Tom Brady I'm Getting Roasted!!! ... QB Signs Up For Netflix Special

Published

Get ready for a slurry of avocado ice cream and deflated football jokes ... Tom Brady has signed up to be roasted as part of a new deal with Netflix.

The streaming service giant announced Tuesday it's making a series of new specials called "Greatest Roasts of All Time: GROAT" -- and TB12 is slated to be one of the first roastees.

Netflix says Brady will also serve as an executive producer for the series ... and the company actually clowned on the Tampa Bay Bucs star in its announcement for it all.

"We can't wait to burn three-time Super Bowl-losing quarterback Tom Brady, who only went back to the NFL in order to delay this roast," Netflix Vice President of Stand-up and Comedy Formats Robbie Praw said in a statement.

"In all seriousness, it's a huge thrill to work with the greatest football player of all time on this project. No one’s better at taking hits and still coming out on top, so we know the roast will be a breeze for Brady."

Brady had fun with the announcement, too ... channeling Marshawn Lynch by saying, "I'm just here so I won't get fined."

No word yet on who will be the roast master for Brady's special ... but we're sure the Spygate and pliability jabs are already brewin'!

Charles Barkley Fawns Over Tom Brady ... 'That's A Pretty Man!!!'

Published | Updated

Did you know Tom Brady has Medusa-like powers? He does! ... according to Charles Barkley, who says the NFL star is so handsome -- he can't look the man in the eyes!!

Chuck dropped the compliments during the "NBA on TNT" broadcast Wednesday night ... while bringing up a hilarious conversation he had recently with Shaquille O'Neal.

"Shaq came in the other night and said, 'I had dinner with Tom Brady the other night,'" Chuck said. "He says 'Man, I gotta tell you something?' I said 'What?' He says, 'I was out with Tom Brady the other night -- you right, that's a pretty man.'"

Shaq couldn't deny Barkley's story ... and even added to it, saying Brady is truly "gorgeous." That's when Barkley revealed that Brady has some kind of powers in his eyes.

"Every time I'm around him, when he start talking to me and I would make you contact, I don't remember nothin' he say after that," Chuck joked.

"We'll start talking and then I make eye contact and then you know ... that's a pretty man."

This ain't the first time Barkley has mentioned the spell Brady has on him -- back in 2019, the 59-year-old said similar things about TB12's eyes on "Jimmy Kimmel Live."

"I look him in the eyes and I said, 'Damn. You a pretty man,'" Barkley said to Kimmel.

"I see why he scores all the touchdowns because those defenses look into his eyes and get mesmerized."

Eric Dickerson Tom Brady Will Be Great As Analyst ... 'Like Tony Romo!!!'

Published | Updated

First Troy Aikman, then Tony Romo ... now, Tom Brady?!?

Eric Dickerson is fully expecting the G.O.A.T. to be in the same class as the former Cowboys superstars when he transitions to the booth after his football career ends ... telling TMZ Sports he thinks TB12 will be "great" as an analyst just like Aikman and Romo.

Dickerson explained why to us at LAX on Tuesday ... saying because of Brady's brain, he's expecting a Romo-like transition to TV for the Buccaneers star once he hangs up the spikes.

"I think he'll be great at it," Dickerson said. "He's a quarterback. He knows all the systems. He'll be great. He'll be like Tony Romo and all those guys. I think he'll be good."

Dickerson would know a thing or two about what awaits Brady -- he famously transitioned from Hall of Fame player to "Monday Night Football" sideline reporter back in 2000 and 2001.

And, he truly thinks Brady has what it takes to succeed in a similar role.

"Being a great quarterback doesn't mean you'll be a great commentator," Dickerson said, "but I think Tom will do a great job."

Fox Sports is certainly hoping E.D. is right -- because, according to the New York Post, the company gave Brady a whopping 10-year, $375 MILLION contract to enter the color commentator role after his time in Tampa ends.

No word on when that'll be -- Tom tweeted Tuesday he has "a lot of unfinished business on the field" still ... but if you're listening to Dickerson, it sounds like ya better prepare for a bunch more years of Brady dominating his profession either way.

Tom Brady Joining Fox Sports After NFL Career ... $375 Million!!!

Published | Updated
UPDATE

9:49 AM PT -- Brady reportedly got a MASSIVE payday as part of the historic deal -- he is going to rake in $375 million over 10 years, according to the NY Post.

UPDATE

It is believed to be the biggest contract in sports broadcasting history.

Tom Brady won't be too far away from football after he retires -- the Tampa Bay Buccaneers superstar will join Fox Sports as a lead analyst when he officially decides to walk away from the game.

The network made the news official on Tuesday ... saying it is "pleased" to bring TB12 on board "immediately following his playing career."

