Ryan Knight -- a castmate on the 2010 "Real World New Orleans" -- has died and close friends tell TMZ it was on the heels of a night of partying.

Several of Ryan's friends tell TMZ ... he was out partying Wednesday night with a bunch of people and ended up at a friend's house. We're told a friend found him dead Thursday morning. The friend said he had choked on his own vomit.

Several people who were in contact with Knight while he was partying tell us he had taken "some pills" but they were not specific.

Friends tell us Ryan was upbeat Wednesday night. He was saying he was dating someone new who made him extremely happy.

It's the second "Real World/Road Rules Challenge" death this month ... Diem Brown died a few weeks ago.

Ryan was 29.

"Ghost Adventures" star Zak Bagans fled his Las Vegas home years ago -- but now he's finally ready to sell the place for dirt cheap ... with one demonic catch.

According to real estate sources ... Zak is unloading his 4,700-square-foot Vegas townhouse -- complete with a chrome toilet, hidden dungeon behind a bookcase, and alleged paranormal activity. All that for $459,000.

Zak tells TMZ he bought the pad for $370K, but claims he ended up with a real demon for a roommate after bringing home a human skull ... for work purposes.

He believes demonic forces yanked him outta bed and shoved his GF down a flight of stairs -- which might be the worst sales pitch ever. Instead of hiring an exorcist ... Zak says he got the hell out more than 2 years ago.

No way to sugarcoat it -- being a polygamist is expensive during the holidays -- but "My Five Wives" patriarch Brady Williams has it more than covered this time around.

Brady has 31 mouths to feed this year ... and the grocery list is both impressive and financially depressing.

Tom Bergeron hit a little too close to home Monday night on "Dancing With the Stars" ... when he made a stalking joke about Erin Andrews ... who very famously dealt with a stalker of her own.

Andrews was debriefing Alfonso Ribeiro when she began gushing over Will Smith ... who went on a social media campaign supporting his former "Fresh Prince of Bel Air" co-star.

After Andrews repeatedly invited Will to show up to a taping, Bergeron followed it up by saying Will could do worse than having Erin as a stalker ... insinuating it's ok for hot chicks to stalk guys.

Janel Parrish just had her chances of winning the Mirrorball Trophy derailed ... at least that's the way it looks after she suffered a gnarly injury during rehearsal.

TMZ just got this video of the "Pretty Little Liars" star and Val Chmerkovskiy practicing lifts. Something bad clearly happened because you see her dissolve into tears as she hobbles to a room where doctors examine her.

It looks like she suffered a broken or compressed rib.

She hasn't been counted out, but it doesn't look good. The finals are tonight.

Jennifer Lawrence cozied up to one of the stars of her favorite show Saturday night in West Hollywood ... and TOTALLY fangirl'ed out.

The "Hunger Games" star hit up Pump with her friends and we're told Lisa Vanderpump hooked JLaw up with the best seat in the house ... and then snapped a pic with the group.

It's interesting ... When the actress walked in no one noticed her and she was seated in the less desirable outside area facing Santa Monica Blvd. When Vanderpump realized what was up, Jennifer was moved to Lisa's personal table.

Jennifer was drinking Pump-tinis and Lisa's Sangria.

Lawrence has confessed she LOVES reality TV ... and the Instagram video makes it clear ... in her head Vanderpump Rules.

"Plastic Wives" star Frances Marques says her ex-husband threatened to kill her ... and looked like he was possessed by the devil while trying to do her in.

Marques -- who stars on the show with her ex, Dr. Ryan Stanton -- claims he went berserk last month at his Bev Hills office when she tried collecting rent ... calling her an "old ugly c**t."

In her court docs, Marques alleges Stanton takes "loads" of steroids ... and fears his rage will cause him to shoot her and her daughter. She says everyone at his office is afraid of him.

A judge gave her a restraining order ... but he only has to stay 10 yards away, so it's iffy protection.

Kris Jenner doesn't care her new boyfriend's ex claims he's a stalker ... because the BF has convinced Kris she's crazy.

