B.B. King Family Claims Rock Star Friends Can't Say Goodbye

Published | Updated

B.B. King is being isolated from his family and celebrity friends, including Willie Nelson, Carlos Santana and Eric Clapton, and it's all a sinister plot by his manager to fleece his estate ... so says his daughter.

Karen Williams claims in new legal docs her dad is being horribly neglected by B.B.'s manager, Laverne Toney. She says Toney has hired a caregiver who got so drunk he fell asleep and B.B. fell and bashed his face in.

Williams says Toney won't take her dad to the dentist to treat his abscesses, because she says he's broke. Yet Williams claims B.B. had a $5 million balance in his account just last year.

But Williams says the money is being drained, and quickly. She says in April 2014, more than $453k was withdrawn from B.B.'s account.

TMZ broke the story, Toney refused to let the family take B.B. to the hospital late last week after the legend suffered a minor heart attack. Cops came and took B.B. to the hospital, where he was examined and then released.

Williams says Toney has claimed B.B. is at death's door, yet she won't allow anyone to see him, which Williams says is suspicious.

Williams is asking a judge to make her the guardian of her dad's estate.

Britney Spears 'Piece Of Me' Moans Were Stolen ... Lawsuit Claims

Published | Updated

Britney Spears needs help sounding sexy ... according to the guy dragging Sony Music to court for jacking his samples, and dropping them into Brit's hit, "Piece of Me."

According to the docs, Kirk Rothrum -- owner of bangin-beats.com -- says Sony lifted the sounds of a woman seductively moaning "uhh" and "oh yeah" ... from his sampling library, but never paid him for it.

Rothrum says he was cruising around listening to the radio when he first heard the offending moans repeated during Brit's 2007 musical masterpiece. Best we can tell ... you can hear them 3 times in the first 10 seconds of the song, and also at the end of each chorus.

He says huge artists like 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks, Eminem, Jay Z, and Rihanna use his stuff all the time, but they always pay -- and now he's demanding the same for Brit's hit.

We reached out to Sony reps who said, "no comment."

Shanna Moakler Selling Off $2.6 Mil Pain In The Calabasas

Published | Updated

All it took was 7 years and a few alleged death threats, but Shanna Moakler is finally ready to say adios to the house she's shared with Travis Barker ... even AFTER they got divorced.

Sources say Moakler is looking to put distance between herself and Travis so she's selling the 5 bedroom, 6 bath crib in the ritzy Oaks neighborhood of Calabasas. Asking price -- $2.6 million.

The couple divorced in 2008, but continued living together part-time in the Calabasas for the sake of raising their kids. We're guessing cohabitating just became too much when they were both arrested back in December for allegedly exchanging violent threats.

We're told construction's almost complete on Shanna's new home in nearby Porter Ranch -- and Travis already has his own place in L.A.

The first part of his story syncs up with Jeremy's -- he was called to help Jackson recover some stolen cash ... which he did. After that Jeremy and the guy -- who doesn't want his name out -- didn't really see eye to eye.

He accuses Jeremy of stealing from him, but Jeremy claims it was the other way around.

Bottom line, he says Jeremy knifed him over and over -- to the arms and torso -- and he needed 177 stitches and 3 pints of blood.

Jeremy was arrested and booked, but claims it was self defense.

'Two & A Half Men' Child Star TV Honchos Hooked ... The Kid Stays In Our Pictures

Published | Updated

Edan Alexander is only 7 years old, but looks like the big wigs behind "Two and A Half Men" feel they've found the golden child, because they're throwing down big bucks to keep him around.

According to his minors contract, Edan scored $20k for each of his 10 episodes on the show's final season, and producers were so impressed they included an option for a whole new series.

If the new still untitled series gets picked up, he'll pull down $21,240 an episode with 4% bumps for every season that follows.

It's a far cry from the $1.8 mil/episode Charlie Sheen was hauling in, but at least Chuck Lorre likes him.

And isn't that worth something?

Mayweather vs. Pacquiao Fire Sale On Tix ... Investors Losing Big $$$

Published | Updated

It was supposed to be the hottest ticket of the year ... but it's gone cold ... and now multiple investors who tried to flip tickets to Mayweather vs. Pacquiao tell TMZ Sports they're losing BIG MONEY.

As we previously reported, ringside seats hit the market for upwards of $80,000 ... and face value of the crappy seats originally went on sale for $1,500.

A bunch of high profile ticket brokers and investors bought up as many tickets as they could get -- thinking it was a sure bet ... since interest in the fight has been through the roof.

But it just ain't panning out -- with one broker blaming the high prices and the fact that tickets only went on sale 10 days before the fight -- and investors are losing their asses.

One company told us they initially bought 80 tickets ... but only moved 20 ... and now they're holding the bag on 60 high-priced stubs.

