The Game $40k Diamond Bonanza Hey, I'm With CASH MONEY Now
As you may know ... this weekend, Game announced he joined Lil Wayne's Cash Money crew -- and a few days before the info went public, he prepped by hitting up Jason of Beverly Hills for a pair new diamond chains. One for himself and one for Birdman, the president of CMR.
Game ordered two pieces -- one gold and one platinum -- each sporting a diamond encrusted medallion featuring the Cash Money logo.
There was a catch -- we're told Game put a rush order on the jewelry 'cause he wanted it by the time he made the announcement.
Sources close to the deal say Jason's team pulled back-to-back all nighters to make it happen ... and even slept at the shop ... but in the end, he met the deadline and everyone was happy.
Bling, bling.

Stallone Superfans We Dropped $445 To Pose With Our Hero
Would you pay $445 to take a photo with Sly Stallone? These people did.
Sly was one of the attractions at NYC Comic Con this weekend ... where the going rate for a snapshot with the Italian Stallion ran just south of $500. Autographs were $395.
But the price didn't scare off legions of Stallone-aholics, who willingly shelled out the cash for a moment with their hero.
Stallone wasn't the only celeb charging for pics ... a photo with Stan Lee ran $400 bucks ... and people dropped $200 for a shot with Sigourney Weaver.
The moral of the story -- nerds got bank, yo.

Lamar Odom's Dad We're Working Things Out
It's the Lamar Odom reconciliation no one expected -- less than a month after publicly ripping his father ... TMZ has learned the two are patching things up in a big way.
Joe Odom and Lamar were spotted walking together in Venice last weekend ... and sources close to the Odoms tell us they've been hanging out for the last week or so around Marina del Rey, where Joe lives. The pic first posted on terezowens.com
We're told they've been hanging at the beach, eating out together, etc. -- and things are going well. Lamar has even been spending nights at his dad's place.
As we reported, Lamar and his dad had a massive falling out over comments Joe made to the media, blaming the Kardashians for Lamar's crack addiction ... and calling Kris Jenner "an evil bitch." Joe said Lamar cut off his rent soon after that.
It's unclear if Lamar will resume paying his dad's rent -- which he's been doing for years.
FYI, if Lamar doesn't pay by October 23, we're told Joe could be out on his ass.

MJ's Doc Arnie Klein Kisses Jabba the Hutt Goodbye With Weird Crap Auction
Michael Jackson fans and "Star Wars" geeks brace yourselves -- MJ's former doc, Arnie Klein, is unloading a bunch of his old crap ... including Jabba the Hutt and a ton of other memorabilia from the movie.
It's all part of an estate sale being held next month -- starting Nov. 13 -- where things like a production-used Jabba prototype, a Princess Leia figurine, lightsabers and a treasure trove of action figures will be auctioned off to the highest bidder.
Klein is also ditching an extensive collection of Michael Jackson lithographs (many autographed by MJ), Disney memorabilia, and an insane amount of pricey paintings.
Kinda fitting ... Klein, famed dermatologist to stars like Liz Taylor and Michael, clearly has his own eccentricities -- hoarding 'Star Wars' DVDs and toy stormtroopers right next to Rembrandts and Rodins.
As you may recall, Klein had been stashing over 100 pieces of wildly expensive art instead of turning them over to his bankruptcy trustee ... but after cops showed up to his home with an arrest warrant, he folded.
It's unclear whether or not this auction is being used to finally pay off all his debt ... but it looks that way. We reached out to Klein, but he hasn't responded.

