'Stranger Things' Star Thanks to Renegotiation Season 3 Raise is MASSIVE!!!

Published | Updated

Gaten Matarazzo -- who plays curly-haired, potty-mouthed Dustin on the Netflix smash hit "Stranger Things" -- didn't just get a raise for season 3 ... he hit the jackpot.

According to Gaten's original contract, he was scheduled to get a slight salary increase for the upcoming season, much like he did for season 2. The docs, obtained by TMZ, show he was due a bump of slightly less than $1,000 per episode -- from $16,800 to $17,640 per episode in season 3.

Nothing to sneeze at, but according to multiple reports, Gaten and his co-stars renegotiated their deals and will now make between $200 to $250 THOUSAND per episode for season 3!!

Now, we know how sweet a deal it is -- around a 1,200 percent raise ... for a 15-year-old.

Kudos to his agent!

Heidi Klum Drops $5.1 Mil on NYC Loft ... To Start from Scratch!!!

Published | Updated

Heidi Klum's got a luxurious new space in Manhattan to do anything she wants with ... because that's the deal -- it demands total renovation.

The world-famous supermodel bought the huge penthouse loft -- 5,000 sq. feet with 12 ft. high ceilings -- in SoHo last month, but it's been completely gutted ... aside from the original wooden columns and beams.

Even though it's bare, the space boasts massive new windows for abundant light ... along with views of One World Trade Center, Skyline and 56 Leonard Street.

We're told the loft -- which was listed by Edward Hickey of Compass -- had been used as an authentic art studio for the past 30 years, but it's unclear if Heidi plans to use it for business or turn it into her new home ... or both.

Either way, her options are endless.

We're told the owners, Avi and Ofir -- celeb jewelers to the stars -- helped her pick out a ring with 7.5 karats in yellow diamonds ... surrounding a huge 15-karat emerald.

Bella's BF didn't leave empty-handed either -- he ended up walking out with a custom heart pendant with 22 karats in colorful stones.

We're told the 2 dropped over $100k total on their new bling ... which they happily flaunted at the premiere.

DIFFERENCE OF OPINION

Rick and Kathy Hilton are almost always interesting ... and they did not disappoint Friday night when we asked them about prenups and soon-to-be-married Paris.

We got Paris' mom and dad in Bev Hills at Mr. Chow, and raised the prenup issue with Rick. Our photog didn't ask specifically about Paris ... rather, he asked if Prince Harry should get a prenup and Rick clearly thinks he should. The principle he raises would seem to apply to Paris.

Our photog was more direct with Kathy, who didn't seem to know much about prenuptial agreements. When it registered, she was solidly against it.

Paris is insanely wealthy, and we're guessing daddy's view will prevail.

Kim Kardashian My Snaplight Lawuit's Dismissed ... IT'S FULLY LIT!!!!

Published | Updated

Kim Kardashian has one less legal headache to worry about after apparently striking a settlement with SnapLight over illuminated phone cases.

SnapLight and Kim's company -- Kimsaprincess, Inc. -- filed docs to have the lawsuit tossed out of court. As we reported, SnapLight had sued Team Kim for $100 mil, claiming she got in to bed with LuMee to sell the phone cases -- using tech Snalight created years earlier.

According to the docs, the suit can't be refiled, and we're told Kim's side is thrilled with the outcome. However, that doesn't necessarily mean any money was exchanged. Worth noting ... Kim's dismissal comes on the heels of LuMee and SnapLight dismissing a separate, but related lawsuit.

You may now resume taking your perfectly lit selfies.

NFL's Zay Jones Family Forking Out $20k for Damages From Bizarre, Bloody Arrest

Published | Updated

Zay Jones won't face criminal charges for shattering a penthouse window because his family is covering the cost for repairs ... TMZ Sports has learned.

According to the L.A. County District Attorney ... there was no proof the Bills wide receiver acted with malice or wrongful intent. That seems odd, considering the video we got of Jones running naked in the hallway of the downtown L.A. building right before he kicked out the 30th floor window.

However, the D.A. also says the building wasn't looking to press charges ... most likely because Zay's family was extremely cooperative and told the building manager they'd cover the damages. According to docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, that's about $20,000.

We broke the story ... Jones was arrested Monday night for felony vandalism after getting into a naked altercation with his brother, Cayleb Jones of the Minnesota Vikings ... breaking the window and bleeding all over the hallways.