The gig will include calling the biggest marquee matchups of the season alongside play-by-play man Kevin Burkhardt ... as well as serving as an ambassador for the Fox team, according to exec. Lachlan Murdoch.

Brady commented about the future move just minutes ago ... saying he's pumped for the role, but making it clear he's focused on the task at hand.

"Excited, but a lot of unfinished business on the field with the @Buccaneers #LFG."

It's a major get for Fox -- and it will most definitely come with a huge paycheck for Brady. Tony Romo -- who joined the booth after retiring in 2017 -- is reportedly making around $18 mil. over 10 years to be CBS' lead analyst.

Brady flirted with retirement earlier this year ... walking away from the game for less than 2 months before coming back.

His post-football life appeared to be in Hollywood ... as he's currently filming "80 For Brady," a movie starring Jane Fonda, Sally Field and more.

The Fox announcement comes shortly after Troy Aikman signed a deal with ESPN.

Published

Didn't get a good look at Tom Brady's bod in his last thirst trap social media post? Good news -- here's another one!!!

TB12 showed off his bare arms in a flexing pic from the set of his new "80 For Brady" movie on Monday -- and, the dude is clearly still looking great at 44 years old.

The future Hall of Famer posted the pic to his IG ... captioning the photo, "The exact moment Tom Brady 'went Hollywoood' on the 80 For Brady set."

Tom shouted out Dwayne Johnson in the post -- joking that his arms looked so jacked, he could be The Rock's stunt double!!

"I'm free until August if you need help with any stunts in the meantime," Brady said with a crying emoji.

Tom's all smiles -- but his body is seriously no joke ... this is the second time he's posted himself showing a lot of skin in the last month, and his frame is looking as good as ever.

Rob Gronkowski It's Buccaneers Or Bust For Me ... Will Only Return To NFL For Tampa Bay

LIFE OF THE PARTY

It'll either be the couch or Tampa Bay for Rob Gronkowski in 2022 ... 'cause the tight end tells TMZ Sports the only team he'd come back to the NFL for is the Buccaneers.

We got Gronk just before he partied his face off at his "Gronk Beach" fiesta in Las Vegas on Friday ... and he told us he's down to just two options for his immediate future.

The first, retirement. The second, the Bucs. And, that's it.

"It's just the Bucs," Gronkowski said. "Love that organization, man. Love the guys there. It's family over there."

Gronk had appeared to flirt with the idea of playing for another team earlier this offseason ... at one point, praising Joe Burrow so heavily, some wondered if he could end up in Cincinnati.

But, the 32-year-old future Hall of Famer made it clear this week, if he does come back, "it'll be the Bucs."

Gronk still appears to be a ways away from making any final decision, though ... instead, he's focused solely on getting after it in Sin City this weekend.

And, if you were wondering who his favorite all-time teammate to party with is ... watch the clip -- his answer might surprise you!

Tom Brady 'Last Touchdown' Ball Sale Voided ... $518K Disaster Averted

Published | Updated
UPDATE

6:50 AM PT -- 4/15 -- Lelands has confirmed the sale of the TB12 ball has been voided.

UPDATE

“Following Tom Brady’s unretirement, and after discussions with both the buyer and consignor, we have mutually agreed to void the sale of the football," the auction tells TMZ Sports.

UPDATE

What happens to the ball now?? There's a plan.

UPDATE

"The ball has not been returned to the consignor, and the plan now is for Lelands to sell it privately as per the seller’s wishes. There are multiple parties interested in purchasing the football.”

The buyer who purchased Tom Brady's last touchdown ball at auction just caught a $518,000 break ... 'cause the sale of the pigskin has reportedly been voided, saving the wealthy collector over half a mil!!

Remember, the ball was on the auction block at Leland's -- a popular sports memorabilia website -- and sold for over $500K. Unfortunately for the buyer, Brady came out of retirement literally the day after the ball sold.

The issue? Brady is surely going to throw many more touchdowns this season for the Bucs ... rendering the 624th TD pass of his career virtually worthless (we're told it's worth about $50K -- which is great, unless you dropped $520K on it).

But, in a stroke of amazing luck, Darren Rovell reports NY attorney, Jeffrey Lichtman, was able to strike a deal with the seller and auction house, freeing the buyer of his obligation to buy the ball.

It's unclear if the buyer had to make any sort of payment to the seller ... though, if so, we're told it wouldn't be a large amount of money.

It's not all that surprising that the sale didn't ultimately go through. Shortly after Brady returned, we spoke with an industry expert who predicted the sale would NOT go through ... for several reasons.

Now, the ball -- a 55-yard TD pass thrown to Mike Evans in the 4th quarter of a playoff game against the Rams -- will likely be returned to the seller.

