Kanye West's relationship with the paparazzi has changed a lot over the years ... case in point -- his interactions with them now end with a hug.

Kanye was in Calabasas Tuesday afternoon -- apparently talking to Kim on the phone after his visit to the TMZ newsroom -- when he was approached by a photog. Ye answered his question ... then opened up a dialogue.

Check it out -- Kanye asks the guy about his personal life and fatherhood, and explains how his respect for dads has grown after starting his own family ... especially for dads who provide for their family.

Kodak Black is wiping the slate clean by dumping his name and flipping his initials -- cause he's now Bill K. Kapri ... and it's all legal and stuff.

TMZ has learned the currently jailed rapper requested, and was granted, the name change by a Florida judge. Bill's attorney, Bradford Cohen tells us his client wanted a "fresh start" in the middle of everything going on with him now. Fun fact: His real name was Dieuson Octave.

We're told he'll still go by Kodak, professionally, when he gets out of jail ... possibly as early as October. As we've reported, he's doing time in a Florida jail for 2 probation violations.

More good news for Bill -- a child services investigation against him has been dropped ... according to Cohen. We're told the agency launched its probe after the January arrest where his child was in the house along with marijuana and ammunition.

Bill has been taking parenting classes while he's in jail, along with working on his GED. Congrats, BK.

Pump the baby brakes on Blac Chyna -- 'cause she's definitely not pregnant right now, although that could change ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to Chyna tell us she is NOT currently pregnant with her boyfriend YBN Almighty Jay's kid, despite reports to the contrary. However, we're also told that she DOES want more kids in the future ... and isn't ruling anything out with YBN.

Chyna already has two kids of her own -- one with Tyga, and another with Rob Kardashian. If she got knocked up again ... it'd be baby number 3 for her.

Sounds like it's possible. Fact is, we're told Chyna is in love with the 18-year-old rapper, and IF she were to become pregnant anytime soon ... he's obviously first in the running as the baby daddy. As we've reported ... the couple's been seeing each other since at least February.

Yodel Kid's taking more than just country music by storm ... the kid's officially a global superstar and he's got enormous Spotify numbers to prove it.

11-year-old Mason Ramsey -- the boy who became famous after yodeling at a Walmart in Illinois -- racked up more than 600k streams on the giant music streaming service after his "Famous" single dropped Friday. And those numbers only swelled over the weekend -- as of Monday, Mason's got a whopping 2.13 million streams (and counting) to become the most-streamed country song globally on Spotify.

What's more impressive ... we're told Mason's global success has also boosted Hank Williams' "Lovesick Blues" by more than 2,000%. It's the song Mason yodeled last month during an impromptu performance that set the internet on fire.

But that's not all ... After killing it at Stagecoach, Mason's also now No. 1 on iTunes in the good 'ol US of A and in the UK for country music.

LaVar, Lonzo, LaMelo and LiAngelo are officially back in L.A. from Lithuania -- but it ain't exactly the triumphant return they envisioned when they left in the first place.

As we previously reported, LaVar just announced 'Gelo & 'Melo wouldn't be continuing their seasons overseas, citing injuries and disagreements with the coaches.

The boys are back now ... and even though the cameras from their "Ball In The Family" reality show were shooting, the guys weren't putting on much of a show -- with Lonzo munching Pringles and LaVar uncharacteristically quiet.

Have they been humbled? We doubt it, but the silent treatment is extremely interesting considering the family's recent number of setbacks.

Blac Chyna's defending the photo she posted -- but already deleted -- of her daughter, Dream, rockin' pink hair ... telling us her haters need to brush up on what's cool with kids these days.

We got Chyna at LAX Friday -- with her bf, YBN Almighty Jay, so looks like they're still going strong. Anyway, while they were waiting for their ride we asked her about the backlash against the pink hair extensions.

Chyna says they're just "baby clips" and EVERY kid has 'em -- which sounds like it might be a little bit of a stretch. And even though she took down the photo, BC had a very direct message for people criticizing her or her kid.

Kim Kardashian doesn't know how else to say it -- what went down with Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson when Khloe was about to have their child is beyond messed up.

Kim rather bluntly breaks her silence on the Tristan cheating scandal on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show"... but says she doesn't want to get too negative about the ordeal because there's a baby involved. She already has experience dealing with that in the family.

Kim reassures everyone her sister is strong and doing her best to get through everything and focus on being a good mom, but still -- as she and Ellen both say ... poor Khloe.

We broke the story ... Tristan was caught on a security video cheating on Khloe with 2 women at a hookah lounge. Khloe gave birth to True Thompson less than 2 days later.

Yep, pretty f***ed up.

Kate Middleton and Prince William's third child has a name fit for a king ... Louis Arthur Charles!

The name of the new little royal was announced Friday by Kensington Palace, and he will be known as His Royal Highness Prince Louis of Cambridge. Not too shabby for a 4-day-old.

As we reported ... Kate gave birth to her baby Monday at St. Mary's Hospital in London. As is tradition, the Town Crier announced the birth from the steps of the Lindo Wing of the hospital.

The smart money was on the name Arthur, because royals are traditionally named after relatives and Arthur is commonly used in the royal family. Louis was among the top contenders but was by no means the favorite. It's one of his older bro Prince George's middle names, and also one of William's.

Fittingly, his little Highness -- now fifth in line to the throne -- has taken the name made most famous by The Kingsmen ... no relation.

Congrats! Big things to come for little Louis, we are sure.

