they booked it.

The sources say there's no truth to the notion Kelly's breaking point was Savannah Guthrie repeatedly asked KR about Beyoncé during her sit-down in the second hour of the show.

These reports claim Kelly has a stipulation for interviews that Beyoncé and Destiny's Child questions were off limits. Whether that's true or not ... we've been told squarely that's not why Kelly left.

That jibes with what the main characters have said over the last couple of days ... including Hoda herself, who explicitly mentioned dressing rooms Monday while extending an olive branch to Kelly.

Also ... Sherri Shepherd leaned into the dressing room dust-up while welcoming Kelly on her own show ... and they played it up further with BTS footage, showing the dressing room Kelly got -- and telegraphing it was way better than what "Today" offered.

Now, on the issue of Kelly being peeved about questions regarding Beyoncé/DC -- there may actually be some truth to that ... as she did come across as a bit annoyed with Savannah, and she proved to be annoyed in other interviews this week too.

With that said ... that's not why she left "Today" on Friday. It was, indeed, dressing room problems. Now, that's not to say Kelly isn't welcomed back to "Today" -- 'cause she is.

Jack Doherty is being sued for assault and battery by a man who claims Doherty and another man beat him up at a party a few days before Halloween.

According to new court docs, obtained by TMZ, a man named Chase Gardella is suing YouTuber and bodyguard Kane Kongg -- real name Justin Goslee -- for an incident that was apparently caught on video showing Kane punching a person squarely in the face.

Remember ... back in October, Jack posted a clip from David Dobrik's Halloween party in L.A. where it looked like he was involved in an altercation with several partygoers. In the clip, you see Kane punch someone standing by YouTuber Corinna Kopf, who then falls on the brick path underneath him hard.

Gardella claims he was at this Halloween party on October 29 and was talking to Jack and Kane at around 12:30 AM. According to the docs, Jack said "We’re gonna fight. Us two versus you two, alright go" -- which lines up with the YouTube clip — and moments later Chase says Kongg punched him.

Chase is saying he did not consent to being punched and suffered injuries to his head, neck and face when he fell. Gardella claims Jack has posted a number of vids to his YouTube account where his bodyguards intimidate people who react poorly to his pranks.

He also claims Goslee has been in legal trouble for assaults in the past -- you’ll recall, we reported an earlier alleged incident where he was accused of knocking out a woman while working security for DaBaby.

Chase's attorney Greyson Goody tells TMZ... “This was a disgusting, unprovoked assault on a young man by a professional boxer at the direction of his social media influencer employer. Chase was minding his own business, enjoying a fun Halloween Party with friends when he was brutally attacked by a man several times larger than him. This sort of behavior by Jack Doherty and his cronies needs to end. Chase suffered serious injuries that could de-rail his life and career.”

Devin Ratray -- who famously played Buzz in "Home Alone" -- has reached a resolution in his domestic violence case in Oklahoma ... and the deal he struck will keep him out of jail.

The actor pleaded guilty to two counts of domestic violence Wednesday ... which finally brought the case to a close after it'd been pending for nearly 3 years.

Court documents, obtained by TMZ, show that after entering his plea, he was sentenced by a judge -- and he'll just be on probation for the next 3 years ... while also being ordered to complete a Batterers Intervention Program and undergo a drug/alcohol assessment.

Devin -- who appeared via video link with his attorney -- is also required to cover court costs and have zero contact with the victim.

You'll remember ... Devin was arrested after he was accused of pushing, punching and pressing his hands against his ex-GF's throat and mouth during a drunk altercation in December 2021.

He was booked for felony domestic assault and battery by strangulation, as well as misdemeanor domestic assault and battery. He was later released on a $25K bond.

Devin initially entered a not-guilty plea back in February 2022 ... and things have moved super slow since. Now, he's copped a plea and it looks like he avoided time behind bars because of it.

The case saw further holdup last month when Devin's lawyers recently informed the judge he was hospitalized "in critical condition."

