AIRING IT OUT

She may not have meant to do it, but Cardi B just came up with the title of her next hit track ... "P***Y BREATHIN'!"

The rapper was riding in a car in an all-denim outfit late Tuesday night when she became, uh, uncomfortable -- especially in the crotch area -- because her pants were too tight.

She explained her plight as only Cardi can ... "I hate having p***y wedgies, bro. My p***y be screaming at me like, 'Bitch! You got me f**ked up! You want a yeast infection, bitch?"

So, you gotta watch her remedy the situation by riding bare-ass on the car seat to let her p***y breathe. Cardi can pull this off because ... she's Cardi.

The surgeon general does NOT recommend you try this in the back of an Uber. There could be serious surcharges and/or criminal charges.

I GOTTA TAKE CARE OF SOMETHING

This isn't the first time Cardi's been very open and honest in public about her battle with wedgies -- a couple weeks ago at a concert in New Zealand, she stopped the show and told her fans ... "I need a little break. I'm gonna be right back. I gotta take this wedgie out my ass."

The crowd loved it. So does CB's p***y.

Rihanna No Shade, but ... The Name is All Mine, Dad!!!

Published | Updated

Rihanna's rubbing it in her father's face -- she's the only one who's gonna cash in on the family name ... it's as plain as the designer shades on her face.

Late Tuesday night she was strolling out of her dentist's office rocking a pair of Fenty shades -- the same ones she was wearing Monday night at Sound of Brazil nightclub. You don't need Fenty bifocals (wouldn't those be cool) to read the subtext here.

TMZ broke the story ... RiRi's suing her dad, Ronald Fenty, over the family name ... essentially.

Dear ol' Dad launched a talent management company called Fenty Entertainment -- but Rihanna says she's trademarked Fenty for commercial use. You know she's already made Fenty huge in the cosmetics and apparel biz, and she's concerned Ronald's org will confuse the marketplace.

Ronald's little girl is making her point ... the shade is real.

Rihanna Sues Her Own Dad For Jacking 'Fenty'

Published | Updated

Rihanna is going after her own father in court for using her Fenty brand and his relationship to her to launch a business for himself ... according to new court docs.

In a new lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- Rihanna claims her father, Ronald Fenty, recently started a talent development company in 2017 called Fenty Entertainment. The problem ... Rihanna has already trademarked "Fenty" to use in a number of biz ventures, including her well-known Fenty Beauty line. She claims he's profiting off the reputation she's created with Fenty.

In the docs, Rihanna says her father and a business partner falsely advertised themselves as her reps to solicit millions of dollars, including trying to book her for 15 shows in Latin America in December 2017 for $15 mil ... all without her authorization.

Rihanna claims later her dad even unsuccessfully tried to file a trademark for "Fenty" to use with resort boutique hotels.

She says she's sent multiple cease and desist letters to her father, ordering him to stop capitalizing off of her Fenty trademarks, but says he's ignored them and continued to make money off of Fenty Entertainment.

She's asking a judge to place an injunction on her dad using the name Fenty ... and, of course, for damages.

We've reached out to Ronald for comment ... so far, no word back.

Moschino USA Sued Your Manager's Racist ... Calls Black Clients 'Serenas'!!!

Published | Updated

An employee at Moschino USA has a code name for black clients who don't look like ballers -- "Serenas" ... so claims an ex-employee who's suing the company.

Shamael Lataillade is suing the Italian luxury clothing company, claiming her female supervisor at the WeHo shop had a specific protocol for black clients if they didn't have diamonds or carry name brands. In docs obtained by TMZ, she says the woman would call them a "Serena" and instructed other employees to follow and watch them closely -- sometimes even writing down their license plates.

It's not spelled out in the suit, but the alleged code would seem to be a reference to Serena Williams.

What's more ... Shamael claims the supervisor told employees to tell "Serenas" they were out of stock on many items -- and even called cops once to report a suspicious black customer. She says the guy turned out to be a high-profile rapper, but she doesn't name him.

On a personal level, Shamael -- a black, Haitian-American woman -- claims the supervisor discriminated against her and mocked her as someone who practices voodoo. She was canned for complaining to corporate about the "Serena" code word and other things ... according to the suit.

She's suing Moschino for unspecified damages. The company tells us it denies Shamael's allegations and adds ... it "complies with applicable equal employment laws and values and respects all customers and clients regardless of their race or background."

