Disney took "A Bug's Life" from the big screen and into the bedroom ... according to a new lawsuit filed by a woman claiming the Disneyland Hotel is infested by bed bugs.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Ivy Lizette Ewell Eldridge says she developed a severe skin rash over her entire body after an April stay in the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, and the hotel failed to tell her about a bed bug infestation.

In the suit, she says bed bugs latched onto her body while she slept and "sucked her blood until they were gorged." She claims the rash was so bad, she needed medical treatment.

We've obtained photos of her alleged injuries and, yeah ... they're gross.

The coach who witnessed his player eat a VICIOUS cheap shot elbow tells TMZ Sports he couldn't be happier his team did NOTHING in retaliation.

The video's insane ... Fitchburg State was playing Nichols College (both D-III teams) Tuesday night in Massachusetts ... when FSU's star Kewan Platt intentionally elbowed Nate Tenaglia ... sending him to the deck.

A lot of people wondered where the hell Nate's teammates were ... and why didn't they step up and return the favor?

Nichols head coach Scott Faucher knows why ... he's got a squad full of smart dudes.

"We have older guys that have been through it. They understand what a retaliation might mean, in terms of consequences and things like that. So, their focus is on the next play."

Coach says he trusts Fitchburg to handle the situation ... and they did -- indefinitely suspending Platt from the basketball team and the university's campus.

As for Nate ... he somehow managed to eat the elbow and live to shoot another 3.

A guy who claims he got beat up during a brawl at Jay-Z's 40/40 Club is now looking at the dust-up with 20/20 vision ... and his sights are set on suing.

Jose Irizarry just filed suit against Hov's New York-based sports bar and lounge, alleging the venue's lack of adequate security combined with insufficient crowd control led to him getting seriously f***ed up during a melee that broke out this past March. For the record ... Jay isn't named in the lawsuit.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Irizarry claims he was minding his business at 40/40 when all of a sudden a huge fight broke out between some attendants and security ... and he became collateral damage.

Irizarry says he was struck in the head and body during the brawl, and endured pain and suffering, lost wages and medical expenses that he wants the club to cover.

Dez Bryant's callin' his Achilles surgery Tuesday a huge success ... straight from his hospital bed -- while feelin' loopy as hell!!!

The wideout, after just 2 days with the New Orleans Saints, popped his Achilles tendon in practice last week and needed surgery to repair the mess.

That operation just went down ... and, per a completely drugged out Dez, it went well!!

"I just finished surgery. I'm out," Dez says with a laugh. "God is great. Thank everybody for the support."

In case you didn't believe the superstar receiver ... Dez put his doc on the screen to confirm the good news.

"Everything went well. Success! Nothing to worry about."

11/13 9:30 AM PT -- LeVert reportedly dislocated his right foot and ankle in the incident ... and he can return later this season.

Brooklyn Nets star Caris LeVert suffered a nasty leg injury Monday night that was reminiscent of the injury that sidelined Gordon Hayward for an entire season.

LeVert landed awkwardly after going up to attempt to block the Timberwolves' Josh Okogie and appears to have snapped his ankle. You can see how much pain he's in right away as he covers his face. LeVert had to be taken off the court by stretcher.

The injury is eerily similar to the one Hayward suffered last year during his debut with the Celtics. Hayward also landed awkwardly on his ankle, and had to undergo surgery to recover.

Yair Rodriguez might've handed out the greatest knockout in UFC history ... but he didn't escape unscathed ... 'cause dude's whole body is jacked up -- from head to toe.

Literally.

Rodriguez -- fresh off his INSANE last second KO of the "Korean Zombie" -- joined the guys on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs nightly on FS1) ... and showed off his battle scars.

"My nose is broken, and both my eyes are purple" ... Rodriguez told us.

But, the worst part?

His freakin' feet are ridiculously swollen ... so bad that he can't even move around on his own.

"I cannot walk without crutches, right now."

The fight was unbelievably entertaining ... and fans are already calling for a rematch.