Buyer, meet your lucky ✨✨✨

Antonio Brown Rips Shirt Off At Strip Club ... With Jamie Foxx

Published

The strippers weren't the only ones takin' it off at a popular Miami strip club this weekend -- Antonio Brown went topless too while he raged with Jamie Foxx!

It all happened at Booby Trap On The River (greatest name) ... where the 54-year-old actor/singer was hosting a party with Bitcoin Rodney on Saturday.

The NFL free agent made an appearance with Foxx on stage and while everything was cool, calm and collected, Foxx turned it up with a special request for AB.

And, that's when the party REALLY started.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

"Turn up ni***!" Foxx said on the mic, "Take ya shirt off ni***! Run through this mothaf**ka! Get naked!"

You know AB ain't afraid of takin' his shirt off, anytime, anyplace (shoutout to the Bucs) --  and he did just that, showin' the strippers he's got dance moves, too.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

And, AB also spit a few bars on the mic.

Brown has been enjoyin' life partying since parting ways with Tampa Bay on January 2, doing everything from hittin' up NBA games with Floyd Mayweather to partying with Madonna and Kanye.

The Super Bowl champ recently told us he wants to play again and will get his ankle fixed ... only if he gets signed.

If he doesn't play ball, he could always dance at the Booby Trap On The River.

Tom Brady Shows Off Shirtless Bod ... In Clothing Brand Ad

SMASHING EFFORT

Tom Brady is showing, yet again, he's kicking Father Time's ass -- revealing on Thursday that he's got a GREAT bod!!!

TB12 just shared an ad for his clothing brand on his social media page ... and in the footage, you can see Tom is looking jacked these days.

The clip starts with the 44-year-old talking to someone off-camera while shirtless -- and you can see in the commercial, his pecs, biceps and shoulders are looking huge.

Later in the footage, as he put the camera toward the ground -- he revealed his quads look ripped as hell too!!

Brady, though, didn't stay without clothes for too long (sorry, everyone) -- because after he "stepped on" his phone, he donned one of his "Brady Brand" jackets in an effort to get fans to buy the swag.

Of course, Brady hasn't always had a body like this -- he famously was a bit doughy coming out of Michigan in 2000.

But, he's been all avocados and protein in the years since -- and the results are hard to ignore.

As for his clothing line -- which he kicked off back in January -- the jacket he was hawking in the ad comes with a $145 price tag ... but if it makes ya look anything like Tom does in it, that's a bargain in our book!

Gisele Bündchen Releasing Health & Wellness Cookbook Based Off Brady Family Diet

Published | Updated

Wanna eat like Tom Brady?! Now's your chance ... 'cause the 7x Super Bowl winners supermodel wife, Gisele Bündchen, is releasing a health and wellness cookbook based on the Brady family diet.

So ... avocado ice cream anyone?!

The 41-year-old partnered with United Talent Agency (UTA) and wrote the book around recipes her and her Buccaneers QB husband -- along with their kids -- eat on a routine basis.

Unfortunately, those of you who want to eat like the Brady Bunch will have to wait until 2024 when the book is released.

Brady's diet is truly fascinating. He didn't eat even eat a strawberry (a STRAWBERRY!) until he was in his 40s.

A few years back Brady detailed his diet in 'The TB12 Method' book ... including that "delicious, but much healthier" avocado dessert.

In fact, Tom's then-personal chef mentioned 80% of what Brady's family ate was vegetables.

But, whatever he's doin' seems to be working ... TB's going into his 23rd season as an NFL player, and is generally regarded as the greatest player of all time.

So, cucumbers and kale, anyone?!

Russell Wilson Broncos Jersey Is NFL's Top Seller ... Beats Tom Brady's

Published | Updated

Move over, Tom Brady ... TMZ Sports has learned Russell Wilson's Broncos jersey has now supplanted the GOAT's Buccaneers uni as the NFL's top-seller this week.

A rep for Fanatics tells us after Wilson was introduced as the new QB in Denver on Wednesday -- sales for his new jersey skyrocketed, and ultimately leap-frogged over Brady for the #1 spot across their network of sites.

We're told that's quite the feat, considering that Brady's jersey had previously had a stranglehold on the pole position after he announced on Sunday he was unretiring.

No word on how much money was spent on the digital sports platform for the new orange and blue #3 to get it to the top spot ... but it's safe to say it was a lot of coin.

Russ, meanwhile, said this week he's fired up to be playing in Denver in the new uni ... telling reporters Wednesday, "It's an honor, it's a gift."

His head coach, Nathaniel Hackett, clearly felt the same ... nearly dropping an S-bomb with excitement at the Wilson press conference.

Congrats, Broncos fans. Congrats.

