Former "Smallville" star Allison Mack has just shown up to court to face the music -- and by that, we mean she's about to be sentenced in her sex cult case.

Mack was bum-rushed by a crowd of photogs and reporters Wednesday as she made her into a NYC courthouse -- with several of them asking what sort of sentence she was hoping to get.

She was mum on all of that ... keeping her mask on tight and taking cover behind her team, who escorted her in amid all the chaos. Still, the questions are valid -- especially considering she recently made it clear she wants serious leniency.

Mack's judgment day comes shortly after writing a letter to address "those who have been harmed by my actions." In the letter, obtained by The Hollywood Reporter, Mack said, "it is now of paramount importance for me to say, from the bottom of my heart, I am sorry."

She also wrote she threw herself "into the teachings of Keith Raniere with everything" she had and "believed, whole-heartedly, that his mentorship was leading me to a better, more enlightened version of myself."

Mack -- who was with Raniere in Mexico when he got busted in 2018 -- called devoting her loyalty, resources and life to him "the biggest mistake and regret of my life."

In a memo filed in court ... Mack's attorneys had asked for no jail time given she has publicly denounced Raniere, who in October was sentenced to 120 years in prison.

As we reported ... Mack pled guilty in April 2019 to 2 counts ... racketeering conspiracy and racketeering. Prosecutors essentially alleged she was the pimp for the NXIVM sex cult that garnered headlines around the world. She faces up to 40 years behind bars ... 20 for each count.

Marilyn Manson's being sued by another woman -- making her the fourth in 2 months -- for sexual assault and sexual battery, and the lawsuit contains many more disturbing allegations, all of which Manson and his team strongly deny.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ ... model Ashley Morgan Smithline claims the shock rocker began contacting her in 2010 via social media and told her he wanted to cast her in an upcoming film project ... and developed an obsession, calling her "the perfect girl for him."

She claims he flew her to L.A. in Nov. 2010, and asked her to move into his apartment ... which she did, and she says they began a consensual sexual relationship.

However, Smithline alleges days after moving in with Manson, she "awoke from unconsciousness with her ankles and wrists tied together behind her back and [Manson] sexually penetrating her." She claims she told him no multiple times but he told her to shut up, and squeezed her ribs so hard it caused injuries ... along with injuries to her vagina.

According to the docs ... she was sexually assaulted by Manson again the same month, after he choked her and forced her on a bed. Smithline claims he "grabbed a knife next to the bed and began cutting [her] shoulder, inner arm, and stomach." She says she went into shock, and still has scars from the cuts.

On another occasion, she claims he broke her nose during forced sex.

Smithline claims they continued dating until January 2013. She says Manson frequently threatened her life, kept her confined to a dark space, physically abused her, called her anti-Semitic names and implemented torture tactics to maintain control over her.

Along with sexual assault and sexual battery, she's suing for intentional infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment.

As we've reported ... Manson has also been recently sued for sexual assault by "Game of Thrones" actress Esme Bianco, his former assistant Ashley Walters, and an unnamed accuser.

A spokesperson for Manson tells TMZ, "We strongly deny Ms. Smithline’s claims. There are so many falsehoods within her claims that we wouldn’t know where to begin to answer them. This relationship, to the limited extent it was a relationship, lasted less than a week in 2010."

The CEO of Dippin' Dots is being sued by a former girlfriend who says he went on a campaign to humiliate her by sending nude images of her to numerous people, including her mom ... but the CEO says the lawsuit is an attempt to extort him.

Amanda Brown says in her lawsuit, she was in a relationship with CEO Scott Fischer from 2019-2020. She says the relationship was tumultuous, partly because of what she calls his "dangerous tendency to abuse alcohol."

Brown claims Fischer solicited private sexual images from her, which he extracted by threatening to withhold on "continued financial support."

She says things got even worse after they broke up when he allegedly sent "private sexual images" to various people "and attempted to blackmail [her] to behave in certain manners." It appears from the lawsuit they were in a dispute over who got the dog and a certain vehicle.

She says he threatened to release private sexual images to Pornhub, and on other occasions, she says he made good on his threats. In one alleged communication, she says he wrote, "F*** you. I'm going to do whatever I can to hurt you, watch what I'm about to do," adding, "I just sent your nudes out to everyone ... I'm going to make sure any sex pics, bad pics are sent to your employer ... then I'll sue you for [the dog] ... do you want to see what war is like ... I'm about to show you."

Brown claims last January Fischer sent a sexual image of Amanda to her mother with this message ... "I'm sending this out tomorrow. Then I'm going to file a petition for [the dog]. I asked for a peaceful exit. I said I had a girlfriend and wanted to move on peacefully. I can hurt so much more. Watch."

