Ne-Yo has been declared the legal father of his 2 youngest kids he's got with his new girlfriend ... this coming months after asking the court to establish him as their pops.

According to new docs, obtained by TMZ, a judge has found it in the best interest of the kids that Ne-Yo be declared the natural and biological daddy of Braiden, born in 2021, and Brixton, born last February ... giving them all rights and privileges under the law.

The docs also provide the 2 will also have their last name changed from Bagnerise to Smith -- Ne-Yo's legal last name.

TMZ broke the story, the singer asked for the court to establish parentage for Braiden and Braxton back in May. He was also looking to have them be able to inherit from him as if they were born in wedlock.

La pareja de DC Young Fly, Jacky Oh!, falleció como consecuencia de complicaciones derivadas de una cirugía estética, quejándose de que la cabeza le "ardía" horas antes de su muerte, según ha podido indagar TMZ.

Según el informe de la autopsia obtenido por TMZ, Jacky voló a Miami en mayo para someterse a un procedimiento de liposucción y grasa transferida a su trasero.

La cirugía se completó el 30 de mayo y a Jacky le recetaron Cliprofloxacina (un antibiótico), Oxicodona (un analgésico) y Ondansetrón (contra las náuseas).

Poco después, la paciente de 32 años empezó a tener dolor de cabeza, por lo que volvió al cirujano para una cita postoperatoria, entonces decidió hacerse un masaje para aliviar el dolor. Le aconsejaron que tomara ibuprofeno y que dejara de tomar el ondansetrón.

La noche del 31 de mayo, empezó a sentir que la cabeza le "ardía" y empezó a tener dificultades para hablar. Estaba con su tía, que llamó al 911, pero Jacky no reaccionó antes de que llegaran y fue declarada muerta en el hospital a las 11 de la noche.

Según el informe de la autopsia, Jacky presentaba inflamación cerebral y una extensa hemorragia en la piel del torso.

Una publicación en las redes sociales borrada antes de su muerte decía que estaba en la ciudad para someterse a un "cambio de imagen de mamá" con el Dr. Zachary Okhah.

El Dr. Okhah habló poco después de su muerte, pero no abordó la situación directamente. En lugar de declarar que su oficina "sigue dedicada a la atención médica de la más alta calidad",  añadió: "Todos los procedimientos estéticos se realizan en un ambiente higiénicamente seguro a las normas médicas universalmente reconocidas."

DC Young Fly's partner Jacky Oh!'s died as a result of complications from cosmetic surgery, complaining her head was "burning" just hours before her death, TMZ has learned.

According to the autopsy report, obtained by TMZ, Jacky flew to Miami in May to undergo a procedure where she had liposuction and fat transferred to her butt ... aka a BBL.

The surgery was completed May 30, and Jacky was prescribed Ciprofloxacin (an antibiotic), Oxycodone (a painkiller), and Ondansetron (anti-nausea).

Shortly thereafter, the 32-year-old began to get a headache, returning to the surgeon for a post-operative appointment ... she then decided to get a massage to help alleviate her pain, and was advised to take ibuprofen and to stop taking the Ondansetron.

On the night of May 31, Jacky began to feel her head was "burning" and began to have difficulty speaking, Jacky was with her aunt, who called 911 -- but Jacky went unresponsive before they arrived ... and was pronounced dead at the hospital at 11 PM.

The autopsy report states Jacky had swelling in her brain and extensive bleeding of the skin around her torso.

A since-deleted social media post before Jacky's death claimed she was in the city to go through a "mommy makeover" with Dr. Zachary Okhah.

Dr. Okhah spoke out shortly after her death, but didn't address the situation directly -- instead stating his office "remains devoted to the highest quality medical care." He added, "All aesthetic procedures are performed in a hygienically safe environment to universally recognized medical standards."

DC, who shares 3 kids with Jackie, called her "the GREATEST MOTHER I KNOW" in an emotional tribute online, saying "LOVE YOU FOREVER jus know we goinn harder than ever and GOD is in control and he got us covered."

