El esposo de Elizabeth Gillies presentó una orden de restricción contra su vecino… esto después de afirmar que entró casualmente a su casa, siguiendo una historia accidentada y prolongada de enfrentamientos con el vecino de al lado.

De acuerdo con lso documentos judiciales obtenidos por TMZ, el esposo de la ex estrella de “Victorious”, el productor musical Michael Corcoran, solicita a un juez que les otorgue a él y a EG una orden de restricción temporal contra su vecino de Toluca Lake, California, quien dicen que vive dentro del alcance del oído… alegando que entró a su casa en múltiples ocasiones, incluso tan recientemente como al inicio de este año.

Los documentos mencionan que Elizabeth, Michael, y un par de amigos pasaron Año Nuevo en la casa, que suelen alquilar, cuando el vecino entró en 2 ocasiones, y también presuntamente intentó desbloquear la puerta principal 2 días después.

Michael dice que tiene historial con el vecino, llamándolo un individuo “violento, perturbador, intrusivo y amenazante”… y creyendo que “acosó y espió” tanto a su último inquilino que tuvieron que mudarse.

También cree que ha estado perdiendo ingresos de alquiler gracias al vecino… porque tiene que advertir a los posibles inquilinos sobre la molestia del vecino de al lado antes de mudarse.

A lo largo de los años, asegura que el vecino ha hecho cosas salvajes, como gritar frente a su casa a la 1 a. m. sobre contratar a un investigador para seguir a sus inquilinos, golpear la puerta principal y llamar a la policía varias veces… y en una ocasión, la policía llegó con armas en mano.

Michael afirma que el vecino llamó a la policía el Día de Acción de Gracias de 2022, alegando que estaban “matando bebés” en el patio trasero… lo que llevó a que los policías llegaran, cacheen a uno de los hombres que estaba adentro y revisaran toda la propiedad, sin encontrar nada.

Los documentos dicen que la policía ya le ha dicho al vecino de Michael y Elizabeth que deje a los inquilinos en paz, pero parece que cae en oídos sordos… por eso está solicitando una orden de restricción que los proteja.

Ghislaine Maxwell's lawyer is sounding the alarms regarding the woman who claims she had sex with Prince Andrew ... saying she changed her story and something obviously doesn't add up.

According to new docs, obtained by TMZ, attorney Philip Barden says accuser Virginia Giuffre's past claims about Prince Andrew clearly demonstrate she told a lie.

Barden says the proof is her changing story about the alleged encounter with Prince Andrew, saying Giuffre claimed in 2014 that she didn't have sex with the Duke of York, but then claimed she did have sex with him "in what can only be described as a very small bathtub, too small for a man of Prince Andrew's size to enjoy a bath in let alone sex."

From Barden's perspective, Giuffre can't have it both ways ... saying "She was either lying when she said they did not have sex or when she said they did."

Giuffre claimed the alleged sexual assault started in Maxwell's tub and eventually moved to the bedroom when she was 17 years old. Prince Andrew settled a lawsuit with Giuffre in 2022, but has denied her allegations.

As you know, there have been mountains of docs that have been unsealed recently regarding Epstein, and lots of big names like Stephen Hawking, Bill Clinton, and many more have been seen in the released materials.

The man who brazenly attacked a Las Vegas judge was back in court to finally be given his sentencing ... and it was handed down by the exact same judge he took down last week.

Deobra Redden faced Judge Mary Kay Holthus in Clark County District Court Monday, donning a face mask and covers over his hands ... as well as guards on either side of him. Probably for good reason considering what happened the last time around.

Safe to say they're making sure there's no repeat attack here -- as we reported, Redden shockingly dove over the raised bench to attack Judge Holthus last week while she was gearing up to sentence him for his attempted battery conviction.

Now, as for how Monday's appearance went -- it was thankfully much calmer.

Judge Holthus kept her cool during sentencing, and didn't mention the prior outburst whatsoever ... but she did hit him with a sentence of 19-48 months behind bars, which is apparently what prosecutors were asking for. In other words, no real leniency.

Can't really blame her for throwing the book at him with everything that's gone on.

Remember, Redden was immediately put into isolation after attacking Judge Holthus, classified as a "2C" inmate, which is the most restrictive classification for inmates at the Clark County Jail. The video of him leaping up onto and past the bench to reach her was wild.

On top of all this, Redden's now facing 13 charges in connection with the attack on the judge and is due back in court for that on Tuesday.

Elizabeth Gillies' husband filed a restraining order against their neighbor ... this after they claim he strolled into their home, following a rough and long history of next-door headbutts.

Per court docs, obtained by TMZ, the ex-"Victorious" star's hubby -- music producer Michael Corcoran -- is asking a judge to grant him and EG a TRO against their Toluca Lake, CA neighbor, who they say lives within earshot... claiming the man walked into their home on multiple occasions, including as recently as the beginning of this year.

