Taylor Swift's literally putting up walls all around her, turning an historic landmark home into her own personal fortress that will be impenetrable to cameras -- if all goes according to her plan.

Taylor obtained permits to block visibility to her Beverly Hills mansion ... including putting up a 6.5 ft tall cinder block wall by her front porch and a 7 ft high retaining wall by her tennis court. She also upgraded and remodeled her front gate -- emphasis on "up."

Normally, this would be no big deal, but Taylor's crib -- purchased in 2015 -- was designated a historic landmark by the city of Beverly Hills. That means she gets a HUGE tax break, but it also means she has to jump through hoops to make the slightest alteration.

Phil Saveni, president of the Beverly Hills Historical Society, tells us Tay Tay's changes are all good though because the walls won't "impact the integrity" of the home.

Translation: It's full steam ahead at Chateau Swift!

Beyonce and Jay-Z made another major debut this weekend -- they showed off their twins in full view for the first time since their newborn photo shoot ... and as you might imagine, they're freakin' adorable.

The couple was seen Friday coming in and out of a mansion they were staying at in Miami, where most of the fam seemed to be tagging along ahead of Jay's concert in Orlando.

The only difference now is we're seeing the entire brood together for the first time in 5 months, including its 2 newest members, Sir and Rumi Carter. Bey carried Sir -- who seems to be working hard on his mean mug -- while Jay's mom, Gloria, held Rumi.

Grandma Tina was there too, and even got to cradle Rumi herself. Jay and Blue Ivy must've gotten their baby duty done inside, though, 'cause they were twin-free in front of cameras.

The Carter-Knowles sure look good in full force ... you might even need to do a double take here to appreciate 'em.

Selena Gomez is now reading to little kids ... and it looks staged AF.

The singer took a stroll Thursday at a park in Burbank where she arrived with a friend both wearing attire totally NOT conducive for a park visit. White booties? Really?!

Selena and her friend -- BTW, also wearing booties -- looked like they knew what they were there for ... to appear like little kids at heart and be moved by a little girl reading a book while sitting on the swing.

Sweet, but staged, don't you think?

Justin Bieber came down with a severe case of amnesia when it came to Selena Gomez, 'cause he couldn't remember a damn thing about her ... or their breakfast.

Paps got Bieber in WeHo Sunday after he came face-to-face again with Selena earlier in the day -- and when asked if he and his ex were getting back together ... Justin basically hit back with the who, what, where and NO WAY routine, much to the paps' amusement.

We broke the story ... Justin sat down with Selena Sunday morning at a cafe in Westlake Village -- sans her BF, The Weeknd. It was the 3rd recent sighting of the 2 exes.

Lucky for Justin ... we got this photo of the 2 of 'em to jog his memory. Look familiar, bud?

As if this wasn't enough ... JB was later seen pulling into Selena's house on Sunday night. Apparently breakfast just wasn't gonna cut it for one day.

Kim Kardashian sure knows how to pick 'em ... pumpkins, that is.

Kim hit up a pumpkin patch Tuesday outside L.A. with North and Saint, and a little friend of theirs tagging along. Not like picking out pumpkins isn't fun enough -- the kids, including Kim, also got to enjoy an inflatable slide.

No sign of Kanye there -- he was probably laying low at home like he has been lately. All good though ... Kim held down the hay fort.

Taylor Swift is back in action ... doing a music video in the UK.

Taylor was spotted filming a new video in London Saturday night, where she shot around a few different sets "Green Eggs and Ham" style ... on a double-decker bus, in a cab and on a bike atop the Millennium Bridge.

She's rumored to have been spending time in London recently -- even reportedly hosting a secret listening session for fans there to hear her new album, "Reputation," over the weekend.

Looks like the city's grown on her enough to wanna shoot there ... but not enough to be fully out in the open. You see her trying to avoid cameras with her crew ... and on the move.

Tyga might finally have a way to get his finances in order -- talk to paps about his ex, Kylie Jenner's pregnancy ... for a price.