Beyonce Didn't Break the Bank on Vow Renewal Dress ... Just a Mere $10k

Published | Updated

Beyonce thrilled fans by finally revealing the dress she wore when she and Jay-Z renewed their vows, but the biggest surprise is she went discount for the gown! Well ... a Beyonce discount, anyway.

TMZ's learned she paid a little more than $10k for her gorgeous white Thelma gown by designer Galia Lahav -- $10,300 to be exact. A lot of money for most of us, for sure, but pennies for a queen.

We're told her stylist went to Lahav's flagship store in April 2018 to purchase the dress, and the designer was made aware the gown MIGHT be used for the couple's 10-year anniversary vow renewal ... but it wasn't a sure thing.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

So, it came as a surprise to Galia -- just like everyone else -- when Beyonce shared a split-second shot of the dress at the couple's vow renewal ceremony in her 2018 video recap.

We're told Beyonce's style team has worked with Lahav in the past and bought other items from the store, but this was the first time she was seen wearing the brand.

Obviously, the designer was thrilled.

Yung Joc to Usher Here's a Hairy Situation ... Let's Battle for King of Hair & Fleek Style!!!

Published | Updated

Debating the real king of R&B is so 2018 ... with 2019 in full swing, Yung Joc's throwing down the gauntlet and challenging Usher to settle once and for all who's the real king of the hair & fleek style. Allow us to explain.

You'll recall Usher made waves by ringing in the New Year with a brand-new hairdo ... a retro pompadour hairstyle to complement his rat pack-themed outfit. That hairdo's apparently dubbed hair & fleek ... and YJ knows a little about that style too.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

The rapper made headlines in 2016 with a similar look he said was inspired by a new acting role. He got bagged on big time, but Yung Joc tells TMZ he didn't give a damn ... 'cause he kept the look for a year!! Usher's new look prompted YJ to repost a side-by-side comparison ... followed by the question -- "WHO IS THE REAL KING OF HAIR & FLEEK?"

Yung Joc tells TMZ ... Usher -- who, BTW, has a vote for the real king of R&B -- needs to keep the look beyond just a transformation for his party if he even wants to be considered for the title. YJ even has a date in mind for when they can settle this debate. And, he wants us to call Usher and make it happen.

Usher, you've been called!

Demi Lovato New BF Makes Me Smile a Lot!!! Aspen Doesn't Hurt Either

Published | Updated

Demi Lovato looked almost angelic while ringing in the New Year, clearly sticking to her new battle cry -- to never take another day for granted.

The singer and her BF, Henry Levy, celebrated the New Year in Aspen. She was all smiles and dressed to the nines -- flowy, long white fur coat (we know, can't tell if it's real or faux) with boots and a very color-poppin' Hermes Birkin bag.

Demi's jewelry choices might also raise eyebrows -- she's rocking a diamond ring on her left ring finger -- y'know, that one. It doesn't look very engagement-y, and the relationship is only a couple months old -- but stranger things have happened.

In any event, it's clear Demi's leaving her tumultuous 2018 in the rearview mirror by looking like a million bucks in 2019.

She has a new alter ego -- a glittery metallic alien. Gaga soared over the stage in a silver jumpsuit, rode a robot with massive tentacles and sat in a giant egg that was hanging from the ceiling.

Gaga sampled a bunch of space outfits, including a black leotard with a lime green ruffle coat, a black bodysuit with silver foil and large shoulder pads, and a silver jumpsuit with matching boots.

More than 5,000 folks jammed into the venue for the show, including Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom and Adam Lambert.

The show will go through November of next year ... obviously there are breaks in between.

Nirvana Sues Marc Jacobs ... You Jacked Our Famous Smiley!!!

Published | Updated

Nirvana's famous smiley face design was stolen by clothing brand Marc Jacobs ... so says the band in a new lawsuit.

The docs claim, in November 2018, MJ announced the release of its "Bootleg Redux Grunge" collection. Included in the collection were socks, shirts and sweaters. The MJ line featured a squiggly yellow smiley face.

Problem is, Nirvana has owned the trademark to a very similar smiley face design since 1992 ... and says "Bootleg Redux Grunge" is a blatant ripoff of the design.

The lawsuit also claims Nirvana as one of the founders of the "Grunge" music scene ... so even the Marc Jacobs' line name was hatched thanks to the band.

We've reached out to a rep for Marc Jacobs for comment ... so far, no word back.
