Law enforcement sources tell us the Seaside Heights PD busted Snooki moments ago for disorderly conduct. The details of that conduct are unclear.

We're told Snooki -- real name Nicole Polizzi -- is currently in police custody.

Earlier in the day, Snooki was partying on the beach with a beer bong ... only she was filling it up with Coca-Cola. We're told she was also seen at a local bar taking "body shots."

UPDATE 3:22 PM PT: Snooki has been released from custody.

As we previously reported, Jon filed documents in a Pennsylvania court back in April asking for primary custody of their eight kids -- and demanded an opportunity to renegotiate his child support obligations.

But earlier this month, the two sides officially agreed on a new arrangement that involves both custody and financial obligations ... but the terms of the deal were sealed by the court.

A source close to the couple confirmed the deal -- telling us, "An official agreement between Jon and Kate has been reached and they will be working together for the benefit of their children."

It all went down -- hard -- during a skate demonstration at the Action Sports Weekend event at Downtown Disney's Main Plaza in Anaheim, CA -- where Tony attempted to land a 540 ... and failed.

Tony was forced to roll on over to the UC Irvine Trauma Center, where according to Tony's blog, he was treated for a sheared pelvis and hematoma.

Brad and Angelina sued 'News of the World' after the paper reported they were splitting and dividing $320 mil.

The story was widely reported (BTW, not by us) online and on TV.

The settlement is for "undisclosed damages."

Hilton was found to have less than a gram of pot and was released shortly thereafter.

If any of this sounds familiar, that's because it is -- Paris was held briefly for the same thing two weeks ago while watching the World Cup in South Africa. Cops let Paris skate after they decided it was her friend who had the weed.

Looks like Paris is gonna need another friend.

Platinum rapper Too Short was arrested for battery last night after he allegedly tried to beat up three bouncers in Boise, Idaho.

According to the Boise Police Department, Short and another man are accused of punching, kicking and pushing three security guards at a concert venue ... after the guards allegedly tried to stop Short from bringing "underage females backstage and into his dressing room."

Cops say "underage" means under 21 ... not under 18.

Short was arrested and booked for three misdemeanor counts of battery ... while the other man was hit with two counts of battery.

We're told there was not enough evidence for the LAPD to go forward with the case.

TMZ broke the story last week ... Bridget Hardy had accused Jaleel of punching and slapping her.
Jaleel -- best known for playing 'Steve Urkel' on "Family Matters" -- denied there was any incident.

Jaleel's attorney Philip Cohen tells TMZ there were questions about the accuser's "credibility and timing" in this matter -- partly because she waited several weeks to report the incident.

Bobby Spillane -- a small-time actor and son of legendary mobster Mickey Spillane -- fell out of a sixth floor window in Manhattan and died today. He was 45.

Foul play is not suspected.

Spillane had guest roles on "Law & Order" and "Rescue Me" and wrote an Off-Broadway play called "All Dolled Up" about a real-life cross-dressing gangster.

Mel Gibson has been dropped by William Morris Endeavor Entertainment -- his agents.

Gibson had been repped by famed agent Ed Limato, who died a week ago.

Apparently, Ari Emanuel, the main honcho at the agency, has had it out for Mel since TMZ broke the story about the actor's anti-Semitic rant following his DUI arrest in 2006.

Sources familiar with the police report tell us ... the alleged victim claims White allegedly punched her in one of her breast implants while they were driving on Pacific Coast Highway two weeks ago, with an infant in the car. We're told, she claims when they got home White allegedly slapped her, and pushed her into a toilet so hard it broke the tank.

Sources connected with White's baby mama, Bridget Hardy, tell TMZ Hardy is in fact the alleged victim. We're told she did not report any injuries.

The alleged victim filed a report with the LAPD Tuesday. The investigation is ongoing.

A rep for Jaleel tells TMZ, "There was absolutely no battery ... no abuse ... and the incident never happened."

Judge Marsha Revel sentenced LiLo after an incredulous prosecutor, Danette Meyers, told the judge that Lohan has been thumbing her nose at the court.

The evidence was loud and clear today -- Lindsay violated probation by failing to attend her alcohol ed classes based on the schedule set by the judge. There were lots of excuses, but ultimately they didn't fly.

The judge said there was a pattern of violations since Lindsay was placed on probation in 2007 following her plea bargain in her DUI case.

Lindsay broke down as she addressed the court, telling the judge, "I did the best I could."