Saquon Barkley canceled a bunch of media appearances on Tuesday and now we know why ... HE JUST HAD A BABY!!!

The former Penn State running back revealed his girlfriend, Anna Congdon, gave birth to a bouncing baby girl on April 24 -- Jada Clare Barkley.

"Words can’t even describe how I feel right now," the 21-year-old said on Instagram.

"You are the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen in my life. Thank God for blessing me with you in my life and into my arms. I pray that I can be the best father to you and help you grow into an amazing woman. I love you so so so much."

It's a huge week for the Barkley family ... Saquon is expected to be selected in the 1st round of the NFL Draft on Thursday night.

Parkland student leaders David Hogg and Cameron Kasky have nothing but love for one another, but they're not actually going to prom together ... TMZ has learned.

Cameron's tweet Monday of this photo with the caption "Prom 2018" led many to believe the 2 were announcing their prom plans ... but their parents tell us it's not true.

David's mom, Rebecca Boldrick, tells us David has another date for the prom, and the photo with Cameron was taken during a video shoot Monday for U2's RED campaign the high schoolers were working on.

Cameron's dad, Jeff Kasky, tells us ... "Cameron and David love each other very much, as do the 20 or so other kids that are part of their group, but not in a romantic type of way."

Keshia Knight Pulliam is now a single woman ... her divorce was just made final.

Under the terms of the divorce, she gets primary custody of their one-year-old daughter, Ella Grace. Ed Hartwell gets visitation rights. They had a fight over the child's last name -- each wanted theirs. In the end, they compromised on Ella Grace Pulliam-Hartwell.

He also has to pay $3,007 per month in child support.

The divorce was granted on grounds of adultery and cruel treatment. Keshia was represented by Tanya Mitchell Graham.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Hartwell admitted during the trial he lives with his lover, Tonya Carroll, who's pregnant with his child.

R. Kelly's daughter is reluctantly sticking by her old man amid mounting sex abuse allegations that are reaching a breaking point ... 'cause she says that's what family does.

We got Joann Kelly -- who goes by her artist name, Buku -- in Atlanta Monday, where we asked about the ever-growing scandal surrounding her father, who's been accused of grooming young women to be "sex pets" while allegedly holding them against their will.

Joann tells us she doesn't want to speak too much on the matter, but you can tell the issue hits close to home. She does admit, though, to feeling "terrible" about the whole thing.

Will was also there by her side for the big reveal on the steps of the hospital. Both mom and baby have been reported to be in perfect health.

Kate Middleton has just given birth to her third child ... and it's a BOY!!!

The Duchess of Cambridge popped Monday at St. Mary's Hospital in London. The new royal was announced to weigh in at 8 lbs. 7 oz. by Kensington Palace. Prince William was at Kate's side for the birth.

As is tradition, the Town Crier announced the birth from the steps of the Lindo Wing of the hospital. The customary announcement -- complete with bell ringing and feathered cap -- was also made for Kate's other two births.

Kate and Prince William announced last September baby No. 3 was on the way but the announcement came only after the cat had been outta the bag. The royal family was seemingly forced to announce she was pregnant after canceling a public appearance due to extreme morning sickness.

She also suffered from morning sickness before giving birth to Prince George in 2013 and Princess Charlotte in 2015. Btw ... baby No. 3 will be fifth in line to the throne -- after Prince Charles, Prince William and his 2 siblings.

Jay-Z appeared to give Cardi B and her forthcoming baby his blessing this weekend during round 2 of Beyonce's Coachella set ... a belly rub and prayer hands says as much, anyway.

Jay was spotted getting up close and personal with Cardi in the artist section early Sunday morning around 12:45 AM, after he'd performed a duet with his wife on stage.

He affectionately grabs her arms and then places his hands on top of her ever-growing baby bump. Cardi was seated during the interaction -- ya know, 'cause she super pregnant ... AND about to perform for the second weekend in a row BTW. Girl needs her rest.

Former NFL kicker Jay Feely is clearing up the controversy around a photo he posted with a gun at his daughter's prom date's side ... saying it was all a joke.

Feely tweeted a clarification Sunday about a pic he posted Saturday as he sent his daughter to her prom with a guy ... with Jay in between them and a pistol in his hand.

He says the pics was clearly meant as a joke, and that his kid had been dating the dude for at least a year. Feely also pointed out that the gun wasn't loaded and didn't have a clip inside, adding he didn't mean to be insensitive about the subject, which is a hot topic these days.

In his original post, Feely referenced a scene from "Bad Boys 2," in which Martin Lawrence's character intimidates a guy who comes over to take his daughter out on a date. Will Smith gets in on the interrogation, too, for a hilarious moment ... but a lot of folks didn't find Feely's take quite as funny. He was getting dragged on social media left and right.

Travis Barker doesn't think there should be an age limit for rocking out, so he's throwing what could possibly be the most kid-friendly music festival ever, complete with a breastfeeding area for new moms.

Barker's Back to the Beach Fest is going down next weekend in Huntington State Beach in Southern California. Headliners include 311, Sublime With Rome, as well as the original Fishbone lineup, Barker playing with Goldfinger and loads more.

Kids under 10 get in free, which isn't unusual for music festivals, but BTTB doesn't want to exclude anyone, so they're setting up a special quiet zone for nursing moms.

That's not all ... there will also be a Lil Punk Zone where kids can rock out safely. We're told Barker got the inspiration from taking his own kids on the road everywhere and wanted other families to see what it's like to rock out with their little ones. All those diapers should also keep the porta potty lines down, too.
