UFC heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez didn't let a busted face stop him from celebrating his victory last night -- the guy partied hard, bandages and all.

Cain and his crew hit up a club called The Mark in Houston, TX following Cain's epic win over top contender Junior Dos Santos at UFC 166 -- and despite the injuries, Cain kept a smile on his face.

In case you missed it, it was an awesome match. Velasquez eventually won out with a brutal TKO in the 5th round, but not without taking some damage himself.

It's not like he's O.J. Simpson ... but Justin Bieber took the law and a Dos Equis into his own hands Friday night in Houston.

Biebs was partying at Nox Houston before grabbing a piece of ass at a local strip club ... which could explain why JB was so handsy around the nudie dancers.

FYI -- It's illegal to drink in Texas if you're not 21.

Kylie and Kendall Jenner rolled into Vignette Lounge like V.I.P.s -- hanging with the club promoter ... which punches a big hole in claims the staff was clueless about who they were when they arrived.

TMZ obtained pics of Darren Dzienciol hanging with Scott Disick and K&K at a fashion show earlierTuesday night. Darren works with Bartelier Group which promotes parties all over L.A. -- including the 21-and-over Wax Rabbit event at Vignette that very night.

As we reported, Vignette's manager claims the underage Jenner girls showed fake IDs when they entered the club Tuesday night ... and that bouncers didn't recognize they were Kardashians.

Darren was also one of the guys ushering Kylie and Kendall out of the club underneath blankets -- most likely to hide their identities ... and possibly because they were tipsy.

So, even if the club's staff didn't know the girls were minors -- which seems extremely unlikely -- the club's head promoter that night certainly did.

Timbaland celebrated his pending divorce last night in Paris -- with Jay Z, Lenny Kravitz ... and 30 ACE OF SPADES BOTTLES!!

The three rolled into Club 79 after Hova's Bercy Arena concert ... and an employee tell us the bottles were worth around $26k -- but they were all comped.

We're told Timbaland enjoyed a "guys night out" while taking pics with fans ... keeping things pretty mellow with the ladies, despite his new status.

TMZ broke the story ... Timbaland's wife filed for divorce this week and asked for the rapper to pay child support on two kids -- one he fathered, one he didn't.

Justin Bieber has become twice the man he was last month. First, making a pilgrimage to the Great Wall of China (it's a whole Chinese thing), and then, last night, touching a stripper's ass.

Biebs not only went to a Texas strip club, it's a particularly raunchy one where girls do things that leave marks.

Biebs hit up VLive ... enjoying time with his shirt off and pants down. Here's the highlight ... one of the strippers tweeted afterwards, "He touched my ass I almost fainted." She also had this introspective observation -- "I've danced for a lot of celebrities and they normally don't phase me but Justin had me in shock!"

Kendall and Kylie Jenner are the new Heisenberg -- The California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control has become OBSESSED with figuring out if they were up to no good when they entered a 21-and-over bar ... according to the bar.

As we reported, there are conflicting accounts about whether 17-year-old Kendall and 16-year-old Kylie used fake IDs to enter a 21-and-over L.A. nightclub Tuesday night.

Kris Jenner insists they were admitted without IDs, but the manager of Vignette lounge is adamant the girls presented fake IDs at the door, and claims he didn't even know who they were.

Now, the ABC has become involved in a big way. People at the bar believe the ABC wouldn't waste its time on some underage Joe Schmo, but since it's the Jenner sisters ... the ABC has become aggressively determined to expose the truth, which would send a loud message to underage drinkers everywhere.

We're told the ABC has requested video surveillance footage from the nightclub, which they hope will show the Jenner sisters showing IDs at the door. The club is cooperating with authorities, but it's unclear if the surveillance video contains anything incriminating.

Kendall and Kylie Jenner NEVER flashed phony IDs at the doorman for the 21-and-over club they partied at Tuesday night ... so claim Jenner family sources.

This squarely contradicts the manager of Vignette lounge, who says the girls -- ages 16 and 17 -- ABSOLUTELY presented fake IDs at the door.

The Jenner sources say the doorman recognized the 2 girls ... he knew exactly who they were ... and let them in without asking anything about proof of age.

The sources were also mum on the photo of Kendall and Kylie -- looking wasted as they sat in the back seat of their SUV as they left the club just before 2 AM.

So we gotta ask ...

We know his music ... but yesterday in L.A., we finally saw Avicii's face -- as the DJ behind the smash hit "Wake Me Up" left a Hollywood nightclub.

The 24-year-old Swedish DJ was leaving Hooray Henry's ... when we asked how it felt for a guy from an electronic music background to become such a huge force in the rock world.

For the record, Avicii doesn't sing on "Wake Me Up" -- the voice you hear is singer Aloe Blacc. The song also features some acoustic guitar from Incubus rocker Mike Einziger.

SOMEONE DRUGGED JOHNNY KNOXVILLE AT A FRAT HOUSE ... so says Johnny Knoxville, but he ain't exactly complaining about it.

Knoxville says someone slipped an ecstacy pill into his beer during a recent promo shoot for his new movie "Bad Grandpa" ... and during his drug-induced haze, he injured his hand.

If Scott Disick was the responsible adult last night when he took 16-year-old Kylie and 17-year-old Kendall Jenner to a 21-and-over nightclub, Kris oughta be plenty worried, because he was off the hinges earlier in the night.

Scott was at a Style Fashion Week L.A. event earlier in the evening with Kylie and Kendall. He was drinking and acting belligerent ... to the point where one of the models (Caroline D'Amore) flipped him off.

