She was caught in the middle of one of the craziest NFL love triangles ever -- but model Jena Frumes says she cool with Antonio Brown after he left her to get back with his pregnant girlfriend.

The story made all sorts of headlines when Brown left his pregnant girlfriend, Chelsie, for an off-season romance with Jena Frumes ... only to leave Frumes to go back to Chelsie in April.

Frumes was PISSED at the time and tweeted that Brown used her to piss off Chelsie -- so, when we saw her out in L.A. this week ... we had to ask if she was still upset.

Good news for AB ... Frumes says they're cool again -- and she would even draft him on her fantasy football team.

Mariah Carey dropped some knowledge on us about marriage -- when to get into it, and when to get out -- and also dropped a big hint about what's really going on with Nick Cannon these days.

Mimi came off like a real-life therapist Thursday in Bev Hills, where she was on a mystery "mission" ... and the TMZ Celebrity Tour spotted her. When our tour guide/photog asked why she and Nick have been hanging out so much lately ... MC got philosophical.

Bella Thorne now met Scott Disick the party monster up close and personal -- and it's a pass for her ... for now.

Sources connected to their Cannes crew tell us Bella decided to back off the festivities, and away from Scott ... after witnessing how wild he got. We're told the heavy drinking was especially shocking to the 19-year-old.

When 34-year-old Scott invited Bella to Cannes ... we're told she insisted her older sister, Dani, come along too. But even with a chaperone, and several other friends, Bella reached her limit. She hinted at her frustration Thursday on Twitter.

Sources close to Bella's fam tell us her parents were worried anyway due to Scott's reputation and his age -- but they stayed out of it because she's an adult.

When the trip started they seemed to enjoy each other's company -- but the next day Scott was getting handsy with an old flame.

Karrueche Tran didn't get what she was gunning for in court Tuesday, because the judge expected flesh and blood to testify against Chris Brown, not a voice over the phone.

TMZ broke the story, Karrueche planned to get on the horn with the judge rather than appear in person, because she's shooting a TV show in New Orleans. She was expected to take the judge through what she claims are a series of death threats and violent encounters at the hands of Chris.

The judge wasn't having it, saying in order to get a permanent restraining order against Brown she had to either appear in person or give 12 days notice before the hearing that she would appear via phone.

The case was continued so Karrueche could file the proper paperwork.

As for Chris, he was also a no-show. His lawyer claims he was never served with legal docs, despite video which seems to show otherwise.

Kourtney Kardashian isn't worried about Scott Disick and Bella Thorne ... 'cause she's busy getting a handful of her man's thighs on a yacht.

Kourtney and Younes Bendjima were soaking up some rays Tuesday in Cannes, and getting very touchy-feely while they did it. Kourt made sure her man got a really good look at her nude-colored bikini ... from all angles.

We're guessing Scott and Bella have landed in Cannes by now. So, we're about find out if there are enough yachts to go around.

The woman hired attorney Michael Parker, who says she's hit a dead end trying to get James to pay for the $6k in damages. No one's been able to locate him.

Mike says they did a little digging and it appeared James had no insurance ... so she'll probably have to tap into her uninsured motorist.

Ben Higgins is back on the market, and he's already going out with another "Bachelor" hottie ... but it's not what you think.

Ben went to a Bryan Adams concert Saturday night at the Greek Theater in L.A. with none other than "Bachelor" alum Ashley Iaconetti. She was on Chris Soules' season right before Ben's ... famous for her celibacy.

Eyewitnesses tell us Ben and Ashley were definitely there together, and seemed pretty friendly ... sans PDA, though. We're told they were chatting it up, just not exclusively.

Sources close to Ben cleared up the confusion easily ... they're just friends. The 2 "Bachelor" stars are launching a radio podcast together this week, "Almost Famous," and went to the concert with other folks from iHeart Radio. They've also been promoting their new gig ... so it makes sense they'd be hanging out.

As we reported ... Ben and his ex-fiance, Lauren Bushnell, officially called it quits last week.

As for Ben and Ashley ... it's strictly business.

6:08 AM PT -- Steve's attorney Brandon Williams tells TMZ, "Mr. Harvey vehemently denies any allegations set forth in the lawsuit. The Complaint is meritless, frivolous and the allegations are completely false. We will vigorously defend/counterclaim against the Complaint."

Steve Harvey has caused his second ex-wife much more than mental anguish ... according to a new lawsuit she's filed he damaged her "soul" and now owes her $60 MILLION.

Mary Harvey and Steve's infamously bitter divorce was finalized back in 2005, but according to docs filed Wednesday ... Mary's still feeling a slew of ill-effects from their battle. She says she's been suicidal and self-medicates to cope with their nasty breakup.

The suit is rambling at times, but Mary's main point is she's emotionally and physically destroyed after losing her son, her businesses, and the joy of Mother's Days. As she puts it, "All was loss Mary L. Harvey was dead."

She's suing Steve for child endangerment, torture, conspiracy against rights, kidnapping, murder, breach of contract and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Russell Wilson and Ciara don't give a crap what the Internet says about their family ... baby Future's gonna hang with his stepdad whether you like it or not.

Tarek El Moussa's still not over his and Christina's explosive fight from a year ago ... giving her and the incident a giant middle finger.

The "Flip or Flop" star was at BJ's Cabana Bar Thursday night in Lake Havasu City, AZ and posed under a sign that read "No guns, weapons of any type." He added "or Helicopters," slapped on the finger emoji ... and tagged his estranged wife.

Tarek deleted the post within an hour, but it doesn't take a genius to connect the dots.

As we first reported ... Tarek and Christina separated following a scary incident one year ago. Orange County Sheriff's deputies responded -- with a helicopter -- when Tarek ran into the mountains with a gun after a blowout argument with Christina.

Christina responded with a post of her own Friday morning. We're told Christina thinks Tarek's been acting out lately because he's jealous of her success without him. Although they still shoot the show together ... Christina's doing more solo speaking engagements.

9:50 AM PST -- A source close to Tarek says the post was supposed to be a joke and he tagged her thinking she'd find it funny too ... the middle finger emoji was directed at the incident as a whole and not at Christina.

Conrad Hilton raged at police during his arrest at E.G. Daily's house -- unleashing homophobic and racist slurs on police.

TMZ obtained video of Conrad's arrest early Saturday morning outside E.G.'s home, and he accused one of the officers of touching his penis, then screams a homophobic epithet. He also screamed rape.

Law enforcement sources say he also used the n-word. The person who shot the video bleeped that word.

We broke the story ... Conrad was arrested for grand theft auto after allegedly stealing Rick Salomon's Bentley and driving it to E.G.'s house, where his ex-gf, Hunter Daily Salomon, lives. You can see the car in the video.

He also screamed "I'm Conrad motherf***ing Hilton, don't you forget it."

As we've reported ... E.G. believes Conrad has mental health issues and desperately needs to get treatment.