"It's an embarrassment. We lost a significant amount of money," one broker tells us.

Same story for another ticket broker -- who tells us things have gotten "desperate" and they're slashing prices like crazy.

At this point, we're told brokers are just trying to break even ... and anything more than that would be a huge victory at this point.

Tyga Watch Me Stiff My Landlord!!!

Published | Updated

Tyga is a wanted man in Calabasas ... wanted by a landlord who claims the rapper owes them a fortune in back rent and is now thumbing his nose at them ... so they're threatening Kylie's BF with jail.

Tyga rented a fancy house in Calabasas back in 2010, but fell way behind. The landlord got a judgement for nearly $90k in back rent. But that's not the end of the story.

Tyga never paid the judgment, so the landlord filed legal docs to force Tyga back into court, so a lawyer could grill him on where he's keeping his assets ... assets that could be seized to satisfy the judgment.

You may recall last month, while Tyga was hawking his L.A. Gear kicks at a release party, he got served with papers ... and now we know that was to demand he show up for the hearing.

tyga
YOU JUST GOT SERVED

Tyga, it seems, had better things to do, because he was a no show, which pissed off the landlord. Tyga's lawyer then tried to mollify the landlord by offering to pay his lawyer bill for the hearing, which came to $1090. Tyga wrote a check ... and it bounced!

To add insult to injury, the landlord noticed that Tyga posted on his Instagram -- 5 days before the hearing -- stacks of hundred dollar bills.

So now the landlord's out for blood, demanding he pay the full judgment, plus interest, which has now swelled to $124k. And, the landlord warns, if he doesn't pay, he'll get an arrest warrant because Tyga failed to show at the hearing.

Something tells us ... it's not over.

Michael Lohan I'm On an Installment Plan for Child Support!

Published | Updated

Bad news for Michael Lohan, with a silver lining ... he still owes Dina Lohan a big chunk of change in child support, but at least now he gets to pay it off over time.

MiLo cut a check recently for $9,500 to the New York State Child Support Processing Center to partially settle his debt with Dina. He still owes around $6,000.

The judge has mercifully let the patriarch pay the balance in $1,500/month installments. Michael had previously argued he paid his kids directly because Dina was irresponsible in the money department, but the judge scoffed, ruling that dog don't hunt.

The judge had previously revoked Michael's passport and suspended his driver's license, but he got them back once he paid the $9,500.

N.W.A. Photog Dear MTV, Express Yourself WITHOUT Jacking My Photos

Published | Updated

The guy who shot the most iconic image of N.W.A. says the same company keeps ripping off his classic work with the rap legends ... so now he's trying to take 'em down in court.

In the docs, Howard Rosenberg says at least 3 of his shots popped up on MTV.com and BET.com -- which are both owned by Viacom. It's deja vu for Rosenberg ... who points out he also sued Viacom in 2011 for the same thing, and eventually settled.

Rosenberg says his N.W.A. pics are so valuable because they were shot in 1989 -- right before Ice Cube left the group. So he says they're rare shots of the whole lineup -- Cube, Dr. Dre, Eazy-E, DJ Yella, and MC Ren.

Howard says he already fired off a warning letter to Viacom, which deleted the images from its websites ... but they still haven't paid him a dime.

He's now asking a judge to make the media giant cough up his cash and stop using his pics once and for all.

Lil B $10k Got Jacked from My Room After Weed Dispute with Hotel

Published | Updated

Rapper Lil B is furious $10,000 went missing from his hotel room -- and he's pointing the finger at the hotel staff ... after management gave him the boot for hotboxing the place.

Lil B tells TMZ he was staying at the Oakland Airport's Red Lion on Tuesday when the hotel kicked him out because guests were complaining about marijuana smoke coming out of his room.

The rapper claims hotel management told him security had entered his room while he was gone ... found a small bag of pot, and then asked him to leave.

When Lil B went back to his room to collect his things, he says he noticed $10,000 cash was missing. He went to the front desk to file a theft report, but claims the employee ignored him. He recorded that awkward encounter and posted it online. He also blasted the hotel staff on Twitter.

Since the hotel wasn't helping ... B says he went to Oakland PD to file a report. Cops tell us they are "still in the process of verifying if this incident occurred."

We reached out to the Red Lion Hotel for comment ... so far, no word back.

Published | Updated

'Hangover' star Brody Stevens says the vendors and concession workers at Camden Yards are getting SCREWED ... and tells TMZ Sports the "empty stadium" solution is a total disaster.

As we previously reported ... the concession stand workers at Camden Yards are pissed -- because no fans, means no concessions ... which means no work. Which means no paycheck.

Which brings us to Brody -- who's not just a hilarious comic, but one of the most die-hard baseball fans in the country -- who used to work in a baseball stadium himself back in the day.

But Brody didn't just bitch about the problems ... he's got solutions.