An Amazon van got split in half on a railroad track a few years ago -- the aftermath of which looked absolutely wild at the time ... but it doesn't even compare to what you can see now.

TMZ has obtained new video from a Nov. 2021 accident that happened out in Milwaukee as a driver was driving along a road out in the countryside -- while he just so happened to go over a railroad crossing ... with an oncoming Amtrak train that he didn't see or hear.

The driver's name is Alexander Evans, and somehow ... he survived the direct hit -- which completely bisected his vehicle ... and quite literally leaving it cut in half with 2 big chunks.

Like we said, based on the pictures alone -- it's a miracle Evans escaped this nightmare relatively unscathed ... and that goes doubly after you watch the whole from his perspective inside the actual van. That POV is seen in this footage we got ... and it's insane.

You can see Evans going about his business and driving along casually. He makes a left-hand turn to get over the tracks ... and that's when the train comes barreling through his van.

Evans gets completely rocked inside ... and even after the immediate impact, the train goes zipping by right behind him. He's able to get his composure and starts to unbuckle himself -- seemingly looking okay. In the end, Evans only went to the hospital out of precaution.

BTW, we obtained another angle of the crash ... and this was from the front of the van, capturing the moment of impact, when you can see the glass shattering on the windshield.

Worth noting ... Evans told local media outlets at the time that he was deaf in his left ear and didn't hear the Amtrak horn until it was too late. He couldn't believe he'd survived this.

TMZ ha obtenido un nuevo video de un accidente de noviembre 2021 que ocurrió en Milwaukee, cuando un conductor estaba conduciendo a lo largo de una carretera en el campo, hasta que, de repente, apareció un tren Amtrak que ni vio ni oyó.

El nombre del conductor es Alexander Evans, y de alguna manera sobrevivió al impacto directo que dividió por completo su vehículo y, literalmente, lo cortó por la mitad.

Como hemos dicho, basándonos únicamente en las imágenes, es un milagro que Evans saliera relativamente ileso de esta pesadilla... sobre todo después de ver su perspectiva dentro de la furgoneta. Las imágenes que tenemos realmente son una locura.

Se puede ver Evans conduciendo tranquilo. Todo marcha bien hasta que hace un giro a la izquierda para pasar por encima de las vías, y ahí es cuando el tren viene a barrer con todo a su paso.

Evans queda completamente sacudido en el interior, e incluso después del impacto inmediato, el tren pasa zumbando justo detrás de él. Consigue recuperar la compostura y empieza a desabrocharse el cinturón, aparentemente sin problemas. Al final, Evans solo fue al hospital por precaución.

Por cierto, hemos obtenido otro ángulo del accidente y esto fue desde la parte delantera de la furgoneta, la captura del momento del impacto, cuando se puede ver el cristal rompiéndose en el parabrisas.

Vale la pena señalar que Evans le dijo a los medios de comunicación locales que estaba sordo del oído izquierdo y que no escuchó la bocina del tren hasta que fue demasiado tarde. No podía creer que había sobrevivido a esto.

Think your tennis background's going to save you on the pickleball court? Think again ... 'cause Genie Bouchard says the two sports aren't even remotely the same!!

The tennis star explained it all to TMZ Sports while out in Las Vegas for Super Bowl week ... saying straight up her talent with a racket did not instantaneously transfer over when she picked up a pickle paddle.

"People think there's an automatic transition from tennis to pickleball and there's not," she said. "It's a completely different sport."

Genie, of course, knows all about it firsthand... after years of dominating on the tennis courts, she just recently made the move to play on the PPA Tour -- a league for pro pickleballers -- and she's had some growing pains.

Obviously, she's flashed some ridiculous talent ... but she nonetheless fell in her singles debut last month.

"It requires different skills," she said.

Regardless, Bouchard told us she's determined to get better ... explaining she's hoping to dominate a sport "that's just, like, taking over the country."

The college student who got a cease and desist from Taylor Swift for tracking her private jet ain't sweating a legal battle with her, 'cause he thinks she'll balk ... so says his attorney.