The Bills and the NFL still haven't said if Zay will face any league punishment.

Model Adwoa Aboah Sues Management Co. You're Holding My $190k as Ransom!!!

Published | Updated

Model Adwoa Aboah is getting royally screwed out of tons of dough from her former managers ... this according to a new lawsuit.

Adwoa -- who recently posed nearly nude on the cover of Allure -- is suing The Lions Management, claiming they stiffed her on $190k, and they're holding it as ransom because she left the fold.

In docs obtained by TMZ, Aboah says she earned around $670k between January 2015 and July 2017, but her managers kept almost half of it. She demanded what she was owed, and says TLM wired some, but not all of the cash.

Adwoa eventually left TLM, and says it's holding the money over her head ... just to punish her for bailiing. As she puts it in the suit, "Fashion models are not indentured servants." She's suing to get the remaining balance, plus damages.

We've reached out to Lions Management, so far no word back.

Ben Carson About That $31k Dining Set My Wife's Got Great Taste!

Published | Updated

Ben Carson's doing his best to get out of the dog house -- after throwing his wife under the bus for buying $31k worth of furniture -- but we're not sure this clip's gonna be enough to get the job done.

We got the HUD Secretary Thursday morning on Capitol Hill, and our guy straight-up asked him what he had to say to women who feel he shamefully put all the blame on his wife when Congress grilled him about the pricey dining room set ... bought with taxpayer's money.

Carson deflected our question at first, making it clear the furniture's been returned ... which we already knew. We persisted with a more personal question about the pieces his wife picked out, and gotta hand it to him -- he fired off the best response possible ... under the circumstances.

Still, the ultimate judge of this clip will be Mrs. Carson. If the homefront looks anything like his Congressional hearing, Ben might wanna invest in a new couch.

On his dime, of course.

Britney Spears Dad Wants K-Fed's Tax Returns 'Cause He Thinks Kev's a Freeloader

Published | Updated

Britney Spears' dad is calling Kevin Federline's bluff that he needs more child support to care for the 2 kids he had with the singer ... we've learned Jamie Spears will demand to see Kevin's 2017 tax return to see if he's working for a living or sponging off her.

We've learned K-Fed's lawyer sent Jamie Spears a letter Tuesday demanding her 2017 tax return. Kevin will be getting the exact same letter in the next day or so.

We're told Jamie Spears ain't budging ... he won't agree to pay Kevin a cent over the $20,000 a month he's been getting until Kevin gives him a full accounting on how the money is being spent. Jamie believes Kevin is misusing some of the $20k by spending it on his 4 other children from different women.

So far K-Fed and his lawyer haven't provided such an accounting, although they have demanded more child support. Jamie's position -- the kids needs haven't changed, so the only issue is whether $20k a month cuts it.

We're told Jamie wants to make sure the kids are getting what they need from both Kevin and Britney, and if a judge ultimately says she should pay more, he'll be down with it. But he wants to control the purse strings to make sure Kevin isn't squandering the cash on matters unrelated to Sean and Jayden.

Tarek El Moussa Sues Realtor You Swindled Me Outta $35k!!!

Published | Updated

Tarek El Moussa got swindled out of $35k by a crooked realtor who later got his ass arrested for doing the exact same thing to others ... so claims Tarek, who's suing the realtor to get his jack back.

The "Flip or Flop" star is going after Mario Gonzalez and MCR Realty ... claiming, in docs obtained by TMZ, he struck a deal in April 2014 to buy a house in Cypress, CA. Tarek, however, says he grew suspicious after Gonzalez told him to wire a $35k deposit, but reluctantly agreed to wire the cash.

Things went south from there. Tarek says Gonzalez went radio silent for months, so he went to cops. Tarek says he later learned Gonzalez had been arrested. We checked ... and Gonzalez was arrested by the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. in December 2016 for grand theft.

Gonzalez also had his real estate license revoked. Tarek's suing for his $35k plus damages.

Kanye West Nothing's Easy, Yeezy!! Chinese Co. Trying to Take Over His Brand

Published | Updated

Kanye West might have to strap on his fightin' shoes ... because a company has come out of nowhere to compete for the right to use his Yeezy nickname.

According to new legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Kanye's company was outmaneuvered by a Chinese company that swooped in and filed trademark paperwork in an effort to stake its claim to the popular Yeezy brand name.