Pharrell to Will.i.am Give It Up, Bitch You're Nothin Like Me
The gloves are off in Pharrell WIlliams' trademark war with Will.i.am -- Pharrell now says Will.i.am is DREAMING if he thinks he's up to the "Get Lucky" singer's level ... because he's not even close.
As we reported, Will.i.am filed a lawsuit against Pharrell over the trademark "I Am" ... after Pharrell attempted to stake his claim on a YouTube channel called "I Am Other."
In his docs, Will.i.am suggested users might get confused over the "I Am" name because he and Pharrell have both "achieved great distinction" in the hip hop world, each releasing mega hits ... and working with the industry's top professionals.
But Pharrell has fired back ... saying that's utter BS ... Will.i.am hasn't achieved the same distinction at all. As a result, Pharrell argues there would be zero confusion about who's really behind the "I Am Other" channel.
What's more, Pharrell says Will.i.am's track record for copyright infringement is embarrassing ... saying Will.i.am's been a defendant in nearly a dozen infringement lawsuits (including song stealing).
For these reasons, Pharrell wants Will.i.am's lawsuit thrown out of court ... so he can use the phrase "I Am Other" with zero repercussions. He also wants Will.i.am to pay for his lawyers.
Will.i.am's rep had no comment.

Murray is scheduled to be released from jail on October 28, completing his sentence for the involuntary manslaughter of MJ. Murray actually got 4-years, but that was reduced to 2, due to jail overcrowding.

Bonus footage: Jermaine's take on his mom being pissed he blew $160,000 on a new Ferrari ... while he's behind on child support. Trust us, Jermaine ... Mama's not happy.

Casey Kasem's Caretaker Sues I'm No Toilet Paper Thief
A woman who says she was Casey Kasem's former caretaker is suing ... claiming the legend's wife treated her like the kind of person who would steal toilet paper from a sick man.
The woman behind the suit is Hilda Loza -- who claims she was subjected to all sorts of emotional abuse by Casey's wife Jean Kasem and it was so bad she would often "cry for days."
Loza -- who says she worked for the Kasems from April thru June of this year -- says Jean would often tear her apart verbally. Here are some of the allegations:
-- Jean denigrated her cooking ... saying it was "disgusting" and that even her dog wouldn't eat it.
-- Jean would order Loza to drive Casey around, but refused to pay for Loza's gas.
-- Loza says Jean would insinuate that she's the kind of person who would steal food, towels, toilet paper and silverware ... even though she never took anything.
Loza is suing for $10,000 ... claiming "the constant accusations were false and would get her very emotionally unstable."
The lawsuit is just the latest legal issue for the Kasems. Earlier this week, Casey's three children -- who haven't been allowed to see him for months -- filed court papers for a conservatorship ... so they could take control of his affairs away from Jean. That case is still pending.
As far as the new suit goes, we reached out to a rep for the Kasems -- so far, no word back.

'Real Housewives of OC' Star I'M BROKE AS HELL
Former "Real Housewives of OC" star Lynne Curtin is broke ... broke ass broke ... claiming she only has $100 to her name, this according to legal docs obtained by TMZ.
Curtin just filed new court papers in her divorce from Frank Curtin -- and it seems like she's making a serious play for spousal support, 'cause she claims to have virtually no money left.
According to the docs, Curtin says she only has $100 in total assets. She also claims she only earns $250 dollars a month -- or $3,000 a year -- as the owner of her own jewelry business.
Just for comparison, the poverty level for a single person in the U.S. is $11,490 a year.
As for her expenses, Curtin claims she lives a pretty meager life these days, dropping only $515 per month. Here's how the monthly spending breaks down:
$150 - eating out
$115 - telephone and email
$ 50 - laundry
$100 - clothes
$100 - entertainment
We broke the story, Curtin -- who appeared in seasons 4 & 5 of the show -- filed for divorce from her husband Frank back in December.
In her court papers, Lynne says she had to get a loan just to pay her lawyer. Also ...there's the little matter of $30,000 in unpaid taxes from 2009 ... she says that's Frank's problem, too.
We reached out to Lynne for comment -- so far, no word back.

