This came out of nowhere ... mega-rich WWE star Randy Orton HAS GOTTEN DIVORCED -- and TMZ has learned, he gets a ton of the marital loot ... including cars, massive bank accounts ... and of course, his gun collection.

The divorce order was signed just last month. Randy and his now-ex Samantha were married in 2007, but separated in 2012. Samantha filed for divorce in March, claiming the marriage was "irretrievably broken." They have one 4-year-old daughter.

But the split seems pretty amicable ... both parties came to a separation agreement, which details the division of property post-split.

According to the document, Randy gets his 2012 Range Rover, his 2011 Bentley, and his 2009 Harley Davidson. Samantha gets her 2013 Infiniti.

Randy also gets a bunch of six-figure bank accounts, his gun collection, his jewelry, and one house ... plus 100% of all rights, title, and interest in his WWE contract (which is worth a ton of money). According to the docs, Randy rakes in $291,666 per month in salary.

Meanwhile, Samantha gets a bank account worth $654,317 ... not bad ... as well as her jewelry (including her $99,000 engagement ring and wedding ring). She also gets one house.

As for their daughter, Samantha gets sole legal and physical custody, but Randy gets visitation. He has also agreed to pay Samantha $4,500 per month in child support.

Seems pretty fair to us.

The people closest to Randy Travis are extremely worried about the singer's condition ... with sources telling TMZ his health had declined pretty rapidly in recent days after coming down with what he initially thought was a bad cold.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... just 3 weeks ago, 54-year-old Travis completed his court-ordered rehab stemming from a 2012 drunk driving arrest ... and was finally back on the road.

We're told ... once Travis began touring, he came down with what he thought was a cold ... but turned out to be pneumonia.

Our sources say Travis' health deteriorated quickly ... and Sunday he was airlifted to a hospital, where he was treated for complications stemming from viral cardiomyopathy.

One medical expert tells TMZ viral cardiomyopathy is not necessarily a death sentence ... and some patients can survive, depending on the level of permanent damage to the heart muscle.

Travis' camp hasn't released the particulars about his medical situation -- only to say he's in critical condition.

Still, we're told Randy's friends and family are "frantic."

"Big Brother" star Spencer Clawson is not a Hitler-loving bigot -- he's just saying terrible things so his racist friends in the house will like him ... so says Spencer's mother.

TMZ spoke with Donna Clawson ... who insists her son wasn't showing his true colors when "BB" cameras caught him praising Hitler and referring to a gay housemate as "Kermit the f**."

"Spencer really is a great guy," she tells us ... "This is not a guy that’s a bigot or a racist. And he’s not that way at home. He's a great guy."

So why would Spencer say such horrible things? Mama Clawson says her son is just trying to fit in with the racist, homophobic people in the house ... because it's the only way he can win the reality show.

"If you're in a group, you go along with the group talk and that is what is happening with him."

She adds, "This is a reality show. The purpose of the show is scheming behind each other's backs."

Hulk Hogan's ex-wife lost her treasured family keepsakes, but they just resurfaced ... on eBay -- and now she's on a mission to get them back ... TMZ has learned.

Linda Hogan tells us a bunch of stuff from her L.A. storage unit just hit the auction site -- including pictures of Nick Hogan's christening, a CD of Brooke Hogan's first single and a weird cake statue of the whole family.

The eBay seller claims he found the stash at a local thrift store -- and Linda says it must have been taken mistakenly 2 months ago when she hired guys to move some of her stuff from storage to Goodwill.

"No family photos were ever given to anyone," Linda tells us. "I would never give away baby pictures of my kids!!!"

Linda's hoping the seller will give the items back to her, free of charge -- but says she will NOT make a bid because she "doesn't know how to use eBay."

Looking like a cross between Coco, Anna Nicole Smith, and two young girls who just got their hair braided on a cheesy summer vacation, Playboy's famous twins Kristina and Karissa Shannon resurfaced in L.A. recently ... or at least their tanned asses did.

"High School Musical" star Chris Warren is singing a happy tune these days, because a judge recently awarded him $330,000 ... from his own parents.

As TMZ first reported, Warren sued his mom ("Passions" actress Brook Kerr) and dad, (Christopher Warren Sr., not famous) claiming they established a trust for him back in 2001 for all the money he made as a minor, but were secretly dipping into it ... big time.

Neither of Chris' parents ever responded to the suit, despite being properly served, so the judge sided with Chris ... to the tune of $337,186.68.

The gravy train is about to come to a screeching halt in the child support department ... at least if Charlie Sheen has his way with Brooke Mueller.

TMZ has learned ... Charlie filed legal docs this week ... asking a judge to cancel his obligation to pay Brooke $55k a month in child support.

Sources close to Charlie tell TMZ ... he thinks it's absurd he should pay her anything while she's in rehab, because she doesn't have the kids -- they're with Denise Richards.

Charlie believes Brooke is using almost all the money for her rehab -- something he doesn't want to pay for. Charlie has paid for several of Brooke's rehab stints before, and he doesn't think he owes her that obligation any longer.

Now get this ... we've learned Charlie has offered to up Denise's child support while she cares for Bob and Max, but Denise has refused the money.

One final thing. It's feeling like there's some bad blood here. We've learned Denise recently brought the twins by the set of "Anger Management" to see Charlie at work. You may recall ... last XMAS Brooke went nuclear when she heard Denise planned to take her kids by the set, and Denise backed off.

When mom's away ... the kids will play -- and dad won't pay.

Paris Jackson does NOT respect authority ... so says her uncle Jermaine Jackson ... who insinuated that P's cutting incident was an overreaction to being told she couldn't go to a concert.