So, is Yair down for another scrap?

"I'm always trying to move forward on my life and my career. I don't know what's coming next. Korean Zombie is a fighter I really respect a lot. I have tons of respect for him, of course."

"If I ever have to fight him again, it'll still be an honor for me to fight him."

Dez Bryant's done for the season ... but the Broncos would be stoked to have him on their squad next year -- so says one of Denver's star D-lineman.

TMZ Sports got Domata Peko out in Bev Hills enjoying the Broncos' bye week -- when we had to ask, does he think Dez can come back from the torn Achilles he suffered last week?

Peko said of course ... saying one of his ex-Bengals teammates proves that.

"Achilles are tough, man. One of my homies, though, his name is Leon Hall and he had two Achilles and he's still playing. So, yeah, man, he can come back."

Domata then told us he'd love to be teammates with Dez in 2019 -- if the wideout wants to come to Mile High.

"We'll take whoever, anybody, to help us win!"

One problem? Bryant might be a wanted man -- the Saints seemed fired up about the WR, despite only having him on the roster for two days, and say they want him back in 2019.

But first, Dez has gotta get healthy -- something Peko thinks the 30-year-old ex-superstar can easily do.

The Dolphins fan who had his big toe crushed like a grape in a freak accident at the team's stadium is now suing the Fins ... saying his foot is jacked up forever!!

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Jean Michaud was at a bar area inside Hard Rock Stadium during a Dolphins game in September, when he says a giant piece of marble slab fell off the bar and smashed his foot.

Michaud says, when he took off his shoe ... he was missing part of his big toe!!

Now, 6 weeks removed from surgery to fix it all ... Jean tells us he's still sufferin' from the accident -- and has filed a lawsuit against the team AND the stadium for his troubles.

Jean tells us he still can't run ... has trouble walking ... and will have issues with his right foot for the rest of his life.

"There's things that I have to deal with for the rest of my life due to their negligence. That's pretty much what [this lawsuit] came down to."

For their part ... the Dolphins DID send Jean a get well soon fruit basket ... but Michaud says for as much as he appreciated the gesture -- that ain't enough.

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is out of the hospital, but not back on her feet ... quite yet.

RBG was released from George Washington Medical Center in D.C. Thursday after spending the night. As you know ... she fractured 3 ribs after taking a nasty fall Wednesday ... just one day after the midterm elections.

RBG is the centerpiece of SCOTUS's liberal wing ... and Trump would like nothing more than to replace her with an ultra-conservative.

She'll be working from home Friday, to maintain an incredible attendance record over her quarter-century on the highest court in the land.

Mind you ... RBG is a cancer survivor, she's had a heart procedure and she's had broken ribs before ... and she's bounced back so quickly she was never out of the game.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg is hospitalized after taking a nasty fall that fractured 3 ribs, and the fall comes immediately on the heels of President Trump easing his path to confirming more Supreme Court Justices.

RBG's office says she fell Wednesday night while in her SCOTUS office, and even went home thinking she was fine -- but, after experiencing some pain overnight, the Justice decided to go to George Washington University Hospital Thursday morning. Doctors discovered the broken ribs and she was admitted.

The timing of 85-year-old RBG's fall is ominous, to say the least, if you're on the left. It came just 24 hours after the Republicans gained 2 Senate seats ... giving them a total of 53. Essentially, that means it will be much easier for Prez Trump to secure Senate confirmation on any future SCOTUS nominees, regardless of how conservative they are.

It's too early for any word on Justice Ginsburg's path to recovery just yet -- but definitely makes ya think.

RBG also took a spill back in 2012 and broke 2 ribs that time.

1:29 PM PT -- Lele just addressed the hit-and-run on Twitter, saying the car that struck Corentin was a grey Acura ... adding that she and her team have provided all the details they witnessed to police. She also said she'll be taking a break from social media to concentrate on Corentin's recovery.