At the end of the show (for the line Day By Day), Scott grabbed the designer, Cedric Benaroch, and almost pulled him off the runway.

Scott then started freestyle rapping for Lil Twist and a random guy, ending with, "I drive f**king Bentleys!"

11:12 AM PT -- TMZ spoke to a manager of the club who insists the bouncers checked IDs at the door … and both girls presented IDs showing them to be 21+.

He tells us … they do NOT know the Jenner girls and did not recognize them as being part of the Kardashian clan.

He also says … club management is very aware that underage celebrities try to drink illegally … so they’re very particular about checking IDs … especially when photographers are outside shooting everyone who goes in.

We’ve contacted the Jenners’ rep … and haven’t heard back.

16-year-old Kylie Jenner and 17-year-old Kendall Jenner went out on the town last night ... partying at Vignette lounge in West Hollywood -- a 21-and-over club, and it appears the club and the girls broke the law.

The club features Wax Rabbit every Tuesday night, featuring what the club calls "a new, voyeuristic, hip hop and nudity nightclub experience."

So the burning question -- how did Kylie and Kendall legally get in the club. We did some digging, and found the ONLY exception to the 21 and over law is if the underage person is employed as a musician, but the musician must be 18 minimum. Neither girl is 18.

An official for the Dept. of Alcoholic Beverage Control tells TMZ ... both the girls and the club appear to have broken the law and could have been cited had they been caught in the act. The official tells TMZ his Dept. may launch an investigation.

And it gets worse ... Even if the girls were 18 and there as musicians, they wouldn't be allowed in if there was any nudity, and the club often features topless dancers on Wax Rabbit night.

BTW ... on their way out, the girls were shielded by blankets.

At the end of the night, Kylie and Kendall looked ... tired.

Blake Shelton exercised his oral skills on his way out of a West Hollywood nightclub, urging the Westboro Baptist Church to wrap its head around his.

Blake was clearly tipsy as he left Usher's birthday bash at Bootsy Bellows nightclub ... but he was lucid enough to go after the hateful group that has urged a boycott of his concerts -- repeatedly saying the "Church" could "BLOW ME."

Members of the cretin org have beef with Blake, because he supports gay rights -- tweeting about his recent song, "Ya the boys 'round here think it's ok to be queer." They're also attacking Blake for having an affair with Miranda Lambert while he was still married.

Good thing to know Blake practices safe sex ... hate is not an STD.

Justin Bieber is being accused of taking a "cheap shot" at popular DJ Michael Woods' manager this week in South Korea -- but we're told that just ain't true ... not exactly, anyway.

Woods unloaded this morning on Twitter claiming Biebs "muscled" his way into the DJ booth Thursday night and requested he play hip hop music ... but when he told Justin to "f**k off and put some clothes on" Bieber attacked his manager.

However ... the party's host Ben Baller tells us Woods is blowing the whole thing WAY out of proportion -- and claims not one sucker punch was thrown.

Baller admits Biebs and Woods did have a heated exchange over the music -- but is adamant things were squashed before anything got physical.

For what it's worth ... Bieber got behind the turntables once Woods wrapped his set and played some hip hop.

Bieber gets what Bieber wants.

You don't go to Italy and not eat the pasta, you don't go to Japan and not try the sushi ... and Dwight Howard knows you can't go to the Philippines and not hit up the karaoke nightclubs.

The 6'11" Houston Rockets star has been in the Philippines to play a couple of NBA exhibition games ... but a few nights before he hit the court, Dwight blew off some steam at one of the country's most famous karaoke clubs.

But the karaoke joints over there aren't like the karaoke joints over here -- Filipinos take their karaoke VERY seriously and the clubs are the epicenter of the nightlife.

In fact, roughly SIX people have been MURDERED in the Philippines over disputes stemming from someone botching Frank Sinatra's version of "My Way" during a karaoke sesh.

Fortunately, Dwight didn't have that problem .. and emerged unscathed after spending his Monday night in the V.I.P. section of the Liberty Island karaoke bar in Manila.

We're told Dwight had a blast -- with dancing and full bottle service. We're told Howard was very cool inside the club and even signed some autographs for some of the staffers.

Dwight didn't play ball until Thursday ... and put up 9 points and 3 rebounds in 24 minutes against the Pacers.

A source tells TMZ ... just last year, Sean Kingston was living large bachelor style in the house ... and says it was a pool party house where "some of the most ungodly events" went down.

We're told ... Sean rented the place for 45k a month ... and threw some wild ass parties for his friends, including Justin Bieber, Chris Brown, Rihanna and Soulja Boy.

According to our source ... Sean's ragers were so off the hook ... guests had to sign a non-disclosure agreement -- and then be photographed holding the piece of paper -- before they could ever get past the door. So you know there was some crazy s**t.

Ex-Kansas City Chiefs superstar running back Larry Johnson no longer plays football ... but he DOES play strip clubs ... as a guest DJ ... TMZ has learned.

Multiple TMZ strip club sources ... yeah, we got those (a lot of those) ... tell us Johnson has been spotted manning the DJ booth at Tootsie's Cabaret in Miami several times this year.

We're told Johnson isn't the main DJ -- but every now and then, he'll take over the booth for a quick guest set ... and the crowd loves it.

For the record, Tootsie's is HUGE with pro athletes ... like Aaron Hernandez who allegedly shot his friend in the face after patronizing the club back in February. Good times ...

We called the Cabaret for comment on the DJ situation -- but unlike their dancers, management was tight-lipped.