We got Tyga leaving Craig's Wednesday night, where he was peppered with questions about a post he made on the heels of TMZ breaking the Kylie's preggo news.

O.J. Simpson could be eating home cooked meals again -- if his daughter's grocery store run in Vegas is any indication.

O.J.'s oldest daughter, Arnelle Simpson, was coming out of a Trader Joe's Monday with a cart full of goodies, and photogs asked if she was whipping up dinner for dad.

It's unclear if he's staying with her, but it would make sense for them to break bread. Simpson told the Nevada Parole officials he planned to stay in the area for now.

O.J. Simpson was no more a free man hours after being released from prison than he was in the pen ... according to the Juice himself.

Paps caught O.J. at a gas station Sunday just 5 hours after he walked out of Nevada's Lovelock Correctional Center ... and the ex-con explained why he still feels trapped.

Surprisingly, he doesn't seem to be super pissed about the paparazzi hounding him. If anything, he's more irritated by the fact he's been locked in a car for the first moments of his newfound freedom.

Oh, and in case you're wondering what's the latest with O.J. ... apparently nada. He says nothing's changed with him after 9 years behind bars -- we're just not sure if that's a good thing or not.

Scott Disick and Sofia Richie have something in common with Kylie Jenner and Khloe Kardashian -- silence.

We got the new couple Tuesday at The Commons at Calabasas and asked them about the huge baby news TMZ broke -- about Khloe and Tristan Thompson, and Kylie and Travis Scott. No, we don't THINK Scott and Sofia are in the same way ... but their response to Kardashian baby questions is very similar to their answers about their relationship.

Our guy even pivoted -- digging about Scott and Sofia's recent celebration down in Miami.

Audrina Patridge was cool, calm and collected while meeting up with estranged husband Corey Bohan for the second time in a day -- despite accusing him of domestic violence.

Paps got Audrina picking up her and Corey's 1-year-old daughter, Kirra, after a 7-hour visitation with him. She had come face-to-face with him at the drop off earlier Sunday ... but this time it looks like she actually exchanges words with Corey in close proximity.

Surprisingly, she keeps it together ... even smiling at him at one point. We're told the two met at a local police station for the exchange.

We broke the stories ... Audrina filed for divorce as well as a temporary restraining order against Corey after she says he shoved her while holding Kirra and called her a "f***ing c**t." She also claims he planted cameras to monitor her. He denies planting the cameras.

North West is her father Kanye's daughter when it comes to dealing with photogs, but she's also a mini Kim because she can sure steal the spotlight.

Kim, North and one of North's little pals were leaving an ice rink Thursday in the San Fernando Valley and were swarmed by paps. North chirps with her usual "no pictures, please" until mom steps in and reminds the kid what her dad told her to say ... "No questions!!!"

Kevin Hart's sex tape partner, Montia Sabbag, doesn't look the least bit concerned about the extortion investigation ... in fact, she's taking a totally casual approach as she kicks it in L.A.

Montia was at a home in the L.A. area Wednesday just hours after she held a news conference with celebrity attorney Lisa Bloom to publicly deny any wrongdoing, and declare she was also victimized by the sex tape recording.

She was mum on Anthony Scaramucci's strong intimation she blocked Tom from visiting Donald Trump because he might've dated his daughter back in the day ... sources close to Ivanka say she was tight with Tom but they never hooked up. For his part Donald wished back in 2004 the 2 would get together.

Bella Hadid nearly opened a can of whoop ass on a security guard protecting her when she thought the guy took his job too far with a female photographer vying for her pic.

Bella was leaving the Michael Kors Fashion Show Wednesday morning in New York when she was swarmed by a gang of paparazzi while getting into her ride. Bella's security detail was deep ... we counted at least 5 people escorting her and, in her defense, the guy comes through like a bulldozer.

You can't blame her for being on high alert, especially after her sister, Gigi, was manhandled leaving a Milan fashion show last year.