The rapper went all out on an ATL funeral celebrating the life of his loved one -- droves of folks showed up to say goodbye, and her casket rode in on a horse-drawn carriage.

DC gave a touching speech about Jackie at the funeral ... echoing the outpouring of love she's received since her death. For those unaware, Jackie and DC met back in 2015 when he joined her and the rest of the cast of "Wild 'N Out."

We also got DC weeks after her death, and he said he's doing his best to stay strong as he jumped back to work.

A rep for Jackie told us her beauty brand, J Nova Collection, saw a massive spike in sales following her passing ... receiving over 2,000 orders in just 2 weeks. We were told the website had to shut down due to the increase in traffic.

The defunct duo released a new music video for the jazzy jam "SpottieOttieDopaliscious" on Friday ... 25 years after it was originally released on their groundbreaking "Aquemini" album.

Neither Big or Dre appear in the animated visual -- a psychedelic romp of colors directed by OK Motion Club, but they're not leaving fans totally empty-handed.

The "Spottie..." video is part of "Aquemini's" 25th-anniversary rollout highlighted by a limited edition new vinyl pressing.

The silence of the past 27 years surrounding this case has spoken loudly in our community. It’s important to me that the world, the country, the justice system, and our people acknowledge the gravity of the passing of this man, my brother, my mother’s son, my father’s son. His life and death matters, and should not go unsolved or unrecognized, so yes, today is a victory but I will reserve judgment until all the facts and legal proceedings are complete."

She concluded, "There have been multiple hands involved and there remains so much surrounding the life and death of my brother Tupac and our Shakur family overall. We are seeking real justice, on all fronts."

1:50 PM PT -- Duane "Keffe D" Davis' mug shot has been released.

1:02 PM PT -- Law enforcement officials just held a press conference, revealing Davis gave them reason to get back on the case in 2018 when he started doing interviews and eventually wrote a book detailing his involvement in the murder.

Officials say once they executed the search warrant, they were able to present their new evidence to a grad jury who made the decision to indict Davis with one count of open murder with use of a deadly weapon with a gang enhancement.

Tupac Shakur was murdered 27 years ago, and there's finally been a major update in the case -- cops have made an arrest in connection to the killing.

Duane Keith "Keffe D" Davis was arrested early Friday morning by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department on unknown charges related to Tupac's murder ... according to the AP, who says they spoke with two officials with first-hand knowledge of the arrest.

Davis certainly isn't a new name when it comes to Tupac's murder, admitting in interviews and his book "Compton Street Legend" that he was in the Cadillac from which the bullets that killed Tupac were fired.

Keffe D is a former Crip, and claims to be the uncle of the late Orlando Anderson ... who's been suspected, at least on the streets, to have been the shooter.

Orlando is also the man who got into the fight with Tupac and his crew inside the MGM Grand right after a Mike Tyson fight ... and shortly before the fatal shooting went down just off the Vegas strip.

It was back in July when cops descended on a Las Vegas home owned by Keffe D's wife, Paula Clemons, executing a search warrant in connection to the murder investigation.

During the search, cops took a computer hard drive, cell phones, a copy of Vibe magazine that featured Tupac and tubs containing old photographs.

They also took several .40 caliber bullets.

The Maybach Music rappers dropped their new track "Shaq & Kobe" on Friday, the first sounds from their upcoming project entitled, "Too Good to Be True. " A source close to the album's production tells TMZ Hip Hop it'll drop at the end of October.

On the lead track, Meek sets up the alley-oop to Rozay as they flex jewelry and cars inside an airplane hangar near the Boss' private jet -- the references to winning big like the Lakers legends make perfect sense here.

The album will drop on the MMG imprint and the duo's chemistry in the clip surprised many fans who thought they were beefing after Rozay was absent from Meek's last album.