YouTube star Lele Pons saw something truly horrific -- her friend was struck by a speeding vehicle ... which didn't stop and sped off in a hit and run ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us Lele's friend, celeb photographer Corentin Villemeur, was walking through a crosswalk Tuesday night in Hollywood when he was hit by the car ... which had just run a red light.

We're told Lele was in a parked car nearby and rushed out to be by his side as paramedics arrived. As you can see in video from the scene, Lele was freaking out as the crowd gathered.

Sources close to Lele tell us Corentin had just attended her performance with Latin singer Karol G at Avalon Hollywood. She saw the accident happen as they were leaving the club.

We're also told one of Lele's other friends followed the suspect and got a license plate, which they reported to cops. We're told police are currently pursuing leads.

Elle Macpherson got body checked after taking a nasty tumble getting into her car ... and it appears to be the fault of some pesky footwear.

The iconic Aussie model was leaving a flower shop in Sydney, where she had a bouquet in her arms ... and some fancy high-heeled boots on her feet. She tells the paps who'd gathered around that she was done with photos ... but gravity wasn't done with her.

Check out the clip -- Elle completely collapses trying to enter the vehicle, which spurs her driver into action as he tries getting her up. She appears to be okay, but struggles a bit.

The "Better Call Saul" actor who made headlines this week for falsely presenting himself as a war vet, deserves a chance to make good in Hollywood ... according to real Army vet and actor J.R. Martinez.

J.R. -- who won "Dancing With the Stars" in 2011 -- tells us Todd LaTourrette's admission he lied for years about how he lost his arm in order to score acting roles ... is absolutely despicable. Still, he's willing to give LaTourrette a pass, if he's serious about shedding light on mental illness.

If you missed it, LaTourrette confessed to KOB-TV he'd cut off his arm 17 years ago during a bipolar episode. When he started acting, he told producers he'd been wounded during military service. He says the lie worked for years and helped him score the role of Skell on 'Saul.'

J.R. says he appreciates Todd copping to the lie. He added, IF Todd puts "action" behind his promise to raise mental health awareness ... there's no reason he can't keep acting.

"Too Stupid to Die" stars sure know how to get a kick outta slapping each other ... blood, cuts and scars be damned.

Chad Tepper and Zach Holmes appeared on "TMZ Live" Friday and told us a little bit about why they enjoy taking on the roles of this generation's "Jackass" ... taking a LOT from the playbook of Bam Margera and Steve-O. Chad and Zach summed it up with one word ... boredom!!

If you don't know ... Chad and Zach's new show on MTV -- which premieres Friday night at 9:30 -- has them putting themselves through some of the most ridiculous stunts ... like when Zach threw on a firecracker vest. You can guess it didn't go too well for Zach.

Jillian Barberie has the most awesome way of saying, "F**k cancer" -- on the heels of announcing she's been diagnosed with breast cancer, she's celebrating her girls ... and yes, that means her boobs.

The former Fox personality -- for "Good Day LA" and FOX NFL -- tweeted Thursday ... just as she got the news ... that she had cancer in one breast, and it had spread to her lymph nodes. Jillian said she was going to share her journey with all her fans on social media.

True to form, Jillian tweeted Friday about her plans for a double mastectomy, and said her boobs had served her well. As JB put it, "They were real and spectacular and fed two babies!! Time to say farewell next Friday." She included a bunch of throwback bikini pics. Gotta love her spirit.

Jillian says she's having surgery next Friday, and will have reconstructive surgery later.

Bob Barker is hospitalized in L.A. after paramedics responded to his Hollywood Hills home ... TMZ has learned.

L.A. Fire Department got to the 'Price is Right' legend's home Monday around 1 PM, and immediately transported him to Cedars-Sinai hospital. He was sitting up on a stretcher, and seemed responsive, as they wheeled him into the emergency room.

His manager tells us, Bob woke up Monday morning with a major flare in back pain. His family decided to call in the professionals to transport him to the hospital ... rather than risk it themselves.
