Thing is ...  our sources say Kim and Kroy never listed the home, so whoever posted the sale created a fake page to seemingly mess with the estranged couple.

Fake listing aside -- Kim and Kroy are still facing serious money problems -- and Kroy's been begging a judge to let him unload this property so that they can take care of mounting debts. He's repeatedly said there's still equity in the home, and that selling it would take care of a lot of their money problems -- and it'd also let them get their own spots.

However, a judge has not yet made a decision on whether or not to allow the sale ... more evidence the current listing isn't real.

Kim has appeared ambivalent about the sale of the home ... at times suggesting they were on the same page in selling it but also seemingly holding up the process in court.

As for the home itself -- its 7 bedrooms and 9 baths, not to mention the 9,500 sq. feet.

Of course, it also features all the bells and whistles of Southern luxury -- the home has its own wine cellar, a pool, an indoor 2-person elevator, a 6-car garage ... plus, all the peace and comfort of being inside a ritzy gated community near a golf course and a lake.

It seems the melee started after the drivers made contact with each other during the last lap of the race, a playoff event. Once the race finished, Crafton confronted Sanchez as he walked to the garage.

Witnesses say Crafton, 47, caught Sanchez, 22, by surprise, and the fight was on.

Sanchez ended up with a bloody face ... and he wasn't pleased, threatening Crafton for the punch, which some people have described as a cheap shot.

"You're f***ing dead," Sanchez yelled. "I'm gonna f***ing kill you!"

Sanchez -- the 2022 ARCA Menards Series champ -- suffered a broken nose ... which was treated at the track by medics.

NASCAR also suspended Sanchez's father from the last two races of the year for getting involved in the fight.

"I think if you look at our history with our drivers and how we handle these situations, a suspension was definitely considered," NASCAR VP Elton Sawyer said on SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.

Angela White, formerly Blac Chyna, says she's resorted to selling her personal belongings to keep her head above water, asking Tyga to chip in for their looming custody battle.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Angela says she's selling off her clothes, purses and shoes through an online consignment store and to friends and family just to make ends meet.

Angela claims she's brought in over $178k this year from selling her personal items, which she says has supplemented her plummeting business sales ... but there's a problem.

Angela says it's really just a stopgap measure ... because she's going to eventually run out of clothes, purses and shoes to sell.

With Angela fighting Tyga in court over legal and physical custody of their son, King, she says the legal bills are piling up on her end ... and she won't be able to keep up the fight for her kid without some money from her rapper ex.

In the docs, Angela also claims Tyga's been interfering with the limited time she does have with her son, which is only 24 hours a week.

Angela says Tyga refuses to directly communicate with her, share his contact information, or give her an address for where King lives. Anglea claims he's also holding back important information on the kid's health, safety and welfare, such as the location of the kid's school and his prescriptions.

However, sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ Angela knows where Tyga lives, and he's been paying for King's private school tuition, medical bills and most everyday living expenses. We're told King has his own line of communication with Angela that she has easily accessible access to.
