Omar Gooding went ballistic on a guy who called him out for allegedly treating a restaurant employee poorly because his pizza was taking too long ... according to witnesses on the scene.

Cuba's bro went on an angry and homophobic tirade around 3 AM at a food court/bar area of Rio in Vegas, and in the vid -- obtained by TMZ -- he's seen challenging the man, who claims to be a cop, to arrest him.

The "Family Time" actor drops some very anti-family friendly F-bombs and shouts the other homophobic F-word twice -- and also calls him the offensive term "retard" -- while security shows up to diffuse the situation.

We're told Gooding was getting pizza, but began degrading the worker for taking too long with his order. That's when the man with the hat stepped in and told Omar to calm down ... which set him off.

Omar tells us ... it was late and his food was late, so "who wouldn't be a little impatient?" He says apologies were handed out from all sides, including from the guy who tried to be peacemaker, and "by no means am I a hater or homophobic." Omar adds ... "My apologies for the offensive language, but that does not define who I am ... we calmly communicated, worked it out and all was forgiven."

Ronnie from 'Jersey Shore' came THIS close to an all-out brawl on the second day of filming season 2 in Vegas.

The incident went down Wednesday at a pool party at the Flamingo ... where Ronnie had to be restrained from going after some loudmouth. You can see from the start of this video Ronnie was charging at the guy, but both were restrained by the massive security team present. It's unclear what triggered the confrontation.

You can also see several cameras are rolling ... so the guess here is MTV cameras captured it for the show. Check it out ... the man Ronnie's beefing with keeps shouting something about Gucci and hustling.

Nas was many things during his club appearance in Vegas Friday night -- happy, funny, forgetful -- but he definitely wasn't on top of his rap game.

The East Coast hip hop artist was at Palms in Vegas for the grand opening of the Apex Social Club, but made a grand exit after less than 10 minutes on the microphone ... according to partygoers.

We're told Nas appeared to be on the sauce, and in the vid he mentions he can barely hear himself. He does get a few bars in, but then laughs and bails on the track halfway through.

It's all good, though ... because Nas closed out by giving a shout-out to "everybody living life."

Lamar Odom looks like he had himself a good time at the club ... tearing it up right by the stage for all to see.

The former NBA star hit up Drai's nightclub at The Cromwell in Vegas Friday night, and fully indulged in the party scene -- bottle and vape pen in hand, dancing with a hot chick ... and more dancing by himself.

We broke the story a couple years ago when Pumpkin got engaged to her then 19-year-old BF. They'd only been dating for 9 months, and she was only 16. Despite the age gap, June approved of the engagement because the kids were taking things slow.

The plan then was to wait 'til Pumpkin was 18 before getting married ... and that's exactly what they did. They didn't take it slow in the baby department though -- the couple had a daughter in December.

We're told TV cameras were shooting Pumpkin and the wedding party, so it's a good bet the happy event will be on the new season of "Mama June: From Not to Hot."

Steve Wynn is legally blind and therefore never could've leered at women he allegedly told to strip to their panties ... so he's suing Lisa Bloom for defamation.

The hotel mogul filed legal docs to sue Lisa and her law firm claiming she lied through her teeth when she alleged Wynn sexually harassed one of her clients.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Wynn says during his 20s he was diagnosed with a rare degenerative eye disease and he's been legally blind for almost 2 decades ... meaning it's impossible he leered at dancers for the show, Showstoppers, at Encore Theater from 2014 through 2016.

Wynn calls BS on Lisa's client's claims -- that Wynn attended dancer's rehearsals and instructed those he found sexually appealing to him to strip down to their bras and panties. Bloom said her client claimed Wynn would then sit there and leer while they danced.

As we reported ... Wynn was forced to step down as CEO of the company he founded following mounting accusations of sexual misconduct.

Richard Branson can finally get some free room service in Vegas ... he just bought the legendary Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.

The billionaire announced the deal Friday at the hotel ... which he plans to rebrand as The Virgin Hotel Las Vegas. The hotel will remain open as it undergoes renovations ... it's expected to be completed in 2019.