Our source tells us contrary to public opinion, Rozay and Meek have always remained cool ... Meek's rants in the past year were directed at outside parties as the two never had a dispute over money.

The Swifties are crossing the line when it comes to being a passionate fanbase ... so says Travis Kelce's ex-girlfriend, who claims she's been getting death threats from Taylor Swift supporters after speaking out about her past relationship with the Chiefs superstar.

Maya Benberry -- who won the "Catching Kelce" reality show back in 2016 -- has been sharing her dating experience with the All-Pro tight end following Swift's appearance at the Chiefs game on Sunday ... accusing TK of infidelity during their time together.

Benberry's comments apparently set the Swifties off ... 'cause she alleges she has been the target of serious hate, according to Inside Edition.

"Swifties are aggressive," Benberry said. "Very negative, very hypocritical. It's really crazy to me that someone that I think is positive and really nice has such a negative and angry fanbase."

As for Swift, Benberry -- who referred to Kelce as a "narcissist" -- says she has no issue with the "Anti-Hero" singer ... insisting she doesn't care one bit if she ends up dating her ex -- but pointing out, "I had him first."

Benberry also addressed those close to Kelce claiming she's looking for her "15 minutes of fame" ... adamantly denying she's clout chasing.

The boy band's song officially dropped online Thursday, made for the flick, "Trolls Band Together." As we reported, a teaser of the song debuted a couple of weeks ago, but folks can get the full experience now ... and the consensus is that it's an absolute banger.

Fans have been praising the track since it dropped ... one said it "gets better with each listen," and another said they're loving every second of it -- including "JC's voice esp the adlibs  😍😍😍."

Some pointed out a piece of the song that isn't sitting right with them, though -- the track is credited as *NSYNC and Justin Timberlake.

Obviously, Justin -- one of the stars of the "Trolls" franchise -- is a part of *NSYNC, but fans saw the separation as a sign that JT wasn't back with them.

A source with direct knowledge tells TMZ ... the reason Justin was credited separately is strictly for algorithm purposes. We're told because Justin's the only one who has released hits in the era of streaming, it was decided to put his name next to the group.

Sources say it was Justin's idea to have JC Chasez, Lance Bass, Chris Kirkpatrick, and Joey Fatone on the song with him ... as made clear from the BTS video of them having a blast back in the studio together.

Remember, the group doesn't have plans to go on tour, do a residency, or a new album after the "Trolls" song ... but we're told if the gang decides to record a full album, it would have a whole new sound.

Britney Spears is trying to put to bed the whole issue surrounding her knives, saying they were rented from a prop store -- while pleading with her worried fans to stop calling police.

In an Instagram message Thursday, Brit says she realizes she scared people with her video post showing her dancing with knives. Some of her supporters were so spooked they called the cops, who arrived on Brit's doorstep for a welfare check.

But, Brit insists the knives are "fake" as she has said before -- and now she claims her team rented them from "Hand Prop shop" in Los Angeles. (She might have meant "The Hand Prop Room.")

Driving the point home, Brit writes, "These are not real knives. No one needs to worry or call the police."

She went on, "I’m trying to imitate one of my favorite performers Shakira … a performance I was inspired by !!!"

Brit ended with ... "Cheers to us bad girls who aren’t afraid to push boundaries and take risks."

All the drama began Monday when Brit posted the IG clip of herself pirouetting with very real-looking knives in each hand. Brit wrote in the caption, "I started playing in the kitchen with knives today." Later on, she added the knives were fake Halloween props.

One of the reasons people were skeptical of her story ... you hear the clanging sound of knives when they touch.

Not long thereafter, Britney posted another video with a bandage around one of her arms and a cut on her leg. She didn't say how it happened, but lots of people were alarmed.

Not everyone believed Brit, and several people called the Ventura County Sheriff's Department out of concern. TMZ broke the story Thursday ... deputies responded to Brit's home for a welfare check ... but Brit's security said she was fine and that was that.
