Rapper The Game is raising money to pay for the funeral of a 7-year-old boy killed during a shooting in L.A. this week -- a crime that's suspected to be gang-related -- and the irony ... Game tells TMZ, he's getting financial help from the city's top gang leaders.

Game called in to "TMZ Live" moments ago, explaining he heard about Talib Pecantte's death this morning on the news and decided he wanted to do something for the victim's family ... especially since it happened so close to Christmas.

Game tells us he's already raised $7,000 to help cover the boy's funeral expenses -- but the crazy part, Game says a huge chunk of that money is coming from top-ranking L.A. gang members ... rival gangs too ... Crips, Bloods, and Latin gangs alike.

Game says he doesn't have a goal in mind ... he's just gonna keep raising money until he can't raise any more. He also says he's speaking to rival gang leaders about instituting a cease-fire ... at least during the holidays.

Beyonce's father is a DEADBEAT DAD ... at least according to the mother of his 3-year-old son who claims Mathew Knowles has stiffed her out of $24k in child support, TMZ has learned.

According to California State records obtained by TMZ, Mathew missed TWO of the $12k monthly payments he's been ordered to pay to Alexsandra Wright.

Sources close to Wright says she's in a financial bind and needs the cash asap -- we're told she's even had to pull her son from school because she can't afford to pay for it.

As we've reported ... the legal battles between Knowles and Wright have been ugly. She claims Knowles sent a threatening email to her in 2011 ... warning "there's a price to pay" for hurting his family.

We reached out to Mathew for comment -- so far, no word back.

One of Eddie Murphy's baby mamas is now suing over "Hollywood Exes" -- claiming she came up with the idea for the reality show back in 2008 and producers STOLE it from her ... then cast one of Eddie's OTHER exes in her place.

Tamara Johnson filed the lawsuit against producers Lynch-Dyson Entertainment, claiming she pitched an idea to Vernon Lynch in 2008 called "The Hollywood ExClub" about a group of celebrity baby mamas ... inspired by her own relationship with Eddie Murphy ... but the discussions went nowhere.

Then in 2011, Tamara says she got wind VH1 was making a show called "Hollywood Exes" -- produced by Lynch-Dyson -- which she claims was a complete rip-off of her idea.

The show eventually premiered in 2012, starring girls Tamara had in mind for her own show ... like Andrea Kelly. But the biggest slap in the face ... Eddie Murphy's other ex Nicole Murphy was cast instead of Tamara.

Tamara claims she contacted Lynch-Dyson many times about getting credit -- and money -- for her role in creating the show ... but she's been nothing but rebuffed.

Chris Brown is responsible for more than $3 million dollars in pain and suffering ... according to legal docs filed by Frank Ocean's cousin over that massive brawl outside a recording studio.

The docs were filed by Sha'Keir Duarte ... who claims one of Chris' goons put the hurtin' on him during the melee between Chris, Frank, and their posses in West Hollywood last January.

Duarte claims Brown's bodyguard brutalized him ... and in his court docs he itemizes his list of damages complete with price tags:

-$1,000,000 for pain, suffering and inconvenience
-$1,000,000 for emotional distress
-$1,000,000 for punitive damages
-plus, another $60K for medical expenses

As we previously reported ... Chris has filed a counter lawsuit against Duarte, accusing him of provoking the fight and attacking him with kicks and punches.

TMZ has learned ... before Sheen started dating Brett Rossi, he ended his relationship with the trio of porn stars he had been with for the past several months -- Celeste Star, Jayme Langford and Jana Jordan.

Sources connected to Sheen tell us Charlie believes two of the three "angels" -- Jayme and Jana -- carried out a scheme to run up his credit card bill ... and when Charlie found out, he went ballistic.

In fact, when we reached out to Charlie about the situation -- he fired-off one of the most Sheen-ish statements of all time ... telling us, "I've observed more nobility and honor in the drifters I've run over and child molesters I spit on at Pelican Bay."

It gets worse -- and far more graphic -- at one point he says they're worse than "the cancer known as Brooke [Mueller]."

Charlie Sheen is one step closer to kicking Brooke Mueller's ass out of the house he bought for her -- TMZ has learned a real estate firm wants to buy the pad, but at such a discount ... Charlie would have to be desperate. Oh wait, he is.

TMZ obtained a copy of the letter Dginger Group fired off to Sheen's people offering $2,599,000 for the house ... along with a guarantee to close the deal in less than 7 days.

As we previously reported ... Sheen told Brooke he wants her out NOW, and even sent her a letter saying he's aggressively trying to sell the place.

But here's the rub -- Charlie bought the house for around $4.8 mil ... which means he'd be taking a massive $2.2 million bath if he accepts the current offer.

Our sources say Sheen's willing to sell at a reduced rate, but this might be pushing it.

Gucci Mane's got a problem with the United States government that goes beyond taxes -- it's like a bullet to the heart ... because Uncle Sam wants to take his Glock.

According to a federal indictment, the government wants Mane to surrender his 2 guns -- a 40 caliber Glock and a 45 caliber Taurus. They also want the ammo that goes with it.

As for why the government has a hard-on for Mane ... the rapper has 2 priors -- aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of more than 20 grams of pot.

Lil Mama -- the rapper behind the song "Lip Gloss" -- just got destroyed in court ... after pulling one of the dumbest moves ever ... TMZ has learned.

Mama was sued by her lawyer -- a guy who specializes in intellectual property -- who claims he busted his butt to protect her rights to the name "Lil Mama." Kind of an important guy in her life.

Problem is, the lawyer claims he worked for Mama until 2011 ... but she stopped paying him in 2008. So, he did what lawyers do ... he took her ass to court.