FossilMan Prostitution Charges Dropped Against Poker Champ
World Series of Poker champ Greg Raymer -- aka "FossilMan" -- won't rot behind bars for allegedly soliciting a female prostitute in North Carolina back in March ... he paid his debt to society another way.
As we reported, 49-year-old Raymer -- who's married -- was busted at a Wake Forest hotel during a sting operation, and was subsequently charged with soliciting a hooker.
According to the court documents, obtained by TMZ, officials believe Raymer intended to commit a sexual act that is described as an "abominable and detestable crime against nature."
The document does not specify which "abominable and detestable" sex act he allegedly had in mind, so, you can let your imaginations run wild with that one.
But good news for Raymer ... both charges have been dismissed ... after the man successfully completed 75 hours of community service at a local non-profit.
According to official documents, Raymer -- whose total tournament winnings exceed $7.2 million -- also underwent a mental health assessment.
Not the best hand. But not the worst either.

Kim Zolciak Beats Kandi Burruss' Ass ... In Court
It's no clothes-tearing cat fight ... but it was still pretty nasty ... and now, former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak has prevailed -- beating the crap out of Kandi Burruss in Kandi's own lawsuit.
As we reported, Burruss -- repped by fellow RHOA star Phaedra Parks -- sued Zolciak over their 2009 song "Tardy for the Party," claiming Kim swindled her out of a huge chunk of the song's profits (... though we can't imagine they amounted to much).
Zolciak responded with her own legal docs, accusing Kandi of using the lawsuit as a publicity stunt to promote her now-canceled show "The Kandi Factory." (Clearly it worked.)
But NOW THE WAR IS OVER ... a judge has officially ruled in Kim's favor (pretty much on a technicality involving federal court jurisdiction and blah blah whatever).
But who cares. Because now no one has to hear the phrase "Tardy for the Party" ever again.
Okay one last time.
Colts Star Antoine Bethea Gives Pimped Out Ride As Baby Present
Some guys give their wives diamonds when they give birth ... but Indianapolis Colts player Antoine Bethea just set the bar even higher ... lavishing his fiancee with a super tricked-out BMW.
Antoine tells TMZ ... he bought the 2013 BMW X6 to celebrate the birth of their daughter (that's called a push present, guys) and his fiancee's birthday ... then had the whip completely rebuilt.
Sources close to the customizing shop say the car has about $30K worth of modifications, including:
-body lowered 3 inches
-custom grill
-smoked head and tail lights
-customized bumpers
-powder coated black rims
And the sickest part of all ... lighted projectors in the doors that project the BMW logo onto the ground when the doors are open.
BMW. The ultimate birthing machine.

Joe Scarborough Divorce He Earns $99,000 A WEEK
MSNBC's "Morning Joe" host Joe Scarborough earns $99,038 PER WEEK from his show -- this according to divorce docs obtained by TMZ -- but the crazier part ... his soon-to-be ex-wife will only see a tiny fraction of it.
We broke the story ... the 50-year-old former Florida congressman quietly filed for divorce from his wife of 12 years Susan Waren back in September 2012. They have 2 minor kids (a 10-year-old and a 5-year-old).
But according to the divorce docs, Joe's pretty much making off like a bandit. For starters, the divorce docs state Joe will NOT be paying child support, and what his alimony amounts to is a morsel of his enormous salary.
According to the docs, Joe will fork over $30,000 per month for 5 years, then $25,000 per month for 2 years. Joe also gave her a lump sum of $150k, and he's paying the mortgage on their Connecticut home, and for the kids' schooling.
They share joint legal custody ... and are still living together with the kids.
Couple of interesting clauses in the divorce papers -- Susan "acknowledges" Joe was faithful, devoted, and committed." A sentence perhaps intended to quiet allegations Joe was cheating.
Also, when Joe and Susan are both in the Conn. home there are some house rules: Neither can enter the others bedroom, barring a kid related emergency ... and after 7 PM they're each banned from the others side of the house.
Very "War of the Roses."