Lindsay dissolved into tears when the judge imposed the sentence.

Lohan must surrender on July 20 in Judge Revel's court.

UPDATE: Sheriff's spokesperson Steve Whitmore just explained ... generally, a female inmate in Lindsay's situation only serves 25% of their sentence ... which means LiLo will most likely spend around 23 days behind bars.

A source extremely familiar with the incident tells TMZ Chappelle boarded a private jet in New Jersey last night bound for Ohio -- where the actor lives.

During the flight, we're told Dave "freaked out" and refused to put his seat belt on. Then -- according to sources -- Dave repeatedly walked into the cockpit, asking how much longer the flight would be, and started grabbing the pilot's arms.

Sources say the pilot determined Chappelle was a safety risk and diverted the plane to Pittsburgh.

We're told Chappelle then checked into a nearby hotel for the night. Sources at the hotel tell us Dave has been telling hotel employees he wanted to rent a car to drive back to Ohio ... only he couldn't remember where he lived.

Chappelle was spotted wandering out of the hotel early this morning.

Etheridge filed a document called a Petition for Dissolution of Domestic Partnership in L.A. County Superior Court.

Etheridge and Michaels were registered as domestic partners in California. They had a commitment ceremony back in 2003. There were reports they tried to legally marry in 2008 -- during the time when same-sex marriages were permitted in CA -- but they missed the window.

In the docs, Etheridge cites "irreconcilable differences."

Etheridge is asking for joint custody of the couple's two children. Their twins were born in 2006, after Tammy was artificially inseminated by an anonymous donor.

Etheridge's lawyer, Judy Bogen, is also asking the judge to reject any possible bid by Tammy to get financial support.

The tapes were secretly recorded by Oksana in the midst of their nuclear breakup and custody battle.

We've also confirmed Mel is heard on tape calling Oksana a "whore" and a "c**t."

The tapes have been submitted to the judge in their custody battle and are under seal. Sources say the tapes were recorded prior to May, when Mel and Oksana reached a custody agreement with a mediator.

And TMZ has learned ... Mel sent Oksana a number of incendiary emails that she kept.

TMZ broke the story in 2006 when Mel went nuts on a cop after being busted for DUI, saying, "F**king Jews ... The Jews are responsible for all the wars in the world."

UPDATE: Mel's rep just told TMZ he could not confirm the credibility or accuracy of the tapes. TMZ, however, has confirmed that the tapes are the real deal.

According to

, "On June 25, 2009, prior to treating Michael Jackson, defendant was at a 'strip club' called 'Sam's Hofbrau' in Los Angeles where he had been 'drinking.'" The doc goes on: "It was reckless for him to 'drink' prior to administering anesthesia to Michael Jackson. He concealed his conduct from Michael Jackson."

The doc, written by attorney Brian Oxman, outlines Murray's treatment and the medical emergency that ended in Michael Jackson's death.

According to the document, Michael had "neurological, pulmonary, and anemia signs over several weeks prior to his death. In May and June, 2009, Michael Jackson was confused, easily frightened, unable to remember, obsessive, and disoriented." Oxman goes on: "He had impaired memory, loss of appetite, and absence of energy. He was cold and shivering during

for his show ..."

Oxman claims these problems were caused by Dr. Murray administering a "polypharmacy" of drugs (multiple meds) to Michael. And Oxman claims, Dr. Murray "ignored the signs of Michael Jackson's pulmonary inflammation, brain swelling, and anemia."

Oxman alleges Murray repeatedly lied about the drugs he administered to Jackson and withheld vital information from EMTs and doctors who were trying to save Jackson's life. He repeated all of the alleged inconsistencies that have been previously reported.

Oxman says of Dr. Murray, "His conduct was inhuman. It was an extreme violation of the standard of care."

We're told Dr. Murray received a copy of the document in March. Dr. Murray's legal team tells TMZ, "The allegations are absolute, utter nonsense."

And people close to Dr. Murray insist he does not drink ... ever.

We're told the document was served on Dr. Murray on March 27, 2010. According to California law, Joe Jackson must wait 90 days from the date the document is delivered before filing an actual wrongful death lawsuit. The 90-day period is up Friday, the anniversary of Michael's death.

A source handling the situation tells TMZ the DNA test was performed in 2002, as part of "an ongoing child support battle."

We're told although the DNA test excludes Tiger, it establishes to a reasonable certainty who fathered the boy -- a guy from Florida.