In the end, the rapper (who also starred as Left Eye in the recent TLC movie on VH1 -- suffered an embarrassing and expensive defeat and was ordered to pony up roughly $18k for the bill, interest and other fees.

Ne-Yo has way too much money to stiff some restaurant on a bill ... despite accusations he bailed on a $800 tab in NYC last month ... the singer tells TMZ.

Ne-Yo was out at LAX last night when we asked about allegations he racked up an $800 bill with his friends at a West Village restaurant called Negril ... then skipped on the bill ... and tip.

Ne-Yo tells us, "Anybody that knows me knows that I don't have to dine and ditch ... $800, seriously?"

A guy selling a Lexus on eBay is banking on you paying more because Leo DiCaprio cavorted with Gisele Bundchen and other models in the whip.

A guy named Brian bought the 1999 Lexus GS 400 at a dealership. The paperwork showed Leo was the prior owner who turned it in after the lease expired.

Brian bought the car in 2001 with 18,000 miles. He's selling it today with 148,091 miles, and you can buy it now for $20,000.

So how can he command such a price? Brian tells TMZ ... the former service manager at the Beverly Hills dealership told him Gisele was a passenger in the car several times when Leo dropped it off for service.

In other words ... sniffing the seat comes at a premium.

Here's the bad news for Brian ... The stale scent of a woman doesn't command lots of cents -- top bid so far is $5,000.

The Miss Universe Organization is rife with sexual predators and deviants who prey on unsuspecting young women ... so says a pageant hopeful who claims a recruiter tried to dupe her into sex in a parking lot.

Ashleigh Blake filed a suit today against MUO over her run-in with a guy she claims promised to land her modeling jobs and magazine covers. In the lawsuit ... Blake says she met him in his car in a Starbucks parking lot ... where he explained the terms of an "oral" contract (her double entendre, not ours).

Specifically ... Blake claims he wanted oral sex in exchange for fast-tracking her to the top of the modeling world.

In the docs, Blake says she burst into tears and ran from the car. She says she went to the cops ... and was told she couldn't file criminal charges because the recruiter didn't force her to perform the sex act.

So ... she's suing the Miss Universe Organization ... claiming it knowingly hires "scam artists" who lure naive women with false promises of modeling contracts and fame.

Blake's looking for at least $200K in damages.

Ashton Kutcher has something to be thankful for this week -- his divorce from Demi Moore was just finalized ... TMZ has learned.

The docs were filed Tuesday afternoon by disso-queen Laura Wasser on Kutcher's behalf, ending the marriage that began in 2005. The two had separated in 2011.

The reason it took so long for the saga to finally end (Ashton initially filed for divorce in Dec. 2012) -- is because they were squabbling over money.

As we first reported, Demi wanted spousal support even though she's worth way more than Ashton. Our sources say she backed off that claim.

We're told ... they ultimately reached a financial settlement and Ashton gave Demi somewhat more than he had to, but at least it's finally over ... and now he can focus on getting hitched to Mila Kunis (if he wants).

Marc Anthony's ex-wife claims the singer has turned a cold shoulder on her children ... forcing them to sell their home and move into a hovel in the Valley ... while he lives like a king -- and to add insult to injury, he pays the very rich Jennifer Lopez a ton of child support ... this according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

Dayanara Torres -- the 1993 Miss Universe -- wants a huge increase in child support -- from $13K per month for their 2 sons, to $113K a month. It's an enormous increase, but she says it's a drop in the bucket for Marc -- who this year boasted he makes $1.25 mil a month -- MINIMUM.

It's especially infuriating for Dayanara, who claims Marc played the poverty card during their divorce, claiming he had such money trouble he had to sell his private island and let some of his staff go. Now get this ... the week the divorce became final, she says he bought JLo a $4 MILLION RING!

Dayanara says Marc goes weeks and even months without seeing their boys, one of whom has special needs. She mentions one instance where he told the boys he couldn't visit because of work, but then they saw him on TV cavorting on a beach with JLo. They were devastated.

Dayanara gives Marc backhanded credit for giving the kids lavish gifts. For example, last XMAS he sent them 4 huge boxes of toys, including an extravagant Lego set. But she says their apartment is so small they have no space to play with them.

A woman claiming to have been impregnated by Flo Rida is suing for child support -- but not just any child support ... she knows she hit the jackpot, and now she wants "good fortune" support -- which means she banged a rich person.

Glamor model and video vixen Natasha Georgette Williams -- who says she hasn't given birth yet -- and her attorney Ray Rafool, filed the legal docs in Miami ... asking for a bunch of Flo's money for things like pre-natal assistance and other birth-related expenses.

She also wants a child support order to cover medical insurance, daycare, private school expenses, summer camp, etc.

But the hilarious part -- she also asks for "good fortune" child support ... which is a special kind of child support in Florida for rich people's kids. Basically, she's asking for more child support than she actually needs ... just because Flo's rich. You can't make this up.

We called Flo's people for comment. So far, no word back ... but it's worth noting paternity of the child still hasn't officially been established.

Paris Hilton never made ONE CENT off of her sex tape -- which has produced untold millions in profits ... at least that's her story.

It's a shocking statement ... given that "1 Night in Paris" has grossed tens of millions of dollars.

TMZ knows ... Paris signed off on the skin flick in 2004, but sources connected with Hilton tell us ... she claims she gave all the profits to her co-star, Rick Salomon. We know in the first year alone, Salomon reported to the IRS that he made $10 mil, and that was almost all sex tape $$$.

So the question ... why would Paris sign off on the tape if she didn't want to cash in? We can't answer that question.