Brown said in the lawsuit Fischer has used private sexual images "to gain a thing of value" against other girlfriends. She also claims Fischer was physically violent.

Worse yet for Fischer, if Brown’s allegations are true, the dude may end up behind bars. In Oklahoma, it's a felony "to disseminate without consent the private sexual image of another with the intent to harass, intimidate or coerce the other ..."

Fischer's legal team tells us, "This inflammatory lawsuit brought forth by Ms. Brown is nothing more than an attempt to extort Mr. Fischer after he ended their relationship. It is unfortunate that she has stooped to the level of attacking my client through an outlandish lawsuit, covering up her illegal actions."

Harvey Weinstein could see a change of scenery soon ... a judge just ordered his extradition from New York to Los Angeles, where he's facing additional sexual assault charges.

Weinstein learned his fate Tuesday when a judge in Erie County, NY ordered the extradition over Weinstein’s opposition. We’re told prosecutors in New York believe officials in L.A. will transfer him to California at the end of June or by mid-July.

The disgraced movie producer appeared virtually for Tuesday's court hearing from the New York prison where he's serving his sentence for rape ... but his legal team tells us they still intend to fight for their client’s safety.

Weinstein's attorney, Mark Werksman, tells TMZ ... they're filing a petition in Los Angeles County Superior Court to prevent the L.A. County District Attorney from transporting Weinstein to L.A. "until he can receive the medical care he desperately needs in New York."

As we reported ... Weinstein's hoping to stay put in NY, claiming his health is failing. His legal team claims he's technically blind, has major dental issues and is suffering from cardiac issues, diabetes, back pain and sleep apnea.

Another of Weinstein's attorneys, Norman Effman, argued Tuesday Weinstein won't get the same standard of medical treatment in the jail system in L.A. ... but prosecutors called BS, saying L.A is "not some remote outpost that doesn’t have medical care."

Not-so-fun fact about Batman -- he doesn't go down ... or so we've learned after DC Comics dropped the hammer on an oral sex scene in the "Harley Quinn" animated series.

Producers of the HBO Max adult animated series really tried to push the envelope, but co-creator Justin Halpern says he was told by DC he "absolutely cannot do that" because a) heroes don't do that, and b) how are they supposed to sell Batman toys if the hero's performing oral sex?

Halpern told Variety they get a lot more creative freedom when it comes to writing and developing villains -- they can do pretty much anything -- but there are all kinds of rules for the superheroes.

He says the cunnilingus confrontation went down during production of the upcoming third season of 'Harley.' BTW, you gotta love their retort to the DC suits. According to Justin, "So, we said, ‘Are you saying heroes are just selfish lovers?’"

Some parents from a ritzy New York City private school are fuming mad after learning first graders were learning about masturbation and also told their parents and grandparents should not touch them without their consent.

A teacher at The Dalton School reportedly showed students a video from the cartoon series, "AMAZE." A little boy in the video asks about erections ... "Hey, how come sometimes my penis gets big sometimes and points in the air." The boy adds, "Sometimes I touch my penis because it feels good." Then a little girl chimes in ... "Sometimes when I'm in my bath or when mom puts me to bed, I like to touch my vulva too."

Some parents were bent out of shape over this, according to the New York Post, but the real anger was triggered over consent. The students reportedly are taught not to let their parents or grandparents touch them without asking for permission first.

A mother told the Post, "I'm paying $50,000 to these a-holes to tell my kid not to let her grandfather hug her when he sees her?" Another mother groused if she fought back she'd get canceled.

Heather McDonald thinks Melinda Gates will be gettin' it now that she's divorcing Bill, but she can't understand why she gave him that hall pass in the first place.

The former "Chelsea Lately" star hit up Craig's in WeHo Wednesday night and she actually laid some of the blame at Melinda's doorstep, saying, "You don't allow this weird s*** to happen on day 1." Heather's referring to Melinda giving Bill a pass to spend a weekend once a year with his ex-GF. As Heather says, if Melinda thinks they were reading science books, she's fooling herself.

Heather's awesome ... funny but really thoughtful. She thinks Melinda hatched her divorce plan long ago ... possibly around the time Bill had an affair around 2000 with a Microsoft engineer.

Kourtney Kardashian is the queen of risqué this week -- first she was sucking on Travis Barker's thumb for the 'Gram ... now she's openly asking the public about rough sex.

KK posted a very racy pic -- a photo of a stock image that captures the lower half of a woman, unbuttoned and fairly exposed near the groin area. A belly button and white panties are exposed, which have "Oui" embroidered right on the front ... and in red, no less.

