Farrah Abraham wants everyone to know she's in a better place in life than her archnemesis Jenelle Evans -- but is adamant she's not throwing shade... while throwing shade.

She tells TMZ she's worked hard to become a great single parent but says the same can't be said for her former "Teen Mom" costar ... who urged for a "welfare check" to be conducted at her home despite having recent encounters with Child Protective Services herself.

After Farrah posted a bunch of videos and photos of her new BF on a trip to Turks and Caicos her social media was flooded with negative comments, including people calling for CPS to get involved. Jenelle clearly agreed by posting and then deleting a Facebook story Tuesday saying that someone should do a welfare check on Farrah's daughter because she seemed unstable.

After hitting back at Jenelle's concerns on her IG Stories, Farrah adds the CPS calls have devastated her ... and she wants to keep it out of her family/dating dynamics -- especially with a brand-spankin' new man in the picture.

Basically, Farrah says life at home with her 14-year-old daughter Sophia is a dream ... unlike Jenelle -- whom she implies invites "abusive men into her life."

Remember ... TMZ reported a little over a week ago Jenelle's 14-year-old son Jace was hospitalized after running away from home -- his fourth attempt, including the time in September the same day Jenelle's husband, David Eason, was accused of roughing him up.

Our sources say CPS officials are concerned about Jace ... and if he runs away again, he could end up in a juvenile detention facility.

Kim's sister, Kendall, Teyana Taylor, Eva Longoria, Tracee Ellis Ross, Zooey Deschanel, Lisa Rinna and her daughters Amelia and Delilah were also in the crowd, looking amazing in their stylish outfits.

Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz also showed up, but they went all caszh, sporting jeans and sweatshirts. Sexyy Red was there as well, posing for a photo with Kim at one point.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... the former 'Real Housewives of Miami' star and owner of Lea Black Beauty and Skincare and powerful attorney/husband relisted the luxury estate on the exclusive, guard-gated Miami Beach island Monday for $37,500,000.

The 46,429-square-foot property, which is currently the only house listed for sale on Star Island, includes 190 feet of waterfront which is rare on the island and a full dock ... plus a 9-bedroom main home and a 3-bedroom guest house.

Lea and Roy decked out the pad with a newly renovated pool, movie theater with seating for 10, a children's playground with a pirate ship treehouse and state-of-the-art Viking and Sub-Zero appliances.

As we first told you ... Lea and Roy put the over one-acre property up for sale back in June 2021 for $34 million ... but we're told they took it off the market a few months later while they considered keeping a second home in Miami.

The home's potential new owners will have some very famous neighbors ... Star Island is also home to huge stars like Diddy, Gloria and Emilio Estefan, Shaquille O'Neal, hedge fund billionaire Ken Griffin, billionaire Phil Frost and Rick Ross who purchased a pad on the island for $35 million in August with 100 less feet of waterfront.

Properties on Star Island have been selling recently for anywhere between $38 and $85 million ... and our sources tell us a $100 million mansion is under construction on the lot next door to Lea and Roy's.

Lea and Roy aren't saying goodbye to the 305. As we said, they have another home in Miami ... plus property in the Florida Keys, California and Texas.

'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' alum is being sued by a woman named Olga Mill, who claims Winston savagely attacked her and her dog, Gus, while on a walk in Los Angeles.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Mills claims she was walking Gus on a leash on a street back in August when Eden's dog viciously and savagely attacked without provocation. Mills says a man named Ed Munoz was walking Winston, not Eden.

Mill claims Winston bit her so badly she was covered in cuts and bruises, resulting in a severe infection requiring an overnight stay in a hospital. She claims Winston bit Gus so badly he needed treatment and hospitalization at a veterinary clinic.

In the suit, Mills claims Winston had known violent and vicious tendencies from previous attacks on people ... but she says Eden still let Winston out on the streets "knowing that Winston would seek to attack and bite anyone in his view."

Mills claims the alleged dog attack left her with permanent disability, scarring and disfigurement ... and she's going after Eden for a ton of money.

Kristin Cavallari has revealed her hottest hookup ever -- Tyler Cameron -- and she still seems incredibly smitten!

The former "Hills" star talked all about it on her Tuesday podcast of "Let's Be Honest," saying, "Tyler Cameron and believe it or not, you guys -- I know this is really freaking hard to believe -- he's hotter in person."