The deal included other partners ... including the LA-based Juniper Capital Partners. It's unclear how much Branson dropped to add a second hotel to his portfolio. The only other Virgin hotel is in Chicago.

Here's hoping Branson knows what he's gotten into ... the Hard Rock Hotel's seen a lot in its 23 years of existence. Especially some brawls.

O.J. Simpson was all smiles and snapshots just a couple days after confessing to murdering Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman ... with 2 women ... who didn't seem to care.

Simpson was spotted out Tuesday night at Kona Grill in Summerlin, NV -- a ritzy 'burb within Vegas -- when two older ladies wanted to get their photos taken with The Juice.

Whether they'd seen him give a "hypothetical" blow-by-blow account of slaying his ex-wife and Goldman on national TV a few days earlier is unclear. What is clear, however, is that some people, including these two, still love them some O.J. all these years later.

Elton John's still down to fight unruly fans -- Saturday night or not -- if they get onstage and refuse to keep their hands to themselves.

Sir Elton got pissed off, and stormed off his stage Thursday night in Las Vegas, right in the middle of his classic, 'Saturday Night.' Typically, he lets fans gather around his grand piano while he plays it, but a couple of 'em got way too close for Elton's comfort.

After an expletive or two -- off mic, of course, he's a pro -- EJ stormed offstage. You'll recall, he also took a shot during this song a couple weeks ago.

The crowd was pretty sure the show was over, but Elton came back to let 'em know there would be no more fan interaction. He blurted out, "You f**ked it up!" ... and then played "Circle of Life."

Elton John was totally down for fighting on a Wednesday night when a fan whacked him in the mouth with some beads ... temporarily silencing the legend.

Sir Elton was right in the middle of "Saturday Night's Alright for Fighting" during his Caesars Palace concert when what looks like leftover Mardi Gras beads came flying over his piano.

Check out the vid ... the singer was pissed and a little stunned as he checked his teeth for damage. Even though the band kept rocking, Elton needed a good 35 seconds to compose himself.

Steve Wynn is out as CEO of the company he founded, announcing he's stepping down amid allegations of sexual misconduct against him ... TMZ has learned.

The casino magnate resigned Tuesday as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Wynn says ... "In the last couple of weeks, I have found myself the focus of an avalanche of negative publicity. As I have reflected upon the environment this has created -- one in which a rush to judgment takes precedence over everything else, including the facts -- I have reached the conclusion I cannot continue to be effective in my current roles."

The board has appointed current President, Matt Maddox, as its new CEO, and Boone Wayson as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Haley Joel Osment's Super Sunday is officially a very messy Monday after he got so pissed about missing a flight out of Las Vegas ... cops had to be called.

Haley was trying to get out of Sin City Sunday night, but missed his American Airlines flight ... so they put him on standby Monday morning. Emphasis on standby.

According to American ... Haley showed up Monday at 7 AM, but the flight was full, and he started going off -- yelling and swearing in the gate agent's face. Police were called, but we're told Haley left the gate area before the officers arrived.

Then came the sequel -- we're told Haley went back to the gate around 8 AM, and was even more aggressive. A witness says Haley yelled at the gate agent, "I'll destroy you!" Cops responded again, but again ... he'd fled the gate.

Little context, if you haven't been -- Vegas is nuts for the Super Bowl, and flights out are ALWAYS fully booked. Point is ... missing your flight is pretty much a guarantee you ain't getting home anytime soon.

No one can physically be two places at once, but Travis Scott is going to come pretty damn close Saturday before the Super Bowl.

The rapper has 2 gigs scheduled for the same night ... and they're about 1,500 miles apart. First, Travis has a show around 10:30 in Minneapolis, which is then followed by a show at 1:30 AM in Vegas Marquee Nightclub in The Cosmopolitan ... plenty of time for both.

Sources close to the rapper tell us, in order to lock Travis down, promoter Jefferson Agar of Twin Cities Live had to make sure he could attend both gigs. We're told they shelled out around $50k for a private jet that'll take Travis from L.A. to Minneapolis and then to Las Vegas ... all in the span of a few hours.