Kanye's company has owned the name Yeezy for footwear since 2013, but for whatever reason abandoned the trademark for other clothing items besides shoes in 2017. The Chinese company -- listed as Fujian Baby Network Technology Co. -- seized the opportunity by immediately filing trademark paperwork for the term "Yeezy Boost" for its clothing products.

The rapper's company then refiled its application for Yeezy clothing, but the trademark office said not so fast ... because the Chinese company now has dibs.

The good news -- Kanye shouldn't have to worry about this affecting Yeezy sneakers, but if he wants to branch out and start making mittens or even g-strings ... he might be in for a legal battle.

Ozzy Osbourne Suing AEG You're Making Me a Slave to Staples

Published | Updated

AEG Chairman and CEO Jay Marciano tells us, “This suit is without merit and we will vigorously fight it. We welcome a closer look at the global live entertainment market and, specifically, our practices and the practices of our competition."

Marciano adds, "AEG has always worked hard to put artists first. At the same time, we must respond to the actions of those we compete with, specifically Live Nation and Madison Square Garden. Fighting for a level playing field is fair competition at its core.”

Ozzy Osbourne is suing AEG, claiming the entertainment group is essentially blackmailing him to perform at the Staples Center ... or else.

Ozzy is scheduled to perform at the O2 Arena in London, but AEG has a giant string attached ... they won't let him play the O2 unless he also performs at Staples in L.A.

Ozzy feels this is effectively a violation of the antitrust laws, which prohibit businesses from gaining a stranglehold on customers.

Osbourne has set his sights on the newly refurbished Forum in nearby Inglewood ... not so much because he's set on performing there, but because he wants a bidding war between Staples and The Forum so he can line his pockets with more money.

According to his agreement with AEG, if Ozzy performs anywhere within a 25-mile radius of L.A. he MUST perform at Staples, and that takes away his leverage. As for the O2 Arena ... the only way he can play there is if he plays ball with AEG in Los Angeles.

The lawsuit includes an email from Sharon Osbourne to AEG, saying, "Shame on AEG for bringing artists into a power struggle that you're having with your competition, Live Nation."

Ozzy wants a judge to invalidate the provision in his contract that forces him to perform at Staples.

XXXTentacion Can I Get Off House Arrest, Judge'?' I Gotta Tour to 'Stay Afloat'!

Published | Updated

12:51 PM PT -- The judge just granted XXX's request, he's officially let off of house arrest. His attorney, David Bogenschutz, tells us XXX and his legal team are very pleased with the decision, and it was warranted based on his performance the last few months. David says, "Hopefully these are the first steps towards complete freedom."

The rapper will submit to monthly drug tests and report his travel.

XXXTentacion is pulling a DMX and asking a judge to let him off house arrest so he can make some cash ... TMZ has learned.

XXX's legal team filed docs, obtained by TMZ, asking a Florida court to remove the rapper's ankle monitor and let him out of the house so he can hit the road and make some touring money after his new record, "?" (the name of the album), hit the shelves last week.

As we reported ... XXX was placed under house arrest after being hit with 15 new felony charges for what prosecutors believe to be witness tampering by coercing his girlfriend into not testifying against him.

According to his attorneys, XXX is gonna be in dire straits financially if he isn't allowed to tour and reap the benefits of his latest work. As is the case with many in the music biz ... XXX insists artists make hardly any dough from the record sales themselves.

XXX's lawyers say he's willing to abide by the same probation terms he was subject to prior to the most recent charges in his domestic violence case ... namely, submitting a travel itinerary, submitting to drug and alcohol tests ... and checking in with a PO early and often.

Considering XXXTentacion "desperately requires" this touring income to "stay afloat" -- according to his team -- he might wanna look to DMX for some guidance. Well, partly ... we suppose.

BIG MONEY PERFORMANCE

Roger Daltrey didn't have to headline a music festival to score a $1 million payday, he did it playing a rich dude's 60th birthday over the weekend in California instead.

The party was for Dr. Craig Flashner. If you're wondering how Flashner had the million to spare ... he owns about 500 nursing homes across the country.

The party was held Saturday at Flashner's home in Westlake Village, about an hour outside of L.A. We're told Daltrey accounted for the bulk of the party's $1.5 million price tag.

The bash also featured Cirque du Soleil performers and fire eaters. It was all put together by David Weintraub's DWE and XO Bloom.

As for the song pick, Daltrey and Flashner couldn't have chosen a better Who song to duet on.