James Slater, the lawyer for Jack Sweeney, tells TMZ ... he and his partners don't see any realistic legal path for T-Swift and her attorneys to take if they wanna press this jet issue.

Now, Slater does say if there was any movement from Taylor's side -- namely, a lawsuit of some sort -- Sweeney's team would immediately respond with an anti-SLAPP motion ... a law that provides defendants a way to dismiss meritless lawsuits quickly.

JS adds to us the letter from Tay Tay's attorney, Kate Wright Morrone, had little legal substance, from his POV, and her assertation Jack committed stalking and harassing behavior by showing TS's flight path to the world was totally unfounded in the eyes of the law.

He basically blasts the whole thing as a big scare tactic ... asserting everything that needed to be addressed was written in the letter he sent to Swift's team -- and that nothing else really needs to be mentioned to make their point. Bottom line ... Sweeney ain't scared!

Quick recap ... things took off when TS' attorneys issued a legal threat to Sweeney in December, warning him that if he didn't stop putting their famous client's safety in imminent danger, he'd be subject to further legal action.

But Slater retaliated last month ... saying Taylor's camp cited no law supporting the cease and desist -- while also rebuffing the stalking claims ... saying it doesn't apply to his client whatsoever since Sweeney has never made a "credible threat" against Taylor through his words or actions.

He also pointed out the obvious ... Sweeney simply uploaded publicly available data from the Federal Aviation Administration to track Taylor's plane movements -- a point backed by aviation attorney Tim Loranger of Wisner Baum, who tells us this has been a longtime hobby for aviation buffs ... insisting there's no there-there to threaten a lawsuit or any legal action.

Loranger tells TMZ that whether aircraft owners like it or not ... their planes and jets have to be registered with the FAA and their registration numbers are displayed on their aircraft's side ...  making it pretty easy to be followed on flight tracking services.

We spoke to some more legal experts who weighed in on Swift vs. Sweeney -- and not everyone thinks he's in the clear. Civil attorney Tre Lovell of The Lovell Firm tells us that unless Sweeney can clearly describe the purpose for his actions ... he'd suggest Sweeney treads very carefully moving forward.

In contrast, Camron Dowlatshahi of Mills Sadat Dowlat LLP says TS has no legal standing in this matter -- but the one thing she's got is a whole lotta $$$ to bury JS in legal fees -- so, bottom line, he should probably watch his back.

Bottom line ... more people seem to think Jack's A-OK to keep tracking ... ball's in his court.

Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign's 'Vultures' album still reigns supreme on the charts -- a win Hitmaka says his team can partially take credit for, and he thinks Ye will get stronger from it.

TMZ Hip Hop caught up with Hitmaka on Tuesday and the super-producer basked in the 'Vultures' success -- his Makasound Records co-founder Prince Chrishan scored 4 records on the project and Hitmaka tells us he's already hightailed it to Italy to work on part II.

Between joints like "Paid" and "Fuk Summ," Hitmaka believes Kanye won people over with solid music but still thinks he's one of God's faves and will always luck up when the going gets tough ... something Ye would probably agree on wholeheartedly.

Hitmaka's always looking for his next big record and in light of Nicki Minaj's attempts to recruit Katt Williams for her Pink Friday 2 Tour, we hipped him to the fact that the "Barbie World" rapper's little sister Ming Luanli is following in her footsteps and jumpstarting her own rap career!!!

Nicki and Hitmaka worked together on her debut album back in 2010 and he tells us he'd love to keep it in the family and get Ming to the top like big sis.

Now, even though it isn't an engagement ring -- that's not to say this bling isn't nice ... 'cause it is. We're told this ring features a 5-carat yellow diamond with other diamonds around it.

Anyway, in terms of where things stand between Larsa and Marcus at this point -- who very much so look back together and happy again ... our sources are saying they're continuing to work through their issues -- but they're definitely still in love and committed to being together.

Remember, they hit the town on V-day ... and certainly telegraphed all was well again.
