El abogado del actor, Priya Chaudhry, dice a TMZ ... la sugerencia de la pelea fuera de Hollywood High fue puesta en escena es "absurda" y uno de los estudiantes involucrados en la lucha desde entonces ha salido y confirmó que todo era legítimo.

The actor's attorney, Priya Chaudhry, tells TMZ ... the suggestion the fight outside Hollywood High was staged is "absurd" and one of the students involved in the fight has since come out and confirmed it was all legit.

Jonathan's lawyer is referring to a social media post showing a new angle from the fight, posted on Elon Musk's app by someone claiming they go to school with the girls who were fighting.

After we broke the story of Jonathan breaking up the fight and obtained the video, conspiracy theorists flooded the internet with claims it was all a PR stunt to make JM look good in the middle of his assault case. Some thought the people fighting were paid actors.

But his lawyer insists that's not the case ... and she says the new angle should remove any doubt.

The front door to the home where Sharon Tate was infamously murdered by Charles Manson's cult has sold at auction ... and the highest bidder put a big chunk of change down for the piece of dark history.

The door was sold courtesy of Julien's Auctions ... after 40 bidders vied for the unique find. The high bid was $127k. It was projected to fetch somewhere between $2,000 and $4,000.

Nine Inch Nails' Trent Reznor recorded an album in the Cielo Drive house in 1992 -- long after the grizzly 1969 murders.

Trent ended up taking the door with him before the place was demolished. He took it to his New Orleans recording space but left it behind in 2004 when he relocated his studio.

From there, a doctor bought Trent's recording space and pulled the door out of the trash when he learned about its history. The door was then purchased from the doctor by a man named Christopher Moore in 2017. Eventually, the door made its way to Julien's Auctions.

No word on who bought the door, but it will certainly be quite the conversation piece.

MGM properties are still reeling from a cyberattack which sent some of Las Vegas' biggest hotels into disarray ... but that's not stopping Sin City's heavyweight performers, who are full steam ahead this weekend.

Bill Maher is doing stand-up this weekend at the MGM Grand -- where check-out lines have been as far as the eye can see as a result of the cyberattack -- but a rep for Bill tells us his Friday and Saturday shows are still going on as planned.

Cirque Du Soleil -- a Vegas staple -- has shows at a number of MGM properties including the Grand, Bellagio and Mandalay Bay ... and a rep tells us they're all a go for this weekend.

As for other Vegas acts outside MGM hotels ... we're hearing they're not sweating the cyberattack. Shows for Magic Mike Live at SAHARA, Chris Angel MINDFREAK at Planet Hollywood and Murray The Magician at Tropicana are all on this weekend.

As we reported ... the cyberattack hit MGM resorts Monday, blocking guests from getting into their rooms, wreaking havoc on casino slot machines, downing phone lines and shutting down hotel check-ins.

MGM says a "cybersecurity issue" is affecting the company's systems and the company is working with "leading external cybersecurity experts" to get things under control, but everything has yet to be fixed.

Hacker groups including ALPHV and The Scattered Spider are claiming responsibility for the attack, though MGM has yet to confirm. Still, experts say the problems the resorts are facing show all the signs of a cyberattack.

Attempting to seduce a cop is one thing, but a stripper who getting busted for an alleged hit-and-run takes it to the next level -- offering to pee on the officer, and telling him to Tase her because she "likes it kinky."

Police body camera footage from the exotic dancer's Ohio arrest shows her desperate attempts to flirt with the officer ... calling him "handsome" and daring him to search her.

But, the cop doesn't fall for it, and puts her in the back of his squad car. Apparently undaunted, the woman keeps laying it on thick, telling him ... "I'll piss in your face, only if you like it, though."

Back at the station, she welcomes the use of force, declaring ... "You wanna Tase me? Do it! I like it. I like it kinky."

She proudly told cops she's a stripper, and that she'd downed lots of tequila before driving, but when more officers show up to take her to a hospital ... she starts melting down.

As the officers try getting her into a patrol car, she struggles and screams out ... "You’re going to rape me! Stop trying to rape me!"

Prosecutors reportedly ended up charging her with operating a vehicle under the influence, assaulting a police officer, obstruction of official business and speeding.

Danelo Cavalcante, the convicted murderer who escaped prison only to be captured after a two-week manhunt, is under constant watch behind bars to make sure he doesn't get out again.

Folks with the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections tell TMZ ... Danelo is being held in a specialized observation unit at SCI Phoenix for security reasons.

We're told Danelo gets all his meals served in his cell ... and he can only leave for medical services, or to see counselors. In other words, the prison is taking extra steps to make sure Danelo does not escape again.