On top of that, there was a question she posed to her followers -- "ROUGH SEX: LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT?" So yeah, it seems like she's answering her own question a bit here. But also, she's continuing this recent streak of not leaving much to the imagination.

Sharon Stone claims her manager back in the day told her she wasn't sexy enough to get hired in Hollywood, then 6 weeks later ... she was cast to play one of the sexiest characters ever.

The actress says before she landed her famous role in "Basic Instinct," she was pretty shy and introverted. Stone claims this prompted her manager to tell her she wasn't "f**kable."

It's all detailed in her new autobiography, "The Beauty of Living Twice," and Sharon goes on to say her acting coach also badgered her to loosen up, asking ... "If you keep leaving your sexuality at the door, how do you expect to play anyone at all?"

She says 6 weeks after that, she was cast to star alongside Michael Douglas in the 1992 erotic thriller. Guess the acting coach did the job.

As we reported ... Stone previously revealed she was tricked into performing her notorious no-underwear scene in the movie by members of the production team.

If you're a guy and didn't care about pollution before today, you might wanna rethink that stance -- because your manhood (and that of any future son's) is being seriously truncated because of it ... so says a scientist.

Dr. Shanna Swan -- a professor of environmental medicine and public at NYC's Mount Sinai Hospital -- made the startling claim in a new book of hers ... explaining that, based on her research, male penises are getting historically smaller due to manufacturing byproducts.

The substance in question is called phthalates, which are chemicals created in the production of plastics ... which, when exposed to the human endocrine system, screws with our natural hormone process -- a dynamic that Dr. Swan says is affecting our reproductive organs.

She cites different peer-reviewed studies in her findings, which say there's a scary trend of modern-day babies being born with noticeably shorter members -- which she directly links to the phthalates she says are seeping into our toys and even some foods we eat.

Dr. Swan says the same effect was observed in rat fetuses exposed to phthalates ... and now it's being seen in humans as well -- which she calls a crisis in the making.

This is part of a larger problem which has also been touched on elsewhere -- the fact that men's sperm count and viable sperm world-wide is plummeting. Dr. Swan estimates that if this continues at the rate it's at now ... we'll all be virtually impotent by 2045.

Sharon Stone's finally calling out the underhanded move that got her out of her underwear for the infamous cross-legged scene of "Basic Instinct" ... and says the experience was humiliating.

Sharon claims someone on the production team told her she needed to take her panties off for filming because the white color was reflecting the light. She says they ensured her "we can't see anything," referring to her private parts.

However, according to Stone's new memoir, "The Beauty of Living Twice," when she screened the final cut of the movie in a "room full of agents and lawyers, most of whom had nothing to do with the project" ... she realized she'd been double-crossed, if you will.

Sharon says she slapped the film's director, Paul Verhoeven, after the meeting and called her lawyer, Marty Singer, who told her what went down was against SAG policy and the movie could not be released without her approval.

However, Stone says she thought about it and ultimately decided to allow the scene to be included because it fit her character ... but it didn't change the duplicity of the situation.

Stone also alleges she's dealt with sexual misconduct on sets for years, including a director who demanded she sit on his lap and a producer telling her she should have sex with her co-star to increase on-screen chemistry.

Armie Hammer is now accused of rape ... by a woman who says she's reported the alleged crime to police, and law enforcement sources tell us he is under investigation for an alleged sexual assault.

The actor's accuser, Effie, claims Armie raped her for over 4 hours, during which he allegedly slapped her head against a wall and physically abused her with other acts of violence. She says the incident happened April 24, 2017 in Los Angeles.

Effie made her allegations Thursday during a news conference with her attorney, Gloria Allred. Effie claims she met Armie on Facebook in 2016, when she was 20, and they began a relationship which became violent and abusive.

Allred says Effie has provided law enforcement with evidence of the alleged rape, and prosecutors will have to decide if there's enough evidence to press charges against Hammer. Allred says she is not planning to file a lawsuit against Hammer.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... someone spoke with police about the alleged incident on Feb. 3 and cops started a sexual assault investigation, which is ongoing.

Hammer's attorney, Andrew Brettler, tells TMZ they believe Effie "undermines and refutes her outrageous allegations" because she sent Armie extremely sexual texts as recently as July 18, 2020. In the alleged text, Effie said, "Helplessly horny and I just need to tell you cuz it's been sooo long since last time." There's much more that's, frankly, too graphic for us to describe here ... but the point is she told Armie, in stark detail, what she wanted him to do to her.

He responded, "I am not going to be able to engage in you in that specific way right now. It never ends well. We can talk and be friends but I can't do that."