TMZ broke the story ... Paris was hospitalized last month for slicing her arm with a meat cleaver ... after she became upset at being told she was not allowed to attend a Marilyn Manson concert.

Sources say Paris' issues stem from her father's death -- which she's had a very hard time dealing with ever since he passed in 2009.

But when we ran into Jermaine in Calabasas yesterday, he told us ... issues be damned, Paris still needs to learn she can't always do whatever she wants.

"[Paris] has to learn there are certain guidelines when you grow up being a teenager," Jermaine said ... "There are rules."

But Jermaine isn't just pointing the finger at Paris ... suggesting P's guardians are to blame -- "I just think that ... things could have been enforced a little stronger."

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's baby daughter North West won't be unveiled on Kris Jenner's upcoming talk show ... despite reports to the contrary.

Sources close to the Kardashian fam tell TMZ, Kim is planning a first look with N.W. in a photo shoot. She hasn't accepted an offer yet, but we're told at least one magazine has offered North of $2 mil. We're told the proceeds will go to charity.

Interesting ... a baby reveal on Kris' new show could be a ratings bonanza, but it's not gonna happen.

In fact ... we're told Kim is so averse to exploiting her baby -- she doesn't even plan to show North West on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" next season. We're guessing Kanye had something to do with that decision.

Malibu has become Temptation Island ... because we've learned 17-year-old Kendall Jenner and her 15-year-old sister Kylie Jenner have set up a house by the sea -- where clothes are kept to a bare minimum.

Sources close to the Jenner sisters tell us, the Kardashian fam is renting a palatial beach pad primarily for the two girls during the summer months -- and no doubt, the hormones are going nuts.

You'll recall, Kylie is currently dating Will Smith's son Jaden ... and Kendall's obviously got her own endless list of suitors.

Michael Jackson was a loving father who cared deeply for his 3 children ... and they suffered an immeasurable loss when he passed away -- at least that's what Jackson family lawyers tried to show in court with MJ's own candid home videos.

The videos -- both shot by Michael -- were played for the jury in the Jackson family's wrongful death lawsuit against AEG.

The first was shot on Christmas Day in 2006 ... when Prince was 9, Paris was 8, and Blanket was 4.

It's pretty touching -- Michael asks each of his children what they want to be when they grow up, and he really does sound like a caring father.

The other clip was shot years earlier -- when Prince and Paris were both toddlers. It's clear from the footage they both adore their dad, calling themselves "daddy's baby."

Looking like a Sith lord, Kanye West spent some quality 1-on-1 time with his baby's mama's mama Kris Jenner in Los Angeles today ... and shocker, he wasn't in a very friendly mood!

Kanye made it clear he didn't wanna talk right from the start ... and Kris, obviously aware of Kanye's explosive temper, playfully (or nervously) signaled to the photog to back off before K blew his top.

Thankfully, the photog took Kris' warning ... and no one was hurt in the making of this clip.

It's the first time we've seen Kanye out in public since the birth of his daughter North.

As we previously reported, Kim is in hiding with the child at a secret location so they can bond without the cameras around.

There are rumors that Kim will debut the kid on Kris' new talk show.

CM Punk's legal wish has been granted -- a judge has issued a 2-year restraining order against the WWE superstar's estranged mother after she allegedly bombarded him with threats, TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Punk filed legal docs in Illinois claiming his mom threatened to commit suicide several times after he stopped giving her money to pay for her living situation. Punk also claimed his mom had threatened to expose humiliating secrets from his past.

Punk had already received a temporary restraining order against his mom -- but today, the judge decided to extend the order of protection for 2 years.

Michael Jackson was foolishly generous when he was alive ... handing out $100 bills to complete strangers whenever he felt like it -- this according to his nephew.

TJ Jackson -- the co-guardian of Michael's three kids -- testified today as part of the wrongful death lawsuit against AEG, claiming MJ was "extremely generous" ... citing generosity towards his employees, as well as random handouts of $100 bills to strangers.

It's pretty crazy ... considering MJ died a financial wreck, buried in nearly insurmountable debt.

During his testimony, TJ also said MJ's daughter Paris was hit the hardest by the singer's death, saying, "The loss of my uncle has hit her at a different level ... She was daddy's little girl. My uncle was her world."

TJ said he also supports Halle Berry's efforts to block paparazzi from chasing celebrity kids -- claiming the Jackson children are often faced with rogue photogs. He said, "I think it's awful what they get away with."

Michael Jackson -- who was so elusive and freakish during his adult life -- was privately a doting dad who was adored by his kids -- at least based on the family pictures that were shown to the jury.

Prince Jackson testified Wednesday about MJ and how loving he was when no one but the kids were around. The photos that went along with Prince's testimony seem to prove the point.

The hot wife of Guns N' Roses bassist Duff McKagan is scared for her life and the life of her two teenage daughters, claiming a man has been stalking them all the way from Arizona -- but the weird thing ... it's not clear who the man is really after.

Susan Holmes-McKagan (above with Duff) has just obtained a temporary restraining order against 21-year-old Story Walker Bannister, claiming the Phoenix man showed up at her L.A. home last week while she was traveling with Duff.

According to the docs, Susan's mother was home at the time watching the girls -- one sixteen, the other 13 -- and Bannister demanded to see her "daughter."

Since it was Susan's mother who was speaking to him, it wasn't clear if Bannister was referring to Susan or one of Susan's teenage daughters -- but Susan's account is still really creepy as hell.

According to Susan's mother, Bannister refused to leave the property until he saw who he came to see ... and that it was "destiny" that brought him to the home. According to the docs, Susan's mom called police who hauled Bannister off for a psychological evaluation.