Tampa Bay Bucs Fan Auctioning Off Tom Brady TD Ball ... To Start Foundation For Mom

Published | Updated

A Buccaneers fan is selling off a Tom Brady touchdown ball ... hoping it brings him enough cash to start a foundation in his late mother's honor.

TMZ Sports has learned ... Andrew Rice received the ball from Mike Evans after the Tampa Bay star caught the touchdown pass from Brady on Nov. 14, 2021, against the Washington Football Team.

Rice was ecstatic to receive the pigskin -- photographers at the stadium caught him grinning ear-to-ear while Evans handed it over -- but now, Rice is ready to part with it, for a good cause.

Officials at Gotta Have Rock and Roll tell us Rice is auctioning off the ball -- and a bunch of Brady rookie cards that he's amassed over the years -- in an effort to get money to kick-start a charity that honors his mother, who recently died of cancer.

The officials say even with Brady's retirement, they expect the ball and the cards to fetch over $100K.

As for why ... the ball is a historic one even if Brady throws a few more TDs next season after unretiring on Sunday. In addition to being Brady's 608th all-time TD pass -- it was also Evans' 71st TD catch, which tied Tampa Bay's all-time receiving TD record.

The auction begins on Wednesday and ends on March 25. Good luck to the bidders!

Tom Brady 'Final' $500K TD Ball Now Worth $50K ... Auction Expert Says

Published | Updated

Tom Brady's unretirement just cost a collector a small fortune ... with one auction expert telling TMZ Sports the QB's "final" TD ball is now worth a mere $50K -- after it sold for over $500K just three days ago.

Our auction source tells us with Brady coming back to the NFL ... the ball that was just auctioned off on Saturday is now worth roughly a 10th of what it just fetched at auction.

The reasoning is obvious ... if Brady plays a full 17-game season in 2022 -- plus the playoffs -- he's expected to throw roughly 30-to-50 more touchdown passes.

Which, of course, would mean the last TD he threw to Mike Evans in the Bucs' playoff game against the Rams in January is significantly less valuable.

In fact, our source tells us they wouldn't be surprised if the ball was actually worth closer to $25K than $50K at this point.

There is good news for the buyer, however ... our source says it's probably unlikely they'll have to fork over the half mil for the ball.

Our source tells us the ball was advertised as Brady's last TD ever -- and now, since it won't be, the buyer could have a legitimate claim to renege on the deal. Our source also says it's likely the buyer is a whale in the auction world, and the auction house that sold the piece would almost certainly fight to keep him or her happy.

No word yet on who bought the ball ... but whoever they are and wherever they are, we're sure they're sweating right now regardless.

Patrick Mahomes Fake Super Bowl Rings Seized By Feds ... Part Of $345K Bust

Published

A plan to sell counterfeit Patrick Mahomes Super Bowl rings has been thwarted ... feds just announced they seized a bunch of fake K.C. Chiefs title bling in a huge bust in Louisville.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection announced Monday that officers intercepted a package that they say contained a small fortune-worth of fake Mahomes merch as well as other counterfeit sports memorabilia.

According to the CBP, the package -- which came from China and was heading toward Florida -- contained 30 fake Tampa Bay Buccaneers Super Bowl rings, 110 fake Atlanta Braves World Series rings, 10 fake Milwaukee Bucks NBA championship rings and 80 fake Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl rings.

In a photo of some of the seized "jewelry" ... you can see Mahomes' name was engraved on some of the merch, along with his number and the words "Chiefs Kingdom."

The CBP said in total, the package was worth $345,000.

Of course, interceptions like these have become commonplace ... in fact, back in January, feds say they seized 56 shipments of 1,382 fake sports championships and trophies, estimated to be worth around $1 million had they turned out to be legitimate.

Antonio Brown Tom Brady's Going To Unretire ... 'I Think So!'

Published

HE'LL BE BACK

Tom Brady's retirement won't last too long ... so says Antonio Brown, who explained Thursday night he believes his former quarterback isn't done with football just yet.

The former Buccaneers wide receiver was asked about the G.O.A.T. on his way into Craig's ... and he made it pretty clear, he thinks Brady will be back on the field in 2022.

In fact, when asked if he thinks Brady was "going to retire for good" -- Brown said straight up, "Why would he do that?!"

Of course, Brady did retire earlier this month ... and despite leaving the door somewhat ajar for a comeback, he said just days ago he's content with his decision.

Brown, though, said he could see the return happening -- and added that it might not necessarily be with the Bucs.

No word on if AB has any sort of inside info on the situation -- he did say previously the two talked following his messy breakup with the Bucs, but it's unclear if they've caught up since.

As for his own football future, Brown did not answer a question on if he would play again.