The paperwork says Elizabeth, Michael, and a couple of friends spent New Year's Day at the house, which they usually rent out, when the neighbor strolled in 2 times -- and also allegedly tried unlocking the front door 2 days later.

Michael says he has a long-standing issue with the neighbor, calling him a "violent, disturbed, intrusive, and threatening individual" ... and believing he "harassed and spied" his last tenant so much, they had to move out.

He also believes he's been losing out on rental income, thanks to the neighbor ... because he has to warn potential renters about the nuisance next door before moving in.

He claims the neighbor's done wild things over the years -- like shouting out front at 1 AM about hiring an investigator to follow his tenants, pounding on the front door, and calling the cops multiple times ... and one instance led to police pulling up with guns drawn.

Michael claims the neighbor called police on his tenants on Thanksgiving 2022, claiming they were "killing babies" in the backyard ... which prompted cops to arrive, frisk one of the men inside, and search the whole property -- finding nothing.

The docs say cops have already told Michael and Elizabeth's neighbor to leave the tenants alone, but it appears to be falling on deaf ears ... which is why he's asking for a restraining order that protects both of them.

Jonathan Majors is maintaining his innocence even after being found guilty by a jury of his peers -- saying he was shocked by the verdict in his first televised interview.

The actor spoke to 'GMA' in an exclusive sit-down that aired Monday, and Linsey Davis was asking him some pretty hard questions ... including whether he did what he'd been accused of by the Manhattan D.A.'s Office -- namely, assaulting his ex-GF Grace Jabbari.

Majors insists he did not ... which is why he says he was stunned by the result, a conviction on two of four counts -- including harassment and assault, albeit the 2 lesser charges.

Davis asks him how Jabbari might've sustained her injuries if it wasn't him ... and he shrugs his shoulders, saying he has no idea -- but that he'd love to figure it out to find some peace.

JM was also grilled about this wild audio in which he's lecturing Jabbari about how she needed to be more like Michelle Obama and Coretta Scott King if she wanted to be with him.

Jon says he was simply pointing out great people he aspired to be like ... defending his rant.

There are other highlights, but these are the big ones -- and Majors ends by expressing regret over how he handled things with his ex. He says he should've been man enough to leave her before that night ... and also says he shouldn't have been in the car with her.

Cops investigating Ian Ziering's crazy biker brawl are zeroing in on at least one of the bikers for vandalism charges ... and, as of now, they're not as concerned about the fight side of things.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... the main focus of the case is a potential felony vandalism charge against the bikers for damaging Ian's car, but no arrests have been made yet.

We're told the new videos that emerged, in which Ian is seen initiating the violence by pushing one of the bikers, show this fight could be considered mutual combat. If that's the case, battery charges are unlikely, especially since none of the bikers have filed a police report.

Let's face it ... that wouldn't be a very biker gang thing to do.

Another reason they're not running to cops ... we're told the mini motorbikes they were riding are illegal to ride on public streets or freeways.

As for the vandalism -- one of the bikers is seen clearly on video using a helmet to smash Ian's windshield. When the case gets submitted, however, the L.A. District Attorney can add battery charges if they feel the evidence is there.

Lukas Gage is digging the new cast from his HBO series ... and seemingly taking a dig at his estranged husband, Chris Appleton, too.

We got the "White Lotus" star Friday afternoon at the DOGPOUND in West Hollywood and our photog asked him about the hit franchise's new faces.

Lukas says he's especially stoked about Leslie Bibb and Parker Posey, who he says is about as close to a Jennifer Coolidge type as possible.

Of course, there's no replacing Jennifer -- she was the fan favorite for the first two seasons but her character won't be back for a third -- but Lukas says Parker is a great addition nonetheless and he tells us why the show doesn't need Harry Styles' star power.

Other 'Lotus' castings include Jason Isaacs, Michelle Monaghan, Dom Hetrakul and Tayme Thapthimthong.

Lukas looks pretty fit ... a classic case of post-breakup hotness.

Check out the clip ... DT ominously tells the crowd that he expects them to roam around election centers and keep an eye out for "bags of crap" that might try to infiltrate.

If the MAGA voters see any of that ... he encourages them to put a stop to it right there at the booths. On its face, it almost sounds like he's cosigning some physical confrontations.

Poop jokes aside, this is pretty serious ... and it comes across as a warning of conflicts to come as we get closer to voting day itself. Already, it's sounding like Trump is stoking the flames of election interference/tampering -- and he's riling up his base right now in January.

It's, perhaps, no coincidence then that Trump was talking this way on the eve of the 3-year anniversary of that. And yes, he continues to insist the 2020 election was "stolen."

Fuentes policiales le dicen TMZ que Deobra Redden ha sido trasladado a una celda en solitario después de su violento arrebato, en el que saltó sobre el banco de la jueza Mary Kay Holthus principios de esta semana, para agarrarla y tratar de maltratarla, mientras el personal del tribunal se apresuraba a ayudarla.
