Adam Lind -- who appeared on MTV's "Teen Mom 2" -- was pulled from the mangled wreckage of his Corvette Friday ... just moments before it exploded in flames.

Law enforcement tells us ... Lind was driving his 2001Corvette Z06 really, really fast in Sioux Falls, SD when he collided with a Lincoln Town Car. Cops say the Lincoln was driven by an 87-year-old woman, who had a 94-year-old passenger.

Some VERY good Samaritans saw the crash and ran to the mangled vehicles, pulling everyone out seconds before the Corvette lit up like a torch.

We're told Lind and the elderly couple were taken to a local hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

LeBron James channeled Oprah Winfrey for his mom's birthday gift ... 'cause SHE GOT A BRAND NEW CAR!!!!!!!

LeBron just surprised his mom with a white Porsche Panamera ... which can run up to $200k.

And if that wasn't enough, the NBA superstar included the following heart-felt message:

As for LeBron's dad -- well, he got something else this week ... a public "thank you" note from 'Bron for not being in his life.

The Miami Beach cop who claimed he stopped Justin Bieber last month because he was drag racing has been called on the carpet numerous times for misconduct ... TMZ has learned.

Officer Steven Cosner wrote in his police report he observed cars driven by Bieber and Khalil in the middle of a drag race -- at speeds between 55 and 60 MPH. TMZ broke the story ... the GPS tracking system shows in the middle of the so-called drag race, the maximum speed of the cars was 27 MPH.

We're told Bieber's legal eagles believe Cosner is lying, and now they have some firepower.

TMZ has obtained numerous Miami Beach PD internal affairs documents, which show Cosner has been accused of misconduct 15 times -- from 2001 to 2012. Of those, Cosner failed to show up for court hearings 5 times. In each case he was reprimanded -- 3 verbal warnings and 2 write-ups.

Our sources say ... Bieber's lawyer will raise the issue ... Cosner may not have shown up for court because he may not have wanted to be placed under oath. In other words, if you lie under oath you can be prosecuted for perjury.

On another occasion in 2006 the PD says he committed 3 offenses -- violating the rules of "courtesy and respect," "Off duty/secondary employment," and "unlawful compensation." For those violations he was suspended.

In 2007 Cosner was accused of offensive conduct/language. For some reason the allegation seems to still be "open" in that case.

And in 2011 Cosner was written up for sleeping on duty.

As for the remaining 7 cases ...Cosner was exonerated by Internal Affairs.

Birdman's on a mission to throw one of the most insane 45th birthday parties known to mankind -- a "Half a Milly" bash -- filled with endless champagne, naked models, the entire Young Money crew ... and his $7 MILLION car collection.

Rapper YG claims he was guilty of a crime that just can't be fought in court -- driving while black, and this time he says guns were drawn.

Here's what we know ... At 3:30 AM Friday YG was leaving a music video shoot in Malibu that he had been filming with Drake. He was driving his red Panamera Porsche on a windy mountain road toward the San Fernando Valley when he saw the flashing reds.

L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. honchos tell TMZ ... they stopped YG because he was straddling a yellow line. YG pulled over with the cop car behind the Panamera. That's when an Escalade filled with YG's entourage pulled up behind the cop car.

Witnesses say the deputy then pulled his gun on the people in the Escalade and they were told to move.

We're told the deputy ordered YG out of his car and administered a field sobriety test ... which YG passed.

YG was not ticketed but warned not to straddle lanes.

Sources close to YG tell TMZ he's not buying the Sheriff Dept.'s explanation -- "He got pulled over because he's young, Black, rich and famous. What do you expect."

This is CRAZY -- Rob Dyrdek just jumped his Chevy Sonic nearly 90 feet in the air WHILE DRIVING IN REVERSE ... and it was all captured on video!!!

The "Fantasy Factory" star set up a ramp in front of Magic Mountain in Valencia, CA -- then he threw his ride in reverse and sent the car flying BACKWARDS ... sticking the landing 89 ft 3 in away.

Dyrdek claims the jump set a world record -- but so far, no official word from the Guinness people.

FYI -- Rob is no stranger to the W.R. books ... at one point the dude had 22 Guinness World Records to his name.

Chris Kattan seemed wasted as he drove on the 101 Freeway, just before he careened into a coned area and crashed into a parked vehicle ... this according to the 2 people who called 911.

TMZ broke the story ... Chris was popped early Monday morning after other drivers sounded the 911 alarm. After weaving at speeds approaching 70 MPH, he crashed into a Dept. of Transportation vehicle. Chris was arrested for DUI and law enforcement sources tell us Chris admitted he was on Rx meds.

One 911 caller says it seemed to him, "He has to be drunk."