As we reported ... Danelo kept himself alive and under the radar during his two weeks on the lam by eating watermelon, drinking water from creeks and concealing his poop to avoid detection.

Danelo was ultimately captured by Border Patrol Tactical Unit (BORTAC) and SWAT teams in the same rural town where he broke into a home and stole a rifle after getting shot at by the person living there ... with a K-9 playing a key role in finding him.

The grub being served in prison sounds a lot better than fruit and creek water ... the menu at SCI Phoenix this week includes eggs and hot cakes for breakfast, sweet and sour chicken for lunch, and salisbury steak for dinner.

Whoopi Goldberg set up a pretty awkward moment on "The View" ... asking former White House staffer Alyssa Farah if she was pregnant while live on television.

The bizarre moment went down Thursday -- Whoopi was deep in a conversation about a completely different topic when she abruptly changed gears, asking the former Press Secretary if she was pregnant.

The question seemed to come out of left field, and it dropped Alyssa's jaw, telling Whoopi she wasn't pregnant. BTW, Alyssa's been married to Justin Griffin since 2021.

She says her mother-in-law was in the crowd, so it ain't the best time to bring that up ... and eventually asks what most women would after a Q like that -- "Do I look pregnant??" As if it wasn't awkward enough, Whoopi replies, "Yes."

For the record, Whoopi claims it was more about a glow she saw with Alyssa, and never clarifies if she meant a stomach bump ... but asks for some forgiveness for the wild call-out.

As we reported, Whoopi's caught flack over the years for comments made on the show -- she got suspended last year after saying the Holocaust wasn't about race. She doubled down on her views months later, only to apologize again not long after.

A Girl Scout troop in Texas had to swim for their lives on a recent camping trip ... when a 14-foot alligator emerged from the depths while the kids were playing in a lake.

Terrifying video shows the massive gator rising to the surface and charging towards the girls, who start screaming as horrified onlookers note the size of the reptile.

Adults rushed to try to get the girls out of the water and on to shore ... with some of the scouts jumping from a dock and desperately swimming to safety.

One of the scouts, 11-year-old Ava Miller told KPRC news in Houston ... "I was thinking, this is the day I die. It was moving faster than us or about the same."

The scary incident happened in Lake Raven at Huntsville State Park in Huntsville, Texas ... forcing the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department to close the swimming area.

We've seen other alligator and human interactions end up with lost limbs ... but fortunately, no one was hurt here.

Going viral has its perks ... the little kid who sent the internet into a frenzy with his playground highlight reel -- all while wearing a Tyreek Hill jersey -- just got some face time with Cheetah ... after the NFL superstar made a surprise visit!

And, it was awesome and adorable!

The boy's name is Franco ... and he was first discovered after video of him playing football with friends went viral. Franco's fast ... very fast. So, he earned the nickname "Mini Cheetah."

But, Franco isn't a one-trick cat, he also has hands ... another video showed him hauling in a Hail Mary. It was impressive.

Hill must've seen the video 'cause he surprised the young fan and his friends at school on Wednesday ... and even brought Franco a signed jersey.

Franco and his friends' reactions were priceless as they mobbed the 7x Pro Bowler with hugs ... and even challenged him to a race.

That wasn't the only surprise -- Franco also helped the Miami Dolphins organization announce Hill won Nickelodeon's Week 1 NVP ... and slimed him right on camera!

The 29-year-old definitely earned the slime award ....Hill had 11 catches for 215 yards and two touchdowns against the L.A. Chargers on Sunday.

A couple of TSA agents were caught on video stealing money from passengers' luggage at a security checkpoint -- and now both are under arrest!!

The sticky-fingered suspects, Labarrius Williams and Josue Gonzalez, were on duty scoping out bags being scanned in Miami International Airport in late June and early July.

On both occasions, the Transportation Security Administration agents worked in tandem to snatch money from carry-ons stashed in bins on a conveyer belt, according to a police affidavit.

Check out the surveillance footage ... Williams and Gonzalez are standing at the carousel, using it to loot cash from a constant stream of other people's personal belongings. You can see the men stuffing their hands into the bags and shoving the bills into their pockets.

Lisa doesn't buy the idea human beings will unite as one if we are ever faced with irrefutable evidence of extraterrestrial lifeforms, and actually, it sounds like she thinks the opposite would unfold.

Basically, Lisa says our poor track record with animal extinctions on our planet means we will treat aliens like crap too ... and become even more divided.

Lisa's view jibes with what Neil deGrasse Tyson recently told us ... they're both predicting the discovery of alien life would not be some big kumbaya moment for all Earthlings.

While there seems to be mounting evidence we're not alone in the universe, Lisa's more focused on repairing our existing relationships with other terrestrial species we already interact with on the daily.