Brettler claims Effie sent hundreds of texts to Armie, and adds ... "It was never Mr. Hammer’s intention to embarrass or expose [Effie]'s fetishes or kinky sexual desires, but she has now escalated this matter to another level by hiring a civil lawyer to host a public press conference. With the truth on his side, Mr. Hammer welcomes the opportunity to set the record straight."

As you know ... Hammer's been embroiled in controversy since January after some shocking, but unverified, DMs he allegedly sent to women started surfacing on the Internet.

TMZ broke the story ... Hammer exited a J Lo movie shoot as a result of the scandal, but he told us, "I'm not responding to these b******* claims."

And then there's Hammer's ex-girlfriend, Paige Lorenze, who last month accused him of licking blood from a brand he allegedly forced upon her.

Demi Lovato says she was sexually assaulted as a teenager and is opening up about it for the first time, publicly ... because it's taken her this long to process the trauma.

The singer made the shocking revelation in her new documentary, 'Dancing with the Devil' ... which premiered Tuesday night at SXSW. In the film, she says, "I lost my virginity in a rape."

The film infers the alleged assault occurred when she was 15 during her days as the Disney Channel star of "Camp Rock" and "Sonny With a Chance." Demi says she called the person back a month after the alleged rape and "tried to make it right by being in control and all it did was make me feel worse."

She says of the encounter ... "We were hooking up but I said -- hey, this is not going any farther, I’m a virgin, and I don’t want to lose it this way. And that didn’t matter to them, they did it anyways. And I internalized it and I told myself it was my fault because I still went in the room with him. I still hooked up with him."

Demi claims she developed a serious eating disorder to deal with the trauma, and beat herself up for years ... but she feels it's finally time to share her truth.

As we reported ... the new documentary details Demi's 2018 overdose -- including being declared legally blind in the hospital after she woke up -- along with her many other challenges and triumphs.

The elimination of LAPD's Sex Crimes Unit is going to make investigating high-profile cases -- like Harvey Weinstein and Ron Jeremy -- much more challenging, if not nearly impossible ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

Due to budget cuts and the movement to defund the police department, the LAPD says its Robbery-Homicide Division (RHD) was forced to disband its 'SVU'-esque division in the last 2 weeks, and we're told high-ranking LAPD officers are upset ... and think this is a horrible mistake.

Our sources say this special unit was made up of detectives with expertise and special training, and their work will now be spread out to other LAPD divisions that some cops think aren't equipped to handle them properly ... which they believe will be a major disservice to the community.

We're also told RHD's Sex Crimes Unit logged a ton of hours talking to witnesses and working cases -- including serial rapes -- and there's no way that manpower can be made up among the other LAPD divisions ... which are already managing full caseloads.

Overall, our sources say investigating sexual assaults requires special skill, and RHD had a valuable resource pool it could pull from when diving into these kinds of cases which, like we said, helped in the prosecution of Weinstein, Jeremy and so many other alleged offenders.

George Clooney is so disgusted by the former Ohio State University sports doctor who allegedly committed rape at least 47 times ... he's producing a docuseries about the scandal.

Here's the backstory ... scumbag Richard Strauss was a doctor who was employed by the OSU athletics dept. from 1978 to 1998 and allegedly committed more than 1,400 sexual assaults in those 2 decades.

In fact, OSU commissioned an independent investigation to look into the allegations in 2018 -- which concluded Strauss committed at least 47 rapes and 1,429 sexual assaults on mostly male victims. A large number of victims were members of the OSU wrestling team.

Several athletes reported unnecessary genital and rectal probes under the guise of a typical medical examination -- it's all very similar to the allegations against ex-Team USA gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar.

Strauss died in 2005 by suicide. He left a note, but it did not reference the allegations against him.

There are claims several OSU officials knew about Strauss' conduct -- including Rep. Jim Jordan, who was an asst. wrestling coach at OSU at the time -- but they didn't take proper action.

For the record, Rep. Jordan is adamant he was not aware of Strauss' conduct and did NOT try to protect him in any way shape or form.

As for Clooney, he was inspired to make the docuseries after reading an article about it in Sports Illustrated. His company, Smokehouse Pictures, is teaming up with S.I. and 1010 Studios to make the series.

James Franco's sexual misconduct lawsuit has been settled.

Franco, who taught an acting class at Studio 4 -- the film school he founded -- was accused by students of putting them in gratuitous and exploitive sexual situations.

Students filed a class-action lawsuit, saying Franco pushed the class into performing intimate and explicit sex scenes in an "orgy type setting" ... something that went way beyond the pale of shooting such scenes.

The class in question was called a master class on sex scenes.

Both sides announced the settlement to the trial judge, although the terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Specifically, there's no mention of money.