Shia LaBeouf flew thousands of miles Monday -- from Germany to L.A. -- but he had to go an extra mile when he landed ... meandering through LAX looking for his limo driver who was MIA.

It's actually painful to watch. An independent paparazzo spots Shia as the actor begins his very long walk. Other photogs catch up, as Shia is silent, looking in vain for his driver.

The worst part -- he walks by a slew of drivers holding signs -- none for him.

Finally, a panicked driver appears and takes Shia on an endless walk to his car.

Honey Boo Boo's sister Pumpkin has been rushed back to the ER after complications from a serious car accident last month ... TMZ has learned.

13-year-old Pumpkin was taken to a Georgia hospital last night -- and sources tell us, it's because she's still experiencing serious pain in the wake of the January 6th car accident that injured several members of her family.

We're told Pumpkin has been complaining of bad headaches, neck pain, and nausea -- all signs of head trauma. A rep for TLC tells us, she was admitted to the hospital for a battery of tests.

As we reported, Honey Boo Boo, Mama June, Pumpkin and Jessica were all passengers in the car, which was driven by Sugar Bear. Police later determined Sugar Bear was at fault.

Seattle Seahawks stud Malcolm Smith tells TMZ Sports he won't be taking home the brand new Chevy truck he won for being MVP of Super Bowl XLVIII ... nah, he's giving it to his MOM instead!!

How cool is that?

Justin Bieber hit speeds of 136 miles an hour in his rented Lambo just hours before his arrest ... TMZ has learned.

We've now obtained the FULL GPS speed readout for the evening in question -- not just the period immediately surrounding the arrest.

Check it out. The GPS map corresponds to the readout. At 1:23 AM Justin was on the Julia Tuttle Causeway in Miami Beach, heading toward the nightclub. He was clocked at 108 MPH and within a minute he accelerated to 136 MPH.

The red line is from the readout -- the color appears when the RPM reaches an extreme limit.

Bieber arrived at Set nightclub at 2:27 AM, stayed an hour and then drove away.

Cops claim Bieber was drag racing, but the read shows otherwise -- in the middle of the so-called drag race, he was cruising at 27 MPH -- under the speed limit.

It's almost as if cops knew he was speeding on the Causeway earlier in the evening and were just waiting to make their move.

Police just pulled over rapper The Game in L.A. and searched his brand new Rolls Royce -- and Game is NOT happy ... claiming he was nabbed for DWB -- Driving While Black.

Game tells TMZ, police pulled him over for talking on his cellphone ... but he insists he wasn't. Game says he was ordered out of the car and police searched it without permission.

Game says officers were blunt ... if he didn't let them search the car, they'd arrest him.

According to the rapper, once all was said and done -- and the officers came up empty -- they cited him for expired tags and impounded the Rolls.

Eva Mendes has had a bad week ... first rumors she's split from the best looking guy on the planet, and now she gets stopped for talking on her cell phone ... and the most humiliating part -- by a bike cop.

Eva was tooling around L.A. -- we're guessing talking to someone about Ryan Gosling -- when a bike cop spotted her and wrote her up.

Eva's the latest victim of L.A. traffic snarl. You just can't get away anymore.

The good news ... she apparently talked her way out of the ticket, because cops tell us they have no record of a citation.

Quinton Aaron from "The Blind Side" got in trouble last night with police, but he tells us it's simply a case of cops being "dicks."

Quinton was pulled over on Sunset Blvd. in West Hollywood and cops impounded the SUV because the registration had expired.

So Quinton was stuck in the rain and ended up calling an Uber to hitch a ride home.

The actor is bitter, telling us he HAD paid the registration but got lazy and didn't have the vehicle smog checked. He says he tried explaining it to the deputies but, he says, "They were dicks and wouldn't listen."

FUN FACT FOR QUINTON: Your car is not registered until you complete a smog check. That's why you have expired tags.

Hilarious video -- Maya Rudolph sideswiped a bunch of roadside garbage cans with her SUV Wednesday ... HARD ... and the accident was all caught on tape.

Maya was driving down the road in L.A. -- pretty fast -- when her side view mirror collided with a garbage can and a recycling bin ... sending both flying into the air.

Needless to say, she lost her mirror in the process ... and had to get out of her car to retrieve it. While she was out, she also put the garbage cans back in place.

Legendary Vegas showmen Siegfried & Roy are lookin' every bit like a couple of retirees these days ... lounging in Hawaii.

10 years after Roy was mauled on stage by one of their famed white tigers ... the duo checked into a beach resort. Sieg combed the beach ... while Roy cruised the hotel grounds in a wheelchair.

Siegfried is 74 and Roy is 69. They look ok.