Corey Gamble's ex got a restraining order against him in 2010, claiming he followed her everywhere, manhandled her and left bruises, and even called OnStar to track her car.

But Kris is telling all her friends ... she knows stalkers since she and her family have had more than their share ... and Corey doesn't fit the profile.

Her reasoning is interesting ... she says he's a "background guy" who doesn't look for publicity or notoriety. She adds he works as a tour manager for Justin Bieber and never tried exploiting that relationship.

We're told Corey gave her a heads up long before stories surfaced about the restraining order against him, and he convinced Kris the chick never had a case against him and the only reason it's coming up now is because she wanted to make a quick buck from the tabloids.

Janel Parrish is pulling double duty on "Pretty Little Liars" AND "Dancing with the Stars" -- and TMZ has learned she's spread herself so thin, she's alienated castmates on both shows.

DWTS sources tell us ... Janel's pro dance partner, Val Chmerkovskiy is freaking out ... because she's missed two days of critical dance rehearsals due to long days of filming on PLL.

We're told ... Val believes he and Janel have a real shot at winning the trophy -- the finals are Monday and Tuesday -- but thinks her PLL schedule is sabotaging their chances.

As for Janel's "Pretty Little Liars" co-stars ... we're told Lucy Hale and others in the cast have been conspicuously absent from the DWTS set the entire season ... and have given her little to no support -- even when she danced to the PLL theme song.

"Ink Master" contestant Madison "Maddie la Belle" Loftis tattooed her boyfriend, but not with ink ... with her fists, and she ended up in the slammer.

Maddie -- who appeared on Season 3 -- tells TMZ she got into a fight that started with words and ended with fists. She says it was mutual combat, but she's the one who called the cops.

Greensboro cops tell us when they arrived Maddie was fine, but her boyfriend had a swollen eye.

Maddie's man didn't want to press charges, but North Carolina requires cops to arrest someone who inflicts injury during a domestic fight ... so she got busted for misdemeanor assault and battery.

Maddie says all is forgiven and they're back together.

As for whether she would punch him again, Maddie told us, "Every day, all day."

The cast of "Party Down South" has a love for booze in mass quantities ... and they've racked up another in a long list of DUIs.

PDS star Josh Murray was pulled over in Rankin County, Mississippi early Saturday. He flunked the field sobriety test and went to jail for DUI and driving with a suspended license.

It's the second time Josh has been popped for DUI. He faces jail time, and license suspension for 2 years.

PDS has a rich history of alcohol-related hijinks. Mattie Breaux was busted for DUI earlier this year, Ryan Richards bonged an entire bottle of Jägermeister, and Lyle Boudreaux allegedly stole a credit card so he could keep his binge on during Mardi Gras.

The good news ... at least nobody pissed themselves this time.

"American Idol" is NOT racist against Black contestants -- the lawsuit filed by 10 former Idol wannabes who claimed they were cut over race ... has been dismissed, but mostly on a technicality.

TMZ broke the story ... the contestants claimed "Idol" producers dug up criminal charges from their pasts -- including crimes for which they were never convicted -- and this was done strictly because they're Black.

According to new court docs, however ... all but 1 of them waited too long to file their cases, and since the statute of limitations ran out ... they had no leg to stand on. A judge tossed the cases.

The one who DID file in time -- Chris Golightly ... had his case dismissed when "Idol" proved to the court the reason he was booted was because he'd violated a show rule by being in a band.

"The Bachelor" creator Mike Fleiss has been criminally charged for harassing "Baywatch" star David Charvet and his famous wife Brooke Burke ... an arrest warrant was issued, and it has to do with fake barking dogs.

The L.A. County D.A. has charged Fleiss with the crime of disturbing the peace by loud noise. As we previously reported ... Charvet and Burke complained Fleiss initiated a campaign of terror and harassment against them, making physical threats and blaring barking dog sounds at all hours from huge speakers pointing at their property.

We're told Fleiss -- who also produced "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" -- was uncooperative with police during the investigation.

Charvet and Burke tried unsuccessfully last month to get a restraining order but, presumably, the arrest should do the trick.