Dodgers Star Matt Kemp Rollin' to the NLCS ... By Himself
It's bad enough that he can't play, but injured Dodgers star Matt Kemp isn't traveling with the team either -- and TMZ has video of the All Star gimping his way through LAX today on a scooter.
With the rest of the squad already in St. Louis for the NLCS, Kemp -- nursing two injuries -- wheeled through the airport Thursday afternoon on a medical scooter designed to help him keep the weight off his busted right ankle.
Kemp seemed pretty bummed out about the situation -- and for good reason -- telling us that having to ride around on the scooter, while the rest of the guys are prepping for the Cards, straight up blows.
But don't feel too bad for Matt -- he still raked in roughly $20 million this season ... so it's not a total loss.
Still sucks to be injured though.

'Jackass' Star Chris Pontius DIVORCE FINALIZED 'Party Boy' Back on the Market
It took four years .... but "Jackass" star Chris Pontius -- aka Party Boy -- is finally free to throw on his g-string and grind on whoever he wants (guilt-free) 'cause a judge just finalized his divorce, TMZ has learned.
We broke the story ... Chris was hit with divorce papers in 2011, two years after he had separated from his wife Claire Nolan. The two had married back in 2004.
Math Fact -- they had been separated almost as long as they had been married.
As far as assets go, the couple had two homes -- one in the Hollywood Hills (he got that) and one in Ireland (she got that) ... this, according to the judgment, filed in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ.
As far as the other stuff goes ...
Chris got ... his 2012 Toyota FJ Cruiser, his royalties from "Jackass" and "Wildboyz," everything in their American investment accounts, and an unknown amount of credit card debt.
Claire got ... a vintage 1965 International Scout (see below), her engagement ring, a check from Chris for $200,000 dollars and whatever's left in their Irish bank account.
We reached out to Pontius for comment -- so far, no word back.

Mohamed, Dodi Fayed BUSTED By Paul Anka
Paul Anka both literally and figuratively check-mated Mohamed and Dodi Fayed in a defamation lawsuit that just settled in Anka's favor ... TMZ has learned.
Mohamed Al-Fayed sued Anka, claiming the singer lied in his autobiography, "My Way," when he claimed he loaned Princess Diana's BF $150k after Dodi had a huge amount of cash confiscated by U.S. Customs. Anka claimed Dodi begged him for the loan because he was afraid Mohamed would go nuts that his son tried pulling a fast one with Customs, losing a boatload of cash as a result.
Anka also claimed Dodi paid the money back with a rubber check, and Mohamed eventually agreed to pay the loot because he feared Anka would blow the lid on Dodi's customs problem.
In his lawsuit, Mohamed claimed Anka made the story up -- he NEVER loaned Dodi a penny.
Well guess what Anka produced? The checks below -- yes, we got copies. We're told when Anka's lawyer produced the legal tender to Mohamed's lawyers, they turned very pale and the case settled very quickly.
The terms of the settlement are confidential, but our sources say Anka's lawyers will be able to dine out ... on Mohamed's dime. We're told Mohamed agreed to pay $70k to Anka's legal eagles.
We couldn't reach Mohamed for comment. Anka was mum.

NFL Star Major Wright Sued Over Giant African Diamonds
NFL star Major Wright just got into serious heat over his side hustle -- AFRICAN DIAMONDS -- and now he's being chased down by a couple of scary loan sharks.
Here's the short of it ... when he's not playing ball, Wright operates a diamond trading company called TDW Diamonds, and allegedly borrowed $75,000 last year in order to purchase raw South African diamonds (ranging from 21-31.5 carats).
Problem is ... the lenders are saying they still haven't been repaid, and the interest rate is borderline mafia-level.
According to their lawsuit, lenders Jimmy Michel and Marc Geffrard claim Wright promised to repay the loan PLUS 100% interest by March 2012 ... a total of $150,000 ... but that never happened.
It's now been more than a year and Michel and Geffrard say they still haven't been paid. They're suing for the full $150,000 plus even more interest.
P.S. -- the loan sharks are gonna get screwed because under Florida law, if anyone charges more than 18 percent on a loan, they forfeit their right to collect any interest at all. So, by (allegedly) signing a dumb contract, the two footballers may have outsmarted the sharks in the end.
Calls to Wright weren't returned.
